Modern pork production technologies are aimed at obtaining maximum productivity data, which are an indicator of the effectiveness of pig industry in general. The aim of the research was to develop a biotechnological method of increase of prolificacy of sows with 1 and 2 farrowing, using biologically active medicines of the neurotropic-metabolic action – Glyutam 1M and Nanovulin-BA. On the day of weaning, all the experimental sows were injected with vitamins Introvit in a dose of 10 ml/head. The sows in the research groups received Glutam 1M and Nanovulin-BA for three days in the morning in stern balls, which contained 100 grams of feed and 20 ml of medicine. The sows of the II and III experimental groups received Glutam 1M starting from the day of weaning. Nanovulin-BA was fed to the sows of the III and IV research groups at 0-2 day of sexual cycle. The females of the control group were fed by 20 ml of saline during these periods of reproductive cycle. In the II and III research groups the live weight of hypertrophous and normal piglets was bigger compared with the control one by 7.7%, 9.2% and 9.7%, 8.6% respectively. The weight of hypertrophous animals of the I group exceeded data of the control one within the error, while the weight of normal piglets was higher by 11.5%. The increase in live weight of hypertrophous and normal piglets of sows in the II and III research groups contributed to the significant increase of the total weight of newborn piglets by 26.3% and 26.3% (in comparison with the control group). In the I research group, it increased by 27.1%, mainly due to normal piglets’ weight and therefore was not likely. The influence of Glyutam 1M and Nanovulin-BA on the prolificacy of sows was analyzed, taking into account that the experimental groups were formed from sows with two different farrowing – 1 and 2. Live weight of the hypertrophous piglets of the sows from the I group after the 1 farrowing was higher by 8.8%, compared to animals which had 2 farrowing. Live weight of hypertrophous and normal piglets in both subgroups was almost at the same level, while the total weight of piglets from the animals with 2 farrowing was higher than from females with 1 farrowing by 10.7%. Total weight of newborn piglets from the sows in group III with 2 farrowing increased compared to the animals with 1 farrowing by 16.1%. Comparative analysis of the influence of sows’ age on live weight of piglets showed, that the live weight of normal piglets in the I experimental group with 2 farrowing was higher by 11% compared to the control one of the same age (with 2 farrowing). Total live weight of piglets in the I experimental group with 1 and 2 farrowing was higher by 23.0% and 26.8% compared to the control group of animals of the same age. In the II experimental group live weight of normal piglets from sows with 1 and 2 farrowing increased by 11% and 7.4% respectively in comparison with animals of the same age in the control group. Total live weight of newborn piglets in the II experimental group increased by 28.0% and 24.8% respectively compared to the animals of the same age of control group (1 and 2 farrowing). The live weight of hypertrophous piglets from experimental group III (2 farrowing) was higher by 15.1%. The injections of biologically active medicines during insemination of sows in the group III contributed to the increase of live weight of normal piglets (sows with 1 and 2 farrowing) compared with the control one by 11% and 8% respectively. In the III group of animals with 2 farrowing the total weight of newborn piglets increased significantly by 29.6% compared to control animals of the same age (with 2 farrowing). Analyzing live weight of hypertrophous piglets it should be noted, that in the control group of sows with 1 farrowing this category of piglets was absent. While control females with 2 farrowing and animals of the research group, regardless of their age, showed, that the live weight of hypertrophous piglets was almost at the same level. Comparative analysis between groups showed, that the live weight of hypertrophous and normal piglets in the I experimental group was higher in comparison with the control one by 14.1% and 11.5% respectively. Weight of hypertrophous piglets from females of the I experimental group was the same compared to the control one. While the weight of normal piglets increased by 10% compared to the control group. Injections of theneurotropic-metabolic medicines to the sows of the II and III research groups helped to increase the prolificacy by 15.1% and 9.2% and 12.2% and 9.9%. The live weight of normal piglets in the II and III research groups was higher by 8% and 9.2% respectively. Іn this way, the injections of biologically active medicine Glyutam 1M for 3 days after the weaning cause an increase in live weight of newborn piglets by 14.1%. Feeding females with Glyutam 1M and Nanovulin-BA at one time helped to increase live weight of piglets by 13%, and the injections of Nanovulin-BA only – by 11.8%. Injections of neurotropic-metabolic medicines with biologically active action on different schemes of their use cause the tendency to increase the live weight of both sexes embryos in the prenatal period up to 2 kg for sows of the 1 and 2 farrowing.

