The agricultural sector is now widely managed by women who are often referred to as the Farmer Women's Groups. The Women Farmers Group was formed to directly involve women in increasing the productivity of farming and optimizing agricultural output in the village of Mulur. The Women Farmers Group in Mulur Village is the Anggrek Women Farmers Group. This study aims to explain the role of the Women Farmers Group as an effort to empower women in the village of Mulur and be able to become an economic booster. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with observational analysis, which is by observing the research object to obtain data and information about the role of the Women Farmers Group. The results showed that the Women Farmers Group was used as a means to empower women to increase productivity. In addition, with the existence of the Women Farmers Group, it can be used as an economic booster to improve the welfare of the community.

This research proves the importance of the role of women in the agricultural sector in Central Java through a case study of Peasants Association movement in Qaryah Thayyibah, Salatiga, Central Java. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through literature studies, observations, FGDs and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique uses categorization, interpretation and conclusions from the results of data collection. This research shows women have a key role in the development of the agricultural sector. Therefore, SPPQT's programs for empowering women farmers include: (1) women's political education, (2) involvement of women in the Production Community and Farmers Community, (3) Women's involvement in the Village Development Council (Team 11). The findings also showed that there were obstacles in the form of community rejection for the third point. This can be overcome by refer again to SPPQT's vision, gender equality needs to be seen as a solution to improve the agricultural sector.

This paper discusses the performance of agricultural sector policy in Timor Tengah Utara Regency focusing on the implementation of one of the village programs namely Desa Mandiri Cinta Petani (Sari Tani). This research uses qualitative descriptive method with case study approach to build alternative models of acceleration in agricultural sector policy. The Performance measured included inputs, processes, outputs, outcomes, and impacts. The research also applies Grindle concept because basically agricultural sector policy is inseparable from the influence of political interests of the actors involved in the implementation of the program. The result of the research shows that the superior program performance is not optimal due to the high tendency of intervention of political interests of the actors involved in the stages and quite systematic which ultimately impact on the low rate of return of revolving fund of farmer group which only reached 38%. To improve the acceleration of agricultural sector development, it is necessary to establish an independent special team.

Development in harmony is needed, between the buffer zones and urban areas.Development in harmony must demonstrate the important role of buffer zones tourban areas because of the synergy potential of different regions and need eachother. So by knowing the potential of each area required mapping potential areascan provide a buffer for future development plans. This study has the objective to provide information to SMEs located in the Donowarih Village, Karangploso District., Malang Regency, which has good characteristics as a buffer zone for the surrounding urban environment. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. The study states that the majority of SMEs in the village Donowarih still using simple management in the management of its business. Many factors are influential in this regard, education, mental, environmental and other factors. Based on the need for repair and improvement programs that can improve the ability of SMEs and the other is the most important thing the government can directly determine program development program that is in harmony with the  state of local characteristics.

The village of Ende is a traditional hamlet located in Sengkol Village, Pujut Subdistrict, Central Lombok. These villagers live their daily activities by holding firmly to traditions that are still rooted from their ancestors. It is seen that the house thatched roofs that characterize the Sasak tribe would be an interesting scenery and become one of the attractions of tourists to come to the village. The purpose of this research is to know how effort done by sasak tribe in order to increase tourist attraction of Ende village and how social society role of society of Ende village to change its environment. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, through observation and interview. The results of this study indicate that the village of Ende as a tourist village has some efforts or ways that are done in order to improve the tourist attraction. The method used is inseparable from the rules and norms that apply in the village of Ende. This norm is of course based on local wisdom while maintaining the authenticity of their customs. In addition to the customary norms governing, there is also the social role of the Sasak people to preserve the culture and environment of Ende Village from the diffusion of foreign cultures.

Construction of the mosque not only pay attention to the physical building, but also must be optimized pemakmurannya. Efforts to raise the quality of life can be achieved by improving the Human Resources (HR) to carry out economic and social activities based mosques. This paper discusses How do standards of living and the mosque's role in public life, and how the role of the mosque in the village of Wonosasi improve people's lives, District Tapango, Polman. This study uses qualitative descriptive method, since it attempts to find the mosque's role in improving the welfare of the ummah. Research is needed to understand the organization's activities (mosque) in accordance with the wishes and needs of society.

This research was conducted to find out the management of village original income in Kerobokan Village and the role of BUMDes to be able to increase village original income and rural original income management strategy to improve the economy. This research method is qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, observations and document studies are then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, data analysis and conclusion. The result of the research shows that the management done by Kerobokan Village Government is in accordance with the management procedure, BUMDes play a role in increasing the village's original income so that the village government can carry out the development which impact on the village economy and the strategy implemented by the village government puts forward the coordination and cooperation.

