Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada ataupun tidak ada signifikansi metode guide reading terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di kelas I SDN 4 Cisande Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi, dengan sampel sebanyak 31 siswa. Penggunaan instrumennya berupa tes berupa Lembar Kerja Proses (LKP) dan angket. Hasil penelitian dari variabel motivasi belajar siswa di SDN 4 Cisande dikatakan rendah, bisa terlihat dari hasil perolehan evaluasi siswa yang masih dibawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data deskriptif metode guide reading diperoleh nilai tertinggi 288 dan nilai terendah 182, sedangkan hasil analisis data deskriptif motivasi belajar siswa memiliki nilai tertinggi 85 serta nilai terendah 70. Adapun nilai Fhitung=0.545<Ftabel=1.85 yang berarti data bersifat linear. Pada analisis data, persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini diperoleh data Y=71.985+0.022. Serta koefisien determinasi diperoleh data 0.1232=0.015 atau 1.5% variabel X menentukan variabel Y. Uji signifikansi melalui uji t, diperoleh nilai thitung=0.665<ttabel=0.725 dengan dk 31, dan hasil signifikansi 0.511>0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis didapat Phitung<Ptabel sehingga Ha tolah dan Ho terima. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode guide reading terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di kelas I SDN 4 Cisande Kabupaten Sukabumi. Kata Kunci: membaca nyaring, metode guide reading, motivasi belajar. GUIDE READING METHOD ON STUDENTS’ LEARNING MOTIVATION IN READING LOUDLY LESSONABSTRACT Guide reading Method is a guided learning method aimed to help students in using learning strategy to read independently. While learning motivation is a strong urge and power to achieve certain goals. This research is aimed to find out whether or not the guide reading method affects students’ learning motivation in One Grade of SDN 4 Cisande, Sukabumi. This research used correlation method, while the population in SDN 4 Cisande is 34 students and the total samples is 31 students. Instruments used in this research are process worksheet and questionnaire. The data analysis technique was helped by SPSS 16.0 application for Windows. The result shows that students’ learning motivation of SDN 4 Cisande is low. It can be seen in the score of the students which are still below the passing grade. Based on analysis of descriptive data of Students’ score, the highest score is 288 and the lowest is 182, while the result of descriptive data analysis of students’ learning motivation, the highest score is 85 and the lowest is 70. In normality test, it is obtained significance data 0.188>0,05  which means score distributes normally. In linearity test, it is obtained significance score 0.428>0,05, and score of Fcount=0.545<Ftable=1.85 which means the data is linear. In data analysis, regression equation in this research obtained data Y=71.985+0.022. And data for determination coefficient is 0.1232=0.015 or 1.5% x variable determines Y variable. Significance test through t test, it is obtained score tcount=0.665<ttable=0.725 with dk 31, and significance result 0.511>0,05. The result of hypothesis is Pcount<Ptable so Ha is rejected and Hois accepted. It means that Guide reading Method does not affect learning motivation of students in one grade SDN 4 Cisande, Sukabumi significantly.

This study aims to determine the effect of mathematical literacy ability and motivation to learn mathematics on student problem solving abilities. The type of research used is non experiment with research design is survey, where the subjects used are students of class VII I SMP Negeri 4 Tulungagung which amounted to 31 students. Instrument used in this research is motivation questionnaire, observation sheet problem solving ability and script about ability of mathematics literacy. Data collection methods used are test methods, questionnaires and observations. Data analysis technique used is with normality test, multiple regression test, correlation test, and significance test. Based on data analysis, it is known that there is an influence of mathematical literacy ability and student learning motivation motivation (X1 and X2) on math problem solving ability (Y) on social grade arithmetic class VII I SMP N 4 Tulungagung.