According to the experiment, the productive effect of different amounts of grain of the triticale of Harroz variety in feed for the reproductive indices of feeding rabbits was established. According to the tasks assigned, five groups of nursing rabbits were selected and formed according to the principle of analogues. To feed the experimental nursing rabbits, a full granulated mixed feed was used in the structure of which there was a different content of triticale grain: II research group – 10.0%, III, IV and V research groups - 20.0%, 30.0% and 40.0% respectively . Nursing rabbits of the 1st control group were fed full-fat mixed fodders, which were balanced for the main nutrients, but did not contain triticale grain. In the study of the multiplicity of feeding rabbits with different contents of crushed grain of the triticale of the Harroz variety, it was higher in the 3rd and 4th experimental groups (in the ration of 20 and 30% of the crushed grain of triticale) with an index of 8.0–8.2 heads (P < 0.05). The large-fruited index predominated in the nursing rabbits of the 4th experimental group and amounted to 65 g; in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th groups it was 62, 63, 64, and 61g. The amount of milk of nursing rabbits is an indicator that positively correlates with fecundity, the weight of rabbits at birth (large-fruited), the preservation of the nest. Milk index was also the best in nursing rabbits of the 4th group and amounted to 2.83 kg, which is 0.09–0.24 kg more than in all other groups (P < 0.01). By the number of rabbits with weaning at 35 days, the fourth group of nursing rabbits predominated, this index was 7.1 g. The average live weight of one head during separation was higher by 40–50 g in the 3rd and 4th test groups compared to the first control group and amounted to 0.75 and 0.76 kg (P < 0.05). According to preliminary indications, the best nest weight in weaning during 35 days was the nursing rabbits of the 4th group – 5.36 kg, which is 0.47 kg higher than the control (P < 0.05). The highest percentage of conservation of rabbits before weaning at 35-day-old age was observed in groups 3, 4 and 5, and was at the level of 94.59; 93.42; 97.1%. It was found that the structure of the ration of nursing rabbits with a content of crushed grain of triticale of Harroz 20, 30 and 40% was significantly influenced the preservation of the nest. The index – the index of the reproductive qualities of feeding rabbits (IVKK), based on the indicators of large-fruited, milk and number of rabbits with weaning (35 days) was higher in feeding rabbits of 3rd and 4th groups and amounted to 126.4 and 128.8. The maximum reproductive indices of feeding rabbits provided a structural content in the diet of 30% of the crushed grain of the triticale of the Harroz variety (the fourth research group). The ration (30% of the triticale crushed grain) ensured the growth of the multiplicity by 8.5%, the size of the fetus by 5%, the milkness of the rabbits by 9%, the weight of the nest at weaning at 35 days old by 9.6%, and the complex index of IVKK by 6.5%.

