MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM PADA SMA BERBASIS PESANTREN

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation, characteristics of Islamic education management based on pesantren in SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The paradigm of this research is postpositivistic with data analysis of three Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results in this study are the implementation of Islamic boarding school-based education management through planning; with good service adopting the concept of modern school management, involving all stakeholders, organizing; grouping of work units according to school needs, implementation; creating effective communication, committed to implementing the school's vision, mission and values, supervision; determination of implementation standards, determination of measurement of the implementation of activities. Meanwhile, the characteristics of Islamic education management based on pesantren are having sincerity in teaching; high dedication in work, discipline in every activity, maintaining solidity by establishing friendship between teachers and employees, and maintaining trust and responsibility in carrying out each task.

PENGARUH PROMOSI (PROMOTION) TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MAHASISWA BARU MEMILIH PROGAM STUDI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM FAKULTAS TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN INSTITUT AGAMA ISLAM DARUSSALAM

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on the decision of students to choose the Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers of the Darussalam Islamic Institute of Academic Year 2019/2020. As one of the factors influencing students' decision to choose a study program, promotion is one of the most important variables in the marketing mix undertaken by a company or educational institution. This research is a quantitative research. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. To find out whether there is a significant influence between promotion of student decisions in choosing the Islamic Education Management Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Institute of Islamic Religion in the Academic Year 2019/2020 using Pearson's product moment formula. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) the results of the questionnaire were about promotion with 53 respondents classified as very good with the percentage of 88.60% (2) the results of the questionnaire about the student's decision were classified as very good with a percentage of 88.86%. (3) Effect of Promotion on Students' Decisions to Choose Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Tarbiyah and Teaching Faculty of Islamic Republic of Darussalam Academic Year 2019/2020 shows an effect of 90.63%, with the results of t count then 0.935 is between 0.80 - 1,000 Very strong.

PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN ASESMEN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS TEKS EKSPOSISI

Assessment is an assessment tool used by teachers in learning. assessment has a broad scope of assessment. Teachers use assessments to determine the level of mastery of the competencies being taught. Instruments developed by teachers should be tested for quality to produce data that can be accounted for. With an assessment, the teacher can find out the advantages and disadvantages in a learning process of exposition writing assessment carried out by the teacher, either in the form of teaching methods or teaching strategies applied during the learning process. The assessment should be carried out with good and appropriate planning under the learning objectives.

ANALISIS NILAI-NILAI EDUKATIF DALAM NOVEL TULANG RUSUK MENUJU SURGA KARYA MELLYANA DHIAN (TINJAUAN PSIKOLOGI SASTRA)

Novels as a form of literary work are expected to produce positive values for their readers, so that they can be sensitive to problems related to social life and encourage good behavior. Novels usually tell about the realities of human life with the surrounding environment. The limitations of the problem in this study focused on the analysis of educational values (religious values and moral values) and aspects of literary psychology in the main character in mellyana Dhian's novel Ribs to Heaven. While the purpose of this study is to analyze educational values in Novel Ribs Towards Heaven By Mellyana Dhian Review of Literary Psychology. This research uses Descriptive Qualitative data analysis techniques. Data collection is done by listening method through note-recording technique. Data analysis techniques used are flow analysis that includes three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results of the research shows the conclusion in the novel Ribs Towards Heaven By Mellyana Dhian conveys educational values that are very useful for readers by bringing the story to life, so that it can become more alive and add variety and avoid monotonous things that can make the reader bored. Educational values contained in the novel Ribs Towards Heaven By Mellyana Dhian, based on the results of the analysis consists of two aspects. The educational value is: (a) religious educational value is the highest and absolute spiritual value and is derived from human beliefs or beliefs, in the novel Ribs To Heaven. (b) The moral educational value of the value of dealing with good and bad behavior, in the novel Ribs To Heaven. And a review of literary psychology consisting of three main parts namely id, ego, superego.

ANALISIS DIKSI DAN GAYA BAHASA DALAM ALBUM PERDANA ANDMESH KAMALENG

This study aims to describe: (1) the use of diction in Andmesh Kamaleng's first album; (2) the use of language styles contained in the songs of Andmesh Kamaleng's debut album. Researchers are interested in analyzing the diction and language style on Andmesh Kamaleng's first album because it has its own way or its own characteristics in conveying or composing a song. The object of this research is the first album from Andmesh Kamaleng which consists of 8 songs. The lyrics of the song by Andmesh Kamaleng contain 3 types of diction and 13 kinds of language styles. Diction is a choice of words that can distinguish precisely based on the nuances of meaning that arise from the idea to be conveyed. Language style is the use of words in speaking and writing in order to convince or influence a listener and reader. This research is a qualitative descriptive using content analysis method. The data source is a document in the form of song lyrics from Andmesh Kamaleng's debut album. The data collection techniques used in this study were the listening and note taking technique. Validating the data in this study using theoretical triangulation. The data analysis technique used in this research is flow analysis which includes three processes, namely: (1) data reduction; (2) Presentation of data; (3) Drawing conclusions. In the song lyrics of Andmesh Kamaleng's debut album, it contains three kinds of diction, namely diction which means denotative, connotative, and synonymy. For the language style used by the author, there are 3 kinds of language styles included in the lyrics of this song, namely: comparative language style, contradiction style, and repetition language style. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: (1) the use of word choices or diction in Andmesh Kamaleng's song lyrics, namely: 38 data denotative diction, 11 connotative diction, 11 synonymy diction, and 3 synonymy diction. The purpose of using denotative diction in a work is especially in Andmesh Kamaleng's songs so that the message conveyed by the writer can be understood by the audience; (2) the use of this language style consists of 13 types, namely: asonance as much as 46 data, alliteration of 26 data, anaphore of 18 data, personification of 10 data, tautotes with 2 data, apostrophe 5 data, epizeukis 9 data, hyperbolic 8 data, mesodilopsis 2 data, epanalepsis 1 data, metaphor 2 data, and zeugma with 2 data. IMPLEMENTASI NILAI-NILAI HAM TENTANG KEBEBASAN BERAGAMA DALAM PENETAPAN FATWA MUI TENTANG PERKAWINAN BEDA AGAMA

