AbstrakKampung Cinyurup merupakan wilayah keluruahan Juhut, kecamatan Karangtanjung kabupaten Pandeglang memiliki potensi internal dan eksternal pariwisata yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi kampung wisata. Analisis potensi berdasarkan aspek atau kriteria konsep kampung wisata Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata  Kabupaten Pandeglang. masih perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu  aspek  daya tarik wisata, motivasi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana, kelembagaan dan ketersediaan lahan secara umum telah memadai untuk dikembangkan menjadi Kampung Wisata.  Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dan menggunakan  metode analisis data yaitu analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis SWOT tentang potensi internal dan eksternal maka model kampung wisata yang sesuai untuk dikembangkan yaitu dengan mengusung tema kampung wisata berperspektif go green yang unik, khas dan sehat yang berbasis pada keunggulan hortikultura, keindahan alam dan budaya lokal yang masih kuat.Kata kunci: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, Potensi, Kampung Wisata.AbstractCinyurup village is part of Juhut village, Karangtanjung sub-district Pandeglang district has internal and external potential for tourism that has the potential to become a tourist village. Prospective analysis based on aspects or criteria of the concept of the tourism village in the Culture and Tourism Office of Pandeglang Regency. It still needs to be improved in the elements of tourist attraction, community motivation, facilities and infrastructure, institutions, and availability of land, in general, are sufficient to be developed into a Tourism Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research and using data analysis methods, namely SWOT analysis. The results of the study based on a SWOT analysis of internal and external potential were suitable for developing this tourism village. The proper model of the tourism village to be grown is by carrying the theme of a unique, unique and healthy go green tourism village based on horticultural excellence, natural beauty and local culture that is still strong.Keywords: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, Potential, Tourism Village.

Potential Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon with the beauty of the river that flanked by rocks cliff, this natural beauty can be enjoyed by doing tracking to find a good spot to take photo. Beji guwang hidden canyon present a unique view of nature to tourist that can not be find in another place in bali, this is why I choose this topic “Potential of Beji guwang hidden canyon as a nature tourist attraction in Guwang village Sukawati district, Gianyar” The type and data resources that used in this research are qualitative data, primer and secondary data. This collecting data method was done by observation, in depth interview and documentation by research instrument by in form of interview guide lines. Data analysis that been use was interactive data analysis by use 4A component and SWOT analysis matriks to extract and analysis the potential in Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon The result of the research show that the potensial Beji guwang hidden canyon has is quiet big because having more than one nature tourist attraction. In addition of a tourism activity in Beji Guwang Hidden canyon getting a good respond from the local government and local people.  Beji Guwang Hidden Canyon has a big potential, even though there are lack of knowledge in management and development that must be completed. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of the tourist attraction of the Kasang Kulim Zoo, the Siak Hulu sub-district, Kampar District. The population of this study was visitors who came to the Kasang Kulim Zoo, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar District and from the company, with a number of respondents as many as 100. In this study sampling using non probability sampling and respondent sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. This research is qualitative research and uses interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a method of data collection. Data were analyzed using SWOT analysis with identification of internal and external variables. Internal variables indicate that location is the main strength in the kasang kulim zoo in kampar district with 0.012 with values ​​and 4 based on rating. From the external variables, the results from EFAS show that the Kasang Kulim zoo has good opportunities. As a result of the opportunity, the Kasang Kulim zoo is in quadrant 1, which is a position where the company is considered to be in a favorable situation because of its opportunities and strength. In this case, the Company can take advantage of opportunities by maximizing strength.

This research aims to formulate a strategy in an effort to increase and develop interest in tourist visits to the Twin Lake tourist attraction in West Sumatra. The uniqueness and renewal in this research is located in the object of study combined with using a qualitative approach and strategy formulation analysis tools namely SWOT analysis and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) to analyze internal and external factors and what strategies should be applied to improve and develop objects Twin Lake tourism in West Sumatra. The findings of this study found a number of evaluations and strategic recommendations, including the attractions of the Twin Lakes in West Sumatra have a very unique and special natural beauty that is rarely owned by other attractions. However, weak capital and local government support and the absence of foreign investors make the Twin Lakes Lake attractions in West Sumatra currently still in the criteria less desirable by tourists. West Sumatra Twin Lake tourism object is expected to be able to find investors - investors in efforts to improve and develop West Sumatra Twin Lake tourist attraction.

