In this era of truant behavior becomes a bad habit of students so that guidance and counseling strategies are needed that are able to overcome these behaviors. The purpose of this study is to prove the factors underlying students who often play truant and to explain the behavior patterns of students who often play truant. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques with students in various circles as research subjects. The results of this study state that there are a number of underlying factors such as internal factors, namely oneself and external factors, namely family factors, and school factors with truant behavior patterns, which are playing playstation or internet, hanging out, hanging out, hanging out with friends who play truant. Truant behavior results in academic and student behavior every day. If students do not take part in the academics conducted on that day, students experience lagging in learning and result in students not understanding the learning material. The results of this study serve as input for students to be more disciplined in participating in learning and not have a sustainable impact.

This article aims to look for learning problems faced by students of class VI MIS Handapherang-Ciamis, the teacher's efforts and the steps taken to overcome these problems. By using qualitative-descriptive method, research concludes; First, students experience difficulty in reading and writing. The problem factor comes from the parents and from the students themselves. Second, the efforts made by the class teacher at school to grade VI students who experience learning problems that is maximizing their sense of hearing by listening to the teacher when explaining the learning material, guided when the child does not understand the learning material and finally teacher guided when the child does not pay attention to the teacher explaining in learning process. Third, the teacher's stages in overcoming student learning problems starts from determining the problem to solving the problems that occur in students of class VI MIS Handapherang.

ABSTRACTThis study aimed at discovering the students’ in chemistry class at grade X of SMA Negeri 1Sungai Ambawang. A qualitative descriptive method was employed in this study. As many as62 students participated as the subjects. Two techniques were used in this study. They weremeasurement and indirect communication techniques. The indirect technique used 30 testquestions and 30 items of questionnaire. The result of analysis indicated that the students who had problems in understanding the terms were 48,99 %, the students who had problem in understanding the concept were 41,32%, and the students who had problems in calculating were 70,97%. The results of the questionnaire showed that the internal factors of motivation and interest were 59,25%. This is considered as the influential factor in the students’ difficulties. While the external factor, with the average percentage of 85,4% deal with the students’ difficulties were family, facilities and infrastructures, family condition, school, teachers, learning facilities, school building, mass media, and neighborhood. This is considered as the factor that didn’t influent the students’,difficulties in chemistry class.Keywords: Analysis, learning difficulties, chemistry learning

Identity of Indonesia as agrarian country begins fading. A lot of the traditional farmers change their job to industrial sectors then impacting on behavior patterns of society to the environment and reducing the knowledge and skills in the traditional farming. The issues examined are the vocabulary of Sundanese traditional agricultural systems by using study the structure and semantics. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. This research applies some theories from Djajasudarma (2009 and 2013), Kridalaksana (2005), and Ramlan (1991). The results of this study that a category of vocabulary of Sundanese traditional agriculture systems divide into four classes, verbs and verbal, nouns and nominal, numeralia, derivative formand adjectives. The structure divides into two forms; base form and derivative form. Derivative form has four types, affixation, reduplication, acronym, and the combined of word. The meaning of vocabulary referring to tools and equipment, cultivation activities, circumstances and conditions of paddy, planting, place and crock, time, traditional ceremonies, community leaders’ rice pests, and size or dosage.ABSTRAKIdentitas Indonesia sebagai negara agraris mulai luntur. Tidak sedikit petani tradisional beralih pekerjaan ke sektor industri sehingga berdampak pada pola perilaku masyarakat terhadap lingkungan serta mengikis pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam tata cara bertani tradisional. Masalah yang diteliti adalah kosakata sistem pertanian tradisional berbahasa Sunda dengan menggunakan kajian struktur dan makna. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori Djajasudarma (2009 dan 2013), Kridalaksana (2005), dan Ramlan (1991) . Berdasarkan penelitian, diketahui empat kelas kata yang ditemukan, yaitu verba(l), nomina(l), numeralia, dan adjektiva. Struktur kosakata ada dua bentuk, yaitu bentuk dasar dan turunan. Bentuk turunan ada empat, yaitu berdasarkan afiksasi, reduplikasi, akronim, dan gabungan kata. Makna kosakata mengacu pada peralatan dan perkakas, aktivitas penggarapan, keadaan dan kondisi padi, proses penanaman, nama tempat dan wadah, nama waktu, upacara tradisional, tokoh masyarakat, hama padi, serta ukuran atau takaran.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of traffic driving simulations at Qilpi Al Jihad Kindergarten in Surabaya. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method. The author focuses on applying traffic driving simulations with used media to improve discipline in children from an early age. The author observes 4 times meetings. Each of their meetings plays a different role but with the same content. Media used materials used are available at school and have been adapted to the material being taught. The research subjects were the Qilpi Al Jihad Surabaya Kindergarten which numbered 14 students. All students use media from used materials at each meeting for 30 minutes. The results showed that learning media through varied media used materials will make children more enthusiastic and enthusiastic to learn because it is not boring. However, for children who do not understand the traffic signs and regulations that have been explained by the teacher, they will experience difficulties and confusion. This study aims to describe code switching in classroom communication from the sociolinguistic point of view. The research subjects comprised 12 English teachers in senior high schools in the Province of Yogyakarta Special Territory. The data were code switching utterances from English to Indonesian and vice versa in English language learning in the classroom. The data were analyzed using the qualitative descriptive method. The findings show that code switching has three functions, i.e. (a) material delivery, (b) classroommanagement, and (3) discourse markers. With reference to such functions, code switching in English language learning can be made as far as it satisfies academic functions. As the students’ English mastery improves, the use of code switching needs to be reduced.

