The ways of solving the problem of using modern information and communication technologies at different stages of project activity of students are outlined. The specific feature of the professional activity of craft and technology teachers enables the use of modern communication tools at different stages of creative projects, combining technical means with the latest educational technologies. The methodical features of ICT application during information search, project development, evaluation and self-evaluation are highlighted. The variants of expedient application of public computer programs and means of communication with the purpose to increase the professionalism of projects execution by students, optimization of feedback between the teacher and subjects of training, innovative approach in the implementation of complex tasks are offered.The mastery of instrumental artistic and technical software should become a base for the methodical system of teaching at the Pedagogical University. They form the basis of information technology and artistic and graphic competence of future technology teachers and is the basis for the development of the person's ability to professional activity, allowing the future teacher of technology to professionally use the mastered computer resources in pedagogical and artistic and creative activities. It has been proved that the training of future technology teachers is effective on the basis of ICT (programming language, ready-made software products, Microsoft Office software package, cloud services, Internet resources, WEB-site), implemented in the educational process of special (designing and modeling of clothing, design of clothing ) and psychological and pedagogical (the method of profile education, the theory and methodology of teaching technology, the method of educational work) disciplines.

The article describes approaches to the construction of modern educational communication, the improvement of methodological and technological components of the courses organization for the improvement of the qualification of practical psychologists of pre-school establishments in accordance with the social order of the society. Outlined the institution of postgraduate pedagogical education teacher approaches to the development and application in the educational process information and communication technologies - LMS Google Classroom, as platforms of educational and network synchronous or asynchronous communication. The focus is on using LMS Google Classroom as a way of educational online interaction in the process of improving the skills of a practical psychologist and the means of organizing access to educational and scientific materials. Described its approximate application in the reproductive and creative activity of the students on the courses of professional development, professional activity of the psychologist, consultations with parents, colleagues and others. The article discusses the problem of the formation of the future Technology teachers’ professional thinking. The concept of «professional thinking of the Technology teacher» is clarified, which is considered as the features of the teacher’s thinking, letting him/her perform professional and pedagogical tasks successfully at a high level of mastery: quickly, accurately solve both the ordinary and extraordinary tasks of teaching and upbringing students in an original way. It has been established that the professional training of Technology teachers is a multi-faceted and time-consuming process. On the one hand, the student must master various work operations and technological processes at the industrial level or close to it, and on the other hand it must have general pedagogical knowledge and methods of their sharing. The peculiarities of the formation of the future Technology teachers’ professional thinking are determined by their activity specifics, which is defined by the goals, tasks, content, external and internal conditions, means, difficulties, features of the mental processes occurrence, motivation displays, the state of a person and a team towards the implementation of management and guidance. That is why the formation of the Technology teachers’ professional thinking should be carried out in an integral system of educational process at a pedagogical institution of higher education, and the methods of teaching students technologies to solve pedagogical tasks should be widely used at training sessions and pedagogical practices, contributing to the professional thinking formation. Moreover the research proves the necessity of wider informational technologies elements’ application with the use of computerized and audio-visual complexes as leading means and a leader, which allow synthesizing the intellectual components of professional thinking and activating its structural components development. The benefit of the article is the defined conditions for the formation of the future Technology teachers professional thinking, they are: a motivation, new means of mastering professional activity, a mental activity intensification, the scientifically substantiated selection of educational material, students’ age possibilities and individual peculiarities. As a result, the article reveals the need to include the material that reflects the specifics of the future Technology teachers professional thinking formation to the content of their subject and psychological and pedagogical training, as well as to combine individual and collective forms of students' work in the process of forming a professional thinking and to carry out a step-by-step control and correction of the future Technology teacher professional thinking formation.

One of the most important tasks of higher educational institutions is the training of specialists to be able to adapt to changes in their professional life. At the end of the twentieth and the beginning of the 21st centuries, some methods for developing foreign language competence, needed for their future professional activity, were created by teachers. However, the effectiveness of these methods has not been studied. This fact has aroused the authors’ interest and generated the idea about the necessity to conduct scientific research in order to identify the most effective methods of teaching foreign languages for special purposes. Methods: The given research paper is based on the analysis of Russian and foreign scholars’ scientific works covering the problem of teaching foreign languages for special purposes to the students of humanitarian professions, as well as on the basis of the results from questioning students of bachelor degree programs who study foreign languages for special purposes in the field of humanitarian professions, and also of the results from questioning teachers specializing in teaching foreign languages for special purposes. Results: In the students’ opinion, the most effective methods of teaching foreign languages for special purposes in the field of humanitarian professions are the following: discussion, ICT (information and communication technologies), and SCRUM (framework that helps teams work together, encourages team to learn through on a problem). According to the interviewed teachers’ opinion, the most effective methods are discussion, ICT, and round table. The “dilemma” method is the least effective according to the students. As for the teachers, the less effective method is CLIL (content and language integrated learning). Conclusions: The study showed some common views among teachers and students concerning the effectiveness of methods of teaching foreign languages for professional purposes, such as discussion and ICT. The effectiveness of the discussion method is explained by the fact that it allows the integration of students’ knowledge from different areas when solving a problem and provides an opportunity to apply language knowledge and skills into practice. This contributes to forming students’ ability to think clearly, to perceive information critically, to highlight the main idea and find the means and arguments to confirm and substantiate it, and, consequently, to improve the understanding of any theoretical material. The use of ICT in the educational process allows the efficiency of the educational process itself to be improved significantly and leads to new approaches and organizational forms of educational work. In fact, while preparing educational programs and creating didactic materials, special attention should be given to the implementation of ICT methods and discussions in educational activities. Nevertheless, the respondents’ subjective opinion should not reduce the scientific value and effectiveness of other methods of teaching a foreign language for professional purposes. The authors of the paper believe that methods that have not found much support from students and teachers should be studied more thoroughly and carefully. To this end, it could be recommended to organize special training seminars that would allow teachers to be informed of new methods of teaching foreign languages for professional purposes, of their particularities, and to help their active implementation in the learning process.