Tujuan penelitian meliputi: (1) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya  kontribusi kemampuan mengajar guru, motivasi dan kedisiplinan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK. (2) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontribusi kemampuan mengajar guru secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK. 3) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontribusi motivasi belajar secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK; (4) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontribusi kedisiplinanan belajar secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo. Populasi penelitian ini 122 siswa dengan sampel 90 siswa SMK. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kemampuan mengajar guru, kedisiplinan siswa dan motivasi belajar siswa berkontribusi positif yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (2) Kemampuan mengajar guru berkontribusi positif yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (3) Kedisiplinan siswa berkontribusi positif secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (4) Motivasi belajar siswa berkontribusi positif secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Contribution of teachers' ability, learning discipline, and learning motivation to mathematics learning achievement AbstractThe research objectives include: (1) To determine whether there is a contribution of teacher’s teaching abilities, students’ discipline, and learning motivation towards mathematics learning achievement (2) To find out whether there is a contribution of teacher teaching abilities partially to the mathematics learning achievement 3) To determine whether there is a partial’s contribution of learning motivation to mathematics learning achievement (4) To find out whether or not there is a contribution of students' discipline partially towards mathematics learning achievement. This research is quantitative research. The variables in this research were teacher’s teaching abilities, students’ discipline, learning motivation and learning achievement in mathematics. The research was conducted at YPE Sawunggalih Vocational School, Kutoarjo District. The population of this research was 122 students with a sample of 90 students. Data  collection methods used were documentation and questionnaires. Analysis prerequisite test using normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate: (1) The teacher’s teaching abilities, students’ discipline and learning motivation contribute significantly positive together to students’ learning achievement. (2) The teacher’s teaching abilities contributes significantly partial and positive to student learning achievement.  (3) Students’ discipline contributes partially positive to student learning achievement. (4) The learning motivation contributes partially positive to student learning achievement.

AbstrakPendidikan adalah gejala semesta (fenomena universal) dan berlangsung sepanjang hayat manusia, di manapun manusia berada. Pendidikan seharusnya mampu memengaruhi peserta didik agar dapat berprestasi dan mampu menyesuaikan diri sebaik mungkin dengan lingkungan sehingga peserta didik dapat melakukan fungsinya dengan optimal dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Namun, para ahli menemukan bahwa kemauan belajar mahasiswa dipengaruhi tinggi rendahnya motivasi yang dimilikinya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh motivasi belajar mahasiswa terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang telah menempuh semester 4. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan uji t yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0. Uji prasayarat yaitu uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji heteroskedastasitas dilaksanakan sebelum data dianalisa. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap data penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal, uji linearitas menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang linear antara variabel motivasi belajar dengan prestasi akademik, serta uji heteroskedastasitas menunjukkan tidak terjadi gejala heteroskedastasitas dalam model regresi.Selanjutnya, dari hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 17,837 di mana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (2,000), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai thitung bernilai positif, yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan juga semakin tinggi Kata Kunci: motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar, motivasi mahasiswa THE EFFECT OF STUDENT’S MOTIVATION ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT  Abstract Education is a universal phenomenon and lasts throughout human life, wherever humans are. Education should be able to influence students in order to achieve and be able to adapt as best as possible to the environment so that students can perform their functions optimally in community life. However, experts found that students' willingness to learn was influenced by the level of motivation they had.This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of students’ motivation on their academic achievement. The population in this study were students of the Educational Technology Study Program, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, who had taken the 4th semester. The data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentations. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression by using SPSS version 16.0. The prerequisite test, that are the normality test, linearity test, and heteroscedasticity test were carried out before the data were analyzed. The results of the normality test on the data of this study indicated that the data is normally distributed, the linearity test showed that there is a linear relationship between variable of the learning motivation and academic achievement, and the heteroscedasticity test showed no heteroscedasticity symptoms in the regression model.Furthermore, from the results of hypothesis testing it was found that the t-count value was 17.837 where the value was greater than the t-table value (2,000), and the significance value was 0,000 where the value was less than 0.05. The value of t-count is positive, which means that the higher the students’ motivation to learn, the higher the students' academic achievement. Keywords: learning motivation, learning achievement, student’s motivation

This study aims to: (1) examine the contribution of student activity and learning facilities to mathematical learning outcomes indirectly through learning independence, (2) examine the contribution of student activity and learning facilities to learning independence, (3) test the contribution of student learning independence to results learn math. This type of research is quantitative with the research subjects being all VII grade students of the Muhammadiyah Middle School Surakarta Special Program in 2018/2019. Data collection is done by questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is path analysis which has previously been carried out in five tests of data analysis prerequisites, namely: normality test with liliefors, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The results of the study with a significance level of 0.05, namely: (1) there is a contribution of student activity and learning facilities to learning outcomes indirectly through learning independence by 23.9%, (2) there is a contribution of student activity and learning facilities to learning independence by 64%, (3) there is a contribution of learning independence to mathematics learning outcomes of 15.68%.

