The objectives of the research are to discover planning, procurement, inventory, utilizing, and deletion of productive learning facilities and infrastructure in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar. The research employed descriptive qualitative approach with the data resources namely the principal, vice principal of facility and infrastructure, vice principal of curriculum, the head of study program, the head of workshop, and the head of sub-administrative division who were chosen by using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by using data reduction, data display, and conculsion drawing/verification. The data validity of the research was checked by using credibility test (degree of trust) with obsecvational persistence technique and triangulation method.The result of the research reveal that the management of productive learning facilities and infrastructures conducted in SMK Negeri3 Makassar is fairly good. It can be seen from: (1) the planning of productive learning facilities and infrastructures which was conducted in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar was through activities, namely needs analysis, priority scale determination, budgeting and proposal preparation, (2) the procurement of productive learning facilities and infrastructuresin SMK Negeri 3 Makassar was conducted firstly by disbursing the budget according to activity plan and school budget (RKAS), then conducted procurement by buying equipments directly to the shop of factoryby using school operational fund (BOS). Besides, the help of the procurement of productive learning facilities and infrastructures was also coming from local government, (3) the procedure of the inventory of productive learning facilities and infrastructures in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar was conducted through note-taking, giving code, and reporting quarterly and annually, (4)productive learning facilities and infrastructures in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar was used according which was effective and efficient, so in operating the equipment, it used guidance in a form of guidance book and followed instructions from productive subject teachers, (5) the deletion of productive learning facilities and infrastructures in SMK Negeri3 Makassar was conducted on productive facilities and infrastructures which could not be used anymore/broken by destroying them.

<p><em><span lang="IN">The purpose of this study is to know the management of productive zakat for the economic empowerment of society in LAZISNU Kudus. This study uses a qualitative approach and is described descriptively. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. While data analysis using data reduction, data display and verification. From the results of the study concluded that the management of productive zakat funds conducted by LAZISNU Kudus using the stages in management science. The steps in the empowerment of productive zakat by LAZISNU Kudus include data collection, supervision and supervision. There are two obstacles facing LAZISNU, internal and external factors. Among the internal factors are limited funds provided, lack of coordination, lack of adequate human resources and administrative management that is still traditional. While external factors include is still a lot of muzakki who pay zakat outside amil institutions and mustahik less know management business.</span></em></p>

This research is motivated by the pessimism of the Head of Islamic Education in improving their careers to a higher level. This situation is inseparable from the role and guidance carried out by the Madrasah supervisor. This study aims to: 1) Know the supervision of Madrasah that have not been accountable in fostering the career of the head of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi Province. 2) Determine the accountability of supervisors of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi Province. 3) Knowing the career of the head of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi Province. 4) Knowing the accountability of madrasah supervisors in the career development of Madrasah heads in Jambi Province.The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using the Creswell model and data validity techniques using data triangulation. The results of the research on the accountability of madrasah supervisors can be seen from the existence of transparency, liability, controllability, responsibility, responsiveness, ability, development, skills, training, and care. Career Head of Madrasah can be seen from the implementation of the stages of planning, growth, direction, exploration, development, stabilization, innovative work, professional ability, promotion, promotion, and appreciation. The conclusion is that the accountability of madrasah supervisors can develop the career of the Head of the Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Jambi Province. The implication of this study is that the accountability of madrasah supervisors is able to develop the career of the Madrasah Chief.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Cianjur dalam membangun kesadaran pengunjung taman alun-alun Cianjur untuk menerapkan budaya Kebersihan, Keindahan, Keamanan, Ketertiban, dan Kenyamanan (K5). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta teknik sampling menggunakan snowball sampling. Teknis analisis data dengan Model Miles dan Huberman. Teori yang digunakan peneliti adalah Kurt Lewin dalam Saefullah dan Rusdiana (2016:4). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam upaya membangun kesadaran pengunjung untuk berbudaya K5 Pemerintah Daerah telah melakukan: (1) Kebersihan, yaitu dengan menyediakan tempat sampah diberbagai spot yang ada, (2) Keindahan, yaitu sudah memfokuskan rumput sintetis sebagai daya tarik pengunjung berkunjung dan spot yang lain sebagai penunjang, (3) Keamanan, yaitu sudah menyediakan pos penjagaan dan menugaskan SATPOL PP untuk berkeliling disetiap spot di Taman Alun-Alun Cianjur telah memadai, (4) Ketertiban, aturan yang telah disediakan melalui plang/papan pengumuman yang ada sebagian pengunjung telah mengetahui dari sosial media, (5) Kenyamanan, sudah memperbanyak penanaman pohon dikhususkan untuk saat ini daerah rumput sintetis. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa upaya Pemerintah Daerah dalam membangun kesadaran pengunjung sudah memadai, meskipun masih banyak pengunjung yang masih kurang menyadari akan pentingnya menerapkan K5 di taman alun-alun Cianjur, sehingga dibutuhkan proses sosialisasi dan upaya penindakan bagi mereka yang mengabaikan aspek-aspek K5 tersebut. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the efforts of the Regional Government of Cianjur Regency in building awareness of visitors to the Cianjur square park to apply the culture of Cleanliness, Beauty, Security, Order, and Comfort (K5). This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation as well as sampling techniques using snowball sampling. Technical data analysis with Miles and Huberman Model. The theory used by the researcher is Kurt Lewin in Saefullah and Rusdiana (2016: 4). The results of this study indicate that in an effort to build visitor awareness for K5 culture, the Regional Government has carried out: (1) Cleanliness, namely by providing trash cans in various existing spots, (2) Beauty, which has focused on synthetic grass as anattraction for visitors to visit and spot others as support, (3) Security, which has provided a guard post and assigned the PP SATPOL to go around every spot in Cianjur Square Park, (4) Orderliness, the rules that have been provided through signposts / bulletin boards that have some visitors already know from social media, (5) Convenience, has increased tree planting specifically for the artificial turf area at this time. Thus it can be seen that the local government's efforts in building visitor awareness are adequate, although there are still many visitors who are still not aware of the importance of implementing K5 in Cianjur square park, so a process of socialization and action is needed for those who ignore these K5 aspects.

