<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em> </em><em>The tourism industry is defined as a collection of business fields that produce various services and goods needed by those who travel on a tour. Every product, whether real or virtual that is presented to meet specific human needs, should be assessed as an industrial product. As stated by the UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization) in the International Recommendations for Tourism Statistics 2008, the tourism industry includes; accommodation for visitors, food and beverage service activities, passenger transportation, travel agencies and other reservation activities, cultural activities, and sports and entertainment activities.The skyrocketing world of tourism in Indonesia has an impact on other businesses, including hotels, restaurants and tourism management. The tourism industry is probably one of the most grueling industries to work in. For business people or Top Management companies in the tourism sector, the quality of human resources is a major factor that needs to be considered in order to be able to run the business optimally, this quality depends on the competence of human resources, namely a combination of Soft Skills and Hard Skills competencies.For this reason, it is imperative that vocational students must have a structure of knowledge and skills in order to enter the world of work and be able to adapt well after graduation and be able to access and use competencies optimally (competency dimensions).This Community Service activity was carried out on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 with the theme "Skills Needed in the World of Tourism Work at SMK Darmawan Bogor by using the online media Google Meet. The procedure for this service activity is carried out by providing attractive and easy-to-understand presentation material for students and students, the presentation of the material is prepared using power point media and several sample videos to facilitate the delivery stages to students and students. During the activity, based on the intensity of the questions and answers that arise, this Community Service activity provides benefits as additional motivation and increased knowledge for students in the future before entering the world of work in the tourism industry.</em></p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong><em></em></p>

According to BPS West Java Province data, the number of visits in 2016 for foreign tourists to Bogor Regency in 2016 reached 228,913 and 4,955,079 for domestic tourists. The increase in tourist arrivals should be supported by facilities and infrastructure and business tourism services including tourism services in the field of food and beverages. To improve the ability of HR (employees) who work in the food and beverage business services sector, activities are needed that aim to increase the capacity of human resources (employees) of food and beverage businesses in Bogor Regency. Community service regarding the Improvement of Excellent Services Capability in Food and Beverage Enterprises in the Bogor Regency Peak Area was attended by 30 participants who were employees in the business of food and beverage tourism services who were directly selected by the Bogor Regency Culture and Tourism Service. Based on the results of this community service activity, the following conclusions can be drawn: the provision of knowledge and technology on improving management capabilities Capability of Excellent Services in Food and Beverage Enterprises in the Peak District. Bogor was well received by the participants and achieved the goals planned previously. This is indicated by the ability of participants to be able to understand and direct practice regarding service excellent. In addition, there were participants who after this training were appointed as supervisors at the restaurant where the participants worked.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Teaching and learning process is an integral in the achievement of human resources who have the skills in the field in accordance with the goals of a college. Students who undergo the study other than he get the knowledge in the field that he studied, will also be given the learning experience given the task by the lecturer supervisor of the course and then the results are feasible for the percentage of campus forums with tools and complete electronic media. Nowadays, the percentage becomes the obstacle by students to get the perfect score, because the percentage is related to the presentation slide which is interesting and easy to understand by the audience. The percentage slide also becomes an assessment at the moment of presentation in front of the class forum, the student is not yet understand how to make an interesting and effective presentation so that the idea is well conveyed. In addition, students also difficult to make a presentation with a combination of images and writing because it has not got the skills to design the slide so much the results of the presentation of what is with a fairly satisfactory percentage value. In today's digital age, it can be said that any profession of someone in the world of organization, both business world and academic world can not be separated from the necessity to do the exposure to explain the purpose of a problem or information. Ability to present good information with an attractive means is necessary to get the ideas and ideas to the person who received the information. Good presentation skills, interesting and informative is needed everyone so that ideas or ideas can be easily understood. One of the media presentations to make the ideas submitted so more informative and interesting is to use Ms. Power point.

The method applied by the community service activity is in the form of short training using lecture, discussion, question and answer method and the demonstration which was followed by 9 teachers held at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Purworejo which cover the planning, implementation, and production process</em><em>.</em></p>

The activity of speaking or known as public speaking is a scary thing for students. Although they are often asked to practice presentations in front of the class, the technique of delivering public speaking is often not paid attention to. There are several techniques that should be mastered in public speaking so that the delivery can be conveyed well to the audience. This time, the implementation of PKM aims to provide knowledge about public speaking skills, improve speaking skills, mentally prepare students to speak in front of crowds, and equip students to enter lectures or work.  The method presented in this activity is lecture and practice.with 20 students from SMK Bina Nusa Slawi. Students are also provided with modules to make it easier when delivering and students can also repeat the material at home. Students are also given directions regarding the correct way of presentation in Indonesian and English in accordance with the rules of public speaking. In addition to theory and practice in the classroom. Students are also directed to observe several public speaking figures through Youtube channel. In general, community service activity at SMK Bina Nusa Slawi are going well. Students' enthusiasm is extraordinary, as evidenced by the fact that 80 percent of students believe that having public speaking skills and increasing self-confidence are important. Students feel helped by this activity because they gain knowledge about public speaking and presentation techniques that can be used to support presentations in class or as a provision for later in the world of work.

