Adequate breast milk not only supports healthy growth, but also cognitive development and long-term health of the baby. It is recommended that babies should be exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months to get optimal growth, development and health. Infants who were exclusively breastfed had normal weight overall, and none were overweight (obese) or even malnourished. So that breast milk is the main, best and first natural food for babies given without additional food at least until the age of 4 months and if possible until the age of 6 months. Breast milk is proven to protect children against various infectious diseases such as diarrhea, ARI and others. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in body weight and incidence of infection in infants 0-6 months who were given formula milk and exclusive breastfeeding in the Nibong Health Center Work Area, North Aceh Regency in 2021.Type of observational analytic research with cross-sectional study design. The research stages are: 1) Preliminary Survey 2) Data collection using questionnaires, 3) Data Processing and Analysis. The trial subjects of this study were parents who had babies aged 0-6 months as many as 126 people, 63 babies 0-6 months who were given exclusive breastfeeding and 63 babies 0-6 months who were given formula milk. Data were analyzed using bivariate analysis using independent T-test.The results of the study were that there was a difference in the weight of infants 0-6 months fed formula and breast milk (p=0.047), there was a difference in the incidence of diarrhea in infants 0-6 months fed formula and breast milk (p=0.00) and there was a difference in the incidence ARI for infants 0-6 months who were given formula milk and breast milk (p=0.04). Mother's Milk (ASI) is the only type of food that meets all the elements of a baby's physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. Breast milk contains nutrients, hormones, insecurity, anti-allergy, and anti-inflammatory. Nutrients in breast milk include nearly 200 nutrients (Puspitasari, 2016). Exclusive breast milk is a baby who is only given breast milk, without the addition of other fluids such as formula milk, oranges, honey, tea water, water, and without the addition of solid foods such as bananas, papaya, milk porridge, biscuits, rice porridge, and team (Roesli, 2005). This research is a quantitative research using Correlative Descriptive design with an intermittent cross sectional approach. With a sample of respondents are mothers who have children aged 6 - 24 months, the sampling technique of this study is Accidental Sampling. Bivariate analysis used is Chi-square statistic. From the bivariate results there is no relationship between maternal age and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no relationship between maternal age and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is a relationship between education and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no relationship between education and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is a relationship between knowledge and the effectiveness of breastfeeding, there is no the relationship between parity with the effectiveness of breastfeeding. Suggestions from researchers For health workers to improve the quality of related health services continue to be improved, for mothers and families it is hoped that they can add information to families and the importance of researchers increasing the effectiveness of exclusive breastfeeding to increase infant life expectancy through exclusive breastfeeding, to increase knowledge about health, especially in health.

Exclusive breastfeeding is only breastfeeding without additional food and drinks in infants aged 0-6 months. Even water is not given in this exclusive breastfeeding stage. Breast milk is a fat emulsion in a solution of protein, lactose, and organic salt secreted by the two halves of the mother’s breast gland, as the main food for the baby. The composition of breast milk is not the same from time to time, this is based on lactation stage (Setiowati, 2010). This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, maternal work and promotional media for formula milk with exclusive breastfeeding at the Puskesmas in the District of Pemangkat, Sambas Regency. The type of research used is the survey method with a cross sectional study approach. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with a sample of 57 mothers. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between the knowledge of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.054), there was no relationship between the attitudes of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.933), there was no correlation between the work of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.962) , and there is no relationship between the promotion media of formula milk with exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.985). It was concluded that of all the variables tested there was no relationship with exclusive breastfeeding in infants in the Puskesmas that was as far as Pemangkat District, Sambas Regency. It is recommended that mothers give exclusive breastfeeding to their babies until they are 6 months old.

