Deli Serdang Resort Police Jurisdiction has done its role in effort to image and develop radical understanding to the community by involving all components as well as de-radicalizing groups or people who have committed radical/ terrorist act so that the group or person is aware of their mistakes and omission for action that can harm the integrity of the nation and state. In addition to this, Deli Serdang Resort Police also conducted various de-radicalization programs.The problem formulated in the formulation of the problem is how Deli Serdang Resort Police Intelligence Unit plays a role in preventing radical understanding through de-radicalization. What are the efforts made by Deli Serdang Resort Police Intelligence Unit in preventing radical understanding through de-radicalization? Are there obstacles in Deli Serdang Resort Police Intelligence Unit in preventing radical ideology through de-radicalization? The approach taken is to use the normative juridical method. The juridical normative approach method is used to examine library materials which are primary data. Based on the data obtained, then an analysis is done to draw conclusion after being described in detail based on available sources.The results of this study are the role of Deli SerdangResort Police Intelligence Unit in preventing radical understanding through de-radicalization.The role of Deli Serdang Resort Police Intelligence Unit is to monitor the movement of the community and community groups so that they do not follow radical ideas, provide counseling, conduct communityand  religious activities. Efforts made by Deli Serdang Resort Police Intelligence Unit in preventing radical ideology through de-radicalism are to provide guidance to people or groups who have already been serving sentences for carrying out radical actions in the family, then detecting various community activities that lead to radical understanding, provide counseling with religious and community leaders. Although women’s participation in the workforce has increased remarkably in recent times but women are still lagging behind because of the traditional thinking and attitudes of their families in the context of Bangladesh. The purpose of the current study was to explore the role of the family in shaping women’s career development. The study was conducted in a qualitative approach and it was exploratory in nature. The study was conducted during November-December, 2019 in Khulna division, Bangladesh. The purposive sampling procedure was used to select the 25 respondents of the study. The respondents constituted of working women from different professions. Primary data was collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews extending from 35 to 45 minutes. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis method and nine themes emerged from the transcripts. The emerged themes were acceptance and aspiration from family, spousal support, being a mother, grown-up children as helping hands, family and work balance, family as a social network, family as a barrier, family as a lever, and gender inequality. This research highlighted the fact that women’s career practices and its development depended highly on familial roles. The family possesses the ability to affect women’s career success both positively and negatively. The study revealed that women who received positive support from their families were more motivated and achieved greater success in their professional life. Family can serve both as a lever as well as a barrier in shaping a woman’s career.

The Planting of Islamic Religious Education Values ​​in the Formation of Environmental Concerned Characters is a process to be achieved by educational institutions because by planting these noble values, one can know the extent to which students' awareness of caring for the environment by looking at the character development that grows in themselves gradually. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In this study using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The source of data in this study is primary data that is data obtained through observation and interviews with informants, while secondary data is obtained through documentation. Based on the results of the study showed that the inculcation of Islamic religious education values ​​in the formation of environmental care characters in Syabab Al-Fatih Sri Mulya Middle School, Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir District was sufficient because the training, guidance, and learning efforts undertaken by all school members were able shape the character of caring for the environment through religious activities, SEMUTLI cleanliness program, and clean Friday conducted at school Likewise, factors that influence the formation of character consisting of internal and external factors. And also, can’t be separated from the role of teachers, students, the environment, and parents, who provide positive guidance and direction to foster the character of environmental care in students.

This study is carried out in Mexico with an objective to analyse empirically the role of education in a transforming services marketing strategies of the firms. The study is carried on in Mexico through pragmatic investigation among the consumers subscribing to the communication and entertainment services. The analysis of primary data is developed around the theory of action that demonstrates the skills and confidence of individuals or groups towards making decision in acquiring or hiring services to improve their quality of life. The results of the study reveal that knowledge acquired on the services and value perceived by the consumers play key role in determining the intentions to purchases services. This study meticulously rows several arguments on how consumers with high level of education scrutinize the benefits offered by the firms marketing their communication and entertainment services, and build their value propositions on the services bought or contracted.

This research is focused on exploring the values of Kei customary law on the settlement of criminal cases that are resolved through customary institutions, by proposing 2 (two) problems, First, how is the existence of the law customary criminal Kei? Second, what is the role of customary institutions in the settlement of criminal cases? This research uses non-doctrinal legal research methods with interviews and observations as primary data. Meanwhile, data analysis is inductive and qualitative. It can be concluded that (1) the formal customary law of Kei is the values that live in the community that are agreed upon and are binding on the community, where the settlement of customary Kei crimes is taken in stages starting from the family level, customary institutions (Soa, Orang Kai and the last tier of Rat). (2) the role of traditional institutions in the settlement of criminal cases is starting to strengthen in society, this is indicated by the level of compliance with decisions and sanctions that are stipulated. People believe that customary cases are resolved by “insiders” (customary institutions) through deliberation (dok Tasdov) with a local wisdom approach to create social justice.

