Hospital is a means of health efforts that carry out health service activities and is a service provider institution. Health services in a hospital have an important role in achieving success in hospital services. This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, leadership, supervision, intrinsic motivation on the satisfaction and loyalty of nurses in Ganesha General Hospital. The number of samples involved was 84 people using random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using smartPLS. The results showed that intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Supervision has a positive effect on job satisfaction in nurses. Intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on job loyalty. Supervision has a positive effect on job loyalty. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on job loyalty to nurses at Ganesha General Hospital.

This study aims to examine the predictors and consequences of a fair psychology contract. There are relationships between the degree of reciprocal trust and fair psychological contracts, reward mechanisms for fair psychology contracts, assessment of actual performance to a psychological contract of justice, intrinsic motivation to equitable psychology contracts, equitable psychological contracts on job satisfaction and Intrinsic motivation and Job satisfaction. The population of this study is 205 staff at Perum Damri Regional Division II and data was collected using a purposive sampling technique. The criteria of the respondents chosen were staff or employees who had worked in Damri's general company for at least 1 year. Data analysis techniques in research using software smart PLS 2.0 M3. This study contains 6 hypotheses and from the research, the results of reciprocal degrees of trust influence the fair psychology contract, but the progressive reward mechanism, the assessment of actual performance and intrinsic motivation have no effect. While fair psychology contracts and intrinsic motivation affect employee job satisfaction.

The objective of this research is to understand the effect of empowerment and job satisfaction toward job performance of lecturer in Majalengka University, West Java comprehensively. A survey method with path analysis techniques was used by applying a questioner as a research instrument. 80 responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questioner. Those responders were decided using simple random sampling among all lecturers that working at the Majalengka University. The data result, analysis, and interpretation reveal that (1) empowerment has a direct positive effect on job performance, (2) job satisfaction has an immediate positive impact on job performance, (3) empowerment has a direct positive impact on job satisfaction.

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction and its implications on the intention to move the nurse at the Regional General Hospital dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. The results of this study can be useful practically and theoretically, i.e. as material development management of human resources, especially nurses in order to improve the quality and productivity of hospital services as well as lowering the intention of migration of nurses. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with the nature of this research was descriptive and verification. How to capture data through interviews and questionnaire with the techniques of observation and field Study, with the sampling technique of sampling is simple. The collection of Data in the field is done in 2019. Statistical analysis techniques to test hypotheses using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the culture of the organization, compensation, job satisfaction and intentions to move in general is pretty good. There is the influence of organizational culture and compensation as well as job satisfaction simultaneously on work satisfaction, as well as have a negative effect on the intention to move from the nurses in the Regional General Hospital dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya.

The research aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on intention to quit mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Visionet Data Internasional Service Point Denpasar, Bali. The population contained in this study were 48 and by using saturated samples there were 48 respondents. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are Factor Analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Path Analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership style variables had no negative and significant effect on intention to quit, transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on intention to quit, job satisfaction had a mediating role in a negative and significant influence transformational leadership style towards intention to quit So the higher the transformational leadership style and job satisfaction in the company will be able to reduce the level of intention to quit employees. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia with 100 people. The sample measurement technique uses Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% so that the number of samples used is 80 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data withdrawal technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. Keywords: work discipline, job satisfaction, employee performance.  Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Nihon Plast Indonesia dengan jumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengukuran sampel menggunakan rumus  slovin dengan margin of eror 5% sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 Responden. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik penarikan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda engan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 23. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of convenience, trust and price on comfort of islamic economics and business faculty students online shopping with as-salam contract.This type of research is kuantitatif recearch. The samples in this study were 85 respondens from students have been shopping online with as-salam contract The sampling tecnique using simple random sampling . methods of data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that in the F test of regression conducted found that all variables that include convenience,trust and price simultaneously positive and significant effect  the comfort online shopping with as-salam contract. While the results of t tests conducted that partially influential variables are the convenience and price positive and significant effect agains comfort online shopping with as-salam contract, while the partial trust variables have positive effect so not significant on comfort online shopping with as-salam contract.

AbstrakPenelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya disiplin belajar pada pembelajaran mata kuliah praktik Program Studi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Keahlian Tata Busana yang dapat berdampak pada proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini melihat kedisiplinan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Keahlian Tata Busana dari aspek:1) ketepatan waktu, 2 kesiapan bertindak. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 144 orang dan sampel berjumlah 72 orang menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu istematik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan spss 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin belajar pada pembelajaran praktik dalam aspek 1) ketepatan waktu cukup (50%), 2) kesiapan bertindak cukup (58%). Kesimpulannya bahwa mahasiswa sebagian hadir tepat waktu, sebagian menyelesaikan tugas praktik tepat waktu dan sebagian mahasiswa yang mempersiapkan perlengkapan belajar. Saran penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya adanya kerjasama antara mahasiswa dan dosen untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar pada pembelajaran praktik.  Kata Kunci: disiplin, pembelajaran, praktik.AbstractThis research is motivated by the lack of discipline in learning practical subjects PKK Study Program in The  IKK Departemenet of FPP UNP which can have an impact on the Fashion Skill PKK Study Program from aspects: 1) timeliness, 2) readliness to act. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative. The population is 144 people and a sample of 72 is determined based on the sampling technique that is systematic random rampling. The technique of  collecting data uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques  uses spss 16. The results of the study show that discipline in practical learning in terms of aspects 1) timeliness is enough (50%), 2) readliness to act is enough (58%). The conclusion is that some of the students attend on time, some students complete assignments on time, some who complete the assignment on time, some students prepare learning equipment. The research suggestion is that there  should be collaboration between lectures and students so that the discipline of learning in practical learning can be improved. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity on entrepreneurial motivation in students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Padang. The population in this study were 1,209 students. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling in order to obtain a sample of 300 students. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study using simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that creativity has a significant and positive effect on student entrepreneurial motivation.