This study aims to see the magnitude of the influence of principal academic supervision on the professionalism of teachers in economics. This research is limited to the state high school unit group only, because there are so many private high schools in Kampar Regency. The method used is a survey method with correlational techniques. The population in this study were all 55 teachers of the economy at SMA Negeri Kampar Regency. The data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires and documentation obtained from the principal. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis. As well as using the data requirements test, namely: normality test and linearity test. The results showed that the magnitude of the influence of the principal's academic supervision on the professionalism of teachers in economics was 16.80%, while the remaining 83.20% was determined by other factors that were not part of this study.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of CSM strategies on comprehension reading skills in classes V Padokan 2 Elementary School. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method. In this study the subjects of the study were VA class students as the control class and V C as the experimental class with 28 VA and VC class students. Quantitative data analysis technique used is the calculation of independent sample t-test. Based on data analysis and discussion, researchers can conclude that CSM strategies are more effective than conventional methods of reading comprehension learning. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class as evidenced by the results of the independent sample t-test obtained by the value of Asymp. Sig (2-Tailed) 0.014 <0.05. CSM strategy is an effective learning strategy seen from the average value of the experimental class posstest which is 81.61 higher than the control class average value of 72.96.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

This research describes the role of Muhammadiyah organizations in fostering Islamic communities in Enrekang Regency. The problems examined in this paper are focused on the development of Muhammadiyah in Enrekang Regency and the role of Muhammadiyah organizations through the charity of its efforts in fostering the Islamic community in Enrekang Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using historical, sociological, cultural, religious and educational approaches. The instruments used in this study were researchers doing with aids in the form of interview guidelines, cameras and voice recorders. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis. The results showed that Muhammadiyah association quickly developed branches and branches to all corners of the village, several educational business charities established ranging from paud/kindergarten level to higher education, and the growing number of Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers. The construction of the Muhammadiyah Alliance through branches and branches and charitable efforts in fostering Islamic society slowly shifted the religious attitude of the community coloured by the traditions of Hinduism, animism and dynamism (shirk) to the Tauhid faith.

This research is purposed to reveal scales of student’s learning motivation contribution and pedagogical competence of teachers grade for computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Populations in this research are 164 students, and samples are amount to 62 students of X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, school of year 2012/2013. Samples are taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is Pearson product moment and multiple-correlation. Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions from learning motivation and pedagogical competence of teachers grade of computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, as follow: (1) student’s learning motivation gives contribution to student’s grade by 21,34%, (2) pedagogical competence of teachers gives contribution to student’s grade by 17,89%, (3) student’s motivation to learn together with pedagogical competence of teachers give contribution to student’s grade by 27,98%. This research suggest that student’s motivation to learn and pedagogical competence of teachers give contribution to student’s grade.

This research was instigated by the problem in the field showing that their mathematic concept understanding ability was low at Islamic Junior High School of Al Hidayah Singingi Hilir. One of learning anternative strategy could direct to the students in increasing mathematic concept understanding ability was scoffolding learning straytegy. the research aimed at investigating whether there was or not difference mathematic concept understanding ability between students joining Scaffolding learning strategy and student joining teacher implementing based on their learning motivation at Islamic JuniorHigh School of Al Hidayah Singingi Hilir.  It was quasi experimental research with nonequivalent posttest-only control group design. Population of this research were the students at the eight grade of Islamic Junior High School of Al Hidayah Singingi Hilir. Sample of this research was used sampling purposive technique. VIII of B as experimental group was given Scaffolding learning strategy and VIII of A as the control group given teacher learning implementing.Instrument of collecting data was used decription test to measure their mathematic concept understanding and questionnaire to measure their learning motivation. Two way ANOVA was the technique of data analysis.  Based the data analysis could be concluded that         1) there was a difference student mathematic concept understanding ability joining Scaffolding learning strategy and did not joining Scaffolding learning Strategy. 2) There was no an interaction between Scaffolding learning strategy and their learning motivation toward their mathematic concept understanding abilityKeywords:  Scaffolding, Mathematic Concept Understanding Ability Student Learning, Motivation
