Implementing the zoning system in the 2019/2020 school year imposed by the Makassar city government through the Education Office caused various problems. This study's specific purpose is (1) To examine the characteristics of the New Student Acceptance problem of the zoning system, (2) explore the supporting capacity of the regulations, 3. non-regulatory environmental factors that affect the implementation of the PPDB zoning system. 4. Implementation trap of policy. The Research Method used is a qualitative method, and the appropriate type of research is a case study.  The results showed that the New Student Acceptance problem zoning system characteristics, among others: Infrastructure readiness problems for online registration, Lack of socialization of PPDB system to prospective students and parents, thus confusing. The implementation trap of policy, the policy objective is too vague or broad to be converted into action, the target specification is not clearly defined due to weak guidelines on how goals can be achieved, or undefined standards or actions to be taken, either in implementing, or the target community. Finally, problems also arise when the chain of responsibility for implementing a policy is unclear.Penerapan sistem zonasi pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang diberlakukan pemerintah kota Makassar melalui Dinas Pendidikan menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk meneliti karakteristik masalah Penerimaan Siswa Baru dari system zonasi, (2) mengeksplorasi daya dukung peraturan, 3. Factor lingkungan non-regulasi yang mempengaruhi penerapan system zonasi PPDB. 4. Perangkap implementasi kebijakan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dan jenis penelitian yang sesuai adalah studi kasus.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik system zonasi masalah Penerimaan Siswa Baru antara lain: Masalah kesiapan infrastruktur untuk pendaftaran online, Kurangnya sosialisasi sistem PPDB kepada calon siswa dan orang tua, sehingga membingungkan. Jebakan implementasi kebijakan  , tujuan kebijakan terlalu kabur atau luas untuk dikonversi menjadi tindakan, spesifikasi target tidak didefinisikan dengan jelas karena pedoman yang lemah tentang bagaimana tujuan dapat dicapai, atau standar atau tindakan yang tidak terdefinisi untuk diambil, baik dalam menerapkan, atau komunitas target. Akhirnya, masalah juga muncul ketika rantai tanggung jawab untuk menerapkan kebijakan tidak jelas.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the product of the Bidik Misi scholarship program. This research uses case study qualitative method. The research was conducted at Djuanda University which is a private university in LLDIKTI region IV. Collecting data using interview instruments, questionnaires, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research findings show that the final results of the Bidik Misi scholarship are in accordance with the program objectives, namely increasing student motivation and achievement, increasing student achievement in the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular fields, causing an impact for students and prospective students to always improve achievement and be competitive, and produce graduates who are independent, productive and have social concerns to break the chain of poverty and empower the community. Meanwhile, aspects of increasing access and learning opportunities in higher education, as well as ensuring the continuity of student studies to completion and on time, still need improvement. In conclusion, the Bidikmisi scholarship program has produced graduates who are independent, productive and have social awareness, so that they are able to play a role in efforts to break the poverty chain and empower people in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the learning of tahfidz alquran in kindergarten (Roudlotul Qurro) Cirebon. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with case study and observation techniques. The results obtained in this study that learning tahfidz the Koran includes three main activities, namely planning, implementation and assessment. Learning planning is carried out before the school year begins through teacher consultation with the school principal. The learning process includes an initial activity (introduction) which begins with greetings, prayers and repetition of memorization that has been memorized beforehand. Then the core activity, namely the delivery of tahfidz alquran material by the way the teacher reads and students follow and then repeat. And finally the closing activity which was closed with a small evaluation and delivery of material to be studied at the next meeting. The assessment is divided into two categories, namely daily assessment and semester assessment. The assessment method used in learning the Koran tahfidz with the method of Tasmi and Musabaqah.