This research has three focuses. First is reporting the readiness strategies to establish Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in the Sumenep regency. The second is representing supporting and inhibition factors in the formation of the BUMDes in the Sumenep regency. The third is defining the typology of the village in responding to the BUMDes program in the Sumenep Regency area. This research is a qualitative-descriptive method by applying SWOT analysis conducted in 2020 from October to December. The data is collected by using observation, interviews, documentation, and a literature study. Based on the data obtained from this research, first, Based on the SWOT analysis data in Quadrant SO (strength - opportunity) Level, some strategies can be used. Those are by making local regulations of the formation of BUMDes, increasing the understanding of village heads towards the technical establishment of BUMDes, which is not only limited to theoretical knowledge, improve the role of DPMD in responding to proposals for the establishment of BUMDes. There needs to be a technical introduction about village potential that can be explored using the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method. Second, there are some factors to support the establishment and development of BUMDes in the Sumenep area. One of which is to provide the head of villages with the knowledge and urgency of BUMDes establishment. As every town are highly potential and meet the requirements. However, there is no specific direction and method in establishing BUMDes that has become an obstacle in determining the potential and managing the BUMDes. Third, BUMDes in Sumenep consists of three typologies. Those are BUMDes that have not been established, which only succeeded in the proposal preparation stage. Then, The established BUMDes with less income. The last is the well-developed BUMDes that have been contributed to the villages' income.

<p>This paper examines the hadarat tradition as part of integrating Islam with local culture by the Al-Katiri Arab group in Tual City. Attendance is a unique ritual that the people of Tual City carry out in celebrating religious holidays such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, weddings, circumcisions, and other religious activities. The community conducts friendship around the village while dancing accompanied by chanting <em>shalawat</em> to the Prophet Muhammad with music (tambourine) in the hadarat. This article uses a qualitative descriptive method, with observations, interviews, and documentation as the data collection techniques. This article shows that the Al-Katiri Arab community played a role in the spread of Islam in Tual City through trade routes and social and cultural approaches. The descendants of the marriage between the Arab al-Katiri group and the Kei Community of Tual City have been considered one part of the Kei community of Tual City. The information was obtained using historical research methods. Appreciating the culture of the Kei people of Tual City as a form of preaching the spread of Islam is the key to the success of the Al-Katiri Arab group living in harmony amid society with local cultural traditions.</p><p><em>Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang tradisi hadarat sebagai bagian dari strategi mengintegrasikan Islam dengan kebudayaan lokal oleh kelompok Arab Al-Katiri di Kota Tual. Hadarat menjadi sebuah ritual unik yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Kota Tual dalam merayakan hari besar keagamaan seperti Hari Raya Idul Fitri, Hari Raya Idul Adha, perkawinan, khitanan, dan kegiatan keagamaan lainnya. Masyarakat melakukan silaturahim mengelilingi kampung sambil menari diiringi lantunan shawat kepada Nabi Muhammad dengan musik (rebana) dalam hadarat. Artikel ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai Teknik pengumpulan datanya. Hasil peneltian artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa komunitas Arab Al-Katiri berperan dalam penyebaran agama Islam di Kota Tual, melalui jalur perdagangan dan pendekatan sosial dan budaya. Keturunan dari hasil pernikahan antara kelompok Arab al-Katiri dengan Masyarakat Kei Kota Tual sudah dianggap sebagai satu bagian dengan masyarakat Kei Kota Tual. Informasi tersebut didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah. Menghargai kebudayaan masyarakat Kei Kota Tual sebagai suatu bentuk dakwah penyebaran agama Islam merupakan kunci kesuksesan kelompok Arab Al-Katiri hidup rukun di tengah-tengah masyarakat dengan tradisi budaya lokal. </em></p>

This research describes the role of Muhammadiyah organizations in fostering Islamic communities in Enrekang Regency. The problems examined in this paper are focused on the development of Muhammadiyah in Enrekang Regency and the role of Muhammadiyah organizations through the charity of its efforts in fostering the Islamic community in Enrekang Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using historical, sociological, cultural, religious and educational approaches. The instruments used in this study were researchers doing with aids in the form of interview guidelines, cameras and voice recorders. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis. The results showed that Muhammadiyah association quickly developed branches and branches to all corners of the village, several educational business charities established ranging from paud/kindergarten level to higher education, and the growing number of Muhammadiyah members and sympathizers. The construction of the Muhammadiyah Alliance through branches and branches and charitable efforts in fostering Islamic society slowly shifted the religious attitude of the community coloured by the traditions of Hinduism, animism and dynamism (shirk) to the Tauhid faith.