Computer and related technologies, in particular the Internet, are an integral part of our life. In connection with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards to educational organizations, high school teachers need to own competencies related to the use of information and computer technologies (ICT) in their professional activity, and in case of music universities — music and computer technologies. ICT not only simplifies and accelerates many forms of the teachers’ work, but also allows to find new ways of working in the educational process. In particular, interaction with students thanks to ICT becomes real-time even in case of distance learning. In this regard, Internet technologies, particularly cloud services — web sites providing various technical capabilities to users without installing any software — are becoming increasingly important for teachers. A significant feature of such tools is their accessibility from any device and from anywhere with Internet access, so the necessary materials are always available to the teacher and, if needed, to other educational process participants. This article considers some cloud services, which can become effective tools in the professional activities of a high school teacher on group disciplines.

The article deals with analysis and generalization of methodological fundamentals of the development of political culture of future officers in the educational process of higher military educational establishments. It was clarified that formation of political culture of cadets depends on the teacher, since their general culture and personal qualities are a tool of influence upon them.A military instructor promotes development of political culture of future officers through the use of various methods, techniques and forms of training that help to form cadets’ interest in politics, political knowledge, education of political self-education, acquisition of democratic norms and values, desire to know and study political traditions of Ukrainian people and other world nations.Taking into account different methodological approaches including system, personality-oriented, culturological, activity-oriented, competence, integrative, axiological and acmeological to determine the component composition of political culture, research on the formation of various components of political culture, as well as peculiarities of professional activity of officers enabled to identify their political culture as an integral quality of a personality which contains a system of knowledge about the political aspects of professional activity of an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, rules of professional communication, political behavior and political actions.Structural components of political culture of future officers include political orientation, political literacy, political readiness and political competence.On the basis of the analysis of scientific works, educational work of higher military educational establishments, the results of the ascertaining stage of the experiment on the formation of political culture of future officers, the following pedagogical conditions were determined: creation of positive motivation of future officers to master political culture; supplementing the content of professional subjects in the context of professional training of future officers with forms, methods and means of formation of components of political culture in the conditions of higher military educational establishments; involving cadets in educational personality-oriented activities through the use of the latest educational technologies and teaching a special course “Fundamentals of Formation of Political Culture of Future Officers in Higher Military Educational Establishments”; carrying out of regular monitoring of the level of formation of components of political culture of future officers in professional training in the conditions of higher military educational establishments.Efficiency of pedagogical conditions and structural and functional model of formation of political culture of future officers in professional training in higher military educational establishments is confirmed by the results of the formative stage of the experiment.

The author of article analyzes the peculiarities of the professional training of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature on the base of interdisciplinary integration. Lilik O. O. explores the problem of the definition of integration in scientific literature, she describes different levels and ways of interdisciplinary integration in vocation training. The author of the article considers interdisciplinary integration within the framework of professional training of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature at three levels, namely: as integration of content (level of separate disciplines (historical-literary and theoretical-literary, as well as pedagogical and methodical) and educational material); as an integration of methods of activity (ability and skills to operate with material during training, as well as further professional activity); as an integration of values ​​and worldviews (the level of personal and professional worldview of students), the result of which are formed general and professional competencies. The first way is interdisciplinary integration within the classroom (lectures, practical, and laboratory). The second way is integration within the independent work of students. The third way for interdisciplinary integration is the research activities of students, including the writing of term papers and qualifications, which can be performed at the intersection of several scientific and educational disciplines. The fourth way of implementing interdisciplinary integration is the students’ participation in additional forms of organization of the educational process - special seminars, trainings, workshops, master classes, round tables, which can be held within grant activities or be a form of self-education of future vocabulary teachers. The fifth way is educational work at the faculty or the university in general, which involves the organization of various activities. On the basis of the conducted researches Lilik O. О. comes to the conclusion that interdisciplinary integration can be a catalyst for the educational process in higher education, provide comprehensive and thorough training of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature for professional activities, as it covers a wide range of issues: from theoretical knowledge and practical skills to their personal and professional worldview.

In the article, the impact of digitalization of education on the transformation of the professional competence of a social educators is analyzed; the need of the formation of digital competence of social educators in the context of the widespread implementation of information and communication technologies in the educational process is substantiated; the state of using educational Internet resources in the professional activities of social educators is analyzed; the importance of improving the level of digital competence as a component of the professional competence of social educators is substantiated; the use of digital tools as a practical toolkit for social educators is proposed; a brief overview of digital tools that will be useful in the work of a social educator is provided; a training course "Using Internet resources in the work of a social educator" developed by authors is presented; the course consists of four modules in accordance with the main directions of the social educator's activities, in particular, diagnostic, developmental, educational and preventive work; the course has a practical focus, for the implementation of practical tasks, adapted to the professional activity of a social educator, instructional and methodological materials are developed that make it possible to conduct the course both offline and online; the course is developed on the principles of accessibility, comprehensibility, professional orientation and motivation; to implement the developed course, it is recommended to use the Google Classroom platform, which makes it possible to combine traditional and innovative forms and methods of teaching, which is especially important in the context of the introduction of distance and blended learning; the results of approbation of the developed course, which was conducted for social educators of the Nadvirnyansky district of Ivano-Frankivsk region are presented; taking into account the results of approbation, the conclusion is given about the advisability of using the course for the professional growth of social educators, including for the formation of the readiness of a social educator for the implementation of digital tools into professional activities.
