Gajah Mada street is the main street of Meulaboh City, which serves traffic from or to Banda Aceh City. In the Gajah Mada street area, there are offices, educational facilities and public hospital facilities, and there are also trade centers such as supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. This emerges an impact in the form of decreasing the level of service (LOS) on the street, because it triggers side barriers. This study aims to determine the level of service on the Gajah Mada street section and provide an alternative treatment in maintaining the level of street service on these streets. From the processing of data obtained the results of degree of saturation (DS) for three days of observation for each direction of the Gajah Mada street. In the direction of the Kisran intersection – Rudeng intersection, DS on Monday at 0,47, DS on Thursday at 0,55 and DS on Saturday at 0,48. As for the direction of the Rundeng intersection – Kisaran intersection, DS on Monday is 0.44, DS on Thursday is 0,49 and DS on Saturday is 0,45. From the results of data analysis, the level of service obtained in both directions of Gajah Mada is on LOS C. Thus the performance of the Gajah Mada street still qualifies for urban streets. Alternative handling to increase LOS on Gajah Mada street can be done with a side obstacle reduction scenario, with this scenario it can reduce the degree of saturation from 0,55 in the existing condition to 0,27 under conditions after handling. So that in this condition the service level of Gajah Mada is on LOS A

The Damar road section is a connecting lane for the Pasar Raya Padang area which starting to face parking problem. The indicator is the disruption of the flow and the high accumulation of parking volume on Jalan Belakang Olo section. These affected to the decrease on the level of the road services (LOS) on Jalan Damar Padang. So, the analysis of LOS, parking characteristics and parking management on Jalan Damar were carried out. The results of the parking characteristics analysis during the three days of observation showed that the average parking duration was 34-35 minutes, the maximum Parking Turn Over was 3.6 vehicles /day/space, and a maximum Parking Index was 84.91 %. The level of service level value indicated that the degree of saturation was 0.51 (DS <0.80) and it categorized to the B level; the flow classified stable with the average travel speeds ≥ 40 km / hr. The results of the traffic volume analysis trends and the volume of parked vehicles are contradictory. This could answer the question why that on parking activities the Jalan Damar did not caused a significant problem. Management of the on street parking through a Parking Meter Machine at this location is recommended. In the initial stage, the results of the parking characteristics analysis and the lay-out of parking lot can be offered. However, the further study will be needed to determined such as the vehicles growth rate and parking tariff to avoid the impact on the Level of Service.

Tabanan Regency is one of the regencies that is traversed by the main route connecting Gilimanuk-Denpasar so that the road is known as Jalan Raya Denpasar-Gilimanuk. The road is a National Road which is the main route connecting the districts in western Bali, namely Jembrana Regency, Tabanan Regency, Badung Regency and Denpasar City. In addition, with the increasing activities of the Tabanan community, especially those in the city of Tabanan who travel either to the city of Denpasar or to other areas, passing through this route which is the main route that serves transportation activities from Tabanan to Denpasar and vice versa. In this location there are many places that cause attraction, namely shopping centers, stalls and places of worship. Therefore, congestion on these roads often occurs, especially at peak hours of traffic flow (Peak Hour). This research was conducted on the performance of roads to determine the level of service. The data analysis process uses the method of calculating the Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997). The results showed that the Tabanan-Denpasar road, Jl Ahmad Yani, during the COVID-19 pandemic PPKM level 4 was obtained, the road capacity was 2,457 smp/hour, the free flow speed was 46.48 km/hour, the degree of saturation was 0.79, the light vehicle speed value was 36 km/hour with a travel time of 25 seconds. Based on the value of the degree of saturation on the Tabanan-Denpasar road, Jl Ahmad Yani during the COVID-19 pandemic PPKM level 4 of 0.79, then the level of service for the road was entered at Service level D.

