The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) Implementation of the agreement with the Fiduciary PT. Andalan Finance Indonesia (Nasmoco Credit) Semarang. 2) The role of the Notary in the Deed of Fiduciary Manufacture PT. Andalan Finance Indonesia (Nasmoco Credit). 3) Obstacles and solutions in the manufacture of the Deed of Fiduciary PT. Andalan Finance Indonesia (Nasmoco Credit) Semarang.This research is research with empirical juridical approach. Specification of the research is descriptive. In this study, researchers obtained the primary data sources through interviews and field research object of research Nasmoco Credit and Notary in Semarang. The secondary data obtained through literature.The research results are: 1) Implementation of the agreement with the Fiduciary PT. Andalan Finance Indonesia (Nasmoco Credit) Semarang starting from the stage financing request of consumers, the application review consumer financing, the stages of recommendation, preparation of contract documents, disbursement of consumer financing, the stages of the agreement, the stages of the determination of insurance, the imposition of fiduciary, a deed to the notary and registration of fiduciary to fiduciary office. 2) The role of the Notary in the Deed of Fiduciary Manufacture PT. Andalan Finance Indonesia (Nasmoco Credit) Semarang is a Notary role in making authentic deed in the form of fiduciary deed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation as well as the notary office. 3) Barriers perceived by the notary that there are no obstacles for the data and procedures required by the notary had been prepared in full by both parties to undertake the financing agreement. This makes the notary does not have a bottleneck in the fiduciary deed. But for the problems in case of default Credit Nasmoco the path of deliberation, billing, administration subpoena or warning and the last way is a claim to court if there is no response from the Debtor.Keywords: Fiduciary; Agreements; Credit

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables  has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty</em>

This article discusses the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung Subdistrict X Koto Atas, Solok Regency in a review of muamalah fiqh. The type of research is field research (field research). The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely from farmers and farm laborers who were carried out to 8 people and 4 farm workers, while the secondary data were obtained from documents in the form of the Bukit Kandung Nagari Profile that were related to this research, which could provide information or data. Addition to strengthen the primary data. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing that the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of wages in agriculture carried out in Nagari Bukit Kandung District X Koto Diatas Solok Regency is farm laborers who ask for their wages to be given in advance before they carry out their work without an agreement to give their wages at the beginning. Because farm laborers ask for their wages to be given at the beginning, many farm workers work not as expected by farmers and there are also farm workers who are not on time to do the work that should be done. According to the muamalah fiqh review, the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung is not allowed because there is an element of gharar in the contract and there are parties who are disadvantaged in the contract, namely the owner of the fields.

This research is purpose to know the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu city and To know the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect the consumers that take fictitious investment in Bengkulu city. This research uses empirical approach, that is research in the place by using interviews to get answers about the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu city and the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect consumers that has done fictitious investment in Bengkulu City. This research uses two types of data,that is primary data and secondary data. Then, its data to be analyzed in a research report that is qualitative descriptive. The results of the research is the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to  overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu City that is preventive and repressive efforts. The preventive efforts for example to socializing and educating people to alert investment and coordinating with law enforcers and other regulators. The repressive efforts, for example set up an Alert Investment task force in every area. Then the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect consumers that have  fictitious investment in Bengkulu City is regulated in POJK Number 1 / POJK.07 / 2013 about Perlindungan Konsumen Sektor Jasa Keuangan

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

This article aims at describing the role of Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia (YKCI) in copyright protection in Indonesia and the mechanism of royalty payment on Indonesian songs to the YKCI. The approach used in this study is normative approach as this study is conducted on secondary, primary, and tertiary legal materials, such as books, legal journals, and expert (secondary data) research results; its main legislation is Law no. 19 of 2002 on Copyright (primary data); English and Indonesia dictionaries and tertiary law which is the result of library research, supported by legal materials in the form of documents from field research results. From the collected legal materials, analysis in the method of the qualitative descriptive was conducted. The results indicated that YKCI's role as an administrator body in copyright protection is to collect royalties from parties that use songs or music commercially and help dispute resolution between creators, users or record producers of songs or music creations. Furthermore, the mechanism of royalty payments to YKCI shall be initiated by the authorization of YKCI by the creator or the copyright holder of the song, so on the basis of such power of attorney, YKCI exercises the collection or withdrawal of royalties by a percentage mechanism from the dealer's selling price through a permit saving per song at a rate for recording into a cassette, CD, VCD, and other media. Law Number 19 of 2002 on Copyright should be accompanied by the willingness and ability of the apparatus in enforcing it so that what to be achieved with the Act can be obtained. In addition, it is recommended that the government immediately issue provisions on the roles, duties and functions of the Copyright Council as well as the organic rules that explain the authority of YKCI which may be the appointment of the Director-General of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) as endorsement of a collective society in order to attract royalties. The government also needs to make a standard contract of licensing agreement between the Copyright of Songs and Music in the event of announcement. In addition, YKCI also needs to be open including to the power of attorney (Creator of the song) so that the Creator can know the frequency of their song announcement and the large royalty that must be obtained.

