The Ideal

The purpose of this research is trying to describe the role of librarians in optimizing the improvement and strengthening of library images. Research is based on careful analysis based on detailed studies of the focus of content management discussion on the role of librarians in optimizing the improvement and strengthening of library images. The research covers the scope of the analysis of fundamental analysis focusing on the role oflibrarians in the application of information communication technology and library promotion, in order to realize the ideal image of the library, in accordance with the industrial revolution era 4.0. The implementation of analysis requires critical realistic thinking, applying conceptual in the historical period in the past as well as when it is happening, so that it is appropriate to use historical approach research, which requires an investigation characterized by critical critical inquiry into the progress of a thought. Primary information sources are utilized as primary data. The data collection technique utilizes library research, through various literary reading activities subjecting the role of librarians, optimizing library image enhancement and strengthening. The analysis was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner, based on the analysis of various types of theoretical reading, research and non-research. Research dominates, describes, examines and evaluates various factual facts in order to find solutions to various problems in phenomena. In order to achieve the validity of the analysis, content analysis is needed, which has the benefit of analyzing the meaning of the most important concepts. Observations made are used to support the construction of theory. The results of the study are the ideal image of the library can be achieved through optimizing the role of librarians including; (1). Librarians must have readiness and competency preparation so they can play a maximum role. (2). Librarians must have the ability to apply ICT. (3). Librarians are required to carry out promotions in various ways. (4). Librarians must be able to reflect and evaluate the evaluative power of evaluation and public response when utilizing library information services.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah desa poto tano terhadap pengembangan Objek wisata pulau kenawa dalam membangun ekonomi masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, angket, dokumentasi, dan library research. Hasil penelitian peran pemerintah Desa Poto Tano terhadap pengembangan objek wisata pulau kenawa dalam membangun ekonomi masyarakat. Bekerjasama dengan dinas kebudayaan dan pariwisata sumbawa barat dan instansi lain dalam mengadakan event acara Wild West Sumbawa Cruise untuk mempromosikan pulau kenawa. Meningkatnya taraf ekonomi masyarakat Desa Poto Tano menjadi lebih baik dan mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Faktor penghambat menurut pemerintah karena belum adanya ijin dari kementerian lingkugan hidup dan kehutanan melalui dinas lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan kabupaten sumbawa barat. Belum lengkapnya sarana dan prasarana penunjang pariwisata bagi wisatawan. Faktor pendukungnya adanya kesadaran dari masyarakat desa poto tano untuk mengelola dan menjaga pulau kenawa sebagai aset yang menguntungkan di wilayah mereka. Abstract This study aims to determine the role of the village of Poto Tano government towards the development of Kenawa Island attractions in developing the community's economy. In this study the method used is qualitative descriptive. There are two sources of data in this study, namely using primary data and secular. The data collection technique used is using the method of interview, observation, questionnaire, documentation, and researc library. The results of the research are the role of the village of Poto Tano on the development of Kenawa Island tourism objects in developing the community's economy. Collaborate with the Sumbawa West Culture and Tourism Office and agencies to hold the Wild West Sumbawa Cruise event to promote the island of Kenawa. Increasing the economic level of the people of Poto Tano village has become better and able to create new jobs. The inhibiting factor according to the government is because there is no permit from the environment and forestry ministry through the environmental and forestry services of Sumbawa Barat District. The incomplete facilities and infrastructure supporting tourism for tourists. The supporting factor is the awareness of the people of Poto Tano village to manage and maintain the island of Kenawa as a profitable asset in their area.

The Village

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.

The industrial revolution that penetrated the world of education forced Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren), as part of education, to mutate in new form to find the ideal format as an adaptive step to keep up to date. Pesantren which have a cultural base of traditional society make various efforts to make acculturation with technology. The efforts of these pesantren can be seen from the number of pesantren websites, which provide information about pesantren and religious programs online. On the other hand, virtual pesantren have also emerged, which do not have a real pesantren institutional base in the community, using online media as an operational base. Some of these virtual Islamic boarding schools have strong buildings in cyberspace, with a wider reach than Islamic boarding schools. Its flexible and open nature makes virtual pesantren have their own community in cyberspace. Furthermore, problems arise when virtual Islamic boarding schools intersect with conventional Pesantren in cyberspace. This research is a library research that uses printed and online media as data sources. This study aims to find differences in the characteristics of virtual pesantren, and their relationship with the dynamics of pesantren in the era 4.0. From the content analysis conducted at several virtual pesantren, it was found that some of them used the same name as real pesantren, thus creating ambiguity of virtual pesantren

Tourism activities are human activities driven by curiosity and enjoying tourist attractions and tourist attractions without knowing administrative boundaries. Therefore, the concept of integrated regional development can overcome and assist organizational differences between districts into a unity of regional planning and development with tourism activities in Sukabumi Regency. In this research, the method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study come from primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is field research, such as observation, interviews, and library research. The analysis used by the pen is descriptive-qualitative. The research results on tourism's role in developing tourism potential in the Sukabumi Regency are dominant as a facilitator compared to other parts. This role as a facilitator can be seen mainly in the provision of object infrastructure, which is still largely borne by the Tourism Office. Facilities for distributing stimulant fund assistance for people who want to develop a tourism object, promote tourism objects, and facilities provided to third parties such as investors and tourism entrepreneurs to develop their tourism businesses in Sukabumi Regency.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of devices in helping students' learning development.The research is library research, this research was conducted by conducting and examining in depth through an analytical description of the role of devices in helping students' learning development. The subjects of this study were students from various levels of education. Data sources come from books, journals, articles, previous theses, and websites. While data analysis was carried out by means of descriptive analysis.The results showed that devices played a very important role in helping students learning development. This is evidenced by the 4.0 industrial revolution which is usually called the digital age. The field of education is one aspect that must be sensitive to technological developments.