ABSTRAK ASI merupakan makanan yang terbaik bagi bayi produksi ASI dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor nutrisi, perawatan payudara, isapan dan frekuensi menyusui, sosial budaya dan faktor psikologis. Data di Kabupaten Lampung Utara yang memberikan ASI secara eksklusif pada tahun 2015 sebesar 45,5% lebih rendah bila dibandingkan tahun 2016 yaitu 48% dari target 80%, bila dibandingkan di Lampung Timur pencapaian ASI eksklusif sebesar 54,3%. (Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Utara, 2017). Data RSD H.M Ryacudu Kotabumi pada Tahun 2016 cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif sebesar 57,4% lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan Tahun 2017 dari jumlah bayi 73 yang memberikan ASI secara eksklusif sebesar 54,8. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan ibu post partum primipara dengan produksi asi di ruang nifas RSD H.M Ryacudu Kotabumi Tahun 2019Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Crossectional.   Populasi seluruh ibu post partum primipara yang ada di Ruang Nifas RSD H.M Ryacudu Kotabumi, sebanyak 87 responden tercatat dari tanggal 2- 29 April 2019.. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisa menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan chi squareHasil prasurvey terhadap 10 orang ibu post partum primipara di RSD H.M Ryacudu Kotabumi   menyimpulkan bahwa didapati 4 orang ibu atau (40,0%) tidak mengalami kecemasan paska melahirkan, dan dapat memberikan ASI eksklusif dengan baik kepada anaknya. Sedangkan sebanyak 6 orang ibu atau (60,0%) mengalami kecemasan paska melahirkan yaitu dengan gejala gelisah, gugup, bingung, sangat waspada, ketakutan, dan mengalami hambatan seperti menunda-nunda dalam pemberian ASI kepada anaknya. Kata Kunci      : Tingkat kecemasan, Produksi Asi ANXIETY IN PRIMIPHARA POSTPARTUM MOTHERS WITH BREAST MILK PRODUCTION ABSTRACT Breast milk is the best food for babies. Breast milk production is influenced by several factors, namely nutrition, breast care, suction and frequency of breastfeeding, socio-cultural and psychological factors. Data in North Lampung Regency that exclusively provided breast milk in 2015 was 45.5% lower compared to 2016, which was 48% of the target of 80%, compared to in East Lampung the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding was 54.3%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of anxiety levels of postpartum primipara mothers with breast milk production in the puerperal room of H.M Ryacudu Hospital in Kotabumi 2019This type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The population of all primipara postpartum mothers in the post-partum room of RSDH.M Ryacudu Kotabumi, as many as 87 respondents were recorded from 2- 29 April 2019 .. Sampling using total sampling techniques. Analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis using chi-squareThe results of pre-survey of 10 primipara postpartum mothers in H.M Ryacudu Kotabumi Hospital concluded that 4 mothers or (40.0%) did not experience postpartum anxiety, and were able to give exclusive breast milk to their children. While as many as 6 mothers or (60.0%) experience postpartum anxiety that is with symptoms of anxiety, nervousness, confusion, extreme caution, fear, and experiencing obstacles such as procrastinating in giving breast milk to their children. Keywords: Anxiety Level, Breast Milk Production

Exclusive breastfeeding is the only breast milk given to infants without additional other liquids without solid food for six additional 6 months. Breastfed babies have a greater chance of early success exclusive breastfeeding. Based on preliminary studies in December 2015 in BPM Khairani Asnita, in the know of 20 people who gave birth to entirely successfully perform IMD but only 3-5 people who exclusively breastfed rest melanjutlan with formula. The purpose of this study to determine the factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding in mothers who carry BPM Khairani Asnita IMD in Riau Province in 2015. This type of research is analytic survey with cross sectional study design. The population is mothers delivered in BPM Khairani Asnita and do IMD with babies aged 16-12 months amounted to 60 m people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Bivariate data analysis with test of chi-square test. Based on the results of the univariate analysis showed that the majority of mothers breastfeed as much as 56.7% exclusive. The results of the bivariate analysis pvalue values obtained for each variable with α 0.05 is for attitude p = 0.000, husband support the value of p = 0.004, p = success IMD 0,007, maternal age the value of p = 0.031. The conclusion of this study that the attitude of the mother, husband support, the success of IMD and the mother's age is a factor that affects exclusively breastfeeding mothers do IMD in BPM Khairani Asnita Year 2015. It is expected the next BPM Khairani Asnita able to reassure patients who visit or maternity there for can give only breast milk until the child is 6 months old, as well as explaining the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for babies and mothers.

