Kata Kunci: Green Accounting, Bank Sampah, Perekonomian   ABSTRACT One of the big problems faced by big cities in Indonesia is solid waste. Garbage can be interpreted as a consequence of the activities of human life. It is undeniable that garbage will always exist as long as life activities continue. Every year, it is certain that the volume of waste will always increase along with the increasing consumerism of society. The Ministry of Environment noted that the average Indonesian population produces around 2.5 liters of waste per day or 625 million liters of the total population. This Abdimas aims to change Mitra's mindset about the waste management paradigm that is based on the final approach, it is time to leave it and replace it with a new paradigm. The paradigm that considers waste as a resource that has economic value and can be used, for example, for energy, compost, fertilizer, and industrial raw materials. Waste management can be done with a comprehensive approach. Starting from upstream, that is, since a product that has the potential to become waste has not been produced. Continued downstream, where the product has been used, so that it becomes waste, which is then returned to the environmental media safely. The goal is to reduce waste in TPS/TPA and encourage community economic empowerment, through the use of waste with the 3R (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) program. Garbage can be interpreted as a consequence of the activities of human life. It is undeniable, garbage will always be there as long as life activities continue to run. Every year, it can be ascertained that the volume of waste will always increase along with the increasing pattern of public consumerism. The landfill which is increasingly polluting the environment requires a technique and management to manage waste into something useful and of economic value, Bantas Village, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency currently has a Waste Management Site (TPS3R) managed by Non-Governmental Organizations (KSM ) The source of waste comes from Households, Stalls, Restaurant Entrepreneurs, Schools, Offices and Ceremonies which are organic and inorganic waste. The waste management system at Bantas Lestari TPS with 3R system is Reduce (reduction of waste products starts from the source), Reuse (reuse for waste that can be reused) and Recycle (recycling waste) to date it is still running but not optimal. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data analysis using SWOT analysis. This study produces a Waste Management Strategy which is the result of research from the management aspect, aspects of human resources and aspects of infrastructure facilities.

Waste management is still defined as limited to collection, transportation and garbage disposal. The follow-up of the meaning is the provision of facilities such as garbage bins, garbage trucks and waste collection land. Waste management has not included waste separation. Segregation of waste can minimize the amount of waste that must be discharged to the final place. Segregation of waste can supply recyclable raw materials and handicrafts made from garbage. The manufacture of handicraft products from garbage is still local and requires socialization and training. It is needed to increase the number of craftsmen and garbage absorption on the crafters. Through careful socialization and training, citizens' awareness of waste management becomes advanced by making handicrafts of economic value from waste materials.

Garbage is a major problem in the community which can cause environmental pollution, the daily life of the village community is more about processing the final waste by burning it at a certain time, therefore with the existence of a waste bank there will be an increase in environmental awareness and perhaps economic awareness. The Garbage Bank is a business entity engaged in inorganic waste management. People can sort and save waste at the Garbage Bank, so that it can generate economic value. The Garbage Bank serves customers in saving waste, but most of the Garbage Bank still uses conventional transaction facilities, which causes the transaction data to be lost, damaged, or inaccurate calculation of transaction data. The Garbage Bank also serves garbage collection to customer locations around the Garbage Bank. This research has the main objective to provide assistance in the making and provision of administrative bookkeeping to the Management of the Cepaka Harum Plastic Bank.

Gondosuli Village is located in Muntilan District, Magelang Regency, and has a high population growth rate, economy, and development, all of which contribute to increased community activities. This causes waste production to continue to rise; additionally, there are issues with waste management from upstream to downstream, namely a lack of waste reduction, which leads to waste accumulation in landfills. This is due to a lack of proper management, which consists of only collection, disposal, and transportation. As a result, the community service is carried out by planning for a solid waste management system capable of reducing waste from upstream. The cultivation of maggots from organic waste is an upstream system approach that can be used to solve the waste problem. BSF maggot cultivation has several advantages, including the production of pre-puppa, which can be used as a source of protein for animal feed, and aiding in the resolution of the community's organic waste processing problem. The concept of integrated waste management (TPS 3R) can be combined with a waste bank to reduce waste disposal in the TPA while also providing economic value.

Recycled and empowered waste can be an opportunity or have the potential to improve the family economy. The stock of used goods is nothing to worry about, just partnering with a waste bank, so used goods will be very easy to obtain. If these used and recycled items are used and recycled in such a way, in addition to bringing benefits and improving the family's economy, they will also help overcome the waste problem which is homework for a government, especially big cities in Indonesia. For this reason, the management of used goods is the responsibility of all of us, as a source or producer of waste. Basically, waste is generated from the activities or activities of living things. For plant and animal activities, it actually brings benefits to other creatures, but human activities in everyday life actually produce waste that is very dangerous to the environment or other ecosystems, such as plastic waste, cans, glass and so on, not to mention industrial waste that is contains addictive substances. If these used goods are used and have economic value, they can be a source of income for the family or in other languages it can improve the family's economy. Recycled used goods can be packaged in the home industry entrepreneurship. Now there are many home industry players who recycle used goods, because people have started to realize that it is not easy to get a job amidst very competitive competitors. Even though to become an entrepreneur, it is not enough to have the determination to become an entrepreneur, but it takes commitment and motivation to become an entrepreneur. Because starting a business or opening a home industry business is not as easy as turning your hand. The ups and downs in a business are very natural things, and it takes a very strong determination to continue to exist, especially when the raw materials are used goods, sometimes people still look down on the work made of handmade goodsKeywords: Entrepreneurship, Home Industry, Family Economy Around.

Kata Kunci :  Pemberdayaan, Pengelolaan LimbahAbstractWaste is a waste material that is not in want after the end of a process. Waste is defined by humans according to degrees of exposure, in natural processes there is no concept of waste, only the products produced after and during the natural process take place. But because in human life defined the concept of the environment then the garbage can be divided by the types. Garbage which has tended to become an issue because there is no use value in it even tends to be interpreted as goods whose existence so do not be surprised if today we often encounter goods of economic value made from processed waste materials. Bank waste is an institution that serves to accommodate the waste provided by the community which will be processed back to be used goods that have economic value back in the community, in return the garbage collected by the community is very helpful in the program of environmental hygiene. With the awareness of community leaders in preserving the environment through waste management, as well as efforts to reduce the pollution of inorganic waste and weeds in the form of water hyacinth that grows around the river Citarum there is also an effort to train healthy and clean life for the community. So every garbage generated by the community every day is not wasted or even garbage that had become a very neglected thing will be a contested item because it has economic value after being processed in such a way to be various types of handicrafts selling price is very high. SDGs have 5 foundations, namely human, planet, welfare, peace, and partnerships that want to achieve three noble goals in 2030 in the form of ending poverty, achieving equality and tackling climate change. Some efforts to overcome poverty are to account for what we have produced and consumed. This is such in 12th SDGs target that accountability is part of the efficiency of natural resources as a means of supporting human life and directly preserving the environment by reducing waste through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse. To support the achievement of the SDGs target, one of the things that can be done is by waste management, especially household waste. Household waste is the biggest source of waste. One way of managing it is the existence of a waste management that can be carried out by citizens in this case is the individual. Utilization of waste to produce new uses product that have economic value. Therefore, relating to the achievement of the SDGs' objectives, the implementation of Community Service activities is focused on achieving the 12th SDGs, namely responsible consumption and production; guarantee the continuity of consumption and the pattern of distribution through the waste management socialization to give citizens awareness on climate change.
