Since the COVID-19 outbreak, which requires all Indonesian citizens and even around the world to apply WFH (Work from Home) including all school residents in Indonesia who apply online or online-based learning at SDIT AR-RISAALAH. The implementation of online learning has consequences for a teacher to increase his role and competence because competent teachers will be better able to manage classes and carry out evaluations for students both individually and in class. This study aims to determine the impact of online learning experienced by teachers and students during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses case study research, wherein collecting data information with interview techniques, namely to find data on relevant matters. The results showed that the learning process during the pandemic changed by using a remote network. This has an impact on teachers because they are less than optimal in providing learning materials and disrupting the learning process which causes the expected learning objectives to not be achieved. So that it makes the material incomplete and the use of learning media in online learning is not optimal. Student assessment is also constrained by mere cognitive assessment. This research uses the case study method as the research method, by conducting interviews with 3 teachers and 3 students of SDIT AR-RISAALAH. Interviews were conducted in-person/offline by approaching the informants.

This study aims to know the impact of online learning experienced by teachers and students during the elevate Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative research, which collects data information using interview techniques, namely to find data about relevant matters. The research subjects were students of SD N Sugihan 03, Bendosari. The results showed that the learning process during the pandemic changed by using a long distance network. This impacts teachers because of a lack of ability to provide learning materials and an annoyance of the learning process that causes the unexpected purpose of learning to go unfulfilled. So that it makes the material incomplete and the use of learning media in online learning is not optimal. Student assessment is also constrained by mere cognitive assessments.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru dan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran daring di SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2, serta mengetahui proses pembelajaran daring di SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas IV. Pengumpulan data diambil melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Penulis berperan sebagai pewawancara langsung untuk menggali data melalui guru dan peserta didik kelas IV. Hasil penelitian kesiapan guru dalam pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2 ini menunjukkan terlaksana dengan baik. Walaupun pembelajaran ini dilakukan dengan daring, guru tetap membuat RPP, mempersiapkan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran sebelum memulai proses pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring kesiapan peserta didik juga sudah terlaksana dengan baik, karena mereka sudah mempersiapkan apa saja yang dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran daring, seperti buku, pulpen, dan handphone. Dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran daring ini aplikasi yang digunakan adalah whatsapp dan zoom, adapun kendala yang ditemukan guru dan peserta didik yaitu kurang stabilnya jaringan internet sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar. This study aims to determine the readiness of teachers and students in online learning at SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2, and to determine the online learning process at SD Inpres Lae-Lae 2. This study is qualitative research with a case study method. The subjects in this study were teachers and fourth grade students. Data collection was taken through observation, interviews, and documentation. The author acts as a direct interviewer to collect data through teachers and fourth grade students. The results showed that the readiness of teachers in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Inpres Lae-Lae 2 Elementary School was carried out well. Although learning is done online, the teacher continues to plan learning by making online lesson plans, preparing teaching materials in the form of learning media and preparing teaching materials before the learning process takes place. In the implementation of this online learning process, the applications used are whatsapp and zoom, while the obstacles found by teachers and students are the unstable internet connection so that they experience difficulties in learning.

In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic has become a global problem and has an impact on all aspects of life, including education. The learning process in all educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the educational institutions affected by this pandemic is the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ). The Covid-19 pandemic made the government try to suppress the spread of Covid-19, with that the government issued a policy to all educational institutions to close, then switched to Distance Learning (PJJ) and Learning From Home (BDR). Many of the educational institutions carry out an online learning process (online), but not all levels of society are able to adapt to the online learning process, especially those in rural areas. So this research aims to obtain information about the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the learning process at TPQ. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. In this study, 5 respondents were selected, namely TPQ teachers in Kutelintang Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. The results of this study obtained information that the learning process at TPQ took place face-to-face, and generally the learning process at TPQ was less effective because there were too many holidays. So that it has an impact on students, teachers and parents. In addition, TPQ also played an important role in disseminating the Covid-19 pandemic to students.

The study aims to describe and identify aspects during the thesis writing process. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research on alumni of the Library and Information Science Study Program Universitas Brawijaya. Then the selection of alumni as informants considers the impact after writing the thesis is completed. The results showed that the reflection of alumni there is a learning process in each stage of thesis writing. The learning process that occurs is quite complex because it is not only done independently but also involves other parties. Independent learning focuses on the process of applying information literacy skills possessed by alumni. Where there is an information management process which is the most important part, because the process affects the decision making for each action. Meanwhile, the involvement of other parties is another role of the thesis as a forum for collaborative learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus pada alumni Program Studi Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi Universitas Brawijaya. Kemudian pemilihan alumni sebagai informan mempertimbangkan dampak yang ditimbulkan pasca penulisan skripsi selesai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa refleksi alumni terdapat proses pembelajaran dalam setiap tahapan penulisan skripsi. Proses pembelajaran yang terjadi tergolong kompleks karena tidak hanya dilakukan mandiri tetapi juga melibatkan pihak lain. Pembelajaran secara mandiri menitikberatkan pada proses penerapan kemampuan literasi informasi yang dimiliki oleh alumni. Dimana terdapat proses pengelolaan informasi yang merupakan bagian terpenting, karena proses tersebut berpengaruh pada penentuan keputusan untuk setiap tindakan. Sedangkan untuk pelibatan pihak lain merupakan peran lain dari skripsi sebagai wadah kolaborasi pembelajaran. Tidak hanya itu, secara menyeluruh proses tersebut membentuk pemahaman baru yang dapat bermanfaat lintas generasi.

