The highlight of nurse performance is a problem that must be addressed immediately. Performance in this case is closely related to how much workload, work stress and nurse motivation work in providing health services. Job stress is a common health problem and is often complained of by workers in various countries. The study design used quantitative analytical surveys with crossectional designs. The population of all nurses working in the Inpatient Room at Datu Beru Takengon Hospital was 304 people. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with chi_square. The results obtained p-value = 0,000, 0,003, 0,000 <α 0,05, meaning that there is an influence between work stress, workload and job satisfaction on nurse performance, from the results of multivariate analysis found that the most influential variables in this study are load variables work with an Exp B value of 22.121 which means the workload is 22 times influencing the performance of nurses. Conclusions there is a relationship between work stress, workload and job satisfaction on nurse performance while multivariate analysis shows that the most dominant factor is the workload variable on nurse performance. It is recommended for nurses to use time more effectively in completing tasks that are burdened so that there is no accumulation of work so that it can be completed on time.

Keywords : Job Stress, Workload and Job Satisfaction, Nurse Performance

Work stress has become an important issue in the world of work which if allowed to occur will affect the quality of life of workers. One cause of work stress caused by noise to factory machines. The use of earplugs is expected to reduce work stress on employees exposed to noise above the NAB.This research aims to find out how much influence the use of Earplug on work stress before and after the use of Earplug in the production of PT.Tales Inti Sawit Bandar Meria Bangun Purba village. This research is a quantitative research with a Quasi experimental approach with One Group Pretest and Postest Design. The population is 46 people. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling technique with criteria: male, age 20 - 50, do not have hearing disease, work 7 hours / day according to these criteria, a sample of 30 respondents. Job stress was measured using an HRSA questionnaire with 20 questions. The average work stress before using the ear plug was 20.57 and the average after treatment in the form of earplug usage was 6.97.The average work stress before and after the use of ear plug decreased 13.6. This shows that noise affects workers psychologically which means there is a difference in the average work stress before the use of Earplug and after the use of Earplug. Based on the Wilcoxon statistical test for work stress before and after the use of ear plugs shows a significance value of p = 0,000 (p≤0.05 means that the use of ear plugs affects work stress. Employees should use ear plugs while working to avoid psychological disorders such as work stress. companies should conduct periodic monitoring and sanction for those who do not use earplugs while working

The World Health Organization (WHO) infant mortality rate is the first indicator in determining a child's health status, 3.6 million of the 120 million newborns experience asphyxia, and nearly 1 million babies die. Meanwhile, the prevalence of patients treated at the NICU at the Datu Beru Takengon Hospital from 2016 to 2019 continues to decline every year. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of technical competence, efficiency and patient safety on patient family satisfaction. The research design used an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The data that had been collected were processed using univariate and bivariate and multivariate analysis. The population of all parents of babies who were treated in the NICU Care Room at Datu Beru Takengon Hospital was 329 people. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The number of samples that will be studied is 67 people. The results of the research on technical competence variables obtained p-value = 0,000, efficiency 0,000, and patient safety 0,000 <α 0.05, meaning that there is an influence between technical competence, efficiency and patient safety on family satisfaction, from the results of multivariate analysis, the most influential variables are found. in this study is the technical competency variable with an Exp B value of 1.003. The conclusion is that there is an influence between technical competence, efficiency and patient safety while the multivariate analysis shows that the most dominant factor is the variable of technical competence on family satisfaction. It is recommended that the hospital be able to improve the technical competence of nurses in the NICU room by holding training and workshops both internal and external training.
