Cnidoscolus aconitifolius has been long used by ethnic groups in Indonesia for vegetables and traditional medicine. This study aims to explain the benefits of C. aconitifolius for food and its bioactivity. The method for writing is library research on scientific articles published online at Google Scholar by using the keywords: uses of C. aconitifolius and bioactivity of C. aconitifolius. All available articles were synthesized to provide comprehensive information on C. aconitifolius for food and its bioactivity. C. aconitifolius has two to three times more nutrients than spinach, spinach, Chinese cabbage, and lettuce. Cnidoscolus aconitifolius bioactivity includes antimicrobial, antidiabetic, hepatoprotective, antioxidant, antihypercholetrol, analgesic, antianemia, and kidney protection. Cnidoscolus aconitifolius leaves contain macronutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals so that they have the potential to be developed for cheap and easily available food. On the other hand, C. aconitifolius also contains anti-nutrients such as phytate and oxalate but with proper processing the antinutrients will be degraded.

<p><span lang="IN">Seiring lahirnya berbagai pemahaman terhadap hadis-hadis Nabi, pada saat itulah keragaman umat Muslim dalam menyikapi isu-isu tentang seni akan selalu hangat dan tidak pernah usai diperbincangkan dalam pemikiran muslim. Ada yang memandang bahwa seni merupakan suatu hal yang dilarang olah Nabi. Disisi lain, ada yang memandang bahwa seni merupakan salah satu yang dianjurkan oleh Nabi</span><span>, b</span><span lang="IN">aik </span><span>dalam </span><span lang="IN">seni musik, seni menggambar, seni melukis, dan </span><span>seni lainnya</span><span lang="IN">. Tujuan penelitian ini akan mengkaji seni dalam sudut pandang ma’ani al-hadis<em> </em>terhadap teks-teks hadis dengan melihat <em>sosio-historis</em> dan implikasinya terhadap Islam. Hal inilah yang harus dibenahi oleh cendekia-cendekia muslim agar hadis-</span><span>hadis</span><span lang="IN"> Nabi dimaknai secara objektif dengan tidak meninggalkan teks dan konteks hadis yang disampaikan. Adapun metode penelitian</span><span> yang digunakan</span><span lang="IN"> yaitu <em>library research</em> </span><span>dengan</span><span lang="IN"> cara </span><span>m</span><span lang="IN">engumpul</span><span>k</span><span lang="IN">an data dalam buku, </span><span>artikel</span><span lang="IN">, jurnal, dan berbagai macam literatur-literatur </span><span>yang </span><span lang="IN">terkait</span><span> dengan</span><span lang="IN"> permasalahan yang dikaji </span><span lang="IN">untuk menemukan hasil. Hasil penelitian ini melalui kajian ma’ani al-hadis adalah bahwa konsep seni merupakan suatu hal yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi, dan seni pada hakikatnya boleh saja dipraktikkan dalam konteks kekinian yang tidak menunjukkan pada sebuah larangan. There are those who think that art is something that was forbidden by the Prophet. On the other hand, there are those who think that art is one of the things that the Prophet likes, </span><span>such as</span><span lang="IN"> music, drawing, painting art, and other arts. The purpose of this research is to examine art from the perspective of ma'ani al-hadith towards hadith texts by looking at the socio-historical and its implications for Islam. This is what Muslim scholars need to fix so that the Prophet's traditions are interpreted objectively without leaving the text and context of the hadiths being conveyed. The research method used is library research by collecting data in books, articles, journals, and various kinds of literature related to the problems being studied </span><span lang="IN">to find </span><span>the </span><span lang="IN">results. </span><span lang="IN">The result of this research through the study of ma'ani al-hadith is that the concept of art is something that was exemplified by the Prophet, and art in essence may be practiced in a contemporary context that does not indicate a prohibition. The aim of this study is to explore the importance of Qira’at Mutawatirah as a discipline particularly in the field of fiqh (jurisprudence). As a field of study, Qiraat (Quranic reading) plays a significant role in Islamic Fiqh by way of shaping the opinions and views of the fuqaha’ (jurists). Nevertheless, some fuqaha’ are less familiar with Qiraat as a study which has thus led to some confusion and ambiguity on the matter. It