ABSTRACT Quality of learning is determined by a classroom, where a classroom must have facilities to support the learning process, at least chairs, tables, blackboards, and LCD projectors. The design of supporting facilities for the learning process that is not following ergonomic principles can cause the risk of muscle and skeletal disorders. This study aims to examine and provide an overview related to ergonomic support facilities for the learning process contained in the classrooms of Educational Institution X. the learning process is not following the principles of ergonomics and causes complaints of skeletal muscle disorders in students. Complaints of muscle disorders felt by 97.61% of students in their body parts and related to choices when they study in the classroom, it is necessary to take corrective steps by redesigning to support the existing learning process and for students to have a comfortable seat so as not to display skeletal muscle disorders. Key word: ergonomic, study posture, MSDs ABSTRAK Kualitas pembelajaran yang baik dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik ruang kelas, dimana dalam sebuah ruang kelas harus memiliki sarana pendukung proses belajar minimal kursi, meja, papan tulis, dan LCD pyoyektor. Perancangan desain sarana pendukung proses belajar yang tidak sesuai prinsip ergonomi dapat menyebabkan risiko gangguan otot dan tulang rangka Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan memberi gambaran terkait ergonomic sarana pendukung proses belajar yang terdapat pada ruang kelas Institusi Pendidikan X. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa desain sarana pendukung proses belajar tidak sesuai dengan prinsip ergonomi dan menyebabkan keluhan gangguan otot rangka pada mahasiswa. Keluhan gangguan otot rangka dirasakan oleh 97,61% mahasiswa pada bagian-bagian tubuhnya dan berhubungan bermakna dengan postur janggal pada saat mereka belajar di ruang kelas diperlukan adanya langkah perbaikan dengan mendesain ulang sarana pendukung proses belajar yang ada dan atau menyerukan kepada mahasiswa agar memilih tempat duduk yang nyaman agar tidak mengeluhkan gangguan otot rangka. Skeletal muscle disorders are dramatically increasing with human aging with enormous sanitary costs and impact on the quality of life. Preventive and therapeutic tools to limit onset and progression of muscle frailty include nutrition and physical training. Melatonin, the indole produced at nighttime in pineal and extra-pineal sites in mammalians, has recognized anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidant properties. Mitochondria are the favorite target of melatonin, which maintains them efficiently, scavenging free radicals and reducing oxidative damage. Here, we discuss the most recent evidence of dietary melatonin efficacy in age-related skeletal muscle disorders in cellular, preclinical, and clinical studies. Furthermore, we analyze the emerging impact of melatonin on physical activity. Finally, we consider the newest evidence of the gut–muscle axis and the influence of exercise and probably melatonin on the microbiota. In our opinion, this review reinforces the relevance of melatonin as a safe nutraceutical that limits skeletal muscle frailty and prolongs physical performance.

The selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies can improve the results to be obtained from the application of classroom learning models. This writing aims to discipline students to develop individual abilities of students to be more active in the learning process and improve the quality of learning. The learning process in Indonesia in general only uses conventional learning models that make students passive and undeveloped. In order for the quality of learning to increase, the Team Assisted Individualization learning model is combined with the task learning and forced strategies. The Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that combines learning individually and in groups. Meanwhile, task and forced learning strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments that require students to complete them on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Students are required to do assignments according to the given deadline. This makes students become familiar with the tasks given by the teacher. Combining or modifying the learning model of the assisted individualization team with forced and forced learning strategies is expected to be able to make students more active, disciplined, independent, creative in learning and responsible for the tasks assigned. Therefore this method of incorporation is very necessary in the learning process and can be applied to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Textbook is one of learning components that plays an important role in determining the success of learning. Textbook as a media and one of main resources in the learning process has a strategic role to be developed to improve the quality of learning and cultivate religiosity of the students. The cultivation of religious characters will be effective, efficient, and interesting if the available textbooks are combined with the Islamic education and characters contents. Those contents will create religious atmosphere and familiarize the students in practising their religiosity in everyday life. In this way, the competency of Islamic education and characters are combined with the competency of other subjects that are packaged in a learning experience. Thus the Islamic values will be formed in students characters.