One of the important conditions for the successful conduct of geese farming industry is normalized physiologically reasonable feeding birds that carried out by the use of complete feed and feed additives, including biologically active substances. Since days old, I (control) group of geese received during the research period, complete feed is made in terms of private enterprise «Orbita», II, III, IV and V (experimental) group received a complete feed with the addition of its composition of different doses of lecithin sunflower instead of a similar amount of soybean meal. At the beginning of the experiment live weight of geese had no significant differences in terms of research groups, indicating that similar selected poultry and averaged 116 – 118 grams. Since the first week of growing live weight of geese in experimental groups fed sunflower lecithin slightly increased. If, at the beginning it was not quite expressed, starting from the second week of growing this advantage becomes more significant. So, the live weight of geese at the age of two weeks in the control group was 1287 g, while the live weight of geese II, III, IV and V of experimental groups was higher by 1.4%, 4.3% (P < 0.01), 6.2% (P < 0.001) and 4.9% (P < 0.001), respectively. These differences observed between the experimental groups during the growing period. Thus, at the end of the first period of growth, namely four weeks of age, live weight of geese fourth experimental group was 3350 g, 8.0% (P < 0.001) higher relative to the control group by 5.6% compared to II experimental group, 2.8% (P < 0.01) III and 2.2% (P < 0.01) V research group. It should be noted that at the end of the second period, growing at the age of nine weeks goslings in control group matched the experimental group II on 2,3%, III – 5.1% (P <0.01), IV – 10.3% (P < 0.001) and V – 7.5% (P < 0.05), respectively. To study the anatomical and morphological structure of the experimental birds at the end of the scientific and economic experiment in the 60 days age were held control of slaughter. Our results indicate that different amounts of sunflower lecithin in diets of young geese during their growing meat differently affect their slaughter capacity. Table 3 shows that young geese feeding in the composition of animal feed sunflower lecithin has contributed to their live weight in experimental groups respectively 1.8%, 5.3%, 9.4% and 7.5% compared to the control group counterparts. For goose gut carcass weight preference geese in experimental group was respectively – 3.2%, 6.9%, 12.3% and 8.6%. The biggest muscle mass was observed in the experimental group IV geese and amounted to 1 895 g, that on 14.2% more muscle mass geese control group. The mass of muscle II, III and V of the research groups on the same indicator was higher by 3.0%, 7.7% and 9.2% in comparison with I control group. The use of sunflower lecithin in diets of young geese caused the increase in weight of internal fat. Thus this indicator preference experimental groups was – 5.7%, 15.4%, 25.1% and 18.3% according to analogue control. These changes have led to improved of meat and bone index. Thus, birds III, IV and V research groups preference for this indicator was 5.1%, 11.9% and 6.8% according to analogue controls. The indicator in poultry II experimental group was on par with the control group. Thus, putting in the diets of young geese sunflower lecithin positively affected the rate of growth of young geese slaughter their performance and made it possible to reduce the cost of feed per unit of growth. However, the best results were obtained when control weighing and slaughter, which is part of the feed was injected 0.4% sunflower lecithin.

In order to increase the meat productivity of broiler chickens, increase production volumes and reduce the prime-cost of poultry products, it is necessary not only to ensure balanced feeding and compliance with production technology but also to include in the poultry diet non-traditional additives, biologically active substances that contribute to the normalization of metabolic processes and improve the digestibility of feed nutrients. One of these dietary additives is Betulin extracted from birch bark, which has antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties. In this regard, the purpose of the research was to study the influence of compound feed with the introduction of 2 % feed additive based on a synthetic microspherical nanoporous carbon carrier containing biologically active Betulin in its composition on the productivity of broilers. The results of studies on broiler chickens using compound feed with 2 % feed additive have been presented in the article. It has been found that the feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight gain in poultry of the experimental group have been lower by 9,5 % due to better absorption of nutrients, the live weight of broiler chickens of the experimental group at the age of 42 days was 2625,6 g and it was higher than the control group by 3,68 %. The digestibility of crude protein and fat reached 92,73 and 88,03 %, which exceeded the control group by 1,03 and 3,03 abs.%, respectively. It has been found that the use of compound feed with 2 % of the feed additive with the biologically active substance is of practical importance in connection with the increase in the productivity of broilers and the level of profitability of meat production by 8,2 abs.%.

