The high number of casualties and property losses due to disasters is one of the causes of weak disaster preparedness. The character of disaster preparedness, of course, does not form instantly, but goes through a long process. Disaster education based on local wisdom is the right step in strengthening the character of disaster preparedness in students. Disaster education is very important to be held starting from elementary level education to higher education. This study aims to determine conceptually-theoretically how disaster education based on local wisdom can strengthen the character of disaster preparedness. The method used in this study is the library research method, or it can be called the literature review method, which is a type of study that is carried out by examining relevant related literatures. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of disaster education based on local wisdom can improve the character of students' preparedness. So that the stronger character of student preparedness can reduce the risk in the event of a disaster. Keywords: disaster education, local wisdom, character of disaster preparedness

This study aims to determine the rational fiqh about zakat and grants in the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES). This research method uses a qualitative concept, with a normative juridical approach in concreto and legal synchronization, while the Risert library research type (literature) and data analysis techniques use the contents analysis method with the benefit of measuring instruments. The result is that zakat and grants have an important role in life berketuhanan, community and state, in the science of fiqh propulsion has maqashid hifzu al-Maal (memlihara treasure) for the sanctity of property, the soul also keep the despicable nature for the benefit of the afterlife, so that the sacred property of property other people. Zakat and grants are compulsory logging and circumcision, both of which are dimensions of good deeds, namely the dimensions of worship, social and economic. Awareness of the ummah in performing zakat, as well as the idolatry that is given to the authorized institution to manage and distribute it, while implementing regulations as a provision in accordance with KHES Article 684 that the State has the right to withdraw zakat and penalties for people who are reluctant to pay zakat, this can improve economic welfare the ummah and significantly reduce poverty.

A person's right to their own body is one of the human rights protected under the right to self-determination,1 and this protection also applies to patients seeking treatments. The process of giving information by the doctor, which is then followed with the consent to medical action by patient, is known as informed consent. In Indonesia, the protection of such right is contained in various laws and regulations. This is a descriptive legal research, with normative-judicial or library research method and qualitative data analysis. The discussion covers topics regarding therapeutic transaction as a form of agreement, the presence of informed consent in therapeutic transactions, and the consequence of the absence of informed consent from the perspective of civil law. It is also supplemented with case decision study on Case Decision No. 3203 K/Pdt/2017 which proves that the lack of informed consent is a legitimate ground for a lawsuit.

The economic growth of a country is strongly influenced by the availability of infrastructure that will support various economic activities. The need for the availability of funds and infrastructure development is a dilemma given the limited sources of state budget revenue. The issuance of Sovereign Sukuk (SBSN) is one of the government’s breakthrough to overcome this problem and is expected to be a solution option that can be used for infrastructure financing. This study aims to identify the development and contribution of Sovereign Sukuk (SBSN) for infrastructure development in Indonesia, include during the Covid-19 pandemic. From the results of data analysis using the library research method, its known that Sovereign Sukuk have a role as a source of APBN financing. The issuance of Sovereign Sukuk with various series of sukuk has contributed greatly to the develpoment of the various infrastructure projects in Indonesia. The total value of issuance and outstanding of Sovereign Sukuk also tends to increase every year which shows that Sovereign Sukuk is a financial instrument that is in demand by investors, both institutional investors and retail/individual investors because apart from being able to nvest, investors can also contribute to the country’s development.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the function of the sun in the perspective of science and al-Qur'an . The research method used is qualitative research methods with the type of research library (Library Research). This research applies data analysis technique of Milles and Huberman model, with steps: 1) data reduction; 2) data display; 3) verification. The result of this research is, the theories that science explain related to the function of the sun in accordance with what is also described in the Qur'an. Science explains that the sun as the greatest source of light for the earth can produce its own energy. This is explained in the Qur'an that the sun is described as siraj and dhiya' which means sunlight is sourced from itself, as the center of the solar system is not static but also moves this matter in the Qur'an explained in QS Yāsin verse 38, besides science and the Qur'an also equally explain that the sun can be made as a calculation of time.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi matahari dalam perspektif sains dan al-Qur’an..Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka (Library Research). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data model Milles dan Huberman, dengan langkah-langkah: 1) reduksi data; 2) display data; 3) verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, teori-teori yang sains jelaskan berkaitan dengan fungsi matahari sesuai dengan apa yang juga di jelaskan dalam al-Qur’an. Sains menjelaskan bahwa matahari sebagai sumber energi cahaya terbesar bagi bumi dapat menghasilkan energinya sendiri hal ini dijelaskan dalam al-Qur’an bahwa matahari dideskripsikan sebagai siraj dan dhiya’yang berarti sinar matahari bersumber dari dirinya sendiri, sebagai pusat tata surya matahari tidaklah statis melainkan juga bergerak hal ini dalam al-Qur’an di jelaskan dalam QS Yāsin ayat 38, selain itu sains dan al-Qur’an juga sama-sama menjelaskan bahwa matahari  dapat di jadikan sebagai perhitungan waktu serta petunjuk dari bayang-bayang.

