This research aims to conduct on-going evaluation on community-based clean water and sanitation program (PAMSIMAS) 2015-2018 in the Jogomulyo Village, Magelang Regency. PAMSIMAS is one of strategic government program to achieve clean and healthy communities by providing clean and drinking water services and sanitation based on community participation. Our on-going evaluation occupy six aspects as an analytical framework consist of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropiateness. A qualitative research with case study as research strategy was conducted to address the research aim. We triangulate both primer and secondary data to attain data source validity. Our study shows that PAMSIMAS 2015-2018 has contributed some positive results in the effort to provide clean water and sanitation services for Jogomulyo villagers. However, efficiency and resource utility aspects need to be improved to maximize the outcome of this program. There are two implications from this study. First, that government have to formulate ongoing evaluation framework since there is no on-going evaluation standard and various instrument was apllied in PAMSIMAS evaluation. Second, capacity building is necessity to build more competence management.

Credit risk is one of the most frequent risks in tough financing such as on financing using ijarah and murabahah contracts in Sharia financial institutions. The reason is due to mistakes in the analysis of financing applications and lack of cooperative readiness in managing and anticipating the possibility of risk exposure in the institution. In other hand, sharia cooperatives follow the principle of lost and profit sharing that requires a careful cooperative in managing their business in order to achieve the expected profit target.As Sakinah Cooperation Sidoarjo which has been operating for 19 years only experienced credit risk less than 1%. Therefore, this study is aimed to firstly understand and describe to what extent the implementation of risk management in sharia financing in As Sakinah Cooperation Sidoarjo is, and secondly, to understand and describe the credit risk settlement scheme that occurs in sharia financing in As Sakinah Cooperation Sidoarjo.This research used qualitative method, using a case study approach. Data are collected through interview technique at main source and documents and regulation of the cooperation as secondary data source. The data were analyzed through 3 (three) steps. They are data deduction, data display and conclusion and verification.The results show that the role of the group and the joint responsibility system become the key in reducing credit risk Keywords: management, risk, credit, Ijarah, Murabahah.

Microfinance and entrepreneurship help decrease poverty and leads to economic growth in the least developed countries (LDCs). Generally, entrepreneurs in Afghanistan are under privileged due to the lack of financial and infrastructure resources and uncertain political situations to operate their businesses.In the last decades,Afghan entrepreneurs setup their small and micro businesses with government and microfinance institutions' financial support. This research considered 28 entrepreneurs' success stories to examine how microfinance impacts their income growth after receiving loans. The study is constructed on the secondary data source,and the statistical analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS25. Therefore, the data was not normally distributed. The authors used the Wilcoxon Sing Rank Test,a Non parametric Test, and found that microfinance positively impacts an entrepreneur's income in Afghanistan. The research also indicated that there had been a significant improvement in saving level and employment opportunities since they have availed loans from MFIs/MFB. The finding of this case study,coupled with the MFIs/MFB, claims that MFIs/MFB improve the entrepreneur's income,savings and facilitate employment opportunities. The method used qualitative research methods case study type. This qualitative study using this type of case research strategy. Riduwan (2005) suggested Qualitative Methods is a research method that is used to examine the condition of scientific objects, where the researcher is a key instrument. Qualitative research uses the natural environment as a data source directly. Situation good education within the family, school, and community, as it is (naturally) without any changes and intervention by the researcher, is the object of qualitative research. Silalahi (2003: 62) and Sudjana and Ibrahim (2001: 69-71) argues the case study are (a) a study that will involve us in a more in-depth investigation and a thorough examination of the behavior of an individual, (b) research on the background rear and conditions of individuals, groups, or communities with the aim to provide a complete picture of the subject or event under study, and (c) a study conducted intensive, detailed and in-depth on the organism, institution or certain symptoms. This case study is used as the subject under study narrow and limited. The results of the research that students Studies Program PGSD FKIP Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya year class of 2012 perform individual tasks and task groups is seen that the ability to teach students, especially in terms of confidence, dare to appear, the sound loud and clear and the characters / characteristic that has not been fully owned also less able to control the situation and condition of class.

