This study aims to improve children's social-emotional abilities through project-based drawing activities. The study was conducted on children of PAUD Pelita Kasih, Dalung group B semester 2 academic year 2017/2018. This type of research is action research with a four-stage procedure, namely: 1) Planning phase, 2) Action taking phase, 3) Development phase, 4) Reflection phase. The research was carried out in two cycles. Data collection methods used in this study are through observation. The process of collecting data through this observation technique uses a rubric guide to record data about the social-emotional abilities shown by early childhood in project-based drawing activities. The results of the study showed an increase in children's social-emotional abilities in project-based drawing activities. Completeness of children's social-emotional abilities in the initial observation of 17 children (68%), the cycle I as many as 19 children (76%), and cycle II 23 children (92%). So it can be said that the project method as an alternative method of learning that is creative, innovative and effective in drawing activities that can improve the social-emotional abilities of early childhood

This study aims to improve children's social emotional skills through fishing games in group B PAUD KB Wanting Skilled Dusun Dasan Koak. Researchers chose this game to catch fish because the game of catching fish has never been implemented in PAUD KB Wants Skilled in improving children's social abilities. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects in this study were 17 children of group B KB PAUD Want Skilled. The object of this research is the ability to interact, cooperate, and be responsible. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The instrument used was the observation sheet. The data analysis technique was conducted in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results showed that the social emotional abilities of children increased after the action through fishing games. From the activity data before the research, it shows that the percentage of children's social emotional abilities is 23.52% or 4 children (BSH), 29.41% or 5 children (MB), and 47.05% or 8 children (MB). At the first meeting, the percentage of social emotional abilities increased to 29.41% or 5 children (BSB), 35.29% or 6 children (BSH), and 35.29% or 6 children (MB). At the next meeting, the percentage of social emotional abilities increased to 41.17% or 7 children (BSB), 47.05% or 8 children (BSH), and 11.76% or 2 children (MB). The game to catch fish is carried out in groups, there are groups that act as fish and there are groups that act as fishing nets. In group formation, the researcher involved the children by drawing and assigning two children to be the leaders in each group.

This research is motivated by the widespread use of the gadgets in the community, including the use of gadgets by early childhood. This study aims to describe how the effect of the use of the gadget on the social emotional development of early childhood in group B in RA Baiturrahman Cipedes District Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is descriptive method with ex post facto research type. The sample in this study amounted to 23 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, structured observation and unstructured interviews. Statistical analysis technique used is simple linear regression with significance level α = 5% (0,05). Based on the calculation of simple linear regression test, obtained value of significance of 0.184 and the value of coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.082 or 8.2%. This indicates that the use of the gadget has a positive effect of 8.2% on the social emotional development of early childhood in group B in RA Baiturrahman Kecamatan Cipedes Kota Tasikmalaya. However, the effect is not significant. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya penggunaan gawai di masyarakat, termasuk penggunaan gawai oleh anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan gawai terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini pada kelompok B di RA Baiturrahman Kecamatan Cipedes Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 23 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket/kuesioner, observasi terstruktur dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan taraf signifikansi α=5% (0,05). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji regresi linier sederhana, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,184 dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,082 atau 8,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gawai memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 8,2% terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini pada kelompok B di RA Baiturrahman Kecamatan Cipedes Kota Tasikmalaya. Akan tetapi, pengaruh tersebut tidak signifikan.

Ability to say children is the ability of children to count by calling one by one to determine the number or number of objects. Lotto is an educational game used in learning activities in children. The use of lottery media numbers is a form of recognizing numbers in early childhood. The rationale for the emergence of this problem is still the low ability to say children of the Rowo B TK Dharma Wanita Group. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out how to play lotto numbers that can improve the ability to say, children, 2) to understand the ability to remember the ability to count children through playing lotto numbers in children B TK Dharma Wanita Rowo Kandangan Group Semester II 2017/2018 Academic Year. The subjects of this study were students of the Group B TK Dharma Wanita Rowo donated by 25 children. The research was conducted in February 2018. Data collection methods used were observation, documentation, and interviews. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that through the lotto numbers game can improve the ability to count children in the TK B Group of Dharma Wanita Rowo Kandangan Temanggung Semester II 2017/2018 Academic Year. This is evidenced by the increase. The increase only reached 20%, then after the increase in Cycle I it increased to 52%, and Cycle II to 84%, has reached 80%. This success is marked by the child being able to lift by pointing objects, connecting / pairing symbols with objects and writing numbers.. Key words: Ability To Say, Lotto Numbers