The rapid development of information technology can answer problems that arise after the Covid-19 pandemic, especially problems in the learning process. Information technology that plays a role in the world of education which is currently booming is online learning. Online learning is different from ordinary learning, online learning places more emphasis on student's ability to receive and process information. Online learning serves as a liaison between teachers and students through the internet network that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. There are various online media used in the learning process including; WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, Classroom, and even e-learning. But among these media, the easiest to use is WhatsApp, which is easily accessible at every level of education. Online learning is now an effective medium for the learning process at all levels. For an effective and optimal online learning process, there are several learning models offered by experts during the Covid-19 pandemic, including; Online Model, Offline Model, Online e-learning Model, Project-Based Learning, and Blended Learning.

This research starts from the problems that appeared in Citizenship Education learning process which is recognized by lack of students’ activeness and low of courage level in expressing students’ opinions. The indication of lack the courage in expressing students’ opinions can be seen from the low of students’ activeness in learning process. Teachers have the most strategic role in learning process. The teachers Strategic role in learning process have the impact on students' competencies (knowledge, attitudes, skills). The competence of students’ will develop optimally depending on how teachers place them selves and students’ in teaching learning process. Based on the background above, the identification of this research formulation is how the teaching and learning of Citizenship Education can play an important role in improving the courage for the students’ to be able express opinions during the teaching-learning process easily. This research was conducted by the purpose to know how the Citizenship Education can play an important role in improving the courage to express students opinions in teaching-learning process. To achieve the objectives conducted qualitative research on the case study method of learning Citizenship Educationin at Vocational High School Pasundan I Serang City. Data collecting technique that used were observation, interview and documentation. From the result of analysis, it can be concluded that Citizenship Education in improving the courage express students opinions is able to change the situations of learning centere on teachers become students active role in achieving the learning objectives. Based on the findings of this research, it can be argued that the Citizenship Education in improving the courage to express students opinion have the potential to participate actively in the learning process and collaboration in a heterogeneous group.Keywords: learning, Citizenships Education, Courage, Expressing Opinions

This research aims to analyze the online learning process in SD Al-Islam Pengkol Jepara and the impact that affects the online learning process. The place of this research was carried out at Al-Islam Elementary School, Pengkol Village, Jepara District, Jepara Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The object of this research is the online learning process applied in SD Al-Islam, while the subjects are teachers and students. The target of this research is the principal of SD Al-Islam Pengkol, homeroom teacher and students. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and recording. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis. The continuity of online learning with the processes in it has an impact and can overcome it so that the online learning process can run smoothly.

