This research was conducted in Tanah Ombak Reading Park, Purus III Village, Padang City, West Sumatra. This study aims to illustrate that Tanah Ombak reading park has a considerable influence in changing the stigma and views of the community around Purus Beach which is very far from the reading material and has bad behavior. This is where the role played by the Tanah Ombak Reading Park to make the children of the Purus Beach community have good character and good literacy too. This research uses descriptive research method using a qualitative approach. The purpose of descriptive research is to provide a description based on accurate facts obtained in the field. The subjects in this study were children who lived around Tanah Ombak Reading Park, while the object of the study was Tanah Ombak Reading Park, Padang, West Sumatra. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews and literature. The informants in this study amounted to one person, Mr. Yusrizal. The results of this study are (1) children's reading literacy and society will develop well if the elements that play a role in the scope understand their respective roles (2) many activities held by Tanah Ombak Reading Park to improve reading literacy(3) Tanah Ombak Reading Park has various awards from other renowned institutions and artists. (4) the obstacle felt by Tanah Ombak Reading Park is the lack volunteers so the activities are not well structured. So it can be concluded that Tanah Ombak reading Park has a positive impact in providing education and teaching to children such as learning to count, draw, tell stories, play, and most importantly teach norms in society. However, all activities are constrained due to the limited volunteers so that the activities are only carried out by children independently, such as reading books by themselves without being accompanied by volunteers. Suggestion for the future that Tanah Ombak Reading Park informs the public about the needs of volunteers so that the activities in Tanah Ombak Reading Park can take place in a structured manner.

DPK Gunungkidul offers local content services in the form of Karst Rocks. Information about the topography of karst rocks needs to be preserved because it represents the Gunung Kidul Region. This study aims to determine how the Karst Rock services and how the information dissemination carried out by the Gunung Kidul DPK to the community. This research method uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. The results showed that the Karst Rocks in the Gunung Kidul DPK were served closed and placed on special racks. The provision of Karst rocks is compiled from research studies in collaboration with external parties. DPK Gunung Kidul provides information to the public about Karst Rocks through information dissemination activities. The process of disseminating information begins with collecting information from the results of research (scientists/researchers) and channeled through the media directly or indirectly so that it can be accepted by users. This activity is carried out to improve the scientific repertoire for the community and form of preservation of karst rock information.

Bentor is a modification between a rickshaw and a motorcycle which has become a characteristic of public transportation vehicles or modes of transportation for the people of Gorontalo. Bentor can operate from one place to another, it can even take passengers to household stairs, this cannot be done by other public transportation. This advantage makes most Gorontalo people choose it as the main transportation because it operates 24 hours. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of the implementation of policies on the operation of bentor vehicles as a mode of transportation based on Gorontalo Provincial Regulation No. 6 of 2006. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that (1) Compliance of Bentor riders with traffic regulations is still low, so it is necessary to take action by the relevant authorities; (2) Coordination between officers of the Transportation Service and the Police in carrying out their duties has not been well established, so that violations continue to occur; (3) The supervision of related offices of apparatus in the field in implementing regional regulations is still low, due to the lack of officers who will be assigned as field supervisors.Bentor merupakan modifikasi antara becak dan sepeda motor yang telah menjadi ciri khas kendaraan angkutan umum atau moda transportasi masyarakat Gorontalo. Bentor dapat beroperasi dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain, bahkan dapat mengantar penumpangnya hingga ke tangga rumah, hal ini tidak dapat dilakukan oleh kendaraan umum lainnya. Kelebihan ini yang membuat sebagian besar masyarakat Gorontalo memilihnya menjadi transportasi utama karena beroperasi selama 24 jam. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis mengenai Implementasi Kebijakan Pengaturan Pengoperasian Kendaraan Bentor Sebagai Moda Transportasi Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo Nomor 6 Tahun 2006. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepatuhan pengendara Bentor terhadap peraturan berlalu lintas masih rendah sehingga perlu dilakukan penindakan oleh aparat terkait; (2) Koordinasi antara petugas Dinas Perhubungan dengan Kepolisian dalam melaksakan tugas belum terjalin dengan baik, sehingga pelanggaran pun terus terjadi; (3) Pengawasan dinas terkait terhadap aparat di lapangan dalam menjalankan peraturan daerah masih rendah, karena minimnya petugas yang akan ditugaskan sebagai pengawas lapangan.

