It is a fact that language is dynamic, and nothing can not stop it from changing. This dynamism has implications for the use of various languages among Indonesians. The youth mostly uses it because they are active and massive users of technology and social media. This research aims to describe the form and character of the linguistic variation of slang which is popularly used by the millennial generation. In this study, data is taken from social media, and direct informants then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that four types of linguistic variation of slang which is popularly used by the millennial generation such phonology (32,29%), morphology (22,92%), syntax (4,17%), and semantics aspect (40, 63%). Based on the results, the millennial generation’s most dominant type of semantics aspect with 39 data (40, 63%). It means that millennials preferred using more slang utterances modified in semantic elements. Millennials did not completely change or create many new meanings. They retained the meanings of existing references only in the forms of new terms.

ABSTRAK Revolusi Industri 4.0 memberikan dampak besar bagi kehidupan generasi milenal dan juga mempengaruhi keberfungsian sosialnya di kehidupan nyata, banyak generasi milenial berjuang untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya di media sosial maka artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Potret  kehidupan generasi milenial pada era revolusi industry 4.0. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif beradasar kepada analisis study literatur yang terkait Generasi Milenial  dan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Hasil penelitian menejlaskan bahwa generasi milenial secara keberfungsian sosial  memiliki kekuatan di bidang teknologi penelitian ini menyebutnya C3  Creative, Confident, Connected. Akan tetapi dalam prosesnya tidak semua generasi milenial mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi, krisis kepercayaan diri dan depresi menjadi masalah-masalah psikososial nya.  ABSTRACTThe Industrial Revolution 4.0 had a major impact on the life of the millennia generation and also affected its social functioning in real life, many millennial generations struggled to maintain their existence on social media so this article aims to analyze the portrait of millennial generations in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The research method uses a qualitative approach based on an analysis of literature studies related to Millennial Generation and Industrial Revolution 4.0. The explanatory results of the study show that the millennial generation in social function has strength in the technological field of this research, calling it C3 Creative, Confident, Connected. But in the process not all millennials are able to adapt to technological developments, crises of self-confidence and depression become psychosocial problems.

<p><br />This study examined the influence of e-commerce application, social media instagram and digital marketing to online purchases of millennial generation consumers. Respondents of this study were 152 university students who have already shopped online at e-commerce applications, have ever seen e-commerce advertisements on electronic media and have used social media instagram for online shopping participated in this reseach. There are several findings in this study. First, e-commerce application has positive influence to online purchases of millennial generation consumers. Second, social media instagram has postive effect to online purchases of millennial generation consumers. Purpose of the study: The paper aims to address the knowledge gap in understanding the relationship between AQ and the performance of millennial generation salespeople. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach in a systematic review. This is used to synthesize(summarizing) qualitative descriptive research results. Main Findings: The findings indicate that there is a positive relationship between adversity quotient on the performance of millennial generation salespeople. Applications of this study: The study shows the importance of companies adopting AQ for millennial generation salespeople by training salespeople, especially in guiding them, to provide flexible space to make decisions, and explore their capabilities in the field of technology in achieving performance targets set by the company. Novelty/Originality of this study: The results contribute to the literature by providing main factors of adversity quotient to achieve the performance of millennial generation salespeople on Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Introduction: Industrial revolution 4.0 in the current era of globalization plays an active role in the modern era in Indonesia. The influence of increasingly advanced technology affects the millennial generation as the nation's next generation to make Pancasila the basis of the State or the foundation of a State. In addition, the millennial generation has begun to shift the guidelines of life from Pancasila so that the appreciation of Pancasila values is starting to disappear along with the development of the times and in line with the progress of Science and Technology (IPTEK). If this continues, then the values of Pancasila will be replaced by a new ideology that will cause behavioural changes in society. Purpose: this study aims to provide the proper application to millennial life using Pancasila values, knowing the behaviour of the millennial generation towards the implementation of Pancasila values, and making Pancasila a way of life. Methods: the method used in this research is Literature Review and takes sources from journals published in 2019 to 2021 related to the Pancasila theme and the millennial generation. Results: the study results show that with the existence of Pancasila as the ideology and principle of the State, it is expected to strengthen the attitude and nature of the community in accepting things outside the norms that exist in Indonesia. In addition, the younger generation is expected to be able to apply Pancasila values along with the development of science and technology in the modern era and current globalization. The research question is how to make the millennial generation implement Pancasila in life in the contemporary period and what solutions can continue to instil Pancasila values ​​in the 4.0 industrial revolution. Recommendation: the conclusion drawn is that Pancasila can become a unifying tool for the nation if the current generation or millennial generation still desires to maintain its values ​​, even though they are in a modern era and many influences from its outside cultures. Limitation: the limitation of this research is not getting all the data directly from the source. The researcher recommends using primary data for the following study to ensure its truth and accuracy better because the researcher directly obtains it.