<p>The application of online-based student admission aims to provide the widest possible opportunity for every citizen to obtain a fast, transparent and accountable registration service. The purpose of the research carried out at the State Senior High School 2 Singkawang (SMAN 2 Singkawang) was to describe the online-based prospective student admission planning at SMAN 2 Singkawang, organizing admissions based on online students at SMAN 2 Singkawang, the implementation of prospective participants online-based students at SMAN 2 Singkawang, online admission supervision of prospective students at SMAN 2 Singkawang, as well as an online evaluation of new student candidates at SMAN 2 Singkawang. The approach used in this study is qualitative research on the type of case study research. The results of the research that have been conducted include 1) Planning the recruitment process of online-based prospective students conducted by the agency and the school; 2) Organizing in the acceptance of new students through the division of committee work; 3) Implementation of new online-based student admissions is carried out in accordance with existing technical instructions; 4) Supervision carried out in new student admission activities is carried out by the principal as the head of the education unit and also as the person in charge of the activity; 5) On this online-based new student admission activity, it has run well. But there are those that are the main focus of supporting activities are the internet and electricity networks, so that these two facilities must be ensured in good condition.</p>

In the world of education, there is always an increase that must be made. The increase is not only in terms of science, but from various sides that support the education world. Every educational institution competes to do this to improve quality in providing education to their students. In this paper, the author takes a case study at Bimbel Cerdas Ceria Tangerang. The registration system at Bimbel Cerdas Ceria still uses a manual system. The system requires prospective students to come directly and do the registration process. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a new student registration web that is able to overcome the problem. The web application is made using the Waterfall method for the analysis stages. With the application of the web, prospective students do not need to come directly to register. Registration confirmation can use e-mail so that no one can confirm the registration. Payments also use ATM so parents don't need to come directly to just make payments.

Abstract   The Bekasi City Government uses a zoning system for the registration of prospective new students, especially those applying for junior and senior high schools. For this policy, prospective students are not free to register at the desired school because they must be based on the distance from home to school. This also often triggers academic-based discrimination that often arises in the community. The purpose of this research is to make an application design in one of the schools in Bekasi regarding the design of an online registration application based on the Geographic Information System (GIS). With the application design that is following the data and facts obtained from the analysis of this system, it will be able to provide the final decision of accepting new students at the SMK TI Tunas Harapan school, as a case study. Therefore, the information system can be managed in the future and provide solutions to various problems. Keywords: Android, Website, Application, GIS, Zoning   Abstrak   Pemerintah Kota Bekasi menggunakan sistem zonasi untuk pendaftaran calon peserta didik baru khususnya diberlakukan untuk tingkat SMP dan SMA juga yang sederajat. Atas kebijakan itu, calon peserta didik tidak leluasa untuk mendaftar ke sekolah yang diinginkan karna harus berdasarkan jarak dari rumah ke sekolah. Hal ini juga sering memicu diskrimasi berbasis akademis yang kerap muncul di masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membuat aplikasi merancang suatu rancangan aplikasi di salah satu sekolah di Kota Bekasi mengenai perancangan aplikasi pendaftaran online berdasarkan sistem zonasi berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) studi kasus SMK TI Tunas Harapan. Dengan adanya rancangan aplikasi yang sesuai dengan data dan fakta yang didapatkan dari analasis sistem ini, akan mampu memberikan informasi beserta keputusan akhir dalam proses penerimaan peserta didik baru di sekolah SMK TI Tunas Harapan sehingga kedepannya sistem informasi tersebut dapat dikelola dan memberikan solusi atas berbagai macam permasalahan yang terjadi. This study was aimed at exploring the inclusive education programs developed by the government including inclusion-education curriculum, special mentor recruitment, and infrastructure facilities in the schools. The study used a qualitative method with a case-study tradition.  The data were collected through interviews with 8 informants, 5 classroom observations, and documents at one elementary school. The interview data were analyzed using within-case and cross-case analyses among informants. The observational data were recorded and presented in accordance with the themes of the interview results and document data were used as the comparison. The results revealed that there were no new student admission preparation, and lack of government attention on infrastructure. The presentation of the data also included the challenges faced in implementing inclusive education. Suggestions and implications for schools in the implementation of inclusive education and the government are discussed.