The reliability of the results obtained in scientific and economic experiments on the study of the effectiveness of the use of various feed components, including biologically active substances in the rearing of broilers needs to be confi rmed in production conditions. The purpose of the research was to study the joint use of enzyme drugs and lecithin in the rearing of broiler chickens. The results of production experiment on the study of the effectiveness of the joint inclusion of enzyme drugs Sunzyme and Sunfyse 5000 as well as lecithin in the diet of broiler chickens of the cross Ross-308 have been presented in the article. Production tests have been carried out under the conditions of the breeding farm “Achkhoy– Martanovsky” in the Chechen Republic. The duration of the experiment was 45 days. For research on the principle of analog groups two groups have been formed: a control group and an experimental group of 1000 heads in each. The broilers of the control group have been fed compound feed prepared in accordance with the growing period and consisting mainly of grain components of local production. The broilers of the experimental group have been fed the same compound feed, but with the addition of two enzyme drugs Sanzyme and Sanfyse 5000 (100 g/t of feed) as well as lecithin (10 g/kg of feed). The results of the production experiment fully confi rmed the data obtained in the scientific and economic experiment. The positive effect of the joint use of the studied enzyme drugs and lecithin has been manifested in all the studied productive traits. In particular, the increase in live weight of broilers increased by 12,1 %, slaughter yield by 3,5 %, the yield of carcasses of the 1st category by 3,0 %. The main economic indicators also found their confirmation: feed consumption per unit of growth decreased by 11,7 %, additional profit was received in the amount of 27308,2 rubles, the level of profitability of broiler rearing increased by 18,4 %.

The study of the effect of the probiotic preparation EM-Kurunga on gains, blood tests and poultry litter was carried out using the example of White Texas quail chickens. Quail chickens starting at daily age were used as the subject of research. The average weight of chickens at the beginning of the experiment was 9.2±0.12 g. Chickens were slaughtered at the age of 90 days. It was established that the introduction of the probiotic preparation EM-Kurunga into the diet of chickens in the amount of 0.2 ml per 1 kg of live weight increases the safety of young animals by 14.8% and the gains of poults – by 10%. A comparative analysis of the biochemical data of the experimental and control groups of poultry showed that the introduction of the probiotic into the diet of the experimental group had practically no effect on protein metabolism. The total protein in the experimental poultry was insignificantly less than in the control by 1.25%, the same pattern was observed in the level of albumin – less by 1.9%, globulins – by 1%. Comparative analysis of the acidity index of poultry feces from the experimental and control groups showed a significant difference. So, in the control group the pH of feces had an average value of 6.5, in the quails of the experimental group – 7.5. Thus, in the experimental poultry in comparison with the control one the active acidity of the intestinal contents significantly shifted to the slightly alkaline side, which indicates a favorable effect of the probiotic on the microbiota of the quail gastrointestinal tract, reducing the level of pathogenic microflora actively developing in an acidic condition.

The purpose of the research was to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of using a natural antioxidant of plant origin – dihydroquercetin (DHA), as a biologically active substance, in combination with the main standard diet of broiler chickens. Scientific and economic experience conducted in production conditions on broiler chickens of the "COBB-500" cross allowed us to objectively establish that the addition of the biologically active substance Dihydroquercetin to mixed feed contributes to the increase in meat productivity and safety of broiler chickens. Feeding of broiler chickens was carried out with full-fledged compound feeds, in accordance with the recommendations of the originator for this cross. In terms of energy nutrition and the content of nutrient active substances, they were the same and differed between the groups in the amount of the additive administered. Chickens of the 1st control group received only feed (basic diet), the 2nd experimental group – advanced antioxidant supplement Dihydroquercetin in the amount of 0.5 g per 100 g of feed, the 3rd – 0.75 g per 100 g of feed, and 4th – 1 g per 100 g of feed. The duration of the experiment was 40 days and to clarify the effectiveness of increasing the duration of the broiler fattening period, it was extended to 60 days. Broiler chickens were reared on the floor, temperature and light conditions, air humidity, feeding and watering front of the bird during the experiment corresponded to the recommended standards. As a result of the conducted studies on the effect of adding optimal levels of biologically active feed additive Dihydroquercetin to the diet of broiler chickens, it was found that during the growing period, a higher coefficient of live weight gain was established in broiler chickens of the 3rd and 4th experimental groups, whose live weight increased by 105.32 and 120.48 times by the age of 40 days, while in broiler chickens of the 2nd experimental group by 102.57 times and the lowest–in control group chickens only in 90.96 times. The selected feed additive can be considered as an alternative to the use of feed antibiotics in the feeding of broiler chickens in industrial poultry farming technology.

