This class action research aims to improve the quality of emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement of students in class VII-F of SMP Negeri 5 Purwokerto by applying Quantum teaching to mathematics learning. After applying Quantum teaching emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement of students increased. This research was conducted in three cycles. Data collection techniques through observation by observers and filling out questionnaires by students, and data analysis was done in the description with scoring techniques. Based on the results of the research that has been done it can be concluded the following matters: 1) There is an increase in students' emotional intelligence in the process of learning mathematics. This can be seen from the increase in the average observations and emotional intelligence questionnaire results of students from cycle I to cycle III. In cycle III, the average results of observation of emotional intelligence were 2.53 with the criteria of emotionally intelligent students and the average results of students' emotional intelligence questionnaire in cycle III was 2.87 with the criteria of emotionally intelligent students. 2) There is an increase in students' mathematics learning achievement in the material lines and angles. This can be seen from the increase in grade point average and mastery learning. The average value of the class before the application of Quantum teaching was 72.21 with a mastery of learning at 54.54% after the implementation of the Quantun teaching completeness of student learning rose to 74.194% with an average grade of 76.548. Thus the application of Quantum teaching in mathematics learning succeeded in increasing emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement of VII-F graders of SMP Negeri 5 Purwokerto

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, jumlah siswa yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu, kuisioner kecerdasan emosional dan dokumentasi prestasi belajar dari nilai rapor. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai korelasi r = 0,417. Nilai rtabel = 0,297 untuk N = 44 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai rhitung (0,417) > rtabel (0,297) maka diputuskan menerima hipotesis alternatif (H1) dan menolak hipotesis awal (H0). Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. The population of this study is all students of VIII grade at SMP Negeri 8 Palu consisting of 5 classes. The sample was obtained by using random sampling technique. The total number of the sample was 44 students. The data collection used two instruments, namely, emotional intelligence questionnaire and documentation of learning achievement from the report card. The results of data analysis using product moment correlation test obtained correlation value r = 0.417. Value of rtable = 0,297 for N = 44 with significance level 5%. The value of rcount (0.417)> rtable (0.297) then decided to accept the alternative hypothesis (H1) and reject the initial hypothesis (H0). This means there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Abstract This study aims to improve creativity and student achievement in learning mathematics in class X MIPA MA Bahrul Ulum Jombang. In general, this study seeks to increase creativity and student achievement by using a cooperative type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) model. This type of research is Class Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this research were 32 students of class X MIPA MA Bahrul Ulum. The object of this research is the implementation of mathematics learning using a cooperative type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) model. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in 2 cycles, each of which consisted of 2 meetings. Data obtained from observation sheets, field notes, student creativity questionnaires, results of student and teacher interviews, cycle tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed that using a cooperative model type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization). Can improve creativity and student achievement. Student creativity seen from all indicators of creativity has increased. In the first cycle of 58%, the second cycle was 80%. Creativity can be seen from the ability to produce a lot of ideas, the ability to express various kinds of solutions to problems, the ability to find answers, tend to give more answers, respond to questions asked, have many questions, and be able to describe things in detail. Mathematics learning achievement of students experienced an increase seen from the average cycle test score in class X MIPA MA Bahrul Ulum, from 62.74 to 79.84. Student learning achievement can be achieved from the changes in actions taken by changing previous learning. Keywords: TAI, Creativity, Learning Achievement Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan prestasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika kelas X MIPA MA Bahrul Ulum Jombang. Secara umum penelitian ini mengupayakan peningkatan kreativitas dan prestasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualization). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA MA Bahrul Ulum yang berjumlah 32 orang. Objek penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualization). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini terlaksana dalam 2 siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Data diperoleh dari lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, angket kreativitas siswa, hasil wawancara siswa dan guru, tes siklus, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualization).dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan prestasi belajar siswa. Kreativitas siswa yang dilihat dari semua indikator kreativitas mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I sebesar 58%, pada siklus II sebesar 80%. Kreativitas dapat dilihat dari kemampuan menghasikan banyak gagasan, kemampuan mengemukakan barmacam-macam pemecahan terhadap masalah, kemampuan menemukan jawaban, cenderung memberi jawaban yang lebih banyak, menanggapi pertanyaan yang diajukan, mempunyai banyak pertanyaan, dan mampu menguraikan sesuatu secara terperinci. Prestasi belajar matematika siswa mengalami peningkatan yang dilihat dari rata-rata skor tes siklus pada kelas X MIPA MA Bahrul Ulum yaitu dari 62.74 menjadi 79.84. Prestasi belajar siswa dapat tercapai dari adanya perubahan tindakan yang dilakukan dengan mengubah pembelajaran sebelumnya. Kata kunci: TAI, Kreativitas, Prestasi Belajar

