In modern conditions, informatization permeate into all spheres of society. This also applies to the educational sphere. At the moment, many software products are involved in the educational process. Involve of software products helps to increase the clarity and aesthetics of students' paperwork. At the same time, the dominance of technical means increases the student load. It should also be noted that the speed of paperwork is often reduced. Students spend more time on the results with the help of technical means than on the work done by hand. This contradiction can be resolved by students acquiring skills in working with automated documents. This work is devoted to the development of methods for training students the principles of creating automated documents through the use of automatic elements: styles, objects, labels, links, automatic lists of various directions. The theoretic, practical and individual stages are fixed in the developed method. The thematic plan with covering all parties of automatic elements application at document creation is designed. The main tools used to create an automated document in most of the software products used are highlighted. Chief among these tools are: labels, links, programmable fields. To work with documents, you can use many software products, among which the most common are Microsoft Office, LaTeX, Libre Office. Today, given the current trend of distributing free licenses of software products for educational institutions and education seekers, the Microsoft Office suite remains the most popular among students. Taking this into account, the work provides examples of the implementation of tasks that correspond to the compiled thematic plan using the means of the Microsoft Office package. All examples are accompanied by pictures explaining the use of the selected automatic element. As a result of the work, a method for training students the principles of creating automated documents was formulated. Implementation of the designed training method allows to reduce the time spent on preparing an electronic document, improve the documents design quality and increase the flexibility of the received content for export, import and editing operations.

Many Iraqi Educational Institutions have started considering adding a Cloud productivity applications which are used by students and teaching staffs, These are a complementary group of solving cloud-based productivity tools of Google and Microsoft aiming to enable users to create, store and access their applications and programs at any time, and from anywhere by using various devices, whether Desktop, mobile or smart devices, and users can be given an email with the name of the facility and give different authorities to accomplish their work. To use the best providers of Collaborative tools and solutions which can be used greatly in the Educational Process Google, specifically, offers Google Workspace for educational and Microsoft offers Microsoft Office 365. Both Office 365 and Workspace are extraordinary tools for providing productive services in education fields, and non-profit organizations can get copies that are donated by the two companies. However, there are significant differences between them, so one should think best in choosing which platform is appropriate for Iraqi Educational Institutions. This is an incredibly complex question with so many comparative points between them. Both Workspace and Office 365 are regarded are the two important tools in providing productivity Service in Education Sectors. In this present study, it is hoped to mention the differences between the two cloud platforms that can help IT administrators in educational institutions to choose the best and most suitable program, and make balance with amazing set of factors, including contract terms, organizational issues, the ability to integrate with a range of educational applications, and the use of servers, and host, packet inspection and tools, protocol analysis and service quality, measurement and improvement of response time, data transfer rate and network performance so that it can be compatible with the technological infrastructure in Iraq. Both platforms provide custom email for all businesses which include collaboration tools such as Mail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Presentations, Forms, Groups, Discussions Board, Sites and etc., which are a free set of easy-to-use tools that provide a flexible and secure basis for learning and teaching process, collaboration and communication. This article highlights the topic of using digital media resources in training specialists - future education managers. At the present stage, the relevance of training future education managers is important for improving the quality of educational services in educational institutions. Research methods: theoretical analysis, methods of questioning and survey among students and teachers. The article presents the obtained experimental data on the study of the development of creative thinking of future education managers. The analysis was made of modern teaching methods, common to which is the focus on self-education through open access and media resources to information. The most popular at the moment are video materials, presentations. Little coverage in the educational process of the university is given to the topic of online libraries. Online libraries are an important part of education and contain a large amount of scientific data. The survey revealed that only 32% of students - future education managers are familiar with online libraries. The development of creative thinking should be a priority in the training of future managers of the secondary and higher education system.

In many higher education institutions of Ukraine there are centers of distance education, the system of which is based on a number of principles: continuity; democratization; integration; globalization. In the conditions of the declared quarantine connected with the Covid–19 pandemic in the educational process of higher educational institutions and medical in particular distance learning has become especially relevant. The aim is to descriptive the forms and methods of distance learning on the example of microbiology, virology and immunology in TNMU and department of microbiology, virology and immunology ZSMU. Microsoft Office 365 (MS Teams application) and Skype for Business were chosen as the main platforms for the implementation of distance learning at ZSMU for the quarantine period. As a platform for distance education at the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology, TNMU used the capabilities of Moodle. Distance learning at ZSMU and TNMU was carried out according to the schedule drawn up at the beginning of the semester using two forms of education, because this combination best helps to implement and ensure the learning process: online conferences and coverage of all materials on the department’s website. The advantages of distance learning are obvious today.This form of learning has significant potential, because the software capabilities of the Microsoft Office 365 and Moodle platforms allow you to quickly transfer any amount of study material to students with its subsequent storage and permanent access for self-study and repetition, as well as various forms of student knowledge control and documentation of the received marks. For successful distance learning it is very important to choose the optimal form of learning or a combination thereof. However, it cannot completely replace traditional education and necessarily requires practical work, especially when studying disciplines at the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology.