This article presents the results of the effective use of biologically active substance that belongs to hydrolyse class “Lysozyme G3” in the composition of pigs premix. New premix that can balance the main grains in pigs feeding has been developed. The main grains are wheat, corn, barley. These compounds are included into pigs feeding ration and they are the main crops in the South of Ukraine. The effect of using this new premix that contains the enzyme preparation “Lysozyme G3” for fattening pigs was also investigated. The productive effect of enzyme preparation in the rations with the same nutritional value for fattening pigs and its effect on the nutrients digestibility were studied. Experimental research activities were conducted at the agricultural enterprise “Avangard-D” LLC, Ovidiopol District, Odessa Oblast. The changes in live weight, as well as gains of fattening pigs at the age of 4, 5, 6 and 7 months were studied in the scientific and economical experience. During the main period (120 days), the increase in pigs live weight was observed in all groups. Thus, in the control group, this indicator changed from 27.8 to 107 kg; in II experimental group – from 28.1 to 109.2; in III experimental group – from 28.0 to 111.7 kg. When removing animals from fattening, the difference in live weight between the III experimental and control groups was 4.4% and it was statistically significant (P > 0.95). The average daily gains in piglets of II and III experimental groups significantly exceeded the indices of control one by 2.4% and 5.7%, respectively. The nutrients digestibility in animals of all experimental groups was studied to analyze more carefully. The analysis of digestibility indices in pigs rations during experiment (when pigs are fed with premix that contains biologically active substance Lysozyme G3), and its content in the ration indicated that nutrient digestibility indices had changed into the direction of increase. Feed consumption was calculated after analyzing these indices. Thus, the smallest feed consumption per unit of live weight gain was established in the third experimental group, where it was 3.2 feed units and was less in comparison with animals of the control group by 3.4%. During scientific and economical researches, blood samples were taken from animals of the first control group and the third experimental one for morphological and biochemical studies. It was found that the blood parameters of experimental animals during the entire period of fattening were within the physiological norm. The amount of protein in the blood indicates that animals of experimental group have higher growth rate by 10.9%. The economic indicators directly reflected above mentioned facts when the calculation of the economic part of the research were carried out. Thus, we got 1870.5 UAH from the first group, 1934.3 UAH from the second group, 1989.4 UAH from the third group, selling products from one head. Accordingly, the level of profitability of pork production was: in the first group (control) – 13.5; in the second (1 kg/ton of premix) – 16.5%; in the third (2 kg/ton of premix) – 19.8%.

The experiment was conducted on the basis of the agricultural production cooperative kolkhoz "Iskra" (Kirov region) in 40 highly productive cows of black-motley Holstein zed breed, which were divided by the method of paired analogues into 4 groups of 10 heads. The influence of the biologically active additive Lamarin Saldonum on the reproductive function and the milk productivity of cows was studied. The animals of the experimental groups were given the additive daily in doses of 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 g per 1 kg of live weight for 30 days before calving during 60 days. It has been established that Lamarin Saldonum does not negatively affect the duration of pregnancy, while it helps to reduce the number of generic and postpartum diseases. In cows of the experimental groups retention of placenta was registered 10-20 % less often and the development of postpartum endometritis was observed 10-30 % less often. It was also found that in the animals of the experimental groups the indifferent period was reduced by 8.13-14.49 %, the number of days from calving to fruitful insemination was decreased by 30.51-53.82 days, the number of days of infertility was reduced by 33.63-59.37 % compared to intact animals. The cows of the second experimental group showed the best milk productivity, where the gross milk yield exceeded the values of the control group in the first month of lactation by 19.63 %, in the second - by 13.43 %, in the third - by 39.87 %. The need for additional studies to determine the effective dose of the additive Lamarin Saldonum, which will have a stimulating effect on the reproductive function of high-productive cows, has been established.