Social work sanctions is an alternative in handling traffic violations without going through a litigation process, this research aims; First, to find out the right strategies related to social work sanctions. Second, to find out the factors that influence the implementation of social work sanctions and finally to find out the impact of the application of social work sanctions. The research method used is a socio-normative research method. Data collection techniques for library research and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the strategies is used in implementing social work sanctions are; Field survey, socialization Collaborate with the police to conduct sweeping on the object of research, carry out social / social work sanctions and install stickers to control and there needs to be a conscious area or traffic order. namely the existence of the concept of ultimum Remedium. It’s mean that criminal is the last step and the Discretion is a power or authority that is carried out based on the law for consideration and belief and emphasizes moral considerations rather than legal considerations. The inhibiting factors are; Written rules or regulations / substances that do not yet exist, lack of socialization and legal culture or attitudes of both the community and the police are still low regarding legal issues. Finally, the impact of the implementation is the creation of rules or laws that specifically regulate the issue of social work sanctions. The next thing is the creation of the Community Police Concept

<p>Communication is a core activity in every interaction. Every interaction contains a vision, so does the Prophet Muhammad. as a communicator. Prophetic communication of the Prophet needs to be an example/<em>uswatun hasanah</em> in building <em>ukhuwwah</em>. This study aims to provide an understanding back to the communicator/<em>da'i</em> of the current era about what prophetic communication should be done in facing of the complex conditions in the middle of the communicant. This research is a qualitative library research on hadiths delivered by the Prophet in Medina. While the data collection techniques is documentation and the data analysis used is interpretation. The results of this study shows the prophetic communication built on the personal and communal understanding of communicant, giving rise to the right method and way to build <em>ukhuwwah</em> in Medina. The communication of <em>Rasulullah</em> was carried out clearly, repeating the message of <em>da'wah</em>, and adjusting the capability of the <em>mad'u</em>/communicant faced so that the Islamic community's <em>ukhuwwah</em> was well developed.</p><p> </p>

This study aims to find out the Al-Qur'an's view on the theme of intercession, understand intercession in relation to other than Allah, such as Angels, Rasulallah, Al-Qur'an and know who has the right to obtain intercession and its criteria. The study was designed through descriptive research conducted with a thematic qualitative approach with the maudhu'i method. The subjects in this study are library research, that is, all data sources come from written materials related to the topics discussed. Data analysis in this study uses text analysis. The results of this study indicate that syafa'at is still being discussed by the scholars, but most of the scholars say that the syafa'at exists later on the Day of Judgment. As for the group that believes that there is Shafi'i is the Shiite and Ahlussunah groups, while the Mu'tazilah group believes that there is no Syafa'at in the afterlife, of course with their respective arguments. As for those who can give syafa'at are angels, prophets, pious people and good deeds, of course after getting permission and blessings from God.