AbstrakKesadaran masyarakat memberikan ASI kepada bayinya menunjukkan grafik yang meningkat. Sepanjang tahun 2004-2008 cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif meningkat dari 59.9% menjadi 62.2%. Namun setelah itu grafik tidak mengalami peningkatan bahkan cenderung mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni tahun 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 197 orang. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pemberian ASI Ekslusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi Tahun 2017.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu, peran keluarga dan persepsi ibu dengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi tahun 2017.  Kata kunci  : pengetahuan, persepsi, peran keluarga, ASI eksklusif  AbstractAwareness of the community giving breast milk to the baby shows an increasing graph. Kecenderungan para ibu untuk tidak menyusui bayinya secara eksklusif semakin besar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan besarnya jumlah ibu menyusui yang memberikan makanan tambahan atau susu formula lebih awal sebagai pengganti ASI. Berbagai alasan dikemukakan oleh ibu-ibu sehingga dalam pemanfaatan ASI secara eksklusif kepada bayinya rendah, antara lain adalah pengaruh iklan/promosi pengganti ASI, ibu bekerja, lingkungan sosial budaya, pendidikan, pengetahuan yang rendah serta dukungan suami yang kurang. Salah satu puskesmas dengan cakupan ASI Eksklusif terendah tahun 2015 yaitu di Puskesmas Tlogosari Wetan Kota Semarang sebesar 55,30 % . Meskipun mengalami peningkatan di tahun 2016 namun pencapaian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Tlogosari Wetan yaitu 16,4 % belum mencapai target renstra Kota Semarang yaitu 65 % . Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  ada hubungan pengetahuan dan pekerjaan dengan penggunaan susu formula sebagai pengganti ASI eksklusif (p value 0.031 dan 0,015). Sedangkan pendidikan dan peran petugas kesehatan tidak ada hubungan dengan penggunaan susu formula sebagai pengganti ASI eksklusif di Kelurahan Penggaron Kidul-Semarang (p value 0.303 dan 0.846). Saran bagi masyarakat diharapkan tetap memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada anaknya meskipun ditinggal bekerja. Kata Kunci : Susu Formula; ASI Eksklusif  FACTORS AFFECTING THE USE OF FORMULA MILK AS AN ALTERNATIVE EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING. ABSTRACT The tendency of mothers  who do not breastfeed exclusively the babies are growing. It can be seen by the large number of nursing mothers who provide formula milk as breast milk alternative. The various reasons are put forward by the mothers so that the use of exclusive breast milk is low. These reasons include, the influence of advertisement / breastfeed altenatives, working mother, socio-cultural environment, education, low knowledge, and lack of husband support. One of public health center with the lowest coverage exclusive breastfeeding by 55.30% in 2015 is Tlogosari Wetan Health Center at Semarang City. Although in 2016 it has been incerased by 16,4%, however, that number has not fulfilled the strategic plan target of Semarang City as much as 65%. The sampling technique was used Total Sampling. The analysis test was used univariate analysis and Bivariate analysis using Chi-Square. The result showed that there is a relationship between the knowledge and the occupation with the use of formula milk as an alternative for exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.031 and 0.015). while education and the role of health practitioner have no relation with the use of formula milk as an alternative for exclusive breastfeeding (p value 0.303 and 0.846). The mothers are expected to continue giving exclusive breastfeeding to the babies even if left to work. Keywords: Formula Milk; Exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract Introduction: Complementary Food for Early Breast Milk (MP-ASI) is a condition where infants aged 0-6 months are not only given breast milk, but are given additional fluids such as formula milk, oranges, honey, tea and solid foods such as bananas, milk porridge, biscuits, rice porridge, and team rice.Objective: This study was to determine the relationship of knowledge, attitudes, and family support with the provision of early breastfeeding for infants at the Pratama Rosni Alizar Clinic in Medan in 2019. Method: Design this study used an analytical survey with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months, as many as 30 people. Sampling using total population, that is,  the entire population is sampled. Retrieval of data using primary data using Chi-square test at a 95% confidence level. Results and Conclusions: Based on the research showing that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of early MP-ASI in infants with the acquisition of p value = 0.027 (<0.05), there is a relationship between maternal attitudes and the provision of early MP-ASI in infants with the acquisition of p value = 0.004 (<0.05), and there is a relationship of family support with early breastfeeding for infants with the acquisition of p value = 0.042 (<0.05).Suggestion:Health workers are expected to provide information and counseling on exclusive breastfeeding for infants up to 6 months of age without providing any additional food.   Keywords  : Knowledge, Attitude, Family Support, Early MP-ASI