was even suggested that the differences of fiqh found within the madzhabs (sects) are based on the fuqaha’s own Qiraat. Thus this paper is a discussion on the differences of wajh Qiraat within the farsh letters as found among the Qiraat scholars. This paper also analyses the relationship and influence of the Qiraat readings among the fuqaha when it comes to deriving a hukm (principle), particularly on fiqh ibadah (the laws of worship). As such, this significant study sheds light into the approach used by the fuqaha’ when it comes to extracting and deriving laws and principles based on the different Qiraat readings. The objectives of this study are to investigate the extent and role of Qiraat, to analyse and observe the relationship between Qiraat readings of the fuqaha and its relationship to the hukm. This study is based entirely on library research. Overall, the findings show that Qiraat is undoubtedly important; the differences in Qiraat have a major impact in the way that the various Islamic Fiqh were derived from the Qur’anic verses. Nevertheless, the chosen Qiraat readings by Fuqaha, on the other hand, do not play a major role in determining the fiqh within the various sects; instead the wajh Qiraat plays a major role within their respective sects. However, in some circumstances, the chosen Qiraat readings do sometimes become a source which a hukm is decided within their sects, and vice versa. It is hoped that this study becomes a pioneer for other researchers to conduct a more in-depth study on the sciences of Qiraat by exploring it critically within the various perspectives of the Islamic discipline. It is hoped that it can be analysed, studied, understood and implemented in the field of teaching and learning, in line with its importance within the other branches of Islamic discipline. It is hoped that as a study, it can be further expanded and remain significant to the Islamic scholars and the community at large. Keyword: Qiraat Mutawatirah, Fiqh, Qiraat, fuqaha‘   Penulisan ini bertujuan merungkai hubungan rapat Qiraat dalam disiplin ilmu Islam terutamanya ilmu Fiqh. Qiraat menjadi salah satu faktor yang dominan terutamanya dalam mencorakkan perbezaan hukum Fiqh Islami dalam kalangan Fuqaha’. Namun masih terdapat kalangan yang kurang mengetahui dan memahami hakikat kewujudan ilmu Qiraat sehingga menimbulkan kekeliruan dan kesamaran mengenainya bahkan wujudnya pendapat menyatakan bahawa hukum fiqh yang diinstibatkan dalam mazhab adalah berdasarkan daripada Qiraat yang dibaca oleh kalangan fuqaha itu sendiri. Justeru kajian ini akan menyentuh dan membincangkan perbezaan wajh qiraat yang terdapat pada farsh huruf dalam kalangan ulama Qiraat. Dalam masa yang sama, kajian ini juga akan menyingkap dan menganalisis perkaitan dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengeluaran hukum oleh kalangan Fuqaha’ terutama ayat-ayat al-Quran yang melibatkan fiqh ibadat. Kajian ini penting demi memahami keadaan sebenar bagaimana kalangan Fuqaha mengeluarkan hukum fiqh berdasarkan perbezaan Qiraat. Objektif kajian ialah mengkaji sejauhmana perkaitan dan peranan Qiraat pada hukum fiqh, menganalisis dan menilai sejauh mana pertalian bacaan Qiraat yang dibaca Fuqaha’ dengan hukum yang diinstibatkan oleh Fuqaha.’ Secara keseluruhannya, kajian ini dijalankan berdasarkan kajian ke perpustakaan sepenuhnya. Ternyata dapatan hasil kajian ini merumuskan bahawa perbezaan Qiraat pula memberi impak yang besar dalam mencorakkan hukum fiqh dalam ayat al-Quran. Bacaan ‘Qiraat PilihanFuqaha‘ pula tidaklah menjadi faktor utama mempengaruhi hukum fiqh mazhab yang diasaskan oleh mereka bahkan fuqaha hanya menjadikan wajh Qiraat itu sebagai platform utama dalam menentukan hukum fiqh dalam mazhab yang diasaskan mereka. Namun tidak dinafikan juga, bacaan ‘Qiraat Pilihan Fuqaha‘ itu kekadang menjadi sebab penentuan hukum bagi mazhab mereka dan kekadangnya sebaliknya. Kajian ini diharap menjadi perintis kepada pengkaji yang lain untuk lebih prolifik mengenai ilmu Qiraat dalam membahaskannya dari pelbagai sudut disiplin ilmu Islam secara lebih kritis supaya ia dapat ditelaah, dikaji, difahami, diperkasai dan diimplimentasikan dalam aspek pengajaran dan pembelajaran sejajar dengan kepentingannya terhadap cabangan ilmu-ilmu Islam yang lain agar terus berkembang dan bertapak pada kaca mata Ilmuan Islam secara khusus dan masyarakat sejagat secara umumnya.   Kata Kunci: Qiraat Mutawatirah, Fiqh, Qiraat, fuqaha‘.

