This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic work ethic on a professional commitment with the organizational commitment as a intervening variable on the banker PT. Bank BRIsyariah in North Sumatera region. The data collection method used in this study is to use a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The population used in this study was 106 people with banker characteristics that have worked for more than 1 year. The sample in this study equals the total population of 106 samples using sampling techniques based on purposive sampling. By using the path Analysis of the research results shows that Islamic work ethics is positive and significant to the commitment of the profession of Bankers Brisyariah in North Sumatera region. The Organization's commitment is to promote the influence of Islamic work ethics on the professional commitment of bankers of BRIsyariah in North Sumatera.significant effect on the work effectiveness of the Harapan Harapan Companion Program.

Competition that occurs between companies in the era of globalization requires companies to continue to make improvements or a change in order to remain competitive. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate and reward system on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample was determined by 86 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to CV employees. Wiracana and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational climate variables and reward systems have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The organizational climate, reward system and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment on CV.Wiracana.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and employee performance, OCB on employee performance, and analyze the effect of organizational commitment through OCB as an intervening variable on employee performance. The population is all employees who work at SPMI units of Private Universities in West Sumatra, amounting to 241 people. Of the 241 people taken 30 as a sample of validity and reliability so the remaining 211 people still exist. While the number of samples taken using the saturation sampling technique, which is a sampling technique by taking the entire population that is 211 samples. The data collection method uses the survey method, followed by the statistical method to test the hypothesis by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB and employee performance, so does OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment through OCB also has an influence on employee performance.

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kepuasan dan komitmen organisasional. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan (DKP) Kota Denpasar dengan menggunakan petugas kebersihan Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar sebagai sampel/subjek penelitian sebanyak 60 orang. Berkaitan dengan metode penelitiannya, riset ini menggunakan wawancara dan kusioner sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya analisis jalur (path analysis) sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan K3 berpengaruh signifikan secara positif pada kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif signifikan pada komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel yang memediasi pengaruh penerapan K3 pada komitmen organisasional. Kata kunci : penerapan K3, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of health and safety management implementation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research used sanitation officer of Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Denpasar as research respondent. Data collection method used interview and quitionare and for data analysis will be used path analysis. The results showed that the implementation of health and safety management has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction serve as a variable that mediates the effect of health and saftey management implementation on organizational commitment.

This study examines the importance of work ethics for employees in the organization towards performance achievement by bringing up the role of adversity quotient mediator. The study aimed to investigate and explore the direct and indirect influence through mediators by using path analysis techniques with the help of AMOS version 24. The process of data collection was carried out using three research variable scales. The number of research respondents is 220 employees. The results of the analysis prove four hypotheses that have been shown to have direct influence, and the role of the mediator is perfect in mediating the two variables. The results of this study can be useful for organizations and practitioners of psychology in industry and organizations.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational support on organizational commitment with psychological contracts as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at two business places that are engaged in the same field, namely Maritime Tourism Adventure Tanjung Benoa, Bali. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, where by taking the entire population in the two companies using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly to employees. Analysis of research data using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study stated that organizational support had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, psychological corntact had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational support had an effect on organizational commitment with psychological contracts to strengthen both variables. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Islamic work ethics on job satisfaction, turnover intentions and organizational commitment and its three dimensions: affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. This method of analysis used a simple regression to determine the relationship of independent variables and dependent variables. The analysis used descriptive analysis to present the main characteristic of the samples. Islamic work ethic used instrument developed by Ali, job satisfaction was measured by Dubinsky and Harley’s instruments, organizational commitment used instrument by Bozeman, Perrine, Meyer and the turnover intentions adapted by previous research, Home and Griffith. The collected data was tabulated and analyzed using softwareStatistical Pakage for the Social Sciences (SPSS)16.0. This research selects 10 Islamic microfinances in Pekalongan city.  Results show that Islamic Work Ethic is positive significant related to job satisfaction, affective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment, and negative influence related to turnover intention variable. From this research, the application of Islamic Work Ethics was a solution to job satisfaction and organizational commitment and less contributes to turnover intention.

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of the perception of FEBI INAIS students on the interest in saving at a Sharia Bank This research is quantitative and data collection method with questionnaire distribution technique. The total population is 386 FEBI INAIS active students, using random sampling techniques and the sample used by 200 respondents taken using the Slovin method, the analysis used in this study is simple linear regression analysis, which consists of one dependent variable and one independent variable. The results showed that the variables of student perceptions of Islamic banks had a real and positive influence on the interest in saving FEBI INAIS students in Islamic banks. The perception of FEBI INAIS students contributed to the influence of interest in saving in Islamic Banks 22.9%, and the rest (77.1%) was the influence of other factors, which were not examined.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant and significant effect on organizational commitment, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Toncity Bali Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 42 employees. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of experience, competence, independence, and audit fees on audit quality. This research was conducted at a Public Accountant Office in Bali registered in IAPI (Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia) 2019. The method of determining the sample uses non-probability sampling techniques. The number of samples in this study were 48 auditors. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that experience, competence, independence and audit fees had a positive effect on audit quality.