The objectives of this research are: to analyze the task of nadzir in land management; to analyze the role of nadzir in the management of  land in Bone Bolango Regency; and to describe the factors that affect the role of nadzir in land management. The management of  land mosque in Bone Bolango district by Nadzir is clarified by two things, namely effective and ineffective. But the ineffectiveness is dominant, this is because, most nadzir in Bone Bolango district do not really understand what should be their duties, rights and obligations. The research was conducted in Bone Bolango Regency. This type of research is field research.  The data sources in this research, are primary and secondary data sources. The data were collected from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research showed that: Nadzir's task in the management of  land in Kabupeten Bone Bolango has not been carried out as much as possible by nadzir who should be in charge of managing the land. This is due to their lack of knowledge about the task of nadzir itself.

Abstrak: Guru PAUD memiliki beragam peran seperti guru pada umumnya.  Namun pembedanya tampak pada peran guru PAUD yang bertugas mengembangkan beragam kemampuan dasar anak untuk menggali potensi anak sejak dini.  Kemampuan dasar bahasa asing pada usia ini dimulai dari pengenalan bahasa Inggris secara mendasar yakni melalui kosakata sederhana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) mengetahui pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar dan 2) peran guru anak usia dini dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris RA/PAUD. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan serta pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif peneliti menentukan Sumber data primer nya adalah kepala RA/PAUD, sie kurikulum, serta wali peserta didik. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah referensi yang relevan dengan pengenalan bahasa Inggris, peran guru, dan PAUD. Kemudian Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi partisipatif wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji credibility, transferability dan confirmability melalui reduction, display data dan conclusion drawing.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar di RA/PAUD dilakukan setiap hari menyatu dengan pembelajaran tema-tema dan sub tema dalam muatan kurikulumnya berbentuk kosakata harian dan sapaan peran guru anak usia dini dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar sangat bervariasi. Guru memiliki multi peran dalam satu waktu. Peran-peran tersebut adalah sebagai educator, mediator, observer, facilitator, motivator, administrator, dan composer. KataKunci: peran guru PAUD, pengenalan bahasa Inggris, PAUD     Abstract: Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers have various roles like teachers in general. But the difference is seen in their roles tasked with developing a variety of children's basic abilities to explore children's potential from an early age. The basic ability of foreign languages ​​at this age starts from the basic introduction of English through simple vocabulary. The purpose of this study is to: 1) determine the introduction of basic English and 2) the roles of early childhood teachers in the introduction of English in this level. By using the type of field research and the qualitative descriptive approach, the researcher determines that the primary data source is the head of the RA, curriculum courses, and guardians of students. While secondary data sources are relevant references to the introduction of English, the role of teachers, and PAUD. Then the data obtained through participatory observation techniques semi-structured interviews and documentation of data validity test using the test of credibility, transferability and confirmability through reduction, display data and conclusion drawing.The results obtained are the introduction of basic English in RA done every day together with the learning of themes and sub themes in the curriculum content in the form of daily vocabulary and the greeting of the role of early childhood teachers in the introduction of basic English varies greatly. The teacher has multiple roles at one time. This research was conducted to find out the motivation of female tourist to visit Gay club, the perception of the tourist and local community towards the Gay Club. The methods used in this research id descriptive qualitative. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in this research is sourced from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. While secondary data in this research are the data obtained from the documentation or studies library to complement the primary data. The result of the research shows that most tourist say curious to see Gay club as a motivation for a visit; most tourist plead happy after seeing the atrractions there; most neutral against Gay tourist; most local community already know about Gay club; most local community are not disturbed; most local people are not benefitting from the presence of the Gay club. The perpetrator of the criminal act of the child cannot be equated with criminal adults. Therefore, it needs more attention in the case of children. However, the child is the successor Nations that should be developed physically and mentally. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of the Ombudsman in the performance of Marisa Polres versioned as well as analyze constraints are faced by Investigators in implementation Marisa Polres versioned. This type of research is research used empirical research focus i.e. normative on secondary data sources (research libraries). This research uses the main data source, i.e. secondary data, backed up with primary data sources. Secondary data is used that is derived from legislation such as the ACT on criminal justice system of the child, the child protection ACT, Act No. 8 Of 1981 Year Book of the Police Act, Police ACT and some of the literature-literature as well as the results of his research, and books related to the role of the Ombudsman in conducting versioned on criminal act committed by the child. Research results show that Marisa Polres in performing the investigation is a criminal act committed by the child by women and children protection Unit (UPPA). Starting from the stage of investigation, arrest, detention up at the stage of investigation conducted in accordance with the mandate of the ACT on the criminal justice system. Investigators in conducting versioned, get consideration from BAPAS. In addition, the investigators also act/mediator to conduct deliberations involving the child and the parent/guardian, the victim and the parent/guardian, supervisor of community, social professional worker based on approach restorative. Obstacles faced by Investigators in the conduct of Marisa Polres diversion that is not yet the existence of BAPAS in counties Marisa so complicate investigators to coordinate in terms of asking for consideration in doing versioned. In addition the party victims sometimes do not want to make peace so that the attempted diversion by Investigators was not achieved.

The Village

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.