Iqrar is a form of bayyinah or evidence which could be tendered during trial at the syariah court. The syariah evidential principles renders it relevant and admissible with varying effect. Iqrar sorih or confession, once admitted by court, would become binding against the accused. In such a scenario, the court may convict the accused based on such confession without any need for further proof. On the other hand, the court may also admit an admission or iqrar kinayah but it could never convict the accused based on such admission alone. In other words, based on admissibility of such admission, a court could only convict the accused should such admission is further corroborated and strengthened by other evidence. This article however observes that the strength of a confession very mush depends on voluntariness of the maker of the confession. There is also some confusion among syariah practitioners as regards to the difference between both forms of iqrar. The conducted research is pure legal and qualitative in nature. Data and materials on iqrar confession and admission are collected via library research method. These data and materials are then analysed using critical and content methodologies.. This article analyses the relevancy and admissibility of iqrar confession and admission in the eyes of syariah evidential principles. It then strives at identifying problems relating to its admissibility and interpretation. This article eventually offers some ideas on ways of avoiding future misinterpretation of iqrar while simultaneously looking into some ideas on how to improve its application.

There is no doubt to the fact that globalization has become a buzz word of our time and has significantly impacted the whole world and Africa without exception. Despite it being a buzz word, it has also become very confusing. Some people when asked to specify how they understand it, reply with considerable hesitation, vagueness and inconsistency. However, whether one understands it or not, the fact remains that globalization is real and it is impossible to avoid it, but we have to act. In recent decades globalization has become a factor that obstructs nation-building process in the developing world and Africa in particular. Increasing inequalities between social classes, ethnic groups, regions and nations are on the rise while nations are becoming more powerless to solve these problems. On the other hand, globalization will represent a golden opportunity for nation-building process, if Africa manages to grab the opportunities presented.

<div class="Section1"><p>Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji  pancasila dalam dimensi pendidikan Islam. falsafah Pancasila belum dijadikan primadona utama  dalam setiap diskusi pendidikan.  Pendekatan dalam peneltian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Lembaga-lembaga pendidikan belum begitu banyak memaknai Pancasila  bagian hal terpenting dan menjiwainya secara sadar. Apa yang digagas kemudian  adalah  bagaimana falsafah Pancasila   selayaknya dijadikan paradigma kritis dalam kondisi pendidikan saat ini. Hal yang demikian bisa jadi akan melahirkan sebuah pandangan yang genuine yang menawarkan sebuah gerakan dan kesadaran untuk menyelesaikan berbagai problem pendidikan. Perbedaan kondisi di bagian negara lain memberikan kita kesempatan menampilkan sebuah gagasan paradigma kritis pancasila.  Dalam kehidupan masyarakat  yang lebih luas Pancasila  yang menggema hanya sebatas nama kurang terlihat bentuknya seperti apa jika menjadi penawar obat kesembuhan pendidikan saat ini. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa posisi pancasila seharusnya memang mendapat ruang yang berarti, di satu sisi karena prinsip-prinsip Pancasila  terilhami dari Islam, disisi lain  Islam memberikan legitimasi yang kuat bagi terlaksananya prinsip Pancasila yang sejalan dengan landasan Islam.</p><p>Kata kunci: paradigma, kritis, Pancasila, pendidikan, Islam</p></div><p><em>CRITICAL PARADIGM  OF  PANCASILA IN THE DIMEN- SIONS OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION. This study aims to examine the Pancasila in the Islamic educational dimension.The philosophy of Pancasila  has not made a prima donna in any discussion  of education. This study  uses library research. Institutions  have not so many interpret Pancasila as the most important thing and make it as the spirit consciously. What was conceived then is how the philosophy of Pancasila should be made as a critical paradigm in the condition of education today. Such things could be going to deliver a view that offers a genuine movement  and awareness to resolve various problems in education. The difference of conditions in others countries gives us a chance to display a critical paradigm of Pancasila. In the life of the wider community, Pancasila that echoes only as the name. Its shape is less visible if it be the antidote to cure a disease of the current education. This paper engages with the theological discourse on the state of al-Mahdi in Shi‘i tradition and the Peaceful Kingdom of Christianity. It focuses on two particular narratives, Quranic one focusing on Shi‘i tafsir Qur’an 24:55 and Biblical one concerning on Isaiah 11:1-19. This study employs library research looking specifically at Qur’anic and Biblical commentaries. By comparing the texts, it is found out that the first insists on several requirements to realize the promise of God (the state of al-Mahdî) by performing active struggles i.e. possessing strong faith and doing righteous action. On the other hand, the latter provides the description of the ideal circumstance when Messiah comes to a region in which both the ruler and the ruled do active struggles. The first still emphasizes the importance of strong faith while the second doesn’t. Yet, both narratives share that active struggles and righteous actions must be at stake.

