AbstrakPenelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya disiplin belajar pada pembelajaran mata kuliah praktik Program Studi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Keahlian Tata Busana yang dapat berdampak pada proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini melihat kedisiplinan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Keahlian Tata Busana dari aspek:1) ketepatan waktu, 2 kesiapan bertindak. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 144 orang dan sampel berjumlah 72 orang menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu istematik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan spss 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin belajar pada pembelajaran praktik dalam aspek 1) ketepatan waktu cukup (50%), 2) kesiapan bertindak cukup (58%). Kesimpulannya bahwa mahasiswa sebagian hadir tepat waktu, sebagian menyelesaikan tugas praktik tepat waktu dan sebagian mahasiswa yang mempersiapkan perlengkapan belajar. Saran penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya adanya kerjasama antara mahasiswa dan dosen untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar pada pembelajaran praktik.  Kata Kunci: disiplin, pembelajaran, praktik.AbstractThis research is motivated by the lack of discipline in learning practical subjects PKK Study Program in The  IKK Departemenet of FPP UNP which can have an impact on the Fashion Skill PKK Study Program from aspects: 1) timeliness, 2) readliness to act. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative. The population is 144 people and a sample of 72 is determined based on the sampling technique that is systematic random rampling. The technique of  collecting data uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques  uses spss 16. The results of the study show that discipline in practical learning in terms of aspects 1) timeliness is enough (50%), 2) readliness to act is enough (58%). The conclusion is that some of the students attend on time, some students complete assignments on time, some who complete the assignment on time, some students prepare learning equipment. The research suggestion is that there  should be collaboration between lectures and students so that the discipline of learning in practical learning can be improved. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

<p>Abstract: The purpose of this research at finding out empirical evidence concerning whether clustering technique and vocabulary mastery are effective or not for the student to write recount text. The research methodology used is an experiment. The sampling technique uses random sampling at Private Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta. Data collection is obtained by testing their vocabulary mastery and writing skills. Data analysis to test hypothesis is two ways ANOVA. The research results conclude 1) There is a significant effect of the clustering technique on students’ writing skills with the value (Sig) being 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 36.740. 2) A significant effect of vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills with the value (Sig) is 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 72.161. 3) There is a significant interactive effect of clustering technique and vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills. With the value (sig) is 0.018 &lt; 0.05 and F0 = 5.921. Then all of H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. So, there is the effect of clustering technique and vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills in recount text.<br />Keywords: Clustering Technique, Vocabulary Mastery, Writing Skill, Recount Text</p>

The objectives in this study are: analysing the aspects that affect the self-esteem of students in Marikit Middle School 1. The population in this study amounted to 254 students. The total sample consisted of 63 students. Sampling is determined by random sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, and scale aspects that affect self-esteem, data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results of the study show that the self-esteem of students in Marikit Middle School tends to be low. The aspects that affect students' self-esteem are weak, namely: 1) Feelings of quality aspects, (the small category that is 51%); 2) Aspects of feeling capable (medium category, ie 57%); and 3) Feelings accepted (a low grade that is 39%). Based on the results of the analysis of aspects of self-esteem possessed by students in 1 Marikit Middle School tend to be low influenced by elements of feelings of worth and characters of feeling accepted.

This study discusses the influence of delegation of authority, budget allocation and leadership to the performance of sub-districts in Garut Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The number of samples taken in this study was 286 respondents from a total population of 1003 people with a stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using SEM analysis. Based on the results of the study note that the delegation of authority, budget allocation, and leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of districts in Garut Regency, both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance through organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of PSDA-ESDM Semarang. The sampling technique using purposive random sampling is a sampling technique that uses certain criteria or considerations. Samples taken were 84 respondents, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that talent management had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance.

This study aims to determine the results of the formation of student character in a full day school. The method used is descriptive quantitative using the ex post facto approach. The population of this research was 117 people and 33 samples were taken using purposive random sampling technique. With data analysis techniques to see the average results of the formation of student characters using a character questionnaire. Based on the results of statistical data that has been done by researchers, students in the Full Day School environment have an average character of 88.21. From these data it can be concluded that students who are in full day school have good character.

Learning outcome was influenced by interaction between child and parent, in this case parenting style. The aim of this research is to know the most parenting style and its correlation on Biology learning outcome in SMAN 99 Jakarta students. This research was based on parenting style theory from Macoby dan Martin’s. Macoby dan Martin’s assumed that parenting is a form of demandingness and supportiveness. There is four parenting style, authoritarian, authoritative, permissive indulgent and permissiveindefferent. Research methodology was descriptive method with correlational study. Sample was selected by simple random sampling technique comprised 125 students of clas X MIA SMAN 99 Jakarta. Data was taken by questionnaire. Data obtained in this research is processed with regression and correlation. Authoritative relationship with learning outcome in SMAN 99 Jakarta students has a positive and contribute for 79,2%.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of accounting understanding level, cost perceptions ofintentions to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification with motivation as a moderatingvariable. This study uses a quantitative method of associative and verification approaches. The object of thisresearch is the S1 Accounting Study Program students at Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The studypopulation was 406 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so as to obtain a sample of102 students. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests,moderated regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. Data were analyzedusing SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The accounting understanding level did notsignificantly influence the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 2) Perceptionof cost had a significant effect on the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification, 3) Motivation was able to moderate the relationship between the level of accounting understanding of intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 4) Motivation was able to moderate the relationshipof perceived cost to intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship of parents' attention with the science learning Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 15 Padang. The population in this research amounted to 178 students with a total sample of 60 students, taken by random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques were used using descriptive and correlation analysis techniques. The calculation result of r count> r table is 0.257> 0.250 which means that there is a positive relationship between the attention of parents and the results of natural science learning Students of Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 15 Padang.

This research is motivated by, the scout member in SMA Adabiah Padang has good discipline, allegedly caused by the leadership of scout leader. The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership of scout leader which includes: the leadership of the coach in moving the scout leader's leadership in guiding the scout members, and the leadership of the builder in influencing the scout members. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in the study amounted to 230 people. Sampling technique in this research is random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study is 46 members of Boy Scouts on extracurricular scout activities. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool uses a list of statements. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage. The results showed that the leadership of scout extracurricular activities is very good, it can be seen from: (1) the leadership of the supervisor in the move, (2) the leadership of the supervisor in directing, (3) the leadership of the supervisor in influencing. It is suggested to the principal to increase the leadership of scout leader, to the coach in order to maintain the leadership system, to the scout members in order to apply it in everyday life.