The objective of this community service activity / PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) is to provide knowledge to participants (parents and children) about the importance of character education from early age through the family. This program was motivated by problems that happens in society in Ngusikan, Jombang, East Java, children in that area addicted to play gadgets and have a tendency to anti-social behavior and lack of social courtesy. The method in this program used a dialogical collaborative-participatory approach includes in-house training (lectures, questions and answers, discussions) for the delivery of material, direct practice to make storytelling media, testing, practice of using fairy tale media and mentoring assisted by KKNT students. The number of participants in this program is approximately 40 participants, including students. This community service activity (PKM) was followed by women who have job as a housewife. The participants stated that this activity was very useful and was a new experience. This community service activity went well and was greeted with enthusiasm from the participants..

The high unemployment rate is a fundamental problem in employment in our country, where the new workforce that is added is far greater than the increase in employment. Unemployment is a problem for countries with high population growth rates, and unemployment can also affect the level of the economy. At the beginning of 2020, world economic growth experienced a decline due to the coronavirus disease outbreak, this coronavirus (covid-19) had an impact on economic growth in the form of a decline in the level of the world economy, including Indonesia. Seeing conditions like this, special attention is needed for alumni to prepare students for the world of work. This community service is carried out in the form of training on strategies for finding and applying for jobs, the problem solving framework provided is by providing training so that it can increase knowledge and insight to job seekers college alumni about srategies for finding and applying for jobs.The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to college alumni so that they have the readiness to find and apply for jobs. This community service activity is carried out virtually online online in the form of training and guidance. The target is college alumni who will definitely be involved in the activity of finding and applying for jobs, at the initial stage the presenter will deliver a theoretical presentation accompanied by realistic examples. Learning media is an important part of learning activities. Books are part of learning media that can be displayed following the progress of the times and advances in technology. Teachers play a very important role in learning at school, usually teachers provide material to students using textbooks, whiteboard media or using slides on Microsoft Power Point. In the implementation of this community service activity, training for SDIT Sullamul 'Ulum teachers on how to make digital books using flipbooks, such as using existing tools, making the content in digital books presented interesting so that students are easy to understand and can be applied to Learning Activities. Based on the results of the practice carried out by the participants, it was concluded that the average expertise of 90% of participants could follow and practice in making digital learning media using flipbooks.

Lanjut usia (Lansia) merupakan kelompok yang paling beresiko terkena Covid-19, dikarenakan lansia umumnya memiliki beberapa penyakit komorbid serta tingginya angka mortalitas pada lansia. Salah satu upaya untuk pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada lansia ialah dengan langkah promotif dan preventif, antara lain dengan pemberian edukasi pada lansia. Selain itu, perlu juga diperhatikan agar lansia tetap sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga kualitas hidup lansia tetap terjaga dan resiko tertular Covid-19 pada lansia dapat dikurangi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap lansia tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan jumlah lansia sebanyak 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan pendampingan para lansia untuk berkumpul diruang aula, pemberian kuesioner untuk pre-test, penyampaian informasi dilakukan dengan slide power point tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia, video, kartu SMART, demonstrasi teknik relaksasi nafas dalam serta diakhiri dengan sesi tanya jawab, post-test, dan pemberian makanan tambahan sehat untuk lansia. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan menambah pengetahuan para lansia tentang pencegahan terjadinya infeksi Covid-19, meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap bahaya penularan serta menjadi lansia yang SMART. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Lansia, Sehat, Bahagia, SMART, Covid-19 ABSTRACT Elderly is the group most at risk of contracting Covid-19, because the elderly generally have several comorbid diseases and high mortality rates in the elderly. One of the efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission in the elderly is by promoting and preventive steps, including providing education to the elderly. In addition, it should also be noted that the elderly remain healthy and happy during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the quality of life for the elderly is maintained and the risk of contracting Covid-19 in the elderly can be reduced. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people during the Covid-19 pandemic, with 20 elderly people. The method of implementing this community service activity begins with the assistance of the elderly to gather in the hall, giving questionnaires for pre-test, delivering information with power point slides about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people, videos, SMART cards, demonstrations of deep breathing relaxation techniques. and ended with a question and answer session, post-test, and providing healthy supplementary food for the elderly. The results of this community service activity are expected to increase the knowledge of the elderly about preventing the occurrence of Covid-19 infection, increase awareness of the dangers of transmission and become SMART elderly.