This study found that the fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council on interfaith marriages were based on two arguments that cannot be separated from one another. The first argument is an Islamic legal argument in the form of the Qur'an, hadith, and ijma> 'based on the interpretation and opinion of the classical authoritative scholars. The second argument is the argument for human rights in the form of religious freedom. Every individual who carries out a marriage that is not in accordance with the Qur'an, Hadith, and ijma> ', is automatically considered to be limiting in terms of religious freedom.They explained that the fatwa was the mechanism of the MUI to bring to orthodox (Sunni) religious understanding. The determination of MUI towards Sunni theology has the consequence of disqualifying other theological concepts. Therefore, the fatwa of the MUI in this field of theology tends to be exclusive. This study also agrees with M.B. Hooker (2003) explained that the MUI fatwas concerning religious freedom were the object of the government's interest in maintaining the integrity of the country. The standard of religious freedom in this context is a standard constructed by the government itself. This study rejects the opinion of Piers Gillespie (2007) who states that the main basis of the publication of the MUI fatwa on interfaith marriage is social factors, not religious or political factors. This factor is the dissatisfaction of the MUI towards the Reformation era (1998-present) which provides broad freedom, especially in freedom of expression.This research is a library research. The approach used is the normative approach of human rights. The primary data of this research is the result of the MUI fatwa collection on religious marriage in 1980-2005. While the secondary sources are the books of Jurisprudence and ushul jurisprudence, which are mainly the MUI reference in fasting, as well as national and international laws on human rights.

KONTRIBUSI SIS (SISTEM INFORMASI SANTRI) DALAM INOVASI MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN PONDOK PESANTREN

The objectives set from this study are: (1) To find out the planning of SIS in the financial management of Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School, (2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the application of SIS in the financial management of Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research was the researcher himself who became an instrument (human instrument) with supporters of the interview guide grid. Data collection is more emphasized on observation, interview, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study uses data triangulation.The results of his research: SIS (SantriInformation System) as an innovation in the financial management of the Darussalam Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi is implemented with several stages which include: (1) Determination of payment system innovation, (2) Determination of santri payment budget.(3) Appointment of the system responsible team. (4) Appointment of a payment system service team.supporting and inhibiting factors of the application of SIS to the financial management of the Darussalam Boarding School, Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi, they are: Supporting factors (1) Productivity of the person in charge, (2) Socialization strategies for implementing SIS. Inhibiting factors: (1) Lack of supporting facilities, (2) Timeliness of payment reporting.

IMPLEMENTASI EVALUASI SISTEM PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH

The purpose set in this determination is to find out how the implementation of learning evaluation in SMA Darussalam Blokagung 2019/2020 school year. This study uses descriptive qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses three model interatives, while the data validity technique uses triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning evaluation in SMA Darussalam Blokagung has been implemented quite well, this can be seen from the learning process carried out by the teacher starting from the planning process, implementation, monitoring, management, reporting, and the use of learning evaluation results that have been went well although in the implementation there are still some obstacles. That way the teacher is expected to be better at carrying out each stage of the preformance evaluation of learning in the classroom.

KEBERLANGSUNGAN PENDIDIKAN PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI MTS TINOMBALA PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH

The objectives set out in this study are: (1) To determine the continuity of education at MTs Tinombal in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) To determine the advantages and disadvantages of online learning at MTs Tinombala in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and (3) To find out the strategies used by MTs Tinombala in implementing learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic so that student learning can run optimally. This study used a qualitative descriptive study conducted at MTs Tinombla, Central Sulawesi. From the results of this study, the sustainability of education at MTs Tinombala went well by combining online and offline learning methods, online activities were carried out through the WA group between teachers and students while offline was carried out by the arrival of students to school to take the learning module. The advantages of online learning at MTs Tinombala are very diverse, but to overcome these obstacles schools have not been able to overcome all the obstacles because of many factors that influence it.

GAYA BAHASA PADA LIRIK LAGU �TULUS HATI LUHUR BUDI� CIPTAAN H. RHOMA IRAMA

This study aims to describe the use of language style in the lyrics of the song "Tulus Hati Sublime Budi". This research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive. The method used is content analysis. The source of the data is a document in the form of the lyrics of the song "Tulus Hati Luhur Budi". The data collection technique was carried out by listening and recording techniques, because the data source was in the form of text. The validity test used in this study is triangulation theory, which is a method of research on the same topic using different theories in analyzing data. The data analysis technique used in this study uses flow analysis, which includes three components, namely: data reduction; (2) data presentation; (3) drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the lyrics of the song "Tulus Hati Luhur Budi" the latest single Rhoma Irama feat Rita Sugiartoo there are language styles, including repetition language style (Epikuzueksis, Anafora, and Epistropha), personification language style, metaphor language style, and style. Simile language.