Musical intelligence is musical intelligence which is characterized by a person's ability in the field of music, both sensitivity and mastery of tones, rhythms, rhythm patterns, instruments, and musical expressions, so that a person can play musical instruments or sing songs. This study aims to analyze the musical intelligence of early childhood with angklung musical instruments in Hidayatullah Islamic Kindergarten Semarang. The benefit of this research is knowing how to apply the angklung musical instrument correctly so that it can develop children's musical intelligence. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been done that the activity of playing angklung musical instruments can play an active role in stimulating children's musical intelligence. This can be seen when playing angklung musical instruments, children have skills in playing angklung musical instruments, the ability to adjust the tempo, adjust the tone, adjust the rhythm/rhythm, and the ability to sing short songs with the right rhythm. The results of the study showed that the musical intelligence of children in group B of Hidayatullah Islamic Kindergarten Semarang through playing the angklung musical instrument developed as expected.

The undeveloped social and emotion of early childhood, especially group B students of Kindergarten As-Salam Pekan Arba Tembilahan takes a serious teachers intention since it is one of many success factors in the future. There needs an extra-efforts to develop from teachers. This research is to discover the teachers’ efforts and factors that follow the development of social-emotional of group B students of TK As-Salam Pekan Arba Tembilahan. This is qualitative descriptive research. The data were collected over interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analyzing technique was triangulation data. The findings showed that the teacher already did many efforts to develop the students’ social and emotions, such as (1) putting attention to them, (2) introducing positive and negative, and its impact on storytelling, (3) giving a comfort zone, (4) practicing positive attitude in the school, (5) reinforcing students by giving salutations and rewards, (6) giving facilities to choose and actualize their hobby, and (7) doing communication between teacher and students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Barunawati Kota Ternate dan seberapa besar peningkatan kecerdasan inter-personal anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam II siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok B di TK Barunawati Kota Ternate yang berjumlah 25 orang. Kolabolator dalam penelitian adalah guru kelas B, sebagai pelaksana tindakan, peneliti sebagai observer dan guru pendamping sebagai pembantu observer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Observasi meliputi proses pembelajaran sosial emosional dan kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Catatan lapangan digunakan untuk melihat permasalahan yang dihadapi selama pembelajaran. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang berbentuk foto. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif sederhana. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia dini dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode bermain peran. Peningkatan tersebut sebesar 76%.Kata Kunci: metode bermain peran (role playing), kecerdasan interpersonal, anak usia dini. The Implementation of Role Playing Method to Improve Interpersonal Intelligence of Children Aged 5-6 Years in Kindergarten Barunawati AbstractThe study aims to increase interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Barunawati Ternate City and how much the increase in interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years using role playing methods. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects in this study are students in kindergarten group B Barunawati Ternate City amounting to 25 people. The collaborators in this research were the B-grade teachers acting as the executor, while the researcher was an observer and as a teacher assistant in the observation. The data were collected through observation, notes field and documentation. Observations included the process of learning social emotional and childrens interpersonal intelligence. Field notes were used to see the problems faced during the learning. Documentation used to obtain data in the form of photos. The data analysis techniques used simple descriptive statistics. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study shows that early childhood interpersonal intelligence can be improved through the role playing methods. Child social emotional development at this time requires the attention of all parties, especially teachers in the school because it is not optimal child social-emotional development because teacher learning activities do not provide stimulation to children. In addition, emotional tension possessed by children can reduce or interfere with the motor and mental activities of children. One way to develop children's social emotional and physical can be done through out door games. This research method is classroom action research with the aim of providing information on how the teacher acts in stimulating children's social emotional development through out door games. Based on the results of the study, the results of the initial conditions of development of the social-emotional abilities of group A children are still low, so it needs to be developed. After the implementation of the action through two cycles with three meetings per cycle shows the results of improvement. The results of the research conducted by researchers showed that learning activities through outdoor play activities applied to children showed an increase in the number of early childhood children who were able to master learning about the form of the game. The results of the research conducted by researchers showed that learning activities through outdoor play activities applied to children showed an increase in the number of early childhood children who were able to master learning about the form of the game. Based on the results of this study, children can grow mutual help, get new playmates, train their children to take turns playing, grow joy while playing, and children become brave to play alone without having to be accompanied. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in children's social emotional through out door games.Perkembangan sosial emosional anak pada saat ini memerlukan perhatian dari semua pihak terutama guru di sekolah sebab belum optimalnya perkembangan sosial-emosional anak karena kegiatan pembelajaran guru kurang memberikan stimulasi pada anak. Selain itu ketegangan emosi yang dimiliki anak bisa mengurangi atau mengganggu kesibukan motorik dan jiwa anak. Salah satu cara pengembangan sosial emosional dan fisik anak dapat dilakukan melalui permainan out door. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tujuan memberikan informasi bagaimana tindakan guru dalam menstimulasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak melalui permainan out door. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil kondisi awal perkembangan kemampuan sosial-emosional anak kelompok A masih rendah, sehingga perlu dikembangkan. Setelah pelaksanaan tindakan melalui dua siklus dengan tiga pertemuan per siklus menunjukan hasil peningkatan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran melalui kegiatan permainan outdoor yang diterapkan pada anak menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah anak usia dini yang mampu menguasai pembelajaran mengenal bentuk permainan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini anak-anak dapat menumbuhkan rasa saling tolong menolong, mendapatkan teman bermain yang baru, melatih kesabaran anak agar mau bergiliran dalam bermain, menumbuhkan keceriaan saat bermain, serta anak menjadi berani bermain sendiri tanpa harus ditemani. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan sosial emosional anak melalui permainan out door.