-The virus Covid-19 has caused enough trouble for the whole world for nearly a year, ever since it first emerged in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. All areas of life are affected in a way or more, especially the education sector. Learning process shifting to be online at home, and it is now commonly referred to as online learning. Despite the now regulated way of learning, debates regarding the effectiveness of online learning are widely circulated. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of online learning, and whether it has positively or negatively impacted the students in any way. The result shows that online learning really has significantly positively impacted students’ performance. Their learning achievement, self-efficacy, as well as learning motivation have shown to be greatly affected by this way of learning. The sources of impacts come from the way the learning materials are delivered, how the class is held, and the educators themselves. Covid-19 merupakan hal baru yang muncul ditengah-tengah kita, yakni sebuah virus yang tidak terlihat namun sangat meresahkan masyarakat, virus ini memberi dampak buruk dalam semua hal mulai dari pendidikan, ibadah, ekonomi. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengetahui dampak covid dan penyelsaiannya dalam pembelajaran siswa SDNU Grenden Puger selama pandemi ini, yang mana proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara online dirumah masing-masing akan tetapi dalam seminggu sekali siswa mengumpulkan tugas ke sekolah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskrptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data primer dihasilkan dari hasil terjun lapang langsung yakni proses observasi, wawancara dan juga dokumentasi dicantumkan pada point pembahasan. Sedangkan metode analisis data model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data yaitu: trianggulasi sumber, trianggulasi metode dan trianggulasi teori. Hasil penelitiannya ini menunjukkan bahwa: Persmaslahan yang dihadapi murid dalam pembelajaran masa pandemi: (1) tidak adanya sarana prasarana atau fasilitas seperti handphone, computer dll (bagi beberapa peserta didik). (2) Kurangnya pemahaman tentang teknologi. (3) Perlu adanya adaptasi baru dengan belajar online. (4) Rasa malas, bosan dan jenuh sudah dialami. Kendala yang dihapi orang tua murid masa pembelajaran daring yaitu: (1) Kurang paham dalam teknologi ketika anaknya bertanya terkait aplikasi belajar online. (2) Pemebelian kuota bertambah dari biasanya. (3) Sulit mengajak anak untuk sekolah online. Sednagkan kendala yang di hadpi guru pada masa Pndemi Covid-19 yaitu: (1) Tidak leluasa dalam mengajar, (2) sarana belajar yang kurang memedai, (3) Sulit nya memantau perkembangan peserta didik. kata kunci: covid-19, pembelajaran daring, sekolah dasar   Covid-19 is a new thing that has emerged in our midst, which is a virus that is invisible but very unsettling for the community, this virus has a negative impact on everything from education, worship, to the economy. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the impact of covid and its resolution in the learning of SDNU Grenden Puger students during this pandemic, in which the learning process is carried out online at their respective homes but once a week students collect assignments to school. This research method uses descriptive qualitative approach and type of case study research. Primary data collection methods resulted from direct field work, namely the process of observation, interviews and documentation included in the discussion points. Meanwhile, the data analysis methods of Miles and Huberman's model are data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. While the validity of the data were: source triangulation, method triangulation and theory triangulation. The results of this research indicate that: The problems faced by students in learning during the pandemic: (1) the absence of infrastructure or facilities such as cellphones, computers, etc. (for some students). (2) Lack of understanding of technology. (3) There needs to be a new adaptation with online learning. (4) Feelings of laziness, boredom and boredom have been experienced. The obstacles faced by parents of students during online learning are: (1) They do not understand technology when their children ask questions regarding online learning applications. (2) Purchasing quotas increases than usual. (3) Difficult to get children to go to school online. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by teachers during the Covid-19 epidemic were: (1) Not flexible in teaching, (2) inadequate learning facilities, (3) It was difficult to monitor the development of students. keywords: covid-19, online learning, elementary school

The purposes ond conclution of this research are to find out how the application of interpersonal communication between teachers and deaf students in Nurul Iman extraordinary school in the utilization of social media, to find out what factors hinder and support the application of interpersonal communication in the utilization of social media in Nurul Iman extraordinary school, and to know what impact occurs on students in the utilization of social media in interpersonal communication with the teacher, which is the overall purpose of this research by paying attention to the quality of supportive attitudes. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods with a case study research approach. The results of this research are when communicating, teachers and deaf students pay attention to the language used. Teachers and students alike try to be honest and try to position themselves as interlocutors when communicating. The inhibiting factor is the vocabulary of deaf students, studentsare not able to speak clearly, students who are initially dishonest and students who are not easily cured. While the supporting factors are students like to ask questions and tell the teacher, the teacher who always forgives students, honest students because the evidence that the teacher has and the teachers and students positioning themselves as interlocutors when communicating. The impact that occurs on students are increasing vocabulary of students, students who increasingly become honest and students who increasingly understand the teacher. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dengan murid tunarungu SLB Nurul Iman dalam pemanfaatan media sosial, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat dan mendukung penerapan komunikasi interpersonal dalam pemanfaatan media sosial di SLB Nurul Iman, serta untuk mengetahui dampak apa terjadi pada siswa dalam pemanfaatan media sosial dalam komunikasi interpersonal dengan guru, yang dimana keseluruhan tujuan penelitian dengan memperhatikan kualitas sikap mendukung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian studi kasus Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah saat berkomunikasi, guru dan murid tunarungu memperhatikan bahasa yang digunakan. Guru dan murid sama-sama berusaha jujur dan berusaha memposisikan diri menjadi lawan bicara saat berkomunikasi. Faktor yang menghambat yaitu pembendaharaan kata murid tunarungu, murid tidak mampu berbicara secara jelas, murid yang awalnya tidak jujur serta murid yang tidak mudah kapok. Sedangkan faktor yang mendukung adalah murid suka bertanya dan bercerita pada guru, guru yang memaafkan murid, murid yang jujur karena bukti yang dimiliki guru serta guru dan murid memposisikan menjadi lawan bicaranya saat berkomunikasi. Dampak yang terjadi pada murid yaitu pembendaharaan kata murid yang semakin banyak, murid yang semakin menjadi jujur serta murid yang semakin mengerti dan memahami guru. Kata kunci: Komunikasi interpersonal; pemanfaatan media sosial; sikap mendukung; guru spesialistunarungu; murid tunarungu.