This study is to determine the implementation of preservation activities in the Ajip Rosidi Library in terms of how to save the value of information, how to save the physical form of Sundanese literature collections that are owned, and the obstacles faced in implementing the preservation of Sundanese literature collections. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation study. There are two informants in this study. The results show that in order to save the value of the collection information, the library has converted the 200-year-old Sundanese Literature collection into microfilm or microfish which later, due to technological developments, was converted into CDs and hard drives. In saving the physical form of the collection, librarians carry out activities of mending, binding, giving silica gell, cleaning manually, and making policies in the form of library regulations. As for the obstacles experienced during the implementation of preservation of Sundanese Literature collection, namely related to human resource factors, funding factors, and environmental factors.Keywords: preservation; sundanese literature collection; ajip rosidi libraryABSTRAKPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan pelestarian di Perpustakaan Ajip Rosidi dilihat dari cara menyelamatkan nilai informasi, cara menyelamatkan bentuk fisik koleksi sastra sunda yang dimiliki, dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam melaksanakan pelestarian koleksi sastra sunda.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menyelamatkan nilai informasi koleksi, maka perpustakaan mengalih bentukkan koleksi Sastra Sunda yang memiliki umur 200 tahun kedalam bentuk microfilm atau microfish yang kemudian karena perkembangan teknologi diubah dalam bentuk CD dan hardisk. Dalam menyelamatkan bentu fisik koleksi, maka pustakawan melakukan kegiatan mending, penjilidan, pemberian silica gell, membersihkan secara manual, dan membuat kebijakkan berupa peraturan perpustakaan. Adapun hambatan yang dialami pada saat pelaksanaan pelestarian koleksi Sastra Sunda, yaitu berkaitan dengan faktor sumber daya manusia, faktor pendanaan, dan faktor lingkungan.

Taxpayer compliance has always been an interesting topic in research. Previous research has often analyzed factors that have an impact on taxpayer compliance. This study aims to raise other factor that may have an impact on taxpayer compliance. The research method used a qualitative approach, namely descriptive research. The data used in this study are from journals and documents. Furthermore, the observation was carried out with data collection techniques through surveys. The results show that consultants play a role in influencing taxpayer obedient behavior and helping taxpayers carry out their tax obligations.Keywords:   Tax Consultant; Tax Compliance; TaxpayerAbstrak: Kepatuhan wajib pajak selalu menjadi topic menarik dalam penelitian. Penelitian sebelumnya sering menganalisis factor yang memiliki dampak pada kepatuhan wajib pajak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengangkat faktor lain yang kemungkinan berdampak pada kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Data yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dari jurnal dan dokumen. Selanjutnya dilakukan obseravasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey. Tuna satak bathi sanak merupakan kearifan lokal masyarakat Jawa yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai luhur kerja sama dan gotong royong pada masyarakat Jawa. Konsep tersebut dipakai oleh para pedagang untuk menarik para pembeli, rugi sedikit tidak mengapa asalkan bertambah saudara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode studi pustaka pada dokumen-dokumen tertulis berupa buku, artikel, hasil penelitian, jurnal dan artikel media yang terkait dengan konsep tuna sathak bathi sanak serta relevansinya dengan pembelajaran ilmu sosial di sekolah. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai kearifan lokal tuna satak bathi sanak dapat dilakukan dengan strategi mengajak siswa mengobservasi penerapan nilai tersebut di tengah masyarakat, kemudian siswa mendiskusikan di kelas, dan menggali potensi-potensi kearifan lokal lain yang bisa dikembangkan.Tuna satak bathi sanak: integration of local wisdom of Javanese culture in social science learningTuna satak bathi sanak is a Javanese local wisdom reflects the noble values of cooperation and mutual cooperation in Javanese society, especially used by traders to attract buyers, a little loss is tolerable as long as you get more relatives. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by using the literature study method on written documents in the form of books, articles, research results, journals and media articles related to mental disabilities and their relationship with social studies learning. The explanation of the results of the study was carried out descriptively. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods with a theoretical approach and concepts in accordance with social studies learning. The results obtained are if the integration of local wisdom values of tuna satak bathi sanak can be done with a strategy of inviting students to observe the application of these values in the community, then students discuss in class, and explore other potential local wisdom that can be developed.

Social ability is one aspect that must be owned by children, where with this social ability children will socialize with their surrounding environment. Empathy is an ability to understand and feel what is being experienced and thought by others. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how to describe the empathy attitude of B1 children in Islamic Kindergarten Daud Khalifatulloh Padang. The research method was used in descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study state that B1 children have a good empathy attitude, which is seen based on the aspects of empathy, such as cooperation, solidarity, tolerance, helping, compassion, caring, and tolerance

Pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien adalah tuntutan dari masyarakat kepada instansi pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanannya. DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang meluncurkan inovasi pelayanan publik. Inovasi yang diluncurkan oleh DPMPTSP adalah Pelayanan Joss Banget Mas, yaitu Jemput Online Single Submission Bersama Instansi Terkait dan Malam Hari Bisa. Inovasi ini merupakan bukti bahwa DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar telah melakukan percepatan pelayanan dan sekaligus menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Jauhnya lokasi kantor yang berada di tengah kota serta persyaratan yang belum diketahui banyak masyarakat menjadi dasar diluncurkannya inovasi Joss Banget Mas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mendeskripsikan terkait pelayanan Joss Banget Mas. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang dipilih oleh peneliti dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi pelayanan Joss Banget Mas telah beroperasi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebijakan PP No. 24 Tahun 2018. Selanjutnya sumber ide-ide inovasi mendapatkan masukan dari pegawai maupun masyarakat. Budaya inovasi pada inovasi Joss Banget Mas adalah penyederhanaan syarat-syarat sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendaftarkan perizinan usahanya. Selanjutnya kemampuan dan alat inovasi Joss Banget Mas cukup memadahi tetapi terdapat kekurangan pada bagian alat yang digunakan. Kemudian tujuan, hasil, pendorong dan hambatan adalah untuk mempermudah pelaku usaha dalam memperoleh perizinan berusaha, hambatannya yaitu sering terjadi error dan down pada server OSS. Terakhir, DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar mengadakan pelayanan mandiri kepada masyarakat guna mengumpulkan data inovasi untuk inovasi tunggal. Kata Kunci: Inovasi, Pelayanan Publik, Pelayanan Joss Banget Mas, Online Single Submission (OSS).   Effective and efficient services are demands from the community on government agencies in providing their services. DPMPTSP Blitar regency of the government agencies that has launched public service innovations. The innovation launched by the DPMPTSP Blitar Regency call as Joss Banget Mas Service with Online Single Submission Delivery with Related Agencies and Can Night. This innovation is proof that the DPMPTSP Blitar Regency and at the same time answers the problems faced by the community. The remote location of the launch of the Joss Banget Mas innovation. The purpose of this research is to describe the services related to Joss Banget Mas. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach is the type with the data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the Joss Banget Mas service innovation had operated well and was in accordance with applicable policies. The second indicator of governance and innovation in its implementation is in accordance with PP. 24 of 2018. Furthermore, sources of innovative ideas get input from employees and the public. The culture of innovation in Joss Banget Mas innovation is the simplification of the requirements so that it makes it easier for the public to register business licenses. Furthermore, the capabilities and innovation tools of Joss Banget Mas were sufficient but there were shortcoming in the parts of the tools used. Then the objectives, results, drivers and obstacles are to make it easier for business actors to obtain business licenses, there are also obstacles, namely frequent errors and downs on the OSS server. Finally, DPMPTSP Blitar Regency provides independent services to the community to collect innovation data for a single innovation. The main objective of educational institutions is the output of their students. Therefore it requires good student management as well as the role of the principal in running and managing it. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to describe in real terms the implementation of student management and to know the role of the principal in the management of students at MI Nurul Yaqin Bululawang Malang. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were school principals, student staff, teachers, PPDB committee heads, students and alumni of MI Nurul Yaqin Bululawang Malang. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of student management at MI Nurul Yaqin Bululawang Malang was quite good. This is evidenced by implementing the stages of student management properly even though there are some that have not been implemented. 2) the role of the head of the madrasah in the implementation of student management has been carried out properly in accordance with its role as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator.

Quality Public Service Administration Field of Population in Sub District Wonocolo Surabaya. This research is descriptive research using qualitative approach. Technique of data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation. The research informants in this research are 1 person Head of Government Section as key informant, 1 person service officer in District Wonocolo and 3 people of service user society as supporting informant. From the result of the research, the quality of public service in population administration in Wonocolo district is seen from the aspects of tangible facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy (empathy), namely: (1) Wonocolo district in particular the public service part of the physical facilities and completeness of facilities and infrastructure is sufficient to support the productivity of population administration services in the District Wonocolo. (2) The community is satisfied with the services provided by Wonocolo Sub-district in the reliability aspect of the reliability in handling any community's complaints, reliable in terms of time and the accuracy of the service process. (3) Employees in terms of helping people who need services, especially people who are confused with the service has been seen between officers and visitors who communicate with each other. (4) Security in District Wonocolo has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services related to providing a sense of security for the community that is by placing a parking attendant who helped secure the situation in the parking. (5) Aspects of empathy (empathy), which is given the District Wonocolo is by giving a pleasant impression. The purpose of this study was to analyze efforts to improve learning achievement through increasing spiritual intelligence in increasing student learning achievement. The research method, this research is a field research with a qualitative approach, with data collection tools through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study, in general, that the spirituality of students has an impact on improving student learning achievement. This is done in 7 ways or efforts made by the Kiai and Ust, namely earnest (istiqomah), fasting a lot, performing night prayers, reading the Koran, accustoming ablution, leaving immorality, and should not be indiscriminate snacks. In conclusion, the increase in santri's spiritual intelligence has a positive impact on improving learning achievement.