ABSTRAKBelum banyaknya masyarakat mengenal dan beminat untuk berkunjung ke desa wisata Puspoardi dengan ikon-ikon wisatanya yang menarik. Hal ini berdampak pada menurunnya semangat pengelola untuk mengembangkan destinasi agar lebih optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan alternatif strategi pengembangan daya tarik yang mendukung kegiatan promosi untuk mendatangkan wisatawan ke desa wisata Puspoardi. Metode penelitian dalam riset ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif yang didukung dengan metode SWOT analysis untuk merumuskan strategi sesuai tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan metode analysis yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan bobot score antara kekuatan dan kelemahan adalah kelemahan lebih besar dari pada kekekuatan. Sedangkan perbandingan antara bobot score peluang dan ancaman adalah peluang lebih besar dari pada ancaman. Dengan hasil analysis ini strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata yang relevan untuk diterapkan pada desa wisata Puspoardi adalah dengan memanfaatkan kelemahan dan peluang (weakness and oppurtinities), dengan rumusan strategi antara lain : menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak lain seperti perguruan tinggi untuk mendapatkan pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam menyusun strategi informasi dan promosi dengan tehnologi yang ada saat ini, meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat khususnya pengelola desa wisata untuk mengembangkan alat promosi yang relevan dalam versi cetak maupun online, memanfaatkan dukungan pemerintah untuk pembangunan fasilitas pokok yang belum tersedia.Kata Kunci : Strategi, daya tarik, promosi, wisata ABSTRACTNot many people know and are interested in visiting the Puspoardi tourist village with its attractive tourist icons. This has an impact on decreasing the enthusiasm of managers to develop destinations to be more optimal. The purpose of this research is to formulate an alternative strategy to develop attractiveness that supports promotional activities to bring tourists to the Puspoardi tourist village. The research method in this research is a qualitative descriptive supported by the SWOT analysis method to formulate strategies according to the research objectives. The results of the study based on the analysis method used indicate that the comparison of the weight score between strengths and weaknesses is weakness greater than strength. While the comparison between the weight of the opportunity and the threat score is a greater opportunity than the threat. With the results of this analysis, the strategy for developing a tourist attraction that is relevant to the Puspoardi tourist village is to take advantage of weaknesses and opportunities, with strategic formulations including: collaborating with other parties such as universities to get assistance and training in preparing information and promotion strategies with existing technology, increase community participation, especially tourism village managers to develop relevant promotional tools in print and online versions, take advantage of government support for the construction of basic facilities that are not yet available.Key Words: Strategy, Attraction, Promotion, Tourism

The Indonesian government is promoting the development of the potential of villages through the tourism village program, but the formation of a tourism village requires prior study to assess its feasibility as a tourism destination. This study aims to analyze the potential and develop strategies for developing Babahan Village in Tabanan Regency, Bali Province as a culture-based tourism village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which begins with data collection of tourism potential using SWOT analysis and continued with the IFAS-EFAS method. IFAS-EFAS calculation results show the strength factors of the development of Babahan Village as a culture-based ecotourism village are : having a tracking path (0.305), good natural potential (0.305), the existence of Besikalung Temple (0.302), and beautiful rice field views (0.300). SWOT matrix analysis is in Quadrant I (Supporting Aggressive Strategies) with the results of four Strengths-Opportunities (SO) development strategies, namely: a). maintaining and improving the quality of tourist attraction, b). develop and organize the natural potential that exists, c). improve the quality of service to tourists, d). development of tour packages. The conclusion is Babahan Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali has the potential to be developed into a tourism village.

Muntigunung Tourism Village is currently designated as a tourist village by the Karangasem Regency Government. The reason of Muntigunung Tourism Village as a new tourism village in Karangasem Regency because Muntigunung Tourism Village has natural beauty that is still natural, a culture that is still traditional and expected to minimize the level of poverty and beggar activities carried out by the Muntigunung Tourism Village community. This research analyzes the development strategy of Muntigunung Tourism Village. The data can be described descriptively qualitatively and analyzed using SWOT analysis techniques. The research of this study indicate that the strategy S-O (strengts-opportunities) that is applied aims to use the power possessed by utilizing the opportunities that exist. The S-T Strategy (Strenghts-Threats) that is applied aims to utilize the strength that is possessed to minimize existing threats. W-O (weakness-opportunities) strategy that aims to minimize weaknesses that are owned by exploiting opportunities. W-T (Weakness-Threats) strategies are implemented to minimize weaknesses to avoid threats. Keywords: SWOT, Development Strategy, Tourism Village

The development of tourism in Badung Regency which is focused in South Badung needs to be equalized by developing the potentials of the rural areas, one of which is Pangsan Village, as superiority in North Badung; otherwise, tourism will never equally benefit all the areas. However, the potentials the Pangsan Village has in tourism have not been developed yet. This study aims at (1) identifying the potentials as a tourist attraction; (2) analyzing the internal and external environment, and (3) formulating the strategies used and programs created to develop Pangsan Village as a tourist destination. The result of analysis of internal and external environment indicated that Pangsan Village was categorized as fair (on cell V), that is using the general strategies of market penetration and product development. From the SWOT analysis, the alternative strategies were the SO (Strengths Opportunities) strategy which could be tourism product development and market penetration; the ST (Strengths Threats) which could be applied by improving security and comfort, and strengthening the specific characteristics of Pangsan Village; the WO (Weaknesses Opportunities) strategy which could be applied by developing the basic and supporting facilities and infrastructure, strengthening collaboration and promotion; the WT strategy (Weaknesses Threats) which could be applied by developing the human resources and the groups that were aware of tourism “Kelompok Sadar Wisata”. This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction. Culture and Tourism Service Strategy in the Contributation of Local Revenue Increase in Bojonegoro. Tourism that can be packaged and managed properly will be an asset for an area. The diversity of tourist attraction in Bojonegoro Regency can actually be used as one of the economic supporters and also can absorb a lot of manpower so that human resources and natural resources can be utilized optimally. The results of research are aspects affecting tourism in Bojonegoro regency. AbstrakThis study who understand the phenomenon of what has been experienced by the research subjects minsalnya behavior, perception, motivation, action. Respondents in this study are the Department of Tourism, visitors and the community immediately surrounding the attraction taking technique performed Snowball Sampling informants, informants and instruments used in this research is interview.