In the process of investigating criminal cases of persecution relating to the body, health, and human lives, it requires the assistance of a medical expert. The assistance of a doctor with his medical science of justice as stated in the Visum et repertum which he made is absolutely necessary. The formulation of the problem that was formed in this study is how the role of visum et repertum as evidence in the implementation of court cases of persecution in the Blora State Court, and what obstacles and solutions that occur in the form of evidence visum et repertum in cases of criminal abuse. Juridical sociology as an approach method used in this study with research specifications with descriptive methods. The data used consisted of primary data and secondary data using interview and literature study methods. Based on the research it was concluded (1) The role of Visum et repertum in the case of mistreatment in case decision number 184 / Pid.B / 2018 / PN Bla, the judge weighed on the elements in Article 351 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in which the result was a feeling of discomfort, pain or injury, which is based on evidence in the form of Visum et repertum on the victim's body. (2)Obstacles in proving in the form of visum et repertum in cases of torture include the qualification of wounds based on the legal needs confusing a doctor, standardization of the determination of the degree of injury to be poured on the Visum et repertum, Provisions for the signing of the post visum et repertum letter by the doctor, Request for visum et repertum which is lacking / incomplete, Visum Request Letter arrives late.�Keywords: Visum Et Repertum; Evidence; Criminal Acts Of Persecution.

Salah   satu   keunikan   masyarakat   Madura   sampai   saat   ini   adalah   konsep   kobhung   yang   menjadi   tempat  penting  untuk  aktivitas  keagamaan  maupun  mengawasi  aktivitas  anggota  keluarga.  Walaupun  ada  fungsi  lain  yaitu  fungsi  ekonomi  maupun  sosial  yang  dimainkan  oleh  kobhung  tersebut.  Riset  ini  membahas  peran  kobhung  di  tengah  kebudayaan  Madura;  yang  posisinya  berada  di  sebelah  Barat  (kiblat) taneyanlanjheng (halaman panjang) di setiap permukiman  penduduk.  Ia  berfungsi  sebagai  pusat  aktivitas  laki-laki  (suami)  untuk  melakukan  transfer  nilai  religi  kepada  anak-anak  atau  isteri  mereka.  Di  sisi  lain,  ia  juga  sebagai  simbol  pengawasan  dan  kontrol (panopticon) keluar-masuk anggota keluarga, terutama laki-laki (suami) atas perempuan (istri). Hal ini terlegitimasi oleh tradisi patriarkal di masyarakat Madura   yang   tercermin   dalam   konsep   bhupa’, bhabhu,   ghuru,   rato   sangat   kental.   Konsep   ini   merupakan  sebuah  referential  standard  kepatuhan masyarakat Madura terhadap figur-figur utama secara  hirarkis. Oleh sebab itu, riset ini mengurai dinamika budaya  dan  upaya  istri  dalam  memposisikan  diri  mereka  di  tengah  budaya  patriarkhi.  Riset  ini  lebih  masuk   pada   jenis   kualitatif   fenomenologi   yang   meneropong   dinamika   relasi   suami-istri   tersebut   melalui peran kobhung. Koleksi data yang digunakan adalah  tehnik  interview  dan  observasi;  sedangkan  analisis  data  memakai  analisis  interaktif  Miles  dan  Hubermann. Riset ini menemukan bahwa perempuan di panagguan tidak bisa lepas dari konsep “tri aksi”, antara   lain:   adhandhan, arembi’,   dan   amassa’(merawat  diri,  melahirkan,  dan  memasak).  Konsep  ini  merupakan  wujud  dari  pengabdian  dirinya  atas  keluarga   yang   diyakini   sebagai   kodrat   (takdir).   Karenanya,  mereka  sama  sekali  tidak  menggugat;  bahkan  ia  menerima  dengan  lapang  dada  tentang  perannya di dalam rumah tangga. Kata Kunci: Kobhung, TaneyanLanjheng, Panoptikon   One of the uniqueness of the Madurese community until  now  is  the  concept  of  kobhung  which  has  become an important place for religious activities and oversees the activities of family members. Although there  are  other  functions,  namely  the  economic  and  social  functions  played  by  the  kobhung.  This  research   discusses   the   role   of   kobhung   among   Madura culture; whose position is in the west (qibla) taneyan lanjheng (long yard) in each residential area. It  functions  as  a  center  for  male  (husband)  activity  to  transfer  religious  values  to  their  children  or  their  wives.  On  the  other  hand  it  functions  as  a  symbol  of  supervision  and  control  (panopticon)  of  family  members,  especially  men  (husbands)  over  women  (wives). This is legitimized by the patriarchal tradition in the Madurese community which is reflected in the concepts  of  bhupa’,  bhabhu  ,  ghuru,  rato  that  was  very  thick.  This  concept  is  a  referential  standard  of  Madurese    compliance    with    hierarchical    main figures.  Therefore, this research outlines the cultural dynamics and the efforts of the wives in positioning themselves during patriarchal culture. This research is more into the qualitative type of phenomenology that  looks  at  the  dynamics  of  the  husband-wife  relationship  through  the  role  of  kobhung.  The  data  collection   used   was   interview   and   observation   techniques; while data analysis used the interactive analysis  by  Miles  and  Hubermann.  This  research  found that women in Panagguan cannot be separated from  the  concept  of  “three-action”,  among  others:  adhandhan,  arembi’,  and  amassa’  (taking  care  of  themselves, giving birth, and cooking). This concept is a manifestation of the devotion to the family which is  believed  to  be  natural  (destiny).  Therefore,  they  don’t sue at all; they even received gracefully about their role in the household. <em>Some gampongs in Aceh Besar have established gampong reusam on child protection in written form. Reusam which usually regulates public behavior about habits undertaken by the public in an unwritten form, is now beginning to be written in written form. The formation of gampong reusam was formed by Tuha Peut Gampong which was discussed together with the keuchik and community leaders of the gampong. This research aims to find out how the process of reusam formation of child protection in Aceh Besar and how the role of Tuha Peut in determining the direction of development of child protection reusam in Aceh Besar. This research uses qualitative research with data source from primary data obtained through interview with Keuchik, Tuha Peut Gampong and Female Woman. Secondary data is obtained through documentation studies in the library. The results showed that the process of forming a village reusam on Child Protection was established through the involvement of elements and community leaders, even women were involved in the preparation. Tuha Peut has an important role in the development of a gampong reusam that adopts local and applicable local values in Aceh. These values are deliberation, mediation and the use of adat sanctions for child offenders in cases that occur, such as Advice, Warning, apology, fines, compensation, returned to the family, Establishment of Child Protection Committees dealing with law and engagement government agencies.</em>

