This study aims to determine the effect of basic electrical and electronic subjects on students' abilities in the practical subject of electric lighting installations in class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. This study uses a qualitative research method where the research results are presented in the form of a mathematical calculation based on the facts of the respondent's data. The results showed that the basic subjects of electricity and electronics affect the students' ability in the electric lighting installation practicum as evidenced by the value of t count 5,001 > t table 2,042, correlation value of 0.668 and coefficient of determination 0.447. Shows the data through a simple linear regression test.Keywords : Effect, basic electricity, lighting installation

AbstractConsiderable research has indicated that there is a relationship between the occurrence of depression and sexualdysfunctions. This study aims to provide an overview of the issue of depression as an outcome or cause of sexualdysfunctions, by providing a review of results and inferences from various research works. In line with this aim, documentanalysis method as a qualitative research method was used in the study. Various published documents we re analysed after acomprehensive literature review on the research topic. The results of the present study suggest that there arecomplementary research results in the literature showing that depression may be regarded both as an outcome and a causeor precedent of sexual dysfunctions. Implications for further research and practices are also provided.Keywords: Depression, qualitative research, review, sexual dysfunctions.

Murabahah financing is one of the most common types of contracts applied in Islamic banking financing activities. This is because most of the credit and financing provided by the banking sector in Indonesia relies on the consumer sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of murabahah margin income on the increase in capital of Bank Syari'ah Mandiri. The research method used is a simple linear regression quantitative analysis. From the results of the coefficient of determination shows that murabahah margin income to increase the capital of Bank Syari'ah Mandiri has no significant effect, only contributing 6.6% and the remaining 93.4% can be explained by other factors such as liabilities, wadi'ah demand deposits, wadi'ah savings, burdens and mudharabah savings.

AbstractThis research aims to bring out the true meaning of the Gospel text Luke 3: 10-14. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a content analysis approach and exegetical study. The research results obtained are that Luke 3: 10-14 confirms to everyone to share and spread love to others, and rebuke each person to be able to suffice from their own rights so that we should not rob or take the rights of other people. Luke 3:10-14 also teaches us to have the concept of a life of frugal spirituality, which is the concept of a simple and adequate life.Keywords: Spirituality; Frugal; Luke's Gospel Study.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat keluar makna yang sebenarnya dari teks Injil Lukas 3:10-14. Metode Penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi dan study eksegetis. Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bahwa Lukas 3:10-14 ini menegaskan kepada setiap orang untuk saling berbagi dan menebarkan cinta kasih kepada sesama, dan menegur keras setiap orang untuk dapat mencukupi diri dari apa yang menjadi haknya, artinya kita tidak boleh merampas atau mengambil hak orang lain. Lukas 3:10-14 ini juga mengajarkan kepada kita untuk memiliki konsep hidup spiritualitas keugaharian, yaitu konsep hidup sederhana dan hidup berkecukupan.Kata Kunci: Spritualitas; Keugaharian; Studi Injil Lukas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan mengkaji secara anilitis tentang Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kritik seni holistik. Tahap penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Seluruh data yang didapat kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kritik holistik yang mencakup faktor genetik, faktor objektif serta faktor afektif. Hasil temuan bahwa Kesenian Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu merupakan kesenian yang diciptakan selain sebagai sarana hiburan juga sebagai sarana edukasi. Terdapat pesan-pesan moral dibalik setiap penyajiannya seperti semangat juang, kerja keras dan perintah-perintah untuk melakukan kebaikan.Kata kunci: Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu, Kritik Seni Holistik.AbstractThe goal of this research is to describe and carry out an analytical study of Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu. A qualitative research method is used with a holistic art criticism approach. The stages of the research include data collection through observation, interviews, and a library study. All the data obtained is then analyzed using a holistic art criticism approach which includes the genetic factors, objective factors, and affective factors. The research results show that the art of Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu was created as a form of entertainment and also as a medium for education. Every performance contains moral messages, such as the need for a fighting spirit, the importance of hard work, and instructions to perform good deeds.Keywords: Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu, Holistic Art Criticism.

The research was conducted at Elementary School 006 Of Perawang Barat. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance at Elementary School 006 Of Perawang Barat. The research method is descriptive with quantitative approach, with the research population is teachers of Elementary School 006 Of Perawang Barat as many as 43 teachers. While the number of samples determined in this study is the entire population minus 1 principal so that a total of 42 teachers. Based on simple linear regression equation Y = 22,609 + 0,744X. hence seen constants equal to 22,609, so influace of principal leadership on teacher performance is positive proven b = 0,744 meaning that every increase of headmaster leadership one unit will increase teacher performance at Elementary School 006 Of Perawang Barat at 1,235. The Leadership variable with tcount 4,264 > ttable 2,021 with significant level 0.000 less than 5%. Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning the leadership variable of principal has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Elementary School 006 Of Perawang Barat. The value of R-square (coefficient of determination) is 0,313, this indicates that the principal's leadership contributes to the teacher performance in Elementary School 006 Of Perawang Barat by 31,3%, while the rest (100% - 31,3%) = 68,7% influenced by other variable outside of variable in this research.

This research aims to discuss a public response to education and prevention of COVID-19 on social media Instagram @satgascovididijatim and to discuss the effectiveness of media social Instagram as a medium for conveying information to the public. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection by observations, interviews, and documentation. There are two points to these research results. First, the Indonesian Doctor’s Association (IDI) of East Java conducts education and prevention of COVID-19 through the @satgascovidiidijatim Instagram account to the whole community especially the East Java community, to prevent the transmission of the coronavirus. Secondly, the community gives a response that is response cognitive, affective, and behavioral. This response states that Instagram account @satgascovididijatim is one of the effective media for delivering massage education and prevention COVID-19 to the public through social media Instagram.