Provinsi Lampung adalah salah satu cerminan wilayah multikultural yang ada di Indonesia. Multikultural yang ada di wilayah Lampung tidak bisa dilepaskan dari terbukanya komunitasnya dalam menerima kehadiran etnis lain di wilayahnya, yang tertuang dalam nilai-nilai budaya piil pesenggiri yang mereka miliki. Akan tetapi, piil pesenggiri pula sering diklaim sebagai penyebab konflik yang sering melibatkan orang Lampung. Ini menunjukkan ada paradoks cara pandang dalam memahami piil pesenggiri sebagai identitas orang Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualittif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi, yang ditujukan untuk membantah klaim bahwa konflik yang sering terjadi di wilayah Lampung, disebabkan karena menguatnya piil pesenggiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa piil pesenggiri sebagai identitas, justru mampu menciptakan harmoni dengan etnis lain. Melalui kasus komunitas Lampung di Way Kanan, mekanisme politik pengorganisasian identitas (politik identitas) tersebut, komunitas Lampung justru mampu menguatkan identitas piil pesenggiri-nya, sekaligus mampu menciptakan harmoni di tengah masyarakatrnya. Lampung Province is a reflection of multicultural region in Indonesia. Multiculturalism in the region is related to the openness of the community in accepting the presence of other ethnic groups in the region. The principle of openness is contained in the values of the piil pesenggiri as as a part of their culture. But on the other hand, the piil pesenggiri was also often claimed as a cause of conflict involving frequently Lampungnese. This situation ilustrated the existence of paradoxes of perspective in understanding the piil pesenggiri as Lampung people's identity. The research employs a qualitative approach with interview and observation data collection techniques. The research purposes is to obtain findings to refute the claims of the piil pesenggiri as trigger of frequent conflict in Lampung. The results of the study demonstrates the facts contradicting the claims. The piil pesenggiri as identity actually was even able to create harmony with other ethnic groups. In the case of the Lampungnese community in Way Kanan, through the political mechanism of organizing identity (politics of identitiy), the Lampungnese community was able to strengthen the identity of the piil pesenggiri while at the same time being able to create harmony in the community.

Supernumerary nipples (accessory nipples or polythelia) are classified as minor developmental anomalies. Their incidence, as reported in different ethnic groups, varies from 0.22% to 5%.1,2 Various malformations associated with supernumerary nipples have been described in individual cases.2,3 Recently, attention was drawn to a high incidence of renal abnormalities in children with supernumerary nipples. Mehes1,4 initially evaluated 20 Hungarian children and then an additional 37 Hungarian children with supernumerary nipples and discovered urinary tract abnormalities in 15 (40%) and nine children (27%), respectively. On the other hand, Rahbar,5 using clinical criteria and urine findings, was not able to identify renal or other malformations in 22 American black neonates with supernumerary nipples.

Smuggling is a problem that often occurs in Indonesia, so the smuggling problem must receive the full attention of the government to be immediately addressed. As a national legal product based on the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, the form of the Proactive and Anticipatory Customs Law is still very simple, on the other hand it must reach a broader aspect to anticipate the development of trade. The method of this research is Library Research and Field Research. The negative impact of smuggling used clothing is very detrimental to the domestic industry and detrimental to the country's income and economy, but on the other hand there are also positive impacts on the poor that benefit from being able to buy ex-foreign goods from smuggling at low prices and higher quality high. As one of the Government Agencies participating in the effort to eradicate the smuggling of used clothing and the public should not be easily tempted by the import price of used clothing which is cheaper than local clothing, because the level of health is not necessarily guaranteed.

The reality in society shows that not all married couples have the same relationship pattern. In the sense that the life forms they have to live are different from one another. There are married couples who after marriage have to live separately. On the other hand, husbands are also found in living their domestic lives in an effort to form a harmonious and happy family, always dealing with various conflicts that can affect the child's psychology. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach through library research or library research that refers to sources of books, journals, and other references related to research.