The rejection of potential leaders who are not from the same group can affect national-level political stability. To avoid that, the government formed BPIP or Agency of Pancasila Ideology Education with the task of protecting the ideology of Pancasila. This research aims to analyze the formation of BPIP with research subjects of 7 teachers who teach PPKn at 7 Madrasyah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High Schools) of Bagan Sinembah subdistrict. In order to answer the problem formulation, the researchers use a qualitative descriptive method with research instruments using interviews, observation, and questionnaires and then analyze it using the Liker scale to reach conclusions. The results of data analysis conclude that teachers who teach Pancasila and Citizenship Education subject support the formation of BPIP initiated by the government that continue to improve its performance to maintain the Pancasila ideology. Or otherwise, it can have a major impact on social disintegration.

Reseach in designed with a qualitative approach. Thi issues to be discussed  between laun (1) How was  the process of implementing independent science learning “Merdeka Belajar” in the early age children at home TK Werdhi Kumara Punggul. (2) Is the tone of chidren aged in the learning era humbled at kindergarten weerdi Kumara Punggul. The aim of this research is to describe learning process, describes the efforts that in the proses teacing of sains at TK Werdi Kumara Punggul. Theory used for analyzing the problem is the constructivist theory of piaget, this research was carried out from Nopember 2020 to February 2021 with research location at TK werdi Kumara Punggul,  Abiansemal, District Badung regency. The research subjects were teachers, children aged 4-5 years which amounted to 5 children. The method used in this  study is qualitative descriptive method. data collection techniques through observation direct  interviews, documentation and literature study data analysis techniques  used analysis and arranged in a description data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions the results of the study sho the process of applying the media learning science “Merdeka Belajar” in earli childhood diera learning at home divided into 3 stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages, with the learning method used namely telling stories, questios and answere.</em></p>

The issue of teacher’s performance has become a central point which is interesting to discuss by many people today. The fact shows that most teachers of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, do not participate in coaching students effectively. This research employed qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were teachers and principals at SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar. The results showed that low levels of teacher’s performance to student development is influenced by internal factors, namely the ability and motivation of teachers and the external factors are influenced by the physical working environment , and principal’s management. Teachers of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, have not been fully able to motivate, nurture, and guide students in order to achieve effective learning.

The effect of negative conversation occurs intensively in children aged 3-4 years because it is a period of imitation. This period is one of the stages of socialization that a child gets within his family's scope. This study aims to comprehensively examine the negative conversations that affect language acquisition, especially phonological acquisition, mainly acquiring vowels that occur in SM and NS. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The study results revealed that negative conversation significantly affected children's language acquisition and its characteristics. The concrete reality at this stage, especially when the family says anything, then gradually the child brain area will process it. The child will repeat it. This phenomenon occurs repeatedly, and then it is not imagined that he will speak these words spontaneously. A child tends to say it without understanding the meaning. Still, it will affect his character if the negative sentences internalized to his thought. Adopting this negative conversation tends to have unideal characteristics because a child does not imitate his negative words. Still, he tries to understand the meaning uttered by the person closest to him. In this case, the study results reveal that negative conversations significantly affect children's language acquisition and affect their characteristics. The conclusion is that language acquisition through an unfavourable exchange is obtained by internal (family) factors and external factors.

The research aims to find out how the implementation of the home visit program and what are the inhibiting factors as well as supporting factors. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method of collecting data observations, interviews, and documentation. The process of data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are: (1) The application of a home visit program in growing awareness of the law on school rules is one of the activities that are very helpful for schools in dealing with problematic students, both in student behavior and in teaching and learning activities. (2) Implementation of a home visit program in growing awareness of the law in the code of conduct also has supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors are the administration of correspondence or assignment letters that are complete and easy, and the time for student affairs is also easy for us to take home visits. While the inhibiting factors are very much the student's house which is far away, then the minimal transportation costs and the time when visiting the parents of students is not at home.