The background of this research is the lack of students mathematics learning outcomes. This is because passive students in participating in learning, and in group learning activities, group less responsible members of the group, resulting in lower student learning outcomes. This study is a class action that aims to improve learning outcomes mathematics using cooperative learning model NHT. The research was conducted in classes VI SDN 011 Kerumutan Beringin Kecamatan Makmur. Research was conducted during two cycles. The research instrument consists of a sheet of teacher activity observation and student activity and learning outcomes. Based on the results of research and discussion, that the learning outcomes of students has increased after learning activities using cooperative learning model NH. This statement is supported by the results that have been raised previously, namely: (1) the results of the initial test results of learning mathematics students get an average of 54.00 with learning completeness percentage of 48%; (2) in the first cycle of students' mathematics learning outcomes increased with an average value of 64.00 with learning completeness percentage of 84%; and (3) in the second cycle students' mathematics learning outcomes increased with an average value of 67.00 with learning completeness percentage of 92%. This shows that the classical completeness has been reached, in which the research is successful if the completeness achieved 80% of students obtaining a minimum value of 70. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model NHT can improve mathematics learning outcomes SDN 011 Beringin Makmur Kecamatan Kerumutan.

The goals of this research are: (1) To describe the implementation of mathematics learning with realistic mathematics learning approach Indonesia (PMRI) in efforts to improve learning achievement of students in grade VII E SMP Negeri 1 Sayegan (2) describe the improvement of student achievement in mathematics graders VII E SMP Negeri 1 Sayegan through a realistic approach to learning mathematics Indonesia (PMRI). This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively with teachers. Subject of research is 32 students in grade VII E SMP Negeri 1 Sayegan. Collecting data using observation sheets, and about the avaluation of each cycle. The study was conducted in two cycles, the implementation of the first cycle obtained an average value of student achievement amounted to 83.00%, the second cycle obtained value student achievement by 93, 65%. Thus PMRI approach can improve student achievement.Keywords: Implementation Indonesia Mathematics Realistic Learning Approach(IMRL), learning achievement, mathematics Subjects.

Class action research aims to improve mathematics learning result and learning activities of students on the basic concepts of integer arithmetic operation using the media props magnetic board. This study was conducted by two cycles using Kemmis and Mc Taggart cycle model. The subjects in this study is the entire fourth grade students of SDN 03 Klapanunggal Bogor consisting of 29 students. Data was collected using observation techniques, test results and documentation study. These results indicate that: (1) the average value of the results of learning mathematics by using visual media magnetic board in the first cycle to obtain the value of 65,9 with learning completeness percentage of 62%, while the second cycle obtain an average value of 76,5 with learning completeness percentage of 86%, (2) the observation of the students showed an increase in activity of students with a percentage of 62% in the first cycle, increased in the second cycle with the percentage of 82,7%, thus achieving the success criteria that are expected in the second cycle. Thus, learning outcomes and student mathematics learning activities SDN Klapanunggal 03 Bogor can be improved by applying a magnetic board media.

