The development of tourism in Badung Regency which is focused in South Badung needs to be equalized by developing the potentials of the rural areas, one of which is Pangsan Village, as superiority in North Badung; otherwise, tourism will never equally benefit all the areas. However, the potentials the Pangsan Village has in tourism have not been developed yet. This study aims at (1) identifying the potentials as a tourist attraction; (2) analyzing the internal and external environment, and (3) formulating the strategies used and programs created to develop Pangsan Village as a tourist destination. The result of analysis of internal and external environment indicated that Pangsan Village was categorized as fair (on cell V), that is using the general strategies of market penetration and product development. From the SWOT analysis, the alternative strategies were the SO (Strengths Opportunities) strategy which could be tourism product development and market penetration; the ST (Strengths Threats) which could be applied by improving security and comfort, and strengthening the specific characteristics of Pangsan Village; the WO (Weaknesses Opportunities) strategy which could be applied by developing the basic and supporting facilities and infrastructure, strengthening collaboration and promotion; the WT strategy (Weaknesses Threats) which could be applied by developing the human resources and the groups that were aware of tourism “Kelompok Sadar Wisata”. Djuanda Forest Park as a conservation forest has great potential as a tourist destination because there are a lot of attractions in one area. Nevertheless, the number of domestic and foreign visitors in several months is still low. Therefore, this study was aimed at determining and analyzing the internal and external environment of Djuanda Forest Park as well as formulating the marketing strategies to increase the number of visitors. This study first set the internal and external factors and formulated the SWOT Matrix. The analysis results based on the internal-external analysis suggested that the strategic position of the forest park lies in cell V (five) by which the applied strategies are to hold and maintain through the market penetration and product development. The SWOT analysis generates several strategies that can be grouped into market penetration and product development

<p>This study aims at describing potentials of halal tourism destination in Aceh by analyzing readiness of tourism destination through perceptions of tourism travel agents and tourists in developing halal tourism in Aceh. This study also produces right strategies to develop halal tourism by tourist destination characteristics. The data and information collection is done through FGD (Focus Group Discussion), in-depth interview and distribution of questionnaire to 327 tourists in Aceh. Based on the result of the study, Aceh is quite optimal in launching halal tourism as its tourism product yet there should be more improvements and strategies for increasing tourist attraction. The result of this study is expected to help the government of Aceh and tourism travel agents in increasing halal tourism potentials and setting strategies in developing halal tourism potentials so they could attract tourists to have halal tourism in Aceh or visit Aceh.</p>

This research conducts on analysis of changes in the external environment of tourist destination especially for Kota Batu Malang District (East Java Province). The result of mapping analysis of the external environment shows factors that influence the condition, such as technological changes, the changes on regulation policy, socio-cultural changes, economical changes, and market changes. The analysis of internal environment of tourist destination in Kota Batu Malang results some influencing factors, namely a) nearness to Surabaya as the centre of government and economy, b) bureaucratic government system, c) the growth of industrial and tourism sector after agriculture. The use of Strategic Place Triangle approach and SWOT analysis results Positioning, Differentiation, and Brand of Kota Batu Malang tourism area. The Positioning of Kota Batu Malang tourism area is Bali of East Java that still holds religious values and local culture. The Differentiation is one-stop-shopping services, endless tourism enchantment, natural beauty, welcoming people, fame and enchant. The Brand of Kota Batu Malang tourism area is Enchantment of Kota Batu Malang Tourism.

In the current era of disruption, innovation and creativity are needed in all lines of business, including the Tourism sector. Wanagiri Village is one of the tourist destination areas which is located in Buleleng Regency is currently conducting promotions to attract tourists visiting this place. Having a strategic location and involving the community, the type of tourist attraction developed is a selfie tour by having lakes and mountains as background. Using SWOT analysis, it is expected to be able to find out which type of promotion is most appropriate to attract tourists. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, informants with purposive sampling, and triangulation of data aimed at obtaining data validity.

