Saving money is the way to regulate our finance effectively. Bank is one of the media that is considered quite effective for this activity. The development of Islamic economic make sharia banking practices increase in an innovative way. Various sharia bank products have become a choice for saving activity. The same thing happen for student. Although the interest to save is still lacking, but the use of sharia bank products is quite beneficial for their future. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence student interest in saving on Islamic banking. Multiple linear regression is an analysis technique with hypothesis testing to support its conclusions. With a coefficient of determination of 61.2%, the results of the analysis show the level of student education of the sharia economy has a significant effect compared to other variables on students' interest in saving. But simultaneously, all independent variables influence the interest in saving students in Islamic banking. This shows that education is very important for students, therefore STIE Widya Gama Lumajang should indeed provide quality teaching to students, especially in the field of Islamic economics

This study aims to show the effect of non-performing financing and financing to deposit ratios on return on assets in Islamic banking listed on the Indonesian capital market for the 2016-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is Islamic banking which is listed in the Indonesian capital market with a research sample of 6 Islamic banks located in the East Java region. The analysis technique uses a classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The research results explain that partially non-performing financing significantly affects return on assets in Islamic banking listings in the Indonesian capital market period 2016-2020. Meanwhile, the financing to deposit ratio does not affect the return on assets of Islamic banking listed on the Indonesian capital market for the 2016-2020 period. This research can be a reference for Islamic banks listed on the Indonesian capital market in managing their financing more optimally so that non-performing financing does not occur, leading to decreased profitability.

This study aims to determine the effect of locus of control, self efficacy and selfesteem on nurses' performance at Hasanuddin Damrah Hospital Manna. The samplein this study were 162 nurses who worked at Hasanuddin Damrah Hospital Mannaand had become civil servants, because all the population in this study weresampled, the sampling method was taken by census. Data collection techniquesusing a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression,coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.The results showed that from the calculation of multiple linear regression equationsit can be seen that X1 (Locus of control), X2 (Self Efficacy) and X3 (Self Esteem)have an influence on Performance (Y), with the results of regression tests: Y =10.422 + 0.172X1 + 0,257X2 + 0,335 X3. The coefficient of determination of Rsquare is equal to 0324. This means that X1 (Locus of control), X2 (Self Efficacy)and X3 (Self Esteem) affect the Performance (Y) of 32.4% while the remaining67.6 % is influenced by other causative factors not examined in this study. Basedon the results of testing with the t test, the hypothesis is made to prove there is aninfluence. Variables X1 (Locus of control), X2 (Self Efficacy) and X3 (Self Esteem)show tcount greater than ttable and significance value smaller than 0.05. This meansthat X1 (Locus of control), X2 (Self Efficacy) and X3 (Self Esteem), have a positiveand partially significant effect on the performance (Y) of nurses at HasanuddinDamrah Manna Hospital. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis with the Ftest, the value of Fcount> Ftable (25,221> 3.05) and a significant value of 0,000<0.05 means that there are simultaneous influences from X1 (Locus of control), X2(Self Efficacy) and X3 (Self Esteem), on the performance (Y) of nurses at RSUDHasanuddin Damrah MannaKeywords: Locus of Control, Self Efficacy, Self Esteem, Performance

The research aimed to determine the effect of price, location, and service quality on the decision of use services of PT. Pos Indonesia, Soreang, Kabupaten Bandung. The population in this study was consumers who had used the services of PT Pos Indonesia, Soreang. The sampling collection technique used accident sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variables of price, location and service quality simultaneously have a positive relation to consumer decision. Based on the results of the f test, it shows that the variables of price, location, and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on consumers decisions. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.55 or 55%, meaning that independent variables such as price, location, and service quality can explain variations in consumer decisions to choose the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia (Soreang). While the remaining 45% of other variables not examined in this study. Company management should pay attention to parking spaces and price competitiveness to increase consumer interest in using the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia (Soreang).

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Sharia banking is currently very popular with the Indonesian people, so to prepare for this increasingly selective business competition, Islamic Commercial Banks are required to improve their company performance so that investors are attracted to invest. This study aims to determine the effect of BOPO, ROA, NPF, and DPK on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The samples used were BUS and UUS with 52 data. Multiple linear regression is used as an analysis technique to produce a detailed description of the relationship of each variable used. The regression results tell that BOPO and DPK have no significant effect on market share, while ROA and NPF have a positive and significant effect on market share in Islamic banking in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the interest and behavior of using mobile banking by applying the UTAUT2 model. The variables used in this study are performance expectations, business expectations, socio-cultural factors, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price values and habits. This research was conducted in Badung Regency. Determination of the sample is done by accidental sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This study shows that interest in using mobile banking is influenced by performance expectations, socio-cultural factors, hedonic motivation and price values. The results of this study also indicate that the behavior of using mobile banking is influenced by conditions that facilitate, habits and interest in use. The purpose of this research to know and analyzing the effect of the product innovation and halal labelization on re-Buy Interest. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method by describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalization. Data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software. The results showed that product innovation and halal labelization simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the buying interest. Partially respectively Product Innovation and Halal Labelization have positive and significant effect to re-buy interest. The coefficient of determination (R2) from product innovation and halal labelization is able to explain the re-buy interest by 84% while the rest of 16% is explained by independent variables that are not examined