An experiment was conducted in order to detect the influence of quality of queen bees of the Carpathian bee breed derived with using of biologically active substances on melliferous capacity of bee family, it was formed two experimental and control groups of twenty-five breed of bees. Bees breeds formed in June by the generally accepted rules were used. For the formation of group, analogical couples of bees breeds in strength, the number of sealed brood, honey and bee cerago were taken. The best queen bees’ sisters by development obtained from spring 2015 were sat to the experimental group. It means that they were genotype analogues and analogical couples by weight and body length. Queen bees derived from queen bees families which were fed with biologically active feeding Apistimulin BM and Nanostimulin were introduced to the first and second research groups. Queen bees derived from queen bees families which were fed only with sugar syrup were introduced into breeds of control group. Introducing queen bees in breeds was carried out by using conventional method of Titov’s cage. The experimental bee families were in the beehives of the similar construction in equal conditions of care and feeding. Bee families were taken to honey harvest of linden and sunflower during the season. After finishing of honey harvest from each plant, pumping honey was conducted. Determination of the amount received from each of honey bee families was performed by the method of conducting experiments in beekeeping. The influence of queen bees quality on melliferous capacity was judged by indicators of biometric processing of data from the output of trade honey during the season 2015, both separately for each breeds and overall. Honey harvest of linden from June 26 to July 5 was held under very unfavourable weather conditions for the allocation of nectar caused by high temperatures. Also unfavourable weather conditions for honey harvest were during sunflower blooming from July 19 to August 11. During flowering sunflowers, especially in the beginning, there were heavy rains, with the air temperature significantly reduced, and since the middle to the end of honey harvest it has become too high. All climatic factors influenced the quality and quantity of honey harvest. Analysis of the data showed that bees breeds formed on the basis of queen bees derived by using biologically active substances had more honey harvest than queen bees derived under usual conditions of feeding with sugar syrup. Thus, during honey harvest of linden, bees breeds of research groups have brought significantly more marketable honey by 16.4% and 51.5% than in the control. The best result was obtained in the first experimental group formed by the queen bees derived by using stimulating bioactive feeding Apistimulin BM. The results of this group were 51.5% and 23.2% higher than in the control group and second group and received an average 14.71 kg of honey of bee family. Bees breeds of the second experimental group increased honey harvest by 16.4% that is a good result for increasing the output of marketable honey in the apiary. The first experimental group had the lowest coefficient of variability, which indicates the similarity of queen bees and positive impact on their quality of honey harvest. The greatest individual features of queen bees were shown in families formed on the basis of queen bees derived by using stimulating bioactive feeding Nanostimulin. This group had the highest coefficient of variability. During honey harvest of sunflower, the number of honey exceeded the indicators of the control ones by 17.5% and 52.4%. The smallest effect was manifested in families of the second experimental group and was 17.5%. The largest melliferous capacity was showed by bee families of the first group and it was 52.4% higher, in average 16.78 kg of honey per each family. General results of marketable honey production by research bee families have confirmed significant influence of the quality of queen bees on the honey harvest. Thus, during the season 2015, the first and second research groups of bee families gathered 52% and 17% honey higher than the control ones. So, developed biotechnological method, the essence of which is feeding queen bees families with the bioactive feeding in the embryonic period, provided high-quality queen bees whose families under adverse weather conditions for honey harvest had the best melliferous capacity. It was established that bee families formed by using queen bees derived from queen bees families which were fed with bioactive feeding Nanostimulin and ApistimulinBM had 17% and 52% higher melliferous capacity under adverse weather conditions during honey harvest. Melliferous capacity of bee families depends upon the individual productive qualities of queen bees. At that, queen bees derived by using feeding ApistimulinBM are the most similar and their families have higher melliferous capacity than derived by using Nanostimulin and by generally accepted method.