ABSTRAKPerjanjian informed consent harus dilaksanakan dengan asas itikad baik. Asas ini merupakan asas bahwa para pihak, yaitu pihak kreditur dan debitur harus melaksanakan substansi kontrak berdasarkan kepercayaan atau keyakinan yang teguh maupun kemauan baik dari para pihak. Tulisan ini membahas informed consent Dokter dan Pasien berdasarkan asas Good Faith dan akibat hukum tidak dilaksanakannya informed consent Dokter dan Pasien berdasarkan asas Good Faith. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian hukum normative kajian tentang asas hukum, peneliti mengumpulkan data yang terdiri dari data primer, sekunder dan tertier. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan kajian kepustakaan. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif serta menarik kesimpulan penulis menggunakan metode berfikir deduktif.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Informed consent antara dokter dan pasien harus berdasarkan asas good faith, bagi dokter informed consent memberikan rasa aman dalam menjalankan tindakan medis terhadap pasien. Bagi pasien, informed consent merupakan merupakan perwujudan dari hak pasien dimana pasien berhak mendapatkan informasi tentang penyakit yang dideritanya, tindakan medis apa yang hendak dilakukan, kemungkinan yang akan terjadi atas pengambilan keputusan tindakan medis. Apabila tidak ada informed consent berakibat tidak terpenuhinya salah satu syarat perjanjian menurut Pasal 1320 KUH Perdata, digolongkan sebagai wanprestasi dan digolongkan sebagai perbuatan melawan hukum berdasarkan Pasal 1365 KUHPerdata.Kata kunci: informed consent; good faith; dokter dan pasienABSTRACTAn informed consent agreement must be carried out in good faith. This principle is the principle that the parties, namely the creditors and debtors must carry out the substance of the contract based on the trust or firm belief or goodwill of the parties. This paper discusses the informed consent of Doctors and Patients based on the Good Faith principle and the legal consequences of not implementing the informed consent of Doctors and Patients based on the Good Faith principle. The research method is a normative legal research study of the principle of law, researchers collect data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary data. Data collection techniques, namely interviews and literature review. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively and drawing conclusions from the author using deductive thinking methods. The conclusion of this study is that informed consent between doctors and patients must be based on the principle of good faith, for physicians informed consent to provide a sense of security in carrying out medical actions against patients. For patients, informed consent is an embodiment of the patient's right where the patient has the right to get information about the disease he is suffering from, what medical action he wants to take, the likelihood that will occur in making a decision on medical action. If no informed consent results in failure to fulfill one of the terms of the agreement under Article 1320 of the Civil Code, it is classified as a default and is classified as unlawful pursuant to Article 1365 of the Civil Code. The Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 3 and 20 of 2020, students are given the right to study for a maximum of three semesters of study outside the study program and campus through the Merdeka Learning-Independent Campus or “Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka” (MBKM) Program and the Pancasila student profile as the embodiment of Indonesian students. “Merdeka” Student Exchange Program or “Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa” (PMM) to accommodate the MBKM program and the realization of the Pancasila student profile. In the implementation of PMM, there are learning activities that provide experiences of diversity, inspiration, reflection, and national social contribution through the Nusantara Module (MN). The MN provides an opportunity to implement the concept of Pancasila student character in the implementation of PMM at the University of Merdeka Malang. The purpose of this study was to obtain the concept of the character of Pancasila students in higher education. The research method used descriptive qualitative, with the entire population of the PMM participants in the University of Merdeka Malang. Data were obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and FGDs. The result is the concept of Pancasila character in higher education could be supported by the PMM program with the MN activities.

The purpose of the study is to introduce and understand the paradigm of Islamic moderation to the public through social media in terms of separating from Islamophobia. The research method is qualitative by using library research. The data analysis technique used is Critical Discourse Analysis. Misunderstanding Islam will have the potential to cause Islamophobia. Social media can be used to provide an understanding of Islamic moderation to public. Given the enormous epidemic of hoaxes on social media, media literacy education and culture of clarification must be encouraged along with grounding Islamic moderation.                                            Keywords: Islamic moderation; Islamophobia; Social Media; Literacy.
