The research intends to describe the role of libraries as public service institutions in the field of information in the era of globalization. The research object is based on the discussion focusing on analysis based on comprehensive detailed studies about the content of library information services in the era of globalization. The research includes in-depth evaluation and analysis activities, based on a basic study of the management of the library's role as a public service institution in the field of information. Analyzing activities require realistic critical thinking, to be able to apply the conceptualization of historical traces in the past and what is currently happening so that it is appropriate to use the historical approach, namely research that is a critical investigation of the development of a thought or term. Primary information sources are considered as the most important elements to be utilized as primary data. Data collection utilizes library research, carries out literature reading activities with the subject of the role of libraries, library information services, and the era of globalization, to realize synchronization and harmonization of conceptualization lines of thought. The analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis, relying on sources of analysis from various reading materials that are theoretical, research, or non-research. Research puts forward listening, studying, and examining carefully to be able to evaluate various facts and find various solutions to the problems contained in social phenomena. Validity can be achieved, then the analysis requires content analysis that is useful in analyzing the meaning of the most important concepts, the role of libraries, information services, and the era of globalization. Observation is utilized as an essential element to support the construction of theory. The results of the study are (1). Information in the era of globalization is not only to increase knowledge but serves as a necessity of life, so that information has a very decisive position in all activities of people's lives. (2). Information is free and open, so you can take advantage of the library which acts as a center for information sources and sources of knowledge.Keywords: Information; Information Services; library

The purpose of this research is trying to describe the role of librarians in optimizing the improvement and strengthening of library images. Research is based on careful analysis based on detailed studies of the focus of content management discussion on the role of librarians in optimizing the improvement and strengthening of library images. The research covers the scope of the analysis of fundamental analysis focusing on the role oflibrarians in the application of information communication technology and library promotion, in order to realize the ideal image of the library, in accordance with the industrial revolution era 4.0. The implementation of analysis requires critical realistic thinking, applying conceptual in the historical period in the past as well as when it is happening, so that it is appropriate to use historical approach research, which requires an investigation characterized by critical critical inquiry into the progress of a thought. Primary information sources are utilized as primary data. The data collection technique utilizes library research, through various literary reading activities subjecting the role of librarians, optimizing library image enhancement and strengthening. The analysis was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner, based on the analysis of various types of theoretical reading, research and non-research. Research dominates, describes, examines and evaluates various factual facts in order to find solutions to various problems in phenomena. In order to achieve the validity of the analysis, content analysis is needed, which has the benefit of analyzing the meaning of the most important concepts. Observations made are used to support the construction of theory. The results of the study are the ideal image of the library can be achieved through optimizing the role of librarians including; (1). Librarians must have readiness and competency preparation so they can play a maximum role. (2). Librarians must have the ability to apply ICT. (3). Librarians are required to carry out promotions in various ways. (4). Librarians must be able to reflect and evaluate the evaluative power of evaluation and public response when utilizing library information services.

The Village

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.

The performance of a village head as head of village government must be able to carry out its main duties, namely leading and coordinating the village administration in implementing village development. The role of the village head is one aspect that stands out and affects the success of village development. The village head is assisted by village officials, as an element of village government administration. The formulation of the problem in this research is "What is the Role of the Village Head in the Implementation of Development in Mekarjati Village, Haurgeulis Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency" and "How the Siyasah Fiqh Review and the Village Law on the Role of the Village Head in Implementing Development in Mekarjati Village". The purpose of this research is "To know the role of the village head in the implementation of village development, and" to know the Siyasah Fiqh Overview of the role of the village head in the implementation of village development." This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data originating from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the Mekarjati Village Head, in the implementation of village development in general, there are still some that are not optimal. This article describes the concept of sociological education according to Ibn Khaldun's perspective. The fact of sociology education is to maintain and strengthen people's social relationships in order to stay harmony and peaceful while paying attention to the values of Islamic teachings in accordance with the Qur'an and Sunnah. As a study of the intellectual history of sociological thinking, the research method used in this discussion is through historical and sociological approaches obtained through the study or study of libraries (library research) that is qualitative descriptive, namely trying to uncover, analyze, present data and facts related to this discussion through primary data taken directly in the Book of Muqaddimah and secondary data taken from other relevant books in this discussion. As for the results of this study is finding the extraordinary fact that it turns out that Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on social sciences (sociology) and history are basically. Sociological theories and history became a foothold in modern intellectuals although the big names were dimmed during the golden age of European intellectuals The role of orientalists and Muslim scholars examining the thinking of 14th-century Muslim scholars opened the world's eyes to the quality of the thinking of Muslim scholars and should be studied as a scholarly speciality, especially in the field of social and historical sciences. Even modern thinkers have not been able to match his thinking.