The importance of Learning Media is used by ATKP Medan to continuously improve the quality of learning. The problem that is often encountered in avionic learning is the limited resources available because to access avionic learning the cadets must access from the CBT LAB and cannot be from elsewhere. This is because Avionic software is only installed inside the lab and cannot be learned from outside the lab. The purpose of this research is to improve the digital avionic-Radio Theory II learning process which is packaged in multimedia animation to make it easier for cadets to learn avionic Radio Theory II without having to access it in the laboratory. The method used in this research is to use the MDLC Multimedia Development Life Cycle method, namely the Concept concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, distribution, distribution, The resulting output is an animated video product and publication to the ISSN journal

Esensi supervisi akademik tidak hanya menilai kinerja guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran, melainkan juga membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuan profesionalismenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan  mutu pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik. Penerapan supervisi akademik digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran siswa, minat belajar siswa, dan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pelaksanaan pembelajaran sehingga sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (School Action Research) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik persentase untuk melihat peningkatan yang terjadi dari siklus ke siklus. Dengan dilaksanakannya supervise akademik, bimbingan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menyusun administrasi mengajar dan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.The essence of academic supervision is not only assessing the performance of teachers in managing the learning process, but also helping teachers develop their professional skills. This study aims to describe the improvement of the quality of learning through academic supervision. The application of academic supervision is used to improve the quality of student learning, student interest in learning, and the ability of teachers to manage the implementation of learning so that it is in accordance with predetermined standards. This research is in the form of School Action Research using descriptive methods, using percentage techniques to see the increase that occurs from cycle to cycle. By implementing academic supervision, continuous guidance can increase teacher motivation in arranging teaching administration and can increase teacher competence in preparing lesson plans which in turn improve the quality of learning.

This research aims to classify forms of application of authentic just my assesment on thematic-based learning, quality assessment of the learning process and find the constraints faced by teachers in Islamic Elementary School, application of authentic assessment in Watampone on thematic-based learning to improve the quality of the assessment of the learning process. The method of this research is a descriptive qualitative. The results of this study showed that teachers generally Islamic Elementary School in Watampone authentic assessment has implemented in the thematic-based learning in accordance with the existing procedures at the authentic assessment, namely the assessment of attitudes, judgement knowledge and psychomotor. Furthermore, the assessment of the learning process for teachers in Islamic Elementary School in Watampone already qualified having been in accordance with the standards of the assessment of the learning process. Various obstacles facing teachers Islamic Elementary School in Watampone in applying the assessment of teacher ability Islamic Elementary School in Watampone, limited time and complication as well as impractical. With the implementation of this authentic assessment thus reduces the subjectivity of teachers in learning so as to improve the quality of learning in teacher assessment

Education is a conscious and planned effort in realizing an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills needed by themselves, the people of the nation and the State. Based on these problems, the formulation of the research problem is: (1) How is the quality of learning in MAN 2 Lubuklinggau (2) How is the implementation of Madrasah Based Management in improving the quality of learning in MAN 2 Lubuklinggau (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the Implementation of Madrasah Based Management in improving the quality of learning at MAN 2 LubuklinggauThis research is a qualitative descriptive research. With the Head of Madrasa as the research subject. In collecting data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data is collected from the information specified, the results relevant to the problem under study are analyzed quantitatively through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the quality of the learning process in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau can be said to be good. This is evident from the teachers who teach in accordance with their respective educational qualifications. With the Implementation of Madrasah-Based Management in improving the quality of learning at MAN 2 Lubuklinggau, it reveals the Management of Madrasas, the performance of Madrasah Heads / teachers, and the role of Community Participation. The implementation of the Madrasah-Based Management Program will be carried out well with the collaboration between Curriculum Management and Teaching Programs, Management of Education Personnel, Student Management, Financial Management and Financing, Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure, Management of School and Community Relations, and Management of Special Services.

Abstract We studied possible correlations between anatomopathological and clinical features and the values for total creatine kinase (CK; EC 2.7.3.2) and its isoenzymes, including the proportion of CK-MB, in a population displaying several neuromuscular pathologies. Although we observed no specific isoenzyme pattern associated with the different myopathies, we found isoenzyme analysis useful in studying the histopathological evolution of illness. We also considered whether the pathology was regenerative or nonregenerative, and what type of fiber (I or II) was involved. High CK-MB percentages (greater than 6%) were associated with regenerative and type I fiber myopathies, with regenerative type tissues being the principal factor associated with an increasing proportion of CK-MB. Studying the changes in CK-MB percentage in serum appears to be useful in discriminating neuromuscular from myocardial pathologies.
