The relationship between employee performance and job satisfaction lies in the achievement of a goal. The existence of organizational support signifies the implementation of leadership has run according to the needs of the organization. Job satisfaction has adirect influence on the dependent variable Organization Citizenship Behavior. This makes the Organization Citizenship Behavior a new concept in performance systems because high employee performance creates a high quality of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect relationship between leadership and Organization Citizenship Behavior on employee performance through job satisfaction variables. The path analysis technique is used to testthe relationship between variables with the help of SPSS software. The primary data in this study were the results of the questionnaire related to the variables studied as many as 113 respondents from employees of PT. FIF Rantauprapat. The test results show leadershiphas no significant direct relationship to employee performance, whereas Organization Citizenship Behavior has a significant direct relationship to job satisfaction through employee performance variables because it has a p-value (0,000) smaller than the sig level (0,1)and has t-value (5,714) is greater than t-hit (1,96).

An organization always need good employees to achieve the goals, Willingness to work optimally, being able to volunteer to work, not just fixing on his duties and responsibilities as a member of the organization becomes important. This research aims to look at the effect of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between Islamic work ethics (IWE) and perceived organizational support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). A total 64 manufacturing company employees participated in the study. The results showed that job satisfaction can be a mediator between IWE and POS on OCB. It was found that the effect of IWE on OCB directly is more significant than indirect relationship. Conversely, impact of POS on OCB indirectly is more significant than direct relationship. This means that without job satisfaction POS can significantly influence OCB.

There have been many studies on organizational culture. However, there have been not many studies on safety culture especially in Indonesia. Furthermore, the studies of safety culture in its relations to leadership styles, job satisfaction and employee performance have been little. This study examines the impacts of safety culture and leadership styles on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Primary data was obtained from the perception of employees who worked at Mining Operations Division of PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, copper/gold mine in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara province. Data was collected through questionnaires sent to 150 employees, mostly heavy equipment operators and several field foremen. 131 were completed and returned however only 119 were valid for analysis. Statistical method used to test each hyphotesis was path analysis. The results showed that most hypothesis were confirmed. From five hypothesis, only one (H2) that had to be rejected. While four hypothesis i.e. H1, H3, H4 and H5were accepted. These results indicated that safety culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction (H1) but has no significant impact on performance (H2). Whilst leadership style has a significant impact on both job satisfaction (H3) and employee performance (H4). Finally, job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance (H5). As benefits an organization, one of the strategic functions play an important role in banking is its human resources. This aim of the research was to find out the significant influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance through job motivation, either directly or indirectly. The objectof the research were bank employees in Merauke City. The data consisted of primary data obtained using questionnaire give to respondents related to compensation, job satisfaction, motivation and performance of employees. The data were analyzed using quantitative approach through path analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that (1) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on job motivation, (2) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employees performance. (3) compensation indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employees performance through job motivation, and (4) job satisfaction indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employess performance through job motivation of bank employees' in Merauke City.

This study examines how much influence the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employee performance. This study aims to know and analyze How the Influence of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, to Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. Technique Determination of the sample is done through purposive (purposive sampling), using sampling rendom samples, by distributing questionnaires to technical service personnel of PT. Citayasa Perdana. This research is designed as an explanatory research model, that is to explain how the influence of job satisfaction, commitment, in improving Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees. Therefore, after considering the objectives and proposed hepotesis problem and the available data, in this research digunalan 2 kinds of analysis, namely: 1). Descriptive analysis, and 2). Path Analysis (pats analysis). The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction affects the commitment of oranisasi, the satisfaction of the influence of Organizational Behavior Organizational Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Commitment affect the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Job Satisfaction also affect the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Commitment Organization. ABSTRAK Organisasi umumnya percaya bahwa keunggulan harus tetap dipertahankan demi meningkatnya kinerja, karena kinerja pada dasarnya mempengaruhi kerja tim atau kerja kelompok dan pada akhirnya mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengejar dan meningkatkan kinerja diperlukan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen dan perilaku sportif individu. Penelitian ini menguji seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) untuk kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Bagaimana Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 285 employees and a sample of 167 respondents. This research was conducted in the Engineering Department, PT. Semen Padang by using primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis technique and is operated through SPSS 16.0. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation and compensation directly had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation through job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, compensation through satisfaction work on performance has no significant effect.

This study aim to determine The Effect of Job Statisfaction, Motivation dan Work Environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with participative leadership style as an intervening variable on the Employees of  PT. Surabaya Laundry Sentosa. This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 60 section / production employees at PT. Surabaya Laundry Sentosa. The analytical tool used in this study is the path analysis technique (path analysis) with the help of software for the operating system called SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sience) version 25.0. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurements used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), motivation also influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), participative leadership style influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), In addition, job satisfaction, motivation, work environment and participative leadership style have a direct and indirect influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Human resources is the most important element to achieve the company goals. The performance of company can be influenced with several things such as motivation, satisfaction, and disciplie. It wiil be give the company good impact. Because of their performance. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Astron Optindo Industries. The research using quantitave description menthod with structural equation model analysis (SEM). The data used in this study uses primary data obtained from the answers of 100 respondents.The results show that motivation has a positive influence on employee job statisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,001. Discipline has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,000. Motivation has has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,000. Discipline has a positive influence on employee performance with a p value of 0,000. Satisfaction has has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,000. Satisfaction has has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, shown with a p value are 0,006. Satisfaction has a positive influence on employees as mediators of motivation and discipline on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy, self-actualization, job satisfaction and organization citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance in PT. Ispat Panca Putera (IPP), either simultaneously or partially. data collection was done by questionnaire and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The sample used in this study is 60 respondents from the total employee population of 150 people, using simple random sampling method.

This aim of research is to know the effect of implementation managerial competencies, compensation and career planning toward employee performances through Job satisfaction at PT. BANK BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Pekanbaru Branch. The number of populations in this research was 71 employee at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk Micro Banking Division (MUR) Branch Pekanbaru. According to sampling qualification, all of population will be used for sampling research. Data collecting method employed questioner within conducted validity test, reliability test. Hypothesis test employed normality test, linierity test, Multicolinearity test, path analysis, F test, and test t. The result of this research found that : 1) there is a significant effect of managerial competencies toward job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,234; 2) there is a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,233; 3) there is significant effect of career planning on job satisfaction with path analysis of 0,237; 4) there is a significance effect of managerial competencies on employee performance with path analysis of 0,339; 5) there is a significance effect of compensation on employee performance with path analysis of 0,264; 6) there is a significance effect of career planning on employee performance with path analysis of 0,222; 7) there is a significance effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with path analysis of 0,208. This research also found that the most influence factors is the managerial competencies.