Purposes of the study: The purpose of this study was to describe the way to develop social-emotional intelligence in early childhood through play activities. A child doesn’t have social Emotional intelligence naturally in early childhood, but it must be nurtured and developed by parents and teachers in schools through developing social and emotional aspects of early childhood that can be done with various methods. Methodology: This study used a qualitative approach to the literature model. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with content analysis techniques consisting of developing the social and emotional aspects of early childhood is through playing activities. Result: The researcher found that playing activities by children can develop social-emotional of early childhood among others. The activities such as playing in small groups like children’s traditional games or playing with tools such as balls, marbles, rubber and, other tools. Implication/Applications: The findings of this study can help young children to be able to improve the development of social-emotional intelligence caused by hereditary factors and the environment through play activities. In this play, the activity can increase positive attitudes including honest behavior, independence, responsibility, fair, confident, fair, loyal friends, and the nature of compassion towards others and have high tolerance and demanded cooperation between others

Contemporary studies show the major impact of early education on the future development of children, that justifies a quality educational approach from the early childhood, to meet the needs of children’s education for the onset of schooling. The dynamics of society and the updates in the field of education make it necessary to create an educational context as a response of the current needs of children’s competencies. In many countries, social-emotional education gains importance as an essential element of education, emotional intelligence being considered a determinant for success in life. The methods used were the pedagogical experiment, surveys, curricular analysis and systematic observation. When children experience well-being, the ability to think is increased. The active involvement of the teachers in the implementation of the programme, the use of recommended practices and the solving of the challenges that have appeared have led to an increase in the impact of the intervention. Abstract Human development is a complex process, which can be divided into four major domains, namely the physical, intellectual (including cognitive and language), as well as emotional and social (including moral development). In this paper the author will learn about the social and emotional development in early childhood. Social-emotional development of children is the sensitivity to understand other people’s feelings when interacting in everyday life. Social-emotional development is true can not be separated from each other. When discussing the social development of children it must intersect with the emotional development of children.
