Garbage is a major problem in the community which can cause environmental pollution, the daily life of the village community is more about processing the final waste by burning it at a certain time, therefore with the existence of a waste bank there will be an increase in environmental awareness and perhaps economic awareness. The Garbage Bank is a business entity engaged in inorganic waste management. People can sort and save waste at the Garbage Bank, so that it can generate economic value. The Garbage Bank serves customers in saving waste, but most of the Garbage Bank still uses conventional transaction facilities, which causes the transaction data to be lost, damaged, or inaccurate calculation of transaction data. The Garbage Bank also serves garbage collection to customer locations around the Garbage Bank. This research has the main objective to provide assistance in the making and provision of administrative bookkeeping to the Management of the Cepaka Harum Plastic Bank.

Having religion actually makes religious doctrine as an energy in solving the problems of humanity, one of them is the waste problem. The religious doctrine of the perfection of faith obtained by maintaining cleanliness must be realized by cooperating with multiple disciplines or other entities as an effort to create a clean and healthy society. The paradox of the society which is being busy with religious rituals, but neglecting the cleanliness of the environment continues until today, including in Grobog Wetan Village, Pangkah District, Tegal Regency. Initially this dedications was planned with the Almaghfiroh Foundation. However, in its development also with the Village Government, Youths, Fatayat, RT, RW and Nature Lovers Students. This dedication in dealing with the problem of garbage aims to bring up a paradigm of dealing with waste problems as a worshipping ritual, getting reward as in other rituals. It also makes waste as something which is close and can be treated as something economical. By using the society intervention method, the result of this service is a process in which the society developing a pattern of sorting and processing organic and inorganic waste. Organic waste is transformed into magot caterpillar food and inorganic waste is still in the process of being transformed into tradable goods. In addition, the fundamental achievement of this research-based dedication is the emergence of a new understanding for the society not to "hostile" waste, but to be close to the waste, which exists a daily life and eventually to "make friends" with waste. This service also recommends the village government to create a waste management budget on a larger scale. These achievements must also be interpreted and disseminated to the society as a form of worshipping.

Waste bank is a form community participation in waste management. Air Putih Sub-dsitrict already has a waste bank that is actively operating. However its activities are still limited to collect inorganic waste from customers and sell it to collectors. In order to increase the value of inorganic waste collected in the waste bank, a training to decorate used items using decoupage technique was conducted. Waste bank managers and Empowerment Family Welfare (PKK) members were participated in this training. In addition, a training how to use social media as a marketing media were performed. The results showed that the target community's skills had been achieved in processing inorganic waste into decorative items with higher economic value. Meanwhile, the sustainability of production and the economic impact resulting from these trainings still require further evaluation.

Inorganic waste is a type of waste that is difficult to decompose naturally by microorganisms. Inorganic waste processing is carried out by collecting, disposing and transporting it to the final disposal site (TPA). There needs to be an effort to utilize inorganic waste, especially plastics, into useful products. People in Limbungan Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City already have a waste bank, but the benefits have not been felt by the community because inorganic waste is still being disposed of. There is a need for efforts to socialize and educate the public to process inorganic waste into handicraft products that have economic value. The method is carried out by educating the public about waste processing in general and demonstrating the use of plastic waste into handicraft products. After the counseling was carried out, the community had knowledge about waste management in general and skills in processing plastic waste into handicraft products such as bags, candy containers that were suitable for use and worthy of sale

Moreover urban waste can be seen as a cultural problem because it affects various aspects of life, and the impact on urban waste management system nowadays are not effective and efficient yet. The reason for conducting this research is the emergence of the informal sector phenomena of urban waste management that can contribute to reduce the volume of urban waste production. The purpose of this research is to find out the informal sector strategy in urban waste management, especially inorganic waste. The researchers used qualitative research to explain the phenomenon as the focus of research. The result of research is 3M phenomenon, that is derived from Indonesian words (Mengubah = Changing, Mengurangi = Reducing, Manfaat = Benefit), in the management of urban inorganic waste. The explanation are; Mengubah: turning waste into economic value; Mengurangi: If the economic value of the urban waste volumes increases, the volume of urban waste will eventually be reduced; and Manfaat: the benefits obtained are management cultivating empowerment, reducing the burden of the landfill volume, being closer to inorganic zero waste condition. Suggestions are as follows: [a] development of management towards go-green, [b] urban waste management based on predictable community empowerment will be more effective and efficient in the future.