The purpose of this research are to determine the factors that affect the volume of premium rice sales of Perum Bulog Sub Division Regional Region V Kedu and to know the effect of rice quality and price on it. Method that been used in this research is case study. Data collection used observation and interview method. Data source uses primary data and secondary data. Data analyze uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that quality and price have simultaneous and partial effect on the sales volume of premium rice and both of them have same effect on sales volume of premium rice.Keywords: Premium rice, Bulog, quality and price, sales volume.

This research is based on widespread use of social media as an image for all people and as well as provides benefits for a company. The large number of social media users makes an American travel site provides reviews about travel related content and this includes reviews of restaurants. Hence, this study discusses the case study of TripaAdvisor's review of the five best restaurants in Bali. With various forms of benefits regarding the benefits of information from TripAdvisor, online reviews from consumers in promoting restaurants and consumer reviews in enhancing the image of a restaurant. The research method used is content analysis method to review from five restaurants, the variables were the value of Food, Service, Value and Atmosphere from these five restaurants and ranked five restaurants through an assessment of consumer reviews on TripAdvisor. The data source is through primary data and secondary data, namely through TripAdvisor. The description of this research is to look at every consumer online review on TripAdvisor, by choosing five of the best TripAdvisor restaurants in Bali and taking 50 consumer reviews from the top five TripAdvisor restaurants in Bali to see the benefits of these consumer reviews in promoting and improving the image of these five restaurants. The results of this study indicate that TripAdvisor is very useful in providing information to restaurants and with consumer reviews can be a tool for restaurant's promotion and able to enhance the image of a restaurant. Research presented in the paper focuses on commodification of cultural identities and community empowerment strategies of cultural tourism in Visaginas.. One of challenges in developing tourism is orientation toward profit and commodification of culture, which becomes a problem in regard to practicing authentic identities. The article presents efforts of researchers working in the project EDUATOM to scientifically substantiate construction of new educational nuclear/ atomic tourism route in the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (INPP) region. The authors discuss what diverse parameters and elements of place identity could be included and represented in the tourism in Visaginas and how community empowerment and involvement of different stakeholders might contribute to practicing various commodification strategies. The article analyses commodification of cultural identities and community empowerment strategies of educational, cultural, nuclear/atomic tourism in Visaginas, using research strategy of case study, including methods of document analysis, conversations (formal and informal) with stakeholders, secondary data analysis, construction of Post-Soviet identities and empowerment of local communities.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gaya Bahasa, diksi, intonasi, dan gagasan retorika yang dikemukakan Ustadz Handy Bonny. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif studi kasus. Metode ini dipilih untuk mendapatkan hal yang objektif dan representative. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Ustadz Handy Bonny yang didapatkan dari rekaman video ceramah di youtube. Kemudian sumber data skunder didapatkan dari media tv, internet dan lainnya. Analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan retorika dakwah Ustadz Handy Bonny yang mampu memikat jamaah yang mendengarkan ceramahnya. Beliau menggunakan banyak gaya bahasa, diksi yang sederhana, intonasi yang bagus, dan memiliki gagasan retorika yang khas. This paper aims to find out the style of language, diction, intonation, and rhetorical ideas expressed by Ustadz Handy Bonny. The research method uses a descriptive case study method. This method was chosen to get an objective and representative thing. The primary data source in this study was Ustadz Handy Bonny which was obtained from video lectures on youtube. Then secondary data sources are obtained from TV, internet and other media. Data analysis with qualitative analysis. The results of this study show the rhetoric of the preaching of Ustadz Handy Bonny that is able to lure the worshipers who listen to his lecture. He uses many styles of language, simple diction, good intonation, and has a distinctive rhetorical idea.

Access to water and sanitation services (WSS) in developing countries is constrained by the conditions of social inequality and the services affordability for the poorest households. Therefore, public policies related to WSS need to broaden in scope given the challenge of reaching all customers, especially the most vulnerable, in order to achieve a balance between the social and financial objectives of WSS. This paper will contribute to the understanding of the main access and subsidy policies in South American countries focusing on the Brazilian case study. The different experiences in this region have provided some interesting lessons about these issues for Brazil; the conclusion is that the current indirect and cross-subsidy policies are important, but the needed practices for expanding pro-poor access require direct demand-side subsidies. A more proactive intervention through public authorities is also needed. A new subsidization model for Brazil is highlighted and discussed.
