Conditions of caries in children due to unfamiliarity of parents, against the main cause of dental caries. . Caries in the deciduous tooth caused by exposure of teeth by sweet liquids, in the long term. This study aims to analyze the relationship between mother’s knowledge, mother’s motivation about dental health  and consumption patterns of formula milk using a bottle nipples with incidence rampant caries. The research method was analytic observational, with the cross-sectional design. The population of this study are mothers and their children is 538 people. A sampel of 229 people used proportional random sampling technique. Statistic test used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that mother’s knowledge, mother’s motivation, and consumption patterns formula milk using a bottle nipples has a significant relationship both partially and simultaneously the significance level of caries grade was less than 0,05(p<0,05). Regression models that can be formed are y (incidence of rampant caries) = 4,577 – 0,785 mother’s knowledge – 0,345 mother’s motivation + 0,223 comsumption pattern. Increased knowledge and motivation of mothers and decreased consumption patterns of milk using bottles will have an effect on reducing the incidence of rampant caries.

The number of samples was 76 third trimester pregnant women suitable the criteria that is primigravida, physiologic pregnancy, not in a long-term medication and willing to be a respondent. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data was analyzed with Spearman’s Statistic test. Results: as many as 57.5% of respondents had severe anxiety with low readiness for childbirth and good knowledge of COVID-19. It was caused by the drug or vaccine for the Covid-19 that had not been found, and made pregnant women even more anxious and feared of something unwanted happening. Anxiety of pregnant women who were about to give birth greatly affected the readiness of the mother in preparing for childbirth, the more anxious pregnant women were, the less they would be prepared for laboring. The statistic analyze says that There was a relationship between the level of anxiety of third trimester pregnant women with readiness to give birth during the COVID-19 pandemic (p = 0.00), there was a relationship between the knowledge level with readiness to give birthd during the COVID-19 pandemic p = 0.012). One of the dehydration’s impact was fatigue and lost of focus. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between d rink’s expense and water consumption patterns with the h ydration status at SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya. This study was an observational study with cross sectional design using simple random sampling technique. The sample was 50 students. The variables were  drink’s expense, water consumption patterns, and  hydration status. This study was conducted at SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya. Data analysis using spearman/pearson and chi-square test with α = 0.05. The result of this study showed that most of the student had average  drink’s expense, less water consumption patterns, and Minimal Dehydration. There was a relationship between d rink’s expense (p = 0.047), and d rinking pattern (p = 0.000) with h ydration status. The conclusion of this study was the two independent variables such d rink’s expense and water consumption patterns show a significant relationship with h ydration status at SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya. Suggestions for the school was to provide counseling about the definition, signs, impact, and how to prevent dehydration in students in order to avoid the incidence of dehydration.

Background: The paradigm change that there is no difference between men and women demands equal rights between women and men. Many mothers work as career women, so many women replace breastfeeding with formula milk. Based on government regulations No. 33 of 2012, a mother is obliged to give exclusive breastfeeding to her baby.Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between self efficacy of working mothers in breastfeeding and infant growth.Method: The type of correlational analytic research is cross sectional approach. The population and sample of working mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months on May 9 to June 6, 2018 at PT Mufasufu Sejati Jaya Lestari MPS Ploso are 30 respondents with a total sampling technique. Independent variable Self Efficacy for working mothers in breastfeeding, dependent variable for infant growth. The growth instrument uses a standard table of body weight/body length from the Ministry of Health and a Self Efficacy questionnaire for mothers to provide breastfeeding. Data analysis using chi square.ResultsThe results of the Chi-Square test analysis at the significance level of α = 0.05 found that ρ <α or 0.048 <0.05, there is a relationship between self-efficacy of mothers working in breastfeeding and growth in infants. Conclusion: The head of the agency/company must provide nursing mothers with exclusive breastfeeding by providing a lactation corner so that the mother can milk the milk and store it in the freezer in the refrigerator and take it home to give to the baby while the mother is working so that the baby continues to get milk without formula milk