The purpose of writing this review is to find out information from the book's contents and assess the weaknesses and strengths of the book. The author did this review because he saw the development of the generation in Indonesia and their ability to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge in relevant formal, non-formal, and informal education.The book entitled Generation Z &amp; Industrial Revolution 4.0 was written by Hadion Wijoyo, one of the permanent lecturers at STMIK Dharmapala Riau. The purpose of writing books is because the millennial generation contributed a lot to drive the industrial revolution. The millennial generation can take advantage of increasingly developing technology. The millennial generation needs to be provided with knowledge in relevant formal, non-formal, and informal education.This book is intended for the millennial generation in Indonesia. The opportunity for the industrial revolution 4.0 to occur is tremendous if they can adapt well. So that the millennial generation is expected to make technology in Indonesia more advanced, as the millennial generation must be able to study all developments in the Industrial Revolution to bring the Indonesian nation forward. However, technological developments must also be by the Pancasila principles so that they do not conflict with the goals of the Indonesian government.The book Generation Z &amp; the Industrial Revolution 4.0 provides information about the occurrence of the industrial revolution 4.0 in Indonesia. Industrial revolution 4.0 was implemented with the increase in machine technology, strategic policy frameworks, and others. Given the development of technology, the role of generation Z will also increase in achieving the benefits of the industrial revolution.The reader will interest in the book since it is fascinating. The book is interesting because it contains the role of the millennial generation in the industrial revolution. It is essential for the millennial generation so that they can keep up with existing technological developments. Therefore, this book by Hadion Wijoyo can be used as a guide in utilizing existing technology. The millennial generation must also have and practice the principles of Pancasila in everyday life so that they are not misguided when following technological developments.

Currently the presence of the millennial generation is sunnatullah, the emergence of this generation is due to advances in science and technology. Millennials rely heavily on social media, however, they do not yet have a strong filter to be able to filter the information they receive. The millennial generation also has challenges in facing a new era in their life, namely the era of society 5.0 as a complement to the 4.0 Industrial Revolution. In this instantaneous era, various religious problems that never end, such as rampant politicization, terrorism, radicalism, extremism, disintegration, misuse of da'wah, exploitation of the people, so many hate speeches, hoaxes and slander are now flooding the faces of the diversity of the nation. In relation to this impact, the level of understanding of education management, mental health awareness, and organizational activeness turned out to be greatly influences human behavior, especially for new students who are vulnerable to invitations from outside influences. Facing an era like this, it is time for the millennial generation to take part in actualizing the moderation of religion as a solution to religious problems.

The world has now entered the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, where in this era the world was colored by artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence), genetic engineering, nanotechnology, innovation, and changes that occurred rapidly had an impact on the economy, industry, government, and politics. Industry 4.0 is more likely to lead to business activities using digital platforms such as mobile shopping, e-commerce, marketplaces, and so on. The characteristic of online shopping is that it must be simple and fun, and with a very varied platform can increase its own trust in consumers to shop online. This study aims to develop the concept of a business platform that can affect the perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment of the millennial generation in online shopping. This concept focuses on one's repurchase intention to do online shopping which is influenced by the existence of so many business platforms and provide different services. The population used is characteristic of the millennial generation in Central Java. This sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The samples used amounted to more than 100 millennials in Central Java, and who frequently use business platforms/applications in online shopping. Data analysis techniques using regression with SPSS

 Millennials generations are valuable assets owned by the Indonesian people. The number of generations reaching approximately 35% now makes every politician interested in getting feedback from this generation. The millennial generation currently has a very broad momentum, one of which is in terms of political participation in Indonesia. The activity of this millennial generation is able to change the direction and pace of Indonesian politics towards being identical to this generation's habit. His appearance to be active in political participation today has changed Indonesia's political paradigm a lot. Young figures with very different communication styles compared to their predecessor's style make this millennial generation has its own distinctive characteristics and colors in the Indonesian public sphere. Besides that Indonesia, which is currently entering the gate of industrial revolution 4.0, must certainly adapt to the pace of the era and change the paradigm of a very fast generation especially in 2030 Indonesia will experience a demographic bonus, so that readiness and maturity in the political world for the millennial generation is very important to prepare since early.