AbstractInformatics are rapidly and radically transforming urban transportation in ways not seen since the introduction of the automobile over a hundred years ago. Near-ubiquitous smartphone usage, pervasive cellular and Wi-Fi connectivity, powerful and cost-effective computing capabilities, advanced GIS software and databases, advanced platforms for managing and scheduling service operations, etc., are combining to enable the introduction of new mobility services and technologies that are increasingly disrupting conventional trip-making behavior and the “rules of the game” in terms of transportation network operations and the regulation of system performance. The implications of these major informatics-driven changes for transportation modeling are equally disruptive and major. These include changes in: travel behavior; transportation system performance; the data available for model development and application; and modeling methods. Each of these broad areas of impact are discussed in this chapter.

This article aims to look at how to improve self-efficacy through guidance and counseling services at SMP 1 Pleret, Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, data collection methods through interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results and discussion that there are still many students who have low self-efficacy so they are difficult to achieve good learning outcomes. This is proven by some students rarely doing school work and rarely doing homework also do not have the motivation to excel. BK teachers try through guidance and counseling services in the form of a preventive approach for those with high self-efficacy and a curative approach for students with low self-efficacy. Such as helping students to convince themselves that students are able to do tasks even though it is difficult and able to excel and to convince students to avoid feeling inferior about themselves. Guidance and counseling provided by BK teachers shows significant changes in some students who already have high self-efficacy. So it can be concluded that through guidance and counseling can be an effort to improve student self-efficacy.

Border areas, is one of affected area on COVID_19 this present. Many of people cn not go out as usually, adding almost each country has to implement their territorial limitation (lockdown policy) to minimalize this virus spreading. One of Malaysia State, where very close and get direct border with Indonesia. This research took place at Sanggau District, Entikong, Gun Tembawang Village. The research approach used is qualitative, using data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation supported by interviews with the theoretical approach to the negative and positive aspects on policy implementation. Research results, The results stated that the lockdown activities of Malaysia which were affected by the corona virus outbreak needed to be carried out in an effort to minimize the spread of the virus outbreak. Although of course it has a negative impact on the country's economic structure, social issues and other sector. In implementing this lockdown, there is a need for cooperation between the government and the community as well as an agreement with neighboring countries in terms of the mobility of residents closest to each other's territory on exemptions in order to realize social welfare and public health without limiting the origin of the state, religion, community and profession. Especially in border areas where mobility and kinship ties have always been closer than in other regions. Keywords: Border area, lockdown policy, covid_19

We investigate two determinants of two choices in the control system of divisionalized firms, namely decentralization and use of performance measures. The two determinants are those identified in the literature as important to control system design: (1) information asymmetries between corporate and divisional managers and (2) division interdependencies. We treat decentralization and performance measurement choices as endogenous variables and examine the interrelation among these choices using a simultaneous equation model. Using data from 78 divisions, our results indicate that decentralization is positively related to the level of information asymmetries and negatively to intrafirm interdependencies, while the use of performance measures is affected by the level of interdependencies among divisions within the firm, but not by information asymmetries. We find some evidence that decentralization choice and use of performance measures are complementary.

By using through-silicon-vias (TSV), three dimension integration technology can stack large memory on the top of cores as a last-level on-chip cache (LLC) to reduce off-chip memory access and enhance system performance. However, the integration of more on-chip caches increases chip power density, which might lead to temperature-related issues in power consumption, reliability, cooling cost, and performance. An effective thermal management scheme is required to ensure the performance and reliability of the system. In this study, a fuzzy-based thermal management scheme (FBTM) is proposed that simultaneously considers cores and stacked caches. The proposed method combines a dynamic cache reconfiguration scheme with a fuzzy-based control policy in a temperature-aware manner. The dynamic cache reconfiguration scheme determines the size of the cache for the processor core according to the application that reaches a substantial amount of power consumption savings. The fuzzy-based control policy is used to change the frequency level of the processor core based on dynamic cache reconfiguration, a process which can further improve the system performance. Experiments show that, compared with other thermal management schemes, the proposed FBTM can achieve, on average, 3 degrees of reduction in temperature and a 41% reduction of leakage energy.
