The advancement of information technology has had a tremendous impact in assisting executives in making decisions. The executive information system is one of the best methods to help the leader or executive to make decisions effectively and efficiently. Not all work and procurement of goods is carried out by employees or staff of PT. Pelindo I, however, was carried out through an auction process. So far, the data collection process has been done using Microsoft Excel. Many weaknesses that occur, namely the data is not realtime and the leader cannot see the information directly and the data displayed cannot help the leader make decisions quickly. Therefore, an Executive Information System is needed so that the leadership can see directly the status of the existing auction at PT. Pelindo I. The purpose of this research is to design and build an executive information system at PT. Pelindo I with the iconix process method to display the status of the auction. The stages in designing an application using the Iconix Process method consist of nine stages, namely the process of requirements analysis, preparation of a domain model, GUI storyboard, use case diagrams, robustness diagrams, sequence diagrams, domain updates model, class diagram, implementation. The result of this research is to produce an application that displays a report on the status of the existing auction at PT. Pelindo in 2019 which is more efficient by using the iconix process method. The report that is displayed is in the form of data on contract completion, still in process, failed and returned.

<p>Penyelenggaraan sebuah event dari pengelola atau <em>event organizer</em> terkadang mengalami kendala dalam melakukan promosi dan mengumpulkan cukup banyak peserta disisi lain masyarakat juga perlu untuk mengetahui informasi lengkap mengenai event yang akan diselenggarakan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut maka perlu dirancang sebuah sistem informasi untuk mempermudah <em>event organizer</em> dan para peserta tersebut.</p><p>Tahap perancangan sistem ini meliputi pembuatan deskripsi <em>use case</em> diagram, <em>activity</em> diagram, <em>sequence</em> diagram, <em>class</em> diagram dan perancagan database. Implementasi dari sistem ini menggunakan Framework Laravel berbasis bahasa pemograman PHP.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian ini telah dibuat aplikasi event registration and ticketing dengan fitur pengguna yang bertindak sebagai <em>event organizer</em> dalam aplikasi ini dapat melakukan unggah informasi dan promosi <em>event</em> yang akan diselenggarakan serta melakukan penjualan tiket elektronik. Sedangkan pengguna yang bertindak sebagai member dapat melakukan pembelian tiket pada aplikasi ini sehingga lebih mudah tanpa harus datang ke loket tiket.<em> </em></p><p>_____________________________________________________</p><p><em>Organizing an event from the event organizer sometimes constraints in doing promotions and amassed quite a number of participants on the other hand the community also need to know details of upcoming events is held. To fullfil this things it is necessary an information system designed to facilitate the event organizer and the participants.</em></p><p><em>This system design phase includes the creation of descriptions use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams and database designs. Implementation of this system using Laravel-based Framework PHP programming language. </em></p><p><em>Users who act as event organizer in this application can do post some information and promotional event which will be held as well as conducting electronic ticket sales. While users who act as members can purchase tickets on this application so much easier without having to come to the ticket counter.</em></p>

Pinang is a digital application-based BRI Agro product that runs on the Android operating system, wherewith this application customers can apply for loans without collateral digitally, anywhere, and anytime. Of course, we need a system that can help the process of managing data from Pinang customers, starting from adding company cooperation with the Pinang application to maintaining and monitoring the system. So a Pinang dashboard information system is needed that can assist in the operation of the Pinang application that is capable of managing data, monitoring, and maintenance if there are problems in the Pinang application borrowing process. The Pinang dashboard can make it easier to manage, monitor, and provide information related to the Pinang application, including customer status, whitelist, repayment, disbursement, outstanding, ID card approval, and report withdrawal. The areca dashboard is built using the waterfall method, this method in its design uses UML diagrams, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and entity-relationship diagrams (ERD). The implementation of making Pinang dashboards uses the Golang programming language, Node Js, React Js, keycloak, and the PostgreSQL database. With the Pinang Dashboard, it is hoped that it can facilitate the operational team in maintaining the Pinang application and building a system that can manage, monitor, and provide information related to the Pinang application.

Chanduang’s Religious affairs office (KUA) is an institutionthat provide the service of marriage, reconciliations, and marriage’s consultations for Canduang’s sub district residents. In order to help Religious affairs office in registrations and data processing, an information system is needed to help this registration process can be done everywhere and without attending to the office. Moreover, for wide society, an application to show the information of Marriage’s status is also needed to avoid deception the status of Marriage.An Information System about marriage and marriage status  is designed in web-based with involve language programming HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,Jquery and PHP5 with object oriented-based.  Meanwhile, the data base used is SQL. The design of the system also involves Use Case, Activity Diagram, Context Diagram, Flowchart, Class Diagram, Normalizes and ERD. This system also use the otherwise called in addressing with apply htaccess in the real file address as one of security System.This system information involves three users; Admin, officers andalso bridegrooms. The three levels of users are registered with private account to sign in to the system which has each username and password with MD5 encryption.  The main page of the systemwill show the information of Marriages’registrant and marriage schedule on Chanduang’s Religious affairs office. This system will help the KUA’s officer and also residents in applying marriage datas and show someone’s Marriage status. Key words: Information system, Marriage, Reconciliation, Web Programming