The relevance of the topic of the article is due to the process of modernization of higher mathematical education in Russia, which has led to a significant change in curricula and the need to look for ways and forms of training that would allow students to learn the necessary material within the time granted for studying, while obtaining the maximum necessary amount of skills, knowledge, and competencies. The objective of the article is to justify the ways and principles of the development and implementation of new pedagogical and information technologies in the educational process, the organization of professional education of students in technical areas based on the integration of mathematics and computer science. The leading method of the study of this problem is the methodological analysis and subsequent synthesis, which, by analyzing the didactic content of the sections in mathematics and the possibilities of the computer mathematical environment called Mathematica, reveals the necessary methods and ways of developing and using modern computer technologies in the mathematical education of engineering students. It is proved that one of the main tools for implementing the methods for solving the indicated problem should be considered a computer, namely, the mathematical environment called Mathematica, and the basic principles of its systemic implementation in the educational process of the university have been identified. The materials of the article may be useful to teachers of mathematical disciplines of higher educational institutions, the computer programs and pedagogical software products created in Mathematica can serve as models for the development of similar pedagogical software products.

В статье описываются технологические процессы проектирования и разработки ЭИОС вуза с использованием Интернеттехнологий, а также комплексы сервисов по формированию отчетов по учебнометодической деятельности кафедр, учета контингента, успеваемости и другие. Представлены перспективы развития информационной среды с целью повышения эффективности деятельности по направлениям деятельности вуза. In recent years, the education system, being in the conditions of modernization, forms a different educational paradigm, which is based on the largescale use of information technology. Automation of the educational process is one of the important tasks of modern education. The use of builtin software products for solving automation problems will greatly facilitate their implementation in the field of education. The development of modern methods of informatization of control procedures can significantly improve the quality of management and reduce its complexity. The article describes the technological processes of design and development of EIOS University using Internet technologies, as well as complex services for the formation of reports on educational and methodical activities of departments, accounting contingent, academic performance and others. The prospects of development of the information environment in order to improve the efficiency of activities in the areas of the University are presented.

The ways of solving the problem of using modern information and communication technologies at different stages of project activity of students are outlined. The specific feature of the professional activity of craft and technology teachers enables the use of modern communication tools at different stages of creative projects, combining technical means with the latest educational technologies. The methodical features of ICT application during information search, project development, evaluation and self-evaluation are highlighted. The variants of expedient application of public computer programs and means of communication with the purpose to increase the professionalism of projects execution by students, optimization of feedback between the teacher and subjects of training, innovative approach in the implementation of complex tasks are offered.The mastery of instrumental artistic and technical software should become a base for the methodical system of teaching at the Pedagogical University. They form the basis of information technology and artistic and graphic competence of future technology teachers and is the basis for the development of the person's ability to professional activity, allowing the future teacher of technology to professionally use the mastered computer resources in pedagogical and artistic and creative activities. It has been proved that the training of future technology teachers is effective on the basis of ICT (programming language, ready-made software products, Microsoft Office software package, cloud services, Internet resources, WEB-site), implemented in the educational process of special (designing and modeling of clothing, design of clothing ) and psychological and pedagogical (the method of profile education, the theory and methodology of teaching technology, the method of educational work) disciplines.

The article discusses the development trends of the modern preschool education system in the aspect of the activity of the teacherpsychologist of the preschool educational organization. The experience of using 1C software products in the practical work of the psychological service of kindergarten 318 of the city of Perm in the aspects of psychological monitoring of children’s readiness to study at school and correctional and developmental work with preschool children is presented. The components of the child’s psychological readiness for school are described. On practical examples, diagnostic methods for determining the level of readiness of children for schooling are analyzed. The data of testing kindergarten pupils at the beginning of the 2019/2020 school year on the parameters allowing to identify urgent problems and determine the direction of the necessary correctional development work are presented. Features of the practical application of the software product 1C:Preschool Psychodiagnostics in the process of psychological support of preparing children for school are considered. Methods are described, the scope of which is aimed not only at the study of personality traits, but also at its development. The possibilities of using games of the 1C:Educational Collection in the correctional and developmental work are disclosed. The description of game collections is given, options for their use are presented.

The application of constructive geometric modeling to pedagogical models of teaching graphic disciplines today is a promising direction for using computer technology in the educational process of educational institutions. The essence of the method of constructive geometric modeling is to represent any operation performed on geometric objects in the form of a transformation, as a result of which some constructive connection is established, and the transformation itself can be considered as a result of the action of an abstract cybernetic device. Constructive geometric modeling is a popular information tool for information processing in various applied areas, however, this tool cannot be appreciated without the presence of appropriate software systems and developed design techniques. Traditionally, constructive geometric modeling is used in the design of mechanical engineering, energy, aircraft and shipbuilding facilities, in architectural and design engineering. The need to study descriptive geometry at the university in recent years has something in common with the issues of mastering graphic packages of computer programs in the framework of the new discipline "Engineering and Computer Graphics". The well-known KOMPAS software product is considered the simplest and most attractive for training. It should be noted the important role of graphic packages in the teaching of geometric disciplines that require a figurative perception of the material by students. Against the background of a reduction in classroom hours, computer graphics packages are practically the only productive teaching methodology, successfully replacing traditional tools - chalk and blackboard.

Research goal: the research is aimed at theoretical substantiation of applying the augmented reality technology and its peculiarities at higher technical educational institutions. Research objectives: the research is to solve the problems of determining the role and place of the technology in the educational process and its possible application to physics training. Object of research: teaching physics to students of higher technical educational institutions. Subject of research: the augmented reality technology as a component of the training process at higher educational institutions. Research methods used: theoretical methods include analysis of scientific and methodological literature; empirical methods include studying and observation of the training process. Research results: analysis of scientific publications allows defining the notion of augmented reality; application of augmented reality objects during laboratory practical works on physics is suggested. Main conclusions. introduction of the augmented reality technology in thetraining process at higher technical educational institutions increases learning efficiency, facilitates students’ training and cognitive activities, improves the quality of knowledge acquisition, provokes interest in a subject, promotesdevelopment of research skills and a future specialist’s competent personality.
