Geguritan Sebun Bangkung Kajian Bentuk, Fungsi Dan Makna

The research is aimed to find out the form, function, and the meaning of Geguritan Sebun Bangkung in social and cultural Hinduism community in Bali. in this research, the writer used structural theory, functional theory and semiotics theory. The structural theory is used to confirm the form, and the narrative structural of the literature, while the functional theory is used to analyze its function. In determining the meaning at the Geguritan Sebun Bangkung text, the semiotics theory is applied. These are methods used in this research: 1) In collecting data, it’s used library study, interview and completed with taking notes technique; 2) In analyzing data, qualitative descriptive method is used and completed with translation technique. After analyzing data, it’s found that Geguritan Sebun Bangkung contains 9 texts. Geguritan Sebun Bangkung consist of 16 pupuh which has followed its own rules (padalingsa: word rules, numerical rules and rhyme rule) in Medium Balinese language with some Old Javanese words.

This study is a translation study focused on translation technique and quality especially on acceptability aspect. Linguistic units used to analyze is noun phrases existed in the magazine of “Colours Garuda Indonesia” published on November 2018. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Translation technique used refers to Molina&Albir and translation quality assessment uses categories proposed by Nababan, et.als. The study reveals that types of noun phrases mostly found in this study are modification noun phrases. The most commonly translated using established equivalence. The quality aspect of acceptability translation is on the score 2.7 of 3. It means result of translation can be accepted well by the reader of Bahasa Indonesia. Words or phrases translated reader comprehend them well because they are usually used in Bahasa Indonesia.

Village is the smallest administrative area in Indonesia that has an autonomous government and is given the authority to manage all government affairs (Law No. 6 of 2014) regarding villages. Jekawal Village receives village funds to prioritize, its use in increasing empowerment and dealing with unexpected disasters, such as Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose is determine the priority of village fund-spend in improving community and emergency respon’s village to Covid-19 pandemic era in 2020 fiscal year. This study used a qualitative-descriptive method. Techniques of data collections are from observation, interviews, and literature study. This research is analising to data reductions, data presentations, and found the conclusions. The research’s use structural-functional theory "AGIL" from Tallcot Parsons. And the results are shows that each village received village funds, that is Jekawal village that the village funds were prioritized for community empowerment and emergency response to village in the Covid-19 pandemic era.Keywords: Priority Of Village Funds Spend, Community Development, Covid-19 Emergency Response.<h2> </h2>AbstrakDesa merupakan wilayah administrasi terkecil di Indonesia yang memiliki pemerintahan otonom dan diberikan kewenangan untuk mengurusi mengatur semua urusan pemerintahan (Undang-Undang No. 6 tahun 2014) tentang desa. Desa Jekawal mendapatkan bantuan dana desa untuk memprioritaskan penggunaan dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan dan menangani bencana yang tak terduga, seperti saat ini di era pandemi covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prioritas penggunaan dana desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dan tanggap darurat desa di era pandemi covid-19 tahun anggaran 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan setiap desa mendapatkan dana desa salah satunya Desa Jekawal dimana dana desa dalam prioritas penggunaan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dan tanggap darurat dana desa di era pandemi covid-19 dengan penggunaan teori struktural fungsional “AGIL” dari Tallcot Parsons.Kata Kunci : Prioritas Penggunaan Dana Desa; Pemberdayaan Masyarakat; Tanggap Darurat Covid-19.

<pre>Implementation of Tri Hita Karana main goal is to realize a harmonious relationship between man and God, human with human and human with nature environment. Tri Hita Karana has been applied well by Hindu Transmigration society living in Nusa Agung Village of OKU Timur Regency of South Sumatera Province. To realize this harmonious relationship there must be a process or forms of activities implemented to realize harmony. So in this study there are three formulation of the problem to know the process or forms of activities that build harmony. (1) How to apply Tri Hita Karana to build harmony of Hindu transmigration society from Bali in Nusa Agung Village of East OKU Regency of South Sumatera Province, (2) How to apply Tri Hita Karana to build harmony of Balinese Hindu transmigration community in Nusa Agung Regency OKU East of South Sumatera Province and (3) What is the philosophical meaning contained in the implementation of Tri Hita Karana in establishing the harmony of Hindu transmigration society from Bali in Nusa Agung Village OKU Timur Regency of South Sumatera Province.</pre><pre>The theory used in this study to discuss the formulation of the problem is (1) Symbolic Interactionism Theory to dissect the problem about how Tri Hita Karana application form. (2) Structural Functional Theory to dissect the problem about how the function of Tri Hita Karana implementation. (3) Theory of Meaning to dissect the problem of what philosophical meaning is contained in the application of Tri Hita Karana. The method used in this research is the method of informants, data collection methods, data analysis methods and methods of presentation. The method of determining informants using Porposive sampling technique, data collection method using method; Obsevation, interviews, literature and documentation. Methods of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and the type of research is qualitative.</pre><pre>The results obtained in this study are (1) the form of Tri Hita Karana implementation in establishing the harmony of the Hindu transmigration community from Bali in Nusa Agung Village divided into several forms, namely; Form of ritual, form, form of marriage, form of work, form of gotong royong and form of agriculture. (2) the function of Tri Hita Karana implementation in establishing the harmony of Hindu transmigration community from Bali in Nusa Agung village divided into three functions, namely; Religious functions, social functions and economic functions. (3) philosophical meaning contained in the application of Tri Hita Karana in establishing harmony of Hindu transmigration society from Bali in Nusa Agung village divided into three meanings, namely; The nature of human relationships with God, the nature of human relationships with humans and the nature of human relationships with the natural environment.</pre>

