Work stress has become an important issue in the world of work which if allowed to occur will affect the quality of life of workers.One cause of work stress caused by noise to factory machines.The use of earplugs is expected to reduce work stress on employees exposed to noise above the NAB.This research aims to find out how much influence the use of Earplug on work stress before and after the use of Earplug in the production of PT.Tales Inti Sawit Bandar Meria Bangun Purba village.This research is a quantitative research with a Quasi experimental approach with One Group Pretest and Postest Design. The population is 46 people.The sampling technique is using purposive sampling technique with criteria: male, age 20 - 50, do not have hearing disease, work 7 hours / day according to these criteria, a sample of 30 respondents. Job stress was measured using an HRSA questionnaire with 20 questions. The average work stress before using the ear plug was 20.57 and the average after treatment in the form of earplug usage was 6.97.The average work stress before and after the use of ear plug decreased 13.6. This shows that noise affects workers psychologically which means there is a difference in the average work stress before the use of Earplug and after the use of Earplug. Based on the Wilcoxon statistical test for work stress before and after the use of ear plugs shows a significance value of p = 0,000 (p≤0.05 means that the use of ear plugs affects work stress. Employees should use ear plugs while working to avoid psychological disorders such as work stress. companies should conduct periodic monitoring and sanction for those who do not use earplugs while working

Background: Hypertension is a degenerative disease that becomes a serious problem but one way to reduce hypertension by means of cupping therapy.Objective: To know the effect of bruise therapy on blood pressure in hypertensive patients in healthy clinic Mugi Barokah Karakan, Godean, Sleman, Yogyakarta Method: This research is a quantitative research, using quasi experimental (quasi experiment) with pre and posttest without control. The population of this study were hypertensive patients who performed bruise therapy with population taking at the clinic of bruise therapy as much as 15 respondents. The sampling technique used incidental samples, with a sample size of 15 people. Data collection tool using check list.Results: The results showed the value of bivariate analysis with the wilxocon test formula that there was an effect of bruise therapy on blood pressure in hypertensive patients after bruise. That there was an average decrease in blood pressure on 15 respondents of hypertension before and after cupping therapy showed with p = 0,000 and p = 0.003 where p <0.005 Conclusion: There is infl uence of bruise therapy to blood pressure in hypertension patient at Healthy Clinic Mugi Barokah Karakan Godean Sleman Yogyakarta

<p><em>Nursing services greatly determine the quality of hospital services, but the services provided by nurses are still often complained of by the community. The highlight of nurse performance is a problem that must be addressed immediately. Performance in this case is closely related to how much workload, work stress and nurse motivation work in providing health services. Job stress is a common health problem and is often complained of by workers in various countries. The study design used quantitative analytical surveys with crossectional designs. The population of all nurses working in the Inpatient Room at Datu Beru Takengon Hospital was 304 people. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with chi_square. The results obtained p-value = 0,000, 0,003, 0,000 &lt;α 0,05, meaning that there is an influence between work stress, workload and job satisfaction on nurse performance, from the results of multivariate analysis found that the most influential variables in this study are load variables work with an Exp B value of 22.121 which means the workload is 22 times influencing the performance of nurses. Conclusions there is a relationship between work stress, workload and job satisfaction on nurse performance while multivariate analysis shows that the most dominant factor is the workload variable on nurse performance. It is recommended for nurses to use time more effectively in completing tasks that are burdened so that there is no accumulation of work so that it can be completed on time.</em></p><p> </p><strong><em>Keywords :</em></strong><em> </em><em>Job Stress, Workload and Job Satisfaction, Nurse Performance</em>