Abstrak Penelitaian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang bagaimana implementasi multikulturalisme antara masyarakat agama hindu dengan masyarakat agama islam dalam tradisi perang topat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan studi kasus. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah memilih masalah, mengumpulkan bahan yang relevan, menentukan strategi dan mengembangkan instrument, mengumpulkan data, menafsirkan data dan melaporkan hasil penelitian. Peneliti mewawancarai tiga narasumber yaitu Kepala Desa Lingsar, Pemangku Kemaliq Lingsar dan Ketua Pengurus Pura Lingsar. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Desa Lingsar Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat pada bulan Februari-April 2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan cara mengimplementasikan multikulturalisme adalah: (1) Selalu menjaga komunikasi antar umat beragama, tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, dan pemuda. (2) Penyampaian tentang pentingnya mengimplementasian multikulturalisme pada kegiatan keagamaan maupun musyawarah. (3) Melibatkan kedua agama dalam setiap kegiatan. (4) Perlu adanya rasa toleransi dan saling menghormati. (5) Menjaga kelestarian tradisi Perang Topat dengan cara tetap melaksanakan tradisi tersebut. Dan (6) Memberikan pengetahuan kepada pemuda selaku pewaris tradisi Perang Topat tentang pentingnya menjaga kerukunan dan multikulturalisme. Kata Kunci: Implementasi multikulturalisme, tradisi perang topat. Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of multiculturalism between Hindu religious communities and Islamic religious communities in the Topat War Tradition. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method using case studies. The steps taken are choosing the problem, determine strategy and develop instruments, collecting data, interpret data and report research results. The researcher interviewed three speakers, namely the Head of Lingsar Village, Pemangku Kemaliq Lingsar and the Chairperson of Pura Lingsar. This research was conducted in Lingsar Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency in February-April 2020. The results of this study conclude how to implement multiculturalism are: (1) Always maintain communication between religious communities, community leaders, and youth. (2) Submission of the importance of implementing multiculturalism in religious and deliberative activities. (3) Involving both religions in every activity. (4) There needs to be a sense of tolerance and mutual respect. (5) Maintaining the tradition of Topat War by continuing to carry out the tradition. And (6) Providing knowledge to the youth as the heir to the Topat War tradition about the importance of maintaining harmony and multiculturalism. Abstract. This study analyzes how the position of women in household life in patriarchal culture in Sundanese society which was also described in a short story entitled "Si Bocokok" by Holisoh ME. The story was written in Sundanese language. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research method, so that the research results were described in the form of a description. The analysis was conducted on the texts in the short story using social semiotics theory. The results of the analysis found texts with linguistic markers in the form of phrases, clauses, proverbs and metaphors which described the excesses of the implementation of patriarchal culture in Sundanese society in the short stories.Keywords: Social Semiotics, Patriarchy, Short story.Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana posisi perempuan dalam kehidupan rumah tangga dalam budaya patriarki pada masyarakat Sunda yang digambarkan dalam cerita pendek berbahasa Sunda berjudul “Si Bocokok” karya Holisoh ME. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif sehingga hasil penelitian dijabarkan dalam bentuk deskripsi. Analisis dilakukan terhadap teks-teks dalam cerpen Sunda berjudul “Si Bocokok” dengan menggunakan teori semiotika sosial. Hasil analisis menemukan teks-teks dengan pemarkah linguistik berupa frasa, klausa, pribahasa dan metafora yang menggabarkan adanya ekses-ekses penerapan budaya patriarki dalam masyarakat sunda dalam cerpen tersebut. Kata kunci: Semiotika Sosial, Patriarki, Cerpen.

Instagram account @bekasifood is an account that often shares various culinary informations. This information can be used as a basis and reference for the tendency of the community or followers of the account in choosing the type of culinary. This study aims to determine the effect of exposure to the Instagram account @bekasifood on preferences in choosing culinary in Bekasi. The research method used is a quantitative method with the main theory of Uses and Gratification. Determination of the sample size in this study uses the Taro Yamane formula. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, namely the T test and F test, the result shows that preference in choosing culinary in Bekasi can be influenced by exposure to the Instagram account @bekasifood. Aimed at the simple linear regression test and t test that motives affect preference in choosing culinary in Bekasi. The hypothesis which states that “there is a significant effect of exposure to the @bekasifood Instagram account on preferences in choosing culinary in Bekasi for followers is accepted. In this study, it can be seen that the value of the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.733. These result explains the ability of the account exposure variable (X) to influence the preference variable in choosing culinary (Y) followers of the @bekasifood Instagram account, which is 73.3%, while the rest is explained by other factors not found in this study.

This research is focused on visual elements contained in Kusdono's Cirebon glass painting. To examine the meaning of visual elements, the writer uses the aesthetic approach and Erwin Panofsky's iconographic approach through 3 stages: the description of pro-iconography, iconography, and finally, iconology. The methodology used is a descriptive qualitative research method, with data collection techniques from books and journals related to the research object. The purpose of this study is to examine and uncover the meaning of Cirebon glass paintings. These research results are Semar as the principal figure in the clown who always do good, keep the truth, and obey His teachings closely related to Islam. Arabic calligraphy reinforces Semar's figure. Many use mega cloudy and wadasan ornaments in the Cirebon glass painting, which are Cirebon batik motifs. Also, the colors used are coastal colors due to the City of Cirebon's geographical location close to the beach.