Forming an ideal household requires spiritual mental, intellectual, and physical preparation to go through the life in order to achieve harmony of the family which aresakinah, mawaddah, warrahmah. Therefore, Islamic education in the household is very necessary, as it is stated in the works of Cahyadi Takariawan about applicative household. Problem of this research is, How is Islamic education concept in the household? How is household educational concept in the perspective of Cahyadi Takariawan?  Is there any relevance between Islamic education in the household and Cahyadi persepectives in the modern era?  This is a library research. The approach used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Primary data of this research is some works of Cahyadi Takariawan which have something to do with household. Secondary data is some other books which are relevant to the main problem. Data collection technique was done by using documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was done by using descriptive analysis, content analysis, and symmetric association analysis.This research reveals three conclusions: Firstly, Islamic education concept in the household is dealing with meaning and scope of education, urgency of education, foundation of education, goal of education, and target of education. Secondly, household educational concept in the perspective of Cahyadi Takariawan  related to meaning and scope of education, urgency of education, foundation of education, goal of education, and target of education. Thirdly, relevance between Islamic education in the household  and Cahyadi perspectives in the modern era, they are pre marriage, marriage, and post marriage, harmonic couple, and samara family (sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah).

The performance of a village head as head of village government must be able to carry out its main duties, namely leading and coordinating the village administration in implementing village development. The role of the village head is one aspect that stands out and affects the success of village development. The village head is assisted by village officials, as an element of village government administration. The formulation of the problem in this research is "What is the Role of the Village Head in the Implementation of Development in Mekarjati Village, Haurgeulis Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency" and "How the Siyasah Fiqh Review and the Village Law on the Role of the Village Head in Implementing Development in Mekarjati Village". The purpose of this research is "To know the role of the village head in the implementation of village development, and" to know the Siyasah Fiqh Overview of the role of the village head in the implementation of village development." This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data originating from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the Mekarjati Village Head, in the implementation of village development in general, there are still some that are not optimal. This article examines the role of PAI teachers to build the religious attitude of the children of the 4.0 Industrial era in MI Ma'arif Bego. The purpose of this research is to discuss (1) the role of PAI teachers in establishing the religious  attitude of the children’s industry-era 4.0 in MI Ma'arif Bego.  (2) The supporting and inhibiting factor in establishing the religious attitude of the child of the industrial era 4.0. Methodology in this research using the type of field research study and qualitative approach.  The data collection technique based on observations and interviews. As for the conclusion of this research is: 1) the role of teachers PAI in establishing the religious attitude of the child of the industrial era 4.0 in MI Ma’arif Bego Yogyakarta is: through the learning process in the classroom, through habituation, through the activities of Dhuha praying and praying Dzuhur and perform the commemoration of the great days of Islam. 2) The supporting and inhibiting factor of teachers PAI in establishing the religious attitude of the child of the industrial era 4.0 is: (a) the supporting factors are there is a special program of Madrasah such as Tahfiz religious extracurricular activities, Tartyl, Hadroh, the activities of Dhuha praying and praying Dzuhur and  the commemoration of the great days of Islam for establishing the religious attitude of the children.; (b) the inhibiting factors; Children who are too hyper active and already affected by technological advances such as in the use of gedget and there are still learners who bring the Handphone to school so make the teachers especially Islamic teachers must be extra in guiding children , the second inhibiting factor is the limited media provided by madrasas such as LCD and InFocus.

Purpose - People belongs to different religious groups found prosocial with each other instead of having different religious beliefs and practices, but the reason is less known about why it is so. This paper aims to answer this question by proposing a theoretical framework, hypothesizing that religiosity inculcates the spirit of humanism and ethics, that would turn individual into prosocial, religiosity also tends to make people more spiritual, in turn, make them more humane and ethical.Design\methodology - A well-structured framework is developed, and the PLS-SEM two-step approach is used to generate results by using SmartPLS3. Data is collected through the primary data collection technique and a survey based on 1000 questionnaires is conducted out of which 356 responses were received.Findings - The empirical result shows that religiosity has a significant positive impact on prosocial behavior directly, as well as through Humanism and ethics. Whereas spirituality has an insignificant impact on prosocial behavior directly but has an indirect effect through both humanism and ethics. It is also found that religiosity also has a significant impact on spirituality.Limitations - Data is limited to upper and middle-level employees of well-performing organizations of Karachi.

The current era of education for children is experiencing a moral crisis in the aspects of religious and moral development. Religious and moral values ​​of children will be formed through interaction and environmental responses to an active five-sensory performance system. Cartoon films are a strategy for developing children's creativity. By presenting imaginative, interactive, and fun story events through the behavior and attitudes of the characters in cartoon films. The cartoon film Syamil and Dodo became a cartoon film by NCR Production which was made to educate children because it was rich in Islamic educational values ​​and religious and moral values ​​which were suitable to stimulate early childhood. The problem in this research is: "How is the strengthening of religious and moral values ​​in the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo?". The research analyzes the strengthening of religious and moral values ​​in the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo. This type of research is library or Library Research using the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo as the primary data source in this study. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from journals, books, and previous thesis. The data collection technique in this research is documentation by observing footage from the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo. Based on the research conducted by the author, the cartoon film Syamil and Dodo is a cartoon film suitable for watching early childhood, the film contains religious and moral educational values ​​for children aged 4-6 years. Strengthening the Syamil and Dodo cartoons can be a medium to reflect and actualize how to properly instill religious and moral values ​​for children in the scope of family and school education.