Murottal therapy is one type of music therapy that has a positive influence on listeners, where when someone listens to murottal therapy it will provide stimulation to the eardrum which will then be transmitted through the auditory nerve to the auditory cortex in the brain so that there will be a decrease in cortisol which can cause a relaxed feeling. and comfortable. This study aims to determine the effect of audio murottal al-qur'an relaxation therapy on the anxiety level of patients treated in the ICU. The research method used is quantitative research with quasi-experimental design and one group pretest posttest design and statistical test using Wicolxon test. The population studied were patients who were treated in the ICU room of Aminah Hospital and the sample studied was 38 people who were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study using the Wicolxon statistical test, obtained p value = 0.000 (p < = 0.05), it can be concluded that there is an effect of anxiety levels before and after giving murottal Al-Qu'an therapy to decrease anxiety levels. From the results of this study, it is hoped that all health workers in the ICU will continue to improve their performance and routinely provide Ar-Rahman letter therapy to patients who experience anxiety while being treated in the ICU.   Abstrak Terapi murottal merupakan salah satu jenis terapi musik yang memiliki pengaruh positif pada pendengar, dimana saat seseorang mendengarkan terapi murottal maka akan memberikan rangsangan pada gendang telinga yang kemudian akan diteruskan melalui saraf pendengaran ke korteks pendengaran di otak sehingga akan terjadi penurunan kortisol yang dapat menimbulkan perasaan santai dan nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi relaksasi audio murottal al-qur’an terhadap tingkat kecemaasan pasien yang di rawat di ruangan ICU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu dan rancangan one group pretest posttest serta uji statistik menggunakan Uji Wicolxon. Populasi yang diteliti adalah pasien yang di rawat di ruangan ICU Rumah Sakit Aminah dan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 38 orang yang diambil dengan cara menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik wicolxon di dapatkan p value = 0.000 (p<α=0.05), maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah pemberikan terapi murottal Al-Qu'an terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada semua petugas kesehatan yang ada di ruang ICU agar tetap meningkatkan kinerja dan rutin memberikan terapi surat Ar-Rahman kepada pasien yang mengalami kecemasan saat di rawat di ruang ICU.

Stress is an internal condition, can be caused by a physical (body), or environmental demands, and social situations, which are potentially damaging and uncontrolled. In a previous study, it had been carried out at the Sialang Rindang Village Office about work stress on 12 workers. Initial data obtained 33.3% or 4 people who experienced work stress from 12 respondents and 66.6% or 8 respondents did not experience work stress. To find out about the effect of giving aromatherapy to workers on work stress at the Sialang Rindang village office in 2020. The method used is a quantitative research using a quasi-experimental design. The number of samples used was 30 people. Before being given aromatherapy it is known that the average work stress score at the first measurement was 82.47 with a standard deviation of 33.277. After being given aromatherapy, it is known that the average work stress is 67.97 with a standard deviation of 13.389. Judging from the significant effect between the work stress of the first measurement with the second measurement, seen from the change in the mean value between the first and second measurements of 14.5 with a standard deviation of 19.8 where the statistical test results obtained P-value of 0,000 (<0.05).

Sleep is a basic need that must be met by humans. Sleep disorders can lead to serious problems and even reduce quality of life. This often occurs in hospitality that decrease the quality of sleep. Soaking the feet in warm water can improve the microcirculation of the blood vessels and vasodilation causing a relaxing effect, followed by increased secretion of melatonin thus improving the quality of sleep. This study aimed to identify the effect of soaking feet in warm water to the quality of sleep of patient in the PUSKESMAS Dungkek This study uses a quasi-experimental design approach to one group pretest-posttest. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 20 respondents who had been in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Intervention is given for 3 consecutive days. Measurement of sleep quality scores using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire. Differences in sleep quality scores were analyzed by d using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed the influence of soaking feet in warm water for sleep quality before and after the intervention p=0.001 (<0.005), from these results it mean an increase in the quality of sleep after a soak feet in warm water. This study is expected to be an alternative option for nurses to apply soak feet in warm water to improve the quality of sleep of patient in hospital.