The establishment of the Pos Keadilan Peduli Umat (PKPU) Human Initiative as one of the non-governmental institutions. Concentration on humanitarian issues should have a public service standard such as a SIM (Management Information System) the goal is to fulfill role processing needs in channel qurban with modern management where more days the number of donors is getting more increase so that requires management to improve service quality. Therefore the writer analyzed and designed the Qurban Management Information System at PKPU Jakarta East. The method used in Job Training (PKL) is Rapid Application Development (RAD) through the Requirement Planning and Workshop Design stages with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML) so as to produce analysis and design of Information Systems Qurban Management (SIMAQ), from the results of street vendors the authors analyze and design include: integrate donor data management starting from collection transactions up to reporting on distribution or distribution of qurban animals, the author designs starting from the use case diagram that will explain the sequence of activities performed by actors and systems to achieve the system needed, such as identification of actors, identification of use cases , design of use cases and use case narratives , activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams . Display of the system user interface qurban management information based on the duties and authority of each actor.

<p><em>Boarding house is a residence for rent for certain immigrants who settled diarea within a certain period . There have been many technologies that offer information about the boarding house but is still considered to be less efficient due to search for boarding in accordance with the desired criteria , boarding seekers still have to compare one by one facility as well as the criteria that owned the boarding house . Use of Simple Additive weighting method ( SAW ) on a decision support system is one of the solutions to deal with such matters , where the boarding seekers will find it helpful because it can give recommendations boarding places corresponding to the desired criteria .</em></p><p><em>Research methodology to design and create this application is to use research methods waterfall that is by collecting data, analyzing system (define functional requirements and non functional), do the design (ERD, use case diagrams, use case text, sequence diagrams, and class diagram), and implementation (coding and testing). Marketplace information system is created using the programming language PHP CodeIgniter-based framework 2 and the MySQL database.</em></p><p><em>Applications are focused in finding a boarding recommendation in accordance with the criteria corresponding to the booking to boarding room can be done with this application . With the app is expected to help seekers boarding house to get the best boarding recommendation and can assist in the boarding room reservations and provide benefits to the owner of the boarding house to be able to market his boarding house .</em></p>

The development of information and communication technology that is rapidly developing throughout the world opens up new opportunities for businesses to reach sales throughout the region. CV. Al-Fithrah is an Islamic business company that provides Muslim and Muslim equipment, such as Islamic books, Muslim fashion / quality herbs. This design is made to help it easier in the management process, sales reports and promote products to consumers, so that it can improve the quality of sales and make it easier to process sales data. System design is described in four stages; namely use case diagrams, statechart diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. The design of this E-Commerce information system is made using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter and MySql framework. This sales information system has facilities for admin users, owners, operators, warehouses and consumers. ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract Fertilizer is an important part of agriculture. To ease the burden on farmers, the government assists in the form of subsidized fertilizers to farmers. Limited information on the availability of subsidized fertilizer supplies in stores often makes it difficult for farmers to obtain them. Therefore, a traceability information system is needed that can help farmers to obtain information on the availability of these fertilizers. This information system will also help the supply chain of subsidized fertilizers to be more effective and efficient. This research was conducted for one year to study the supply chain traceability process and the development of a website-based subsidized fertilizer information system. The method used in this research is to use the unified modelling language (UML) method. The UML used to design the system consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The traceability system that has been designed is implemented into a website-based information system. This research produces a website-based information system of the supply chain traceability information system for subsidized fertilizers.

Pendataan yang bersifat manual menjadikan permasalahan pada proses dilakukannya pendataan, hal ini juga terjadi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan dimana pendataan masih bersifat manual dengan keterbatasan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan waktu pendataan dan mengurangi kompleksitas dalam proses pendataan pada pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan. Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. Data informasi tidak akan memberikan manfaat jika tidak dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penyusunan rencana pembangunan sehingga pelatihan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Hospital was established to serve the medical needs of the citizen. In addition to serving, hospitals also need to explore the benefits for the sustainability and the development of the hospital. To achieve financial reports have involved a large role. Accounting information system computer-based accounting will help serving the financial reports, so that more accurate and faster. Errors can be diminished.  Research object is selected by the author to conduct research is Bogor Rumah Sakit Islam. A hospital that is located on Jl. Perdana Raya. 22 Budi Agung, Jakarta Utara. This hospital was established on May 12, 1991. The location is strategic as it is in the center of Bogor. In doing activity, accounting information system based on computerized accounting still not yet common use. Computer already exist but support application to create an accurate and fast financial statement does not exist. So much weaknesses if we still using manual method. Like slowly processing data, still using much worker and much step while processing. The information result is still contained high mistake. To solve all problems above we need accounting software as tool for accounting division. For that I try to apply computerized accounting using Microsoft Excel for helping creating financial statement. By doing observation and interview with related employee, this research can do well. Journalize transaction process by using Microsoft Excel is to make a column for each transaction such as Journal Voucher, General Ledger, Balance Sheet. After making a column, the next step is inputing achievement data to Journal Voucher. After inputing data, General Ledger and Balance Sheet can automatically fill up. By using computer, processing data is more faster, information result is more accurately, human resource is less needed. Related management can get information they need more faster, because amount recalculated every doing transaction.