The collection of data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of qualitative data. The process is done with the data reduction, the data display, and conclusion drawing / verification.

The research applied symbolic convergence theory as the main theories, with the subjective- interpretive paradigm. Through a qualitative approach, this study was conducted by using fantasy themes analysis. The subjects of this study were members of Marines retiree who lives in Tanah Baru and Rangkapan Jaya Baru, Depok. The object of this research was the aspect of communication in the form of verbal and nonverbal symbols of Marine retiree group members in expressing their fantasy themes. Thirteen informants were chosen as the sample with purposive and snowball sampling techniques. This study aimed to find and identify the fantasy themes of Marine retiree group through elements of setting, character, and action. The results show that the story of Marine retiree group is a bridge that connects the experience of the retired members of the Marines in the events of the past with the present time.

This article aims to describe how the model of integrated political education based on the five qualities of the Padang branch of the Islamic Student Association (HMI). The problem is focused on the Padang branch HMI integrated political education model. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data is collected through documentation studies, interviews, observations, and FGD (focus group discussion). Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and decision making. Data validity was tested by source triangulation. This study concludes that the integrated political education model based on the five qualities of the HMI aspirants of the Padang branch is based on the objectives of the HMI with formal, non-formal and informal forms of political education.

Implementation of education in the Covid-19 era still has to pay attention to the needs of children, including in formal educational institutions such as madrasah diniyah. Of course the learning that is carried out is in the corridor of health protocols and the use of online or online systems. Obstacles and obstacles are certainly the minus side of online system learning. This paper seeks to examine in detail the problems of online-based learning in non-formal educational institutions. The focus of the discussion is aimed at the problematic aspects and efforts to solve them at Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with interview techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) the internet network, the cost of internet data packages, and the limited number of family smartphones are the problems of learning the online system at Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda; (2) Some of the efforts that the teacher can make are preparing online learning, preparing a new schedule and socializing that the teaching and learning process will be through online learning.

This work evaluates the accuracy of seasonal rainfall prediction by the Nigerian Meteorological Agency by comparing it with the actual amount of rainfall received. It also measures the perception of the farmers regarding such prediction in the case of Kano State using data collected for the years 2009-2015. A total of eighty structured questionnaires were administered to the respondents in selected areas including Mariri, Hotoro, Zaria road and Gwarzo using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. When comparison between the predicted and the observed amount of rainfall received in the study area was made, the outcome showed a high level of variation throughout the years under study. The results further revealed that the majority of the respondents were not aware of convectional rainfall levels or assumed that the modern prediction method is unreliable. The current study recommends massive sensitization of farmers about the modern rainfall prediction methods considering the erratic nature of the weather and the changing climate, particularly in this era of global climate change.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk; (1) mengetahui dan mengkaji upaya penanaman nilai-nilai religius di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor Lombok Timur; (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat pengembangan nilai-nilai religius di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor Lombok Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Kelurahan Pancor Kabupaten Lombok Timur Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, penarikan serta pengujian kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penanaman  nilai-nilai religius di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor ditempuh melalui beberapa upaya, yakni: (a) melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas melalui kegiatan keagamaan; (b) menggunakan berbagai strategi; serta (c) menjalin kerja sama sekolah dengan orang tua siswa; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penanaman nilai-nilai religius berasal dari faktor guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa.Kata kunci: nilai, religius, perilaku keagamaan siswa  INCULCATING RELIGIOUS VALUES IN MADRASAH ALIYAH NAHDLATUL WATHAN PANCOR EAST LOMBOKAbstractThis research is intended for: (1) knowing and reviewing the effort of inculcating religious values in Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor East Lombok; (2) analyzing the factors that hamper the Inculcating of religious values in Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor East Lombok. The method used in this research is case study method with qualitative approach. The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan, Pancor Sub-District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The results showed that: (1) inculcating of religious values in Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor taken through several efforts, namely: (a) through teaching and learning activities in the classroom or outside the classroom through religious activities; (b) using various strategies, and (c) establish school cooperation with parents of students; (2) factors influencing the inculcating of religious values are derived from teachers, students, and parents.Keywords: values, religious, student’s religious behavior