<p>This study aims to analyze the results of learning mathematics in terms of the <br />effect of the interaction between description and formative tests students' emotional intelligence. Research using experimental methods to design a 2x2 factorial treatment by level, and get the results as follows: (1) Overall, the results of the students' mathematics learning structured descriptions given formative tests is higher than that given in descriptions of formative tests are free. (2) There is an interaction effect descriptions and formative tests of emotional intelligence to the results of students' mathematics learning. In the group of students who are given the description of structured formative test results obtained studying mathematics students who have low emotional intelligence is higher than the students who have high emotional intelligence, while in the group of students were given a description of formative tests obtained free math learning outcomes of students who have low emotional intelligence no different from students who have high emotional intelligence. In order to improve the quality of mathematics learning, teachers should be able to conduct a formative test innovation in narrative form. Giving the description formative tests should be tailored to the level of emotional intelligence of students. </p>

This study aims to overcome students' low interest in learning mathematics by using interactive multimedia learning models to increase students' interest in learning mathematics in class VII MTS PP ATH-TOHIRIYAH Gunung Selamat in the midst of the Corona Virus outbreak. With the application of this interactive multimedia learning model, it is hoped that it will increase students' interest in learning mathematics. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a class action method. In this study, the authors analyzed the data from the pre-test and post-test scores from both classes. The population in this study were all students of MTS PP ATH-TOHIRIYAH Gunung Selamat grade VII, totaling 40 students. The sampling technique used is probability sampling using cluster sampling. From the results of data analysis, it is known that there is a difference between the average value of student learning outcomes before and after the implementation where the average value of the experimental pre-test is 56.60% and the control pre-test is 66.70% and becomes 86.55% for the experimental post-test and 75.30% for the control post-test. The experimental class increased by 29.95%, while the control class only increased by 8.60%. Based on the results of research and data processing that have been discussed, it can be concluded that the application of the interactive multimedia-based mathematics learning process has an impact on student learning interest in terms of student learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of class VIII junior high school. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is all students of class VIII SMP N 2  Kupang and the research sample is class VIII D students with the sampling technique is simple ramdom sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and mathematics learning achievement tests. Data analysis was carried out in two ways, namely the SPSS program. From the results of the analysis, based on the tests of normality, linearity, significance, emotional intelligence has an influence on mathematics learning achievement and was obtained by equation of regression Y = 0,642X and t-count = 4.272 > 2, 052 = t table then, a push H0, it means that there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on learning achievement. Based on the results of the study, the researcher concluded that there was a significant effect of emotional intelligence on mathematics learning achievement of class VIII students of SMPN 2 Kota Kupang.

This research aims to describe the results of mathematics learning by using the think pair share method and increase the motivation to learn students of class VIII-F MTs Negeri 1 Yogyakarta school year 2018/2019. The observed motivation includes five aspects, namely the commitment to the task, persistence in learning, diligent in the face of difficulties, can answer his opinion and be interested in various problems. This research using class action methods (PTK) is carried out in two cycles. The results of the study show that: (1) Student motivation for Learning mathematics in cycle I from 32 students, 12.50% reaching high category, increased to 43.75% in cycle II; (2) The increase in student learning results is demonstrated by the increasing average of student learning outcomes at Cycle I, 50.00% has been completed with the average value of 72.23, increasing to 78.10% in cycle II by an average of 76.79. The think pair share method can be applied in math learning process.

The problem formulation of this research is the Application of Expository Model with Demonstration Method and Giving Assignments to improve mathematics learning achievement of students of class IXC semester I of SMP Negeri 3 Selat, 2016/2017 school year. The purpose of this study was to improve mathematics learning achievement of students of class IXC of SMP Negeri 3 Selat in the first semester, 2016/2017 school year. The place for this class action research is at SMP Negeri 3 Selat, by taking the research subjects of class IXC students in the first semester of 2016/2017 school year. The object of this class action research is an increase in Mathematics learning achievement of students of class IXC Middle School 3 Strait, 2016/2017 academic year. The initial average value of 69.83 rose to 74.67 in the first cycle and in the second cycle rose to 75.64. The expository model with demonstration and assignment methods is very effective to be applied in the learning process that results in active, enthusiastic, critical thinking students and can understand the material being taught so that students' learning achievement increases.