The aimed of study to analyze theinfluenced of puzzle game stimulation on socialization and independence development in preschoolers.This research was a quantitative research with Quasi experimental one group pre test post test design. The samples were 5 years old 60 months children with development in doubt on socialization and independence aspects which amounted to 17 people by purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this research was using a puzzle and Pre-screening Children Development Questioner. The statistical test used wilcoxon test for the children development status before and after the intervention showed a significant value 0,000 pvalue smaller than 0,05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between puzzle stimulation to socialization and independence development. Hand washing has proven to be the most important step in avoiding disease and preventing the spread of germs to others. School-age children are a critical age group because at that age a child is vulnerable to health problems. As time goes by, comic media can also be used in health education. This study aims to determine differences in knowledge, attitudes, and actions of elementary school students towards CTPS before and after education with comic media. This research is a quantitative research that uses a quasi experimental design with the design of the Nonequivalent Control Group. The population in this study were the fourth and fifth grade students in 216 Tetebassi Elementary School, Talluborongna 110 Elementary School, 117 Rorre Elementary School, 107 Rante Lemo Elementary School, North Makale District, 541 students with 134 sample. Purposive sampling technique for determining samples. Measuring tool for this research is questionnaire. The results of this study found that there were differences in CTPS before and after intervention in the intervention group and the control group with knowledge (p=0.004), attitudes (p=0.043) and actions (p=0.001). In this study there are differences in knowledge of CTPS before and after intervention in the intervention group and the control group in students in Makale Utara Subdistrict, Tana Toraja District. For the next researcher, to conduct an educational media trial before being used on the target of school children.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a chronic lung disease characterized by limited air flow in the respiratory tract that is not completely reversible and is progressive. Patients with COPD tend to experience inactivity that occurs due to reduced oxygen in the tissues, resulting in decreased fitness in helping to improve fitness given Pursed lips breathing treatment and limb training. This study was to determine the difference between pursed lips breathing with pursed lips breathing and exercise extremity on fitness in patients with COPD. Method is a quantitative research with quasi experimental type using the design of two groups pre-test and post-test, has a sample of 18 respondents divided into 2 groups, the control group (Pursed Lips Breathing) and the intervention group (Pursed Lips Breathing And Extremity Exercise) with purposive sampling technique that is adjusted to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Analysis of the data obtained using the independent sample t test showed a p-value of 0,000 which means that there are differences in Pursed Lips Breathing with Pursed Lips Breathing and Extremity Exercises Against Fitness in Patients with COPD. With a mean of 17.22 with SD 11.487 and p-value α <(0.002 <0.05) in the control group (Pursed Lips Breathing) and mean 65,000 with SD 11.990 and p-value α <(0,000 <0.05) in the group interventions (Pursed Lips Breathing and limb training). Result showed that the average difference in fitness before and after (Pursed Lips Breathing and Extremity Exercises) was greater than in the control group (Pursed Lips Breathing). Conclusion is the difference between Pursed Lips Breathing and Pursed Lips Breathing and Extremity Exercise Against Fitness in Patients with COPD

Background: Job stress on nurses can be caused by various factors, one of which is the workload of nurses. Nurse is a benchmark that determines the quality of hospital health services, especially in inpatient wards.  Objective: To find out the relation between the workload of nurse executor and work stress in the hospital ward of RSUD Sleman.  Method: The type of the research is an analytic descriptive with a cross sectional approach. Sampling technique: accidental sampling. Population 91 people. Data were taken using questionnaires. Results: The results showed that nurse workload in the hospital ward of Sleman Hospital was in the light category, 40 people (59,7%) and nurse job stress were mostly in high category work stress as many as 39 people (58,2%). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between workload of nurse executor with work stress in the hospital ward of RSUD Sleman.

The present study is aimed at developing effective guidance program for increasing student’s learning motivation. The present study applies quantitative research approach with nonequivalent pre-posttest control group quasi-experimental design, and nonrandom-purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using inventory, interview, and documentary study. The study comes up with the main finding that the tested guidance program is proven to be effective for increasing learning motivation students of 11th grade at SMA Kartika XIX-2 Bandung.