Ternate Region which was once the center of European power in the archipelago before being transferred to Jakarta by Governor-General Jan Pieterzen Coen. (1619-1623), who later renamed Batavia, was the V.O.C (Dutch East Indian Company) headquarters, the world's first multi-national company, for Southeast Asia centered on the Orange fortress Ternate. Orange fortress built by Cornelis Metalief de Jonge in 1606-1609. V.O.C. which recorded putting his governor in Ternate as many as 55 people from 1607 to 1810, depart from this history so up to now, the existence of Dutch buildings in the city of Ternate can still be found. The method used in this research, is a qualitative descriptive method that focuses on the overall description of the form, function, and periodization associated with the legacy of the Dutch Colonial Architecture in Ternate. The existence of colonial architectural heritage in Ternate becomes very important to maintain the existence of Ternate as one of the regions that have historical value in Indonesia. In order to support it, this research process becomes very important for the development of architectural science in Ternate City and the general contribution of this research is expected to complete the documentation about the development of the city of Ternate not only in terms of its history but in terms of its architectural wealth

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Abstract The main fuction of the Bank as an funding and lending activities by offering various types of financial transaction services an attractive choice for people who do money laundering to hide money proceeds of crime. Because of that the government and Indonesian Banks make regulations related prevent money laundering that contains Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence. Bank Mandiri Syariah has implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence as an effort to prevent money laundering. This analyze aims for knowing implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence that has been applied by Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data retrieval is done by observation, interviews and documentation to three sources of informants Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur and one sources of informants that specifically handles money laundering prevention program that is SKAP( Satuan Kerja APU PPT) Bank Mandiri Syariah. Data analysis will be done by doing three steps, they are; data reductions, data display, and verification.The observation result shows that implementation Customer Due Dilligence done at the time prospective customer open the account and the Bank doubt information customer by doing identification and verification. implementation Enhanced Due Dilligence is done to customers Politically Exposed Person/ High Risk open the account, but in practiceat Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur done when there is suspicious transaction or there is a case. Reporting process suspicious transaction through the system SIAP (System Aplikasi APU PPT) to Satuan Kerja APU PPT (SKAP) Bank Syariah Mandiri then SKAP reports to PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan). From implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence Bank Mandiri Syariah has been prevent money laundering enter the financial system at Mandiri Sharia Bank.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya strategi produk dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing dengan perusahaan lain yang sejenis dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat dan perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat. Strategi produk sangat diperlukan dalam mememenuhi tuntutan konsumen seperti meningkatkan kualitas, menciptakan merek, pelayanan serta jaminan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan agar usaha mampu berkembang. Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah usaha yang sedang berkembang dan telah mampu memasarkan produk bordirnya hingga menembus pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi produk bordir di Limpapeh”s Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, jenis data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan model reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi produk yang dilakukan di Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah dimulai dari menciptakan produk bordir yang berkualitas, desain motif bordir yang up to date dan kreatif, menyediakan ukuran yang special, memberi merek pada produk bordir, memberi kemasan yang menarik (paperbag) dan serbaguna, pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan ramah serta pemberian jaminan terhadap produk border.Kata Kunci: strategi produk, pelayanan, bordir. AbstractThe problem in this study is the importance of product strategy in running a business in order to be able to survive and compete with other similar companies in conditions of intense competition and very rapid development of the times. Product strategy is very necessary in fulfilling consumer demands such as improving quality, creating brands, services and guarantees for products offered so that businesses are able to grow. Limpapeh's Kebaya is a growing business and has been able to market its embroidery products to penetrate the export market. This study aims to describe the strategy of embroidery products in Limpapeh's Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Payakumbuh City. The research method uses qualitative descriptive method, the type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with interactive model analysis techniques that are related to the subject matter, namely with a model of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, namely the product strategy carried out at Limpapeh's Kebaya, are started from creating quality embroidery products, up-to-date and creative embroidery motifs, providing special sizes, giving brands to embroidery products, giving attractive packaging (paperbag) and versatile, fast, precise and friendly service and guarantee of embroidery products. This study aims to measure the performance of fish auction process in Arumbai Market in Ambon. Primary data were collected from 43 respondents through observation and direct interview based on questionnaire. Data was analysed by qualitative descriptive method, importance performance analysis method (IPA) and gap analysis, and value for money method. The results show that: 1). There are three auction process activities namely pre auction, auction, and post auction; 2). Fisherman's satisfaction level is 67% and merchant satisfaction is 81%; and 3). The auction performance of the economic aspect is less economical, with the final value of 83%, while the fish auction performance from the efficiency aspect is less efficient with the value of 76%. For that, it needs additional officers to manage fish auction place (TPI) in Arumbai Market. In addition, the fish auction facilities (TPI) in Arumbai Market needs to be improved.

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to give understanding and clear explanation about teaching students’ listening skill by English video. Commonly, teaching listening through tape recorder, but in this research teacher shows different way, video is collaboration between pictures and sound components, and it contains a recording of a movie or television program. Students can be able to know the activity or a topic being discussion through visual aid and knowing the pictures expression clearly, this way can help students to get clear information both pronunciations and expression. Grade VIII of SMPN 15 Tangerang with total number is 20 students and 10 English teachersas the subject of the research. Qualitative descriptive method is applied in this research to explain teaching process through video clearly, however, literature and questionnaere with close answer form is given to get the data. The result of this research are: firstly, teaching listening skill through video can be used by the teacher to make a listening class is more enjoyable and understandable, because audio visual aid can cover students various learning style, finally at the end of teaching and listening process the objectives of study can be gained. Secondly; teaching listening through video is very useful way to encourage and foster students’ listening skill and their interest. Keywords: Using Video, Listening skill, teaching listening