AbstrakKampung Cinyurup merupakan wilayah keluruahan Juhut, kecamatan Karangtanjung kabupaten Pandeglang memiliki potensi internal dan eksternal pariwisata yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi kampung wisata. Analisis potensi berdasarkan aspek atau kriteria konsep kampung wisata Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata  Kabupaten Pandeglang. masih perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu  aspek  daya tarik wisata, motivasi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana, kelembagaan dan ketersediaan lahan secara umum telah memadai untuk dikembangkan menjadi Kampung Wisata.  Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dan menggunakan  metode analisis data yaitu analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis SWOT tentang potensi internal dan eksternal maka model kampung wisata yang sesuai untuk dikembangkan yaitu dengan mengusung tema kampung wisata berperspektif go green yang unik, khas dan sehat yang berbasis pada keunggulan hortikultura, keindahan alam dan budaya lokal yang masih kuat.Kata kunci: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, Potensi, Kampung Wisata.AbstractCinyurup village is part of Juhut village, Karangtanjung sub-district Pandeglang district has internal and external potential for tourism that has the potential to become a tourist village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research and using data analysis methods, namely SWOT analysis. The results of the study based on a SWOT analysis of internal and external potential were suitable for developing this tourism village. ABSTRAKBelum banyaknya masyarakat mengenal dan beminat untuk berkunjung ke desa wisata Puspoardi dengan ikon-ikon wisatanya yang menarik. Hal ini berdampak pada menurunnya semangat pengelola untuk mengembangkan destinasi agar lebih optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangan daya tarik yang mendukung kegiatan promosi untuk mendatangkan wisatawan ke desa wisata Puspoardi. Metode penelitian dalam riset ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif yang didukung dengan metode SWOT analysis untuk merumuskan strategi sesuai tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan metode analysis yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan bobot score antara kekuatan dan kelemahan adalah kelemahan lebih besar dari pada kekekuatan. Sedangkan perbandingan antara bobot score peluang dan ancaman adalah peluang lebih besar dari pada ancaman. Dengan hasil analysis ini strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata yang relevan untuk diterapkan pada desa wisata Puspoardi adalah dengan memanfaatkan kelemahan dan peluang (weakness and oppurtinities), dengan rumusan strategi antara lain : menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak lain seperti perguruan tinggi untuk mendapatkan pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam menyusun strategi informasi dan promosi dengan tehnologi yang ada saat ini, meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat khususnya pengelola desa wisata untuk mengembangkan alat promosi yang relevan dalam versi cetak maupun online, memanfaatkan dukungan pemerintah untuk pembangunan fasilitas pokok yang belum tersedia.Kata Kunci : Strategi, daya tarik, promosi, wisata ABSTRACTNot many people know and are interested in visiting the Puspoardi tourist village with its attractive tourist icons. This has an impact on decreasing the enthusiasm of managers to develop destinations to be more optimal. The purpose of this research is to formulate an alternative strategy to develop attractiveness that supports promotional activities to bring tourists to the Puspoardi tourist village. The research method in this research is a qualitative descriptive supported by the SWOT analysis method to formulate strategies according to the research objectives. The results of the study based on the analysis method used indicate that the comparison of the weight score between strengths and weaknesses is weakness greater than strength. While the comparison between the weight of the opportunity and the threat score is a greater opportunity than the threat. With the results of this analysis, the strategy for developing a tourist attraction that is relevant to the Puspoardi tourist village is to take advantage of weaknesses and opportunities, with strategic formulations including: collaborating with other parties such as universities to get assistance and training in preparing information and promotion strategies with existing technology, increase community participation, especially tourism village managers to develop relevant promotional tools in print and online versions, take advantage of government support for the construction of basic facilities that are not yet available.Key Words: Strategy, Attraction, Promotion, Tourism

The biggest arak producer in Bali is precisely located in Tri Eka Buana Village, Sidemen District, Karangasem Regency, Bali Province. With the arak in the village of Tri Eka Buana which is one of the village head's references to advance the Tri Eka Buana Village by giving an idea in the form of a wine museum development which will later become a tourist attraction. The development of the wine museum aims to preserve cultural customs especially the process of making traditional wine and to examine the potential of the wine museum to become a new tourist destination that will affect the economy of the population in the village of Tri Eka Buana. Besides that, Tri Eka Buana Village also plans to make its village a tourist village. However, to get to the tourist village there are several problems, one of which is the lack of village funds that will be used as the construction of the arak museum. In order to achieve the construction of the wine museum in the village of Tri Eka Buana, we therefore help the village by making proposals for the submission of funds to be submitted to related parties which will later be used for the construction of the arak museum.Keywords: Arak Museum, Tourism Village

To support the improvement of dental health in the community it is necessary to overcome them. The efforts of PT Fondaco on the fact encourage the founder to become one of the suppliers who support a variety of dental experts in the treatment by providing various medical purposes.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of external environment, and internal to competitiveness and analyze the competitive strategy of PT Fondaco Jayatama to improve competitiveness. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method by doing SWOT analysis (EFE and IFE matrix), IE matrix in matching stage, and QSPM analysis in desicion stage. The results of the EFE and IFE matrix analysis showed that Fondaco Jayatama can used all the opportunities and can overcomed threats from the rivalry. PT Fondaco Jayatama also has a good internal and can not be down by the external environment. PT Fondaco Jayatama was a strong competitors. The conclusion of this research is product development strategy is the best strategy to be apply in the organization.

The Indonesian government is promoting the development of the potential of villages through the tourism village program, but the formation of a tourism village requires prior study to assess its feasibility as a tourism destination. This study aims to analyze the potential and develop strategies for developing Babahan Village in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province as a culture-based tourism village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which begins with data collection of tourism potential using SWOT analysis and continued with the IFAS-EFAS method. IFAS-EFAS calculation results show the strength factors of the development of Babahan Village as a culture-based ecotourism village are : having a tracking path (0.305), good natural potential (0.305), the existence of Besikalung Temple (0.302), and beautiful rice field views (0.300). SWOT matrix analysis is in Quadrant I (Supporting Aggressive Strategies) with the results of four Strengths-Opportunities (SO) development strategies, namely: a). maintaining and improving the quality of tourist attraction, b). develop and organize the natural potential that exists, c). improve the quality of service to tourists, d). development of tour packages. The conclusion is Babahan Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali has the potential to be developed into a tourism village.

Currently, the coffee shop is one of the growing trends in the coffee businesses that are of great interest, not only in Pekanbaru but throughout Indonesia, the existence of a coffee shop business is increasing growth. However, in early 2020, the world faced Covid 19 pandemic that is greatly impacting the life aspects including the coffee shop business. This research aims to know the opportunities and challenges as the reference for the owner to run the business ahead in Covid 29 Pandemic and to be more creative to take advantage of its opportunities and challenges to keep the business survived and to make a profit. The Descriptive qualitative analysis was employed in this research with a SWOT framework. Primary and secondary data were used in this research, it was obtained from observation and in-depth interview related to opportunities and challenges of coffee shop business in Covid 19 Pandemic and also the distribution of the questionnaire. SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix show that the Coffee Shop business in Pekanbaru is in cell 1 (Grow and Build). Intensive strategy (market penetration, product development, and market development) was the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in this cell part of the Coffee Shop business in Pekanbaru