Bamboo is a plant that can botanically be classified in the family Gramineae (grass). The economic and ecological benefits of bamboo, among other things, when compared to wood commodities, bamboo plants can provide an increase in the income of the surrounding community in a relatively fast time, which is 4-5 years. Demand that remains high is not followed by an increase in quality and prices that are compared to similar goods made from wood or other materials. This is a consideration and reduces the interest of the community to develop the business. This study aims to explore the understanding and role of community empowerment through the use of bamboo, explore the role of government in empowering bamboo-based communities and develop strategies for empowering local communities in the use of bamboo. This research is qualitative by using an emic approach that is focused on data and analysis based on answers from key people. The type of data consists of primary data obtained through interviews and observations. While the secondary data comes from the problem report documents that will be examined, writing and the results of research on the Local Community Empowerment Development Strategy. The results of this study indicate that the local community in Loksado District has the potential to develop processed bamboo production through community participation in bamboo processing and utilization training, the government and village apparatus support the processing and utilization of bamboo through programs / activities, cooperation, bamboo ecotourism and bamboo industrial products, and constraints in the empowerment of bamboo in Loksado District is in marketing and capital strategies.

The study describes the concept of harmonization of three educational centers in moral development at UPT SD Negeri 230 Tondok Tangnga, Tanalili District, North Luwu Regency. This research is a qualitative research that uses a pedagogical approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals, PAI teachers, parents of students, the community. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the family as the basis of education, the school as the developer of education and the community as the user. An important role in the development and growth of students, both physically and spiritually, mentally spiritually and physically. The implementation of the harmonization of the Three Education Centers is carried out with close cooperation, it can be seen when parents lay the foundations of education, especially the family in the formation of personality. Then it is developed in a school environment with educational materials in the form of knowledge and skills. The community participates in controlling, distributing and fostering and improving it.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence farmers' decisions in planting sweet corn and local corn in Tolombukan Satu Village, Pasan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. Data collection was carried out for two months, from May to June 2019. The collected data was compiled quantitatively and displayed in tabular form. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews and with the help of questionnaires for the leader (chair, secretary, and treasurer) and all members of the Nafiri Jaya Farmer Group amounted to 20 people. Secondary data obtained from local book store, the internet through Google Scholar to get articles and theses from other universities related to research topics on factors that influence farmers' decisions. The results showed that the factors influencing the decision of farmers to plant sweet corn and local corn were social factors and economic factors. Social factors consist of age, level of education, experience in farming and the role of agricultural extension workers. Economic factors consist of the number of dependents in the family, land area, facilities and infrastructure, income, expenses and selling price.*eprm*