Rice is a staple food and daily routine for Malaysians. Currently, the increasing population in Malaysia has led to the need to increase rice production with more quality. Therefore,the government established a scheme with national organic standards, MS 1259: 2015 which is myOrganic certification to recognize organic farms. Koperasi ABSB is the first rice farm that obtained this certification. Thus, the aims of this study are to explore the implementation of myOrganic in Koperasi ABSB and the barriers faced by this cooperative to implementing myOrganic certification. Qualitative method is used in this case study through interviews and observation. The finding showed that the implementation of myOrganic is as follows, by register myGAP, register myOrganic, Department of Agricultural Malaysia (DOA) will send a supervisor, prepare nine files or records, perform internal and external audit, and renew myOrganic. This study is expected to increase awareness of organic farming practices and promote the implementation of myOrganic in agriculture industry especially for the new farmer who wants to register and obtain myOrganic certification.

This study aimed to describe in depth between the link of school policy and the school quality improvement. The method in this study is a qualitative method using the case study presented descriptively. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Babat Tomat Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Based on this study it was found that the First, free school policy can help the economy / ease the burden of school costs to be incurred by the parents. Second, the policy constraints of the application for free school educa-tion at SMAN 2 Babat Toman is not very effective, so that the students' interest is not increasing, infrastructure is one of the obstacles in the implementation of free school education, how the quality of schools will be increased if it is not supported by facilities and complete infrastructure. Third, the quality of school education free SMAN 2 Babat Toman already realized well with regard to input, input turns unselected maximum, that is the students. Fourth, the implementation of free school education in Banyuasin, the quality of school SMAN 2 Babat Toman Muba Sumsel was not increased. This means that the implementation for free school education quality of school SMAN 2 Babat Toman was not increased.Keywords : free schools, school quality, case studies

The aim to be achieved in this study is to analyze the quality and productivity costs of case studies at the Islamic University of 45 Bekasi. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The location of the study was conducted at the Islamic University of 45 Bekasi. The data used is secondary data from the financial statements of Islamic University of 45 Bekasi in the academic year 2013/2014. Methods of data collection using interviews and observation. The highest quality cost discussion results are prevention costs at the cost of seminars and training for lecturers as much as Rp. 450,561,400, -. The lowest quality cost is the assessment fee at the cost of lecturer accreditation of Rp. 1,925,000, -. The percentage of quality costs is 2.1% smaller than the fairness of the total quality costs of 2.5%. The realization of the output of new student admissions was obtained in the 2013/2014 school year as many as 1,339 people. Total students 6,364 people. The study period is more than 4 years and has not graduated as many as 992 people. Failure costs as much as 16% of total students. Realization of financial output was achieved in the amount of Rp. 39,384,232,556, - ​​Input Rp. 35,606,307,800, - used to obtain output. Company productivity is efficient because output is greater than input. Company productivity is effective because the company achieves financial goals by obtaining a surplus of Rp. 3,777,924,756, - The conclusion that can be drawn is that quality costs are able to obtain output in the form of income exceeding its input value so that productivity is efficient and effective and surplus.

One of phenomena that occur in the educational world is the issue of discrepancies that occur between theory the pre-service teacher learned in college with implementation when they should teach in thereal fields (schools). Problem Based Learning (PBL) becomes one of the efforts to bridge the existing problems. This research is conducted to find out the extend of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Micro Teaching course since the course must be accomplished by students before carrying out practical activities in the real field in the school at teaching training program. The writer uses descriptive qualitative method. And in this research the writer uses case study as a research design to find out the purpose of the research. The participants of the the research are 8 students from a class of micro teaching course in English Department of Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati. In this paper, The Students as the Pre Service Teacher(s) are coded PST(s). The writer uses observation as the instruments of the research. Theory of Miles and Huberman are used to collect data from observation. Regarding to the discussion above, the four aspects of competences of effective teacher are shown in the teaching practice done by the students of Micro teaching course that apply Problem Based Learning (PBL). The majority results of the observation explain that applying Problem Based Learning in Micro Teaching course develops pre-service teachers competence in their teaching in classroom. This research shows pre-service teachers can integrate their competences and create good performance in their teaching practice.