Role of Government Ecology in Increasing Regional Government Policy Competitiveness. Government ecology as a basis for policy making will follow various processes for preparing policy analysis with various resources obtained from both natural resources, artificial resources and human resources. These resources are a reference in the formulation of government policies in building regional competitiveness. This study aims to discuss the role of government ecology in enhancing competitiveness through local government policies to improve services to the public. The method used in this study is library research. Data is collected from a variety of materials in the library such as documents, books, magazines, journals, both offline and online. The results show that local government policies will be more effective when policies are implemented in policy formulation with government-based knowledge or ecology. The Regional Government seeks to have competitiveness that adheres to commitment and is consistent in implementing regional government processes. The process of increasing competitiveness goes hand in hand with increasing knowledge and capabilities of apparatus in public service optimally. This study aims to determine the role of leaders in improving library excellent service. The object of research focuses on content the role of the leader in library excellent services. The scope of the study examines the embodiment of the leader's role performance in library excellent services. Research is a historical approach, has the main characteristics of critical research about developments in reality. Utilization of primary data is the main source of information and data search methods using library research. Using qualitative descriptive analysis and content analysis to analyze the importance of understanding the role of leaders, the performance of librarians and excellent service and its application in library organizations. The observation was carried out as supporting theoretical construction. The results showed that the role of leaders in improving library excellent service is; (1). Fokus kajian adalah seputar konsep pendidikan Kartini dan pandangan Kartini seputar peran ibu sebagai madrasah bagi anak-anaknya. Sehingga, rumusan masalah dalam artikel ini adalah 1) Bagaimanakah peran ibu sebagai madrasah bagi anaknya? 2) Bagaimanakah konsep pendidikan Kartini? 3) Bagaimanakah pandangan Kartini terhadap peran ibu sebagai madrasah bagi anaknya? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam menyusun artikel ini adalah library research, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan content analysis. Artikel ini menggunakan surat-surat Kartini dalam buku Habis Gelap Terbitlah Terang sebagai sumber data primer. Peran ibu sangat penting dalam pendidikan informal. Konsep pendidikan Kartini mengacu pada konsep pendidikan budi pekerti atau pendidikan akhlak, yang adalah pendidikan tidak hanya mencerdaskan otak saja, namun juga harus membentuk akhlak baik pada diri peserta didik. Dalam upaya pembentukan akhlak, Kartini memandang kalau peran ibu sangatlah penting sebagai madrasah bagi anaknya. Abstract: Mother as a Madrasah for Her Son: R.A. Kartini's Educational Thinking. This article analyzes R.A. Kartini's educational thinking. The study's focus is around the concept of Kartini's education and Kartini's view around the role of motherhood as a madrassa for her children. Thus, the formulation of the problem in this article is 1) How is the mother's role as a madrassa for her child? 2) What is the concept of Kartini education? 3) What is Kartini's view of motherhood as a madrassa for her child? The research method used in compiling this article is library research, with data analysis techniques using content analysis. This article uses Kartini letters in the book Habis Gelap Terbitlah Terang as the primary data source. Motherhood is essential in informal education. Kartini education refers to the concept of ethics education or moral education, which is education not only the intelligent brain but also good morality in students. To establish morality, Kartini considered that motherhood is essential as a madrasah for her children. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Keluarga, Peran Ibu, Pendidikan Akhlak.

This study examines psychology as an approach in Islamic studies, especially in Islamic education. Islamic psychology and education basically have the same pattern in seeing various cases in scientific buildings, so that in Islamic studies such as Islamic education, an approach is required to look at deeper social phenomena, namely by using a psychological approach. This research is literature study (library research) that is research which come from library materials by using qualitative approach. Therefore, what is done is the exploration of some data both primary and secondary data with concrete steps as follows: read and examine in depth primary data such as books which is the result of research, thesis or dissertation related to psychology and education of Islam. Therefore, psychology as an approach can give birth to findings that fit the context. In Islamic studies, especially Islamic education can be access for other sciences to serve as a tool in viewing various social problems. It then happens with the psychology and education of Islam because it gave birth to the psychology of Islamic education.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah desa poto tano terhadap pengembangan Objek wisata pulau kenawa dalam membangun ekonomi masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, angket, dokumentasi, dan library research. Hasil penelitian peran pemerintah Desa Poto Tano terhadap pengembangan objek wisata pulau kenawa dalam membangun ekonomi masyarakat. Bekerjasama dengan dinas kebudayaan dan pariwisata sumbawa barat dan instansi lain dalam mengadakan event acara Wild West Sumbawa Cruise untuk mempromosikan pulau kenawa. Meningkatnya taraf ekonomi masyarakat Desa Poto Tano menjadi lebih baik dan mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Faktor penghambat menurut pemerintah karena belum adanya ijin dari kementerian lingkugan hidup dan kehutanan melalui dinas lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan kabupaten sumbawa barat. Belum lengkapnya sarana dan prasarana penunjang pariwisata bagi wisatawan. Faktor pendukungnya adanya kesadaran dari masyarakat desa poto tano untuk mengelola dan menjaga pulau kenawa sebagai aset yang menguntungkan di wilayah mereka. Abstract This study aims to determine the role of the village of Poto Tano government towards the development of Kenawa Island attractions in developing the community's economy. In this study the method used is qualitative descriptive. There are two sources of data in this study, namely using primary data and secular. The data collection technique used is using the method of interview, observation, questionnaire, documentation, and researc library. The results of the research are the role of the village of Poto Tano on the development of Kenawa Island tourism objects in developing the community's economy. Collaborate with the Sumbawa West Culture and Tourism Office and agencies to hold the Wild West Sumbawa Cruise event to promote the island of Kenawa. Increasing the economic level of the people of Poto Tano village has become better and able to create new jobs. The inhibiting factor according to the government is because there is no permit from the environment and forestry ministry through the environmental and forestry services of Sumbawa Barat District. The incomplete facilities and infrastructure supporting tourism for tourists. The supporting factor is the awareness of the people of Poto Tano village to manage and maintain the island of Kenawa as a profitable asset in their area.

This study aims to describe the role of parents in educating their early children according to the Quranic Al-Nisa letter verse 9 based on the interpretation of al-Maraghi. The method used in this study is library research, the primary data obtained from al-Maraghi interpretations that contain the thoughts of al-Maraghi priests. Data analysis follows the following stages: data processing, data categorization, data interpretation. This study yielded several findings. First, the Al-Nisa letter of verse 9 contains a warning to every parent to feel anxious and fearful when in the future they must leave their children in a weak and helpless state. Second, parents are responsible for educating their children at an early age. The educational aspects of parental responsibility include physical and spiritual education, faith education, and character education.