Exclusive breastfeeding is the first, main and best food for a natural baby. Asi contains various nutrients needed in the process of growth and development of babies. ) The efficacy of breast milk is so large as breast milk can reduce the risk of babies suffering from various diseases. If the baby is sick it will heal faster when getting breast milk. Breast milk also helps the growth and development of children's intelligence Goals: The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between family knowledge and support for mothers with exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The research method used an analytical survey type with a cross sectional approach to 75 breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 7-24 months. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis to obtain an overview of each independent and dependent variable. Data will be presented in the form of distribution, frequency and bivariate analysis to determine whether there is a relationship between independent variables (categorical) and independent variables (categorical) using Chi Square Test. Results: The results of the study obtained the frequency distribution of respondents with good knowledge 45 people (60%), less knowledge of 30 people (40%), family support 33 respondents (44%), family support 42 respondents (56%), ASI actions Exclusive 17 respondents (22.7%), did not provide exclusive breastfeeding 58 respondents (77.3%). There is no relationship between mother's knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding (p-value 0.063). There is no relationship between family support for exclusive breastfeeding p = 0.063 and p = 0.098 (α = 0.05) means that there is no relationship between knowledge and family support for mothers with exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: It is recommended to the community especially to mothers and families to increase exclusive breastfeeding so that the baby's needs for breastfeeding are met, and the family continues to provide support for the mother to give the baby exclusive breastfeeding, further researchers use different and varied variables and dig deeper into the mother's attitude towards exclusive breastfeeding with direct interviews with nursing mothers.

Breast milk (ASI) is the best source of nutrition for babies because it contains various nutrients needed in the growth and development of babies. Giving breast milk is highly recommended until the baby is 6 months old (Utami, 2005). Data on Exclusive Breastfeeding at Poasia Health Center in 2015 amounted to 77.07% and based on the results of surveys in several Posyandu in the Poasia Community Health Center working area, most of the visiting babies were given formula milk and complementary food for breast milk. This shows that the practice of exclusive breastfeeding is still low which can affect the growth and development of infants so that it will affect the quality of human resources. Research Objectives: To find out the factors related to exclusive breastfeeding at Posyandu in the working area of Poasia Health Center, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2016. Research methods: The research conducted was analytical research with aapproach cross sectional. The study sample was mothers who had babies aged 7 to 24 months in the working area of Poasia Health Center with a total of 77 people. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The results of the study: the results of this study were the education of mothers who gave exclusive breastfeeding 80.8% of secondary education (SMA) mothers and those who did not provide exclusive breastfeeding 100% of mothers with higher education. Employment of mothers who provide exclusive breastfeeding 54.8% of working mothers and those who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding 100% of working mothers. The parity of mothers who gave exclusive breastfeeding was 67.7% in mothers with no risk (parity 2-3) and those who did not give exclusive breastfeeding 58.7% in mothers at risk parity (parity 1 and≥4), and there was a relationship between education, employment and maternal parity with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Kendari City Poasia Health Center with a value of ρvalue<0.05.

Exclusive breastfeeding is the only baby only breast-fed for 6 months without any additional fluid, such as formula milk, orange juice, honey, tea, water and without supplementary feeding others, such as banana, milk porridge, biscuits, porridge or rice porridge. Scope of exclusive breastfeeding in Senapelan work area health center in 2015 is 56 %. Scope of exclusive breastfeeding in 2015 decreased from 2014 the amount of coverage is at 57.44 %This research method is analytic quantitative of observational with cross sectional design. This research sample counted 90 respondents. Technique intake of sample is proportional sampling and data collection do with interviewing mothers with babies aged 7-11 months using questionnaires. Analysis the used are analysis univariate, bivariate analysis with Chi - Square test and multivariate and data processing using computerized. Results of research show there are correlation between mother’s knowledge (Pvalue = 0,0001 , value of POR = 10,094 ) , mother’s education (Pvalue = 0,013, value of POR = 3,421 ) , mother's work ( Pvalue = 0,025 , value of POR = 3,058), mother’s habits ( Pvalue = 0,0001, value of POR = 15,600) and the role of health workers ( Pvalue = 0,0001, value of POR = 13,388 ) with exclusive breastfeeding for the baby. Suggested for holders need to improve outreach programs and socialization for mothers, the general public, working mothers, either in health centers, integrated service post and in classes pregnant women about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding in infants. And to the mother who has a baby to be more diligent in bringing babies to integrated service post Health Services as well as searching for information on exclusive breastfeeding.
