Rongorongo culture plays an important role in the economic life of the people of the island of hurry. This is what helps the community's economic wheels, especially in the traditional Namlea market. This study aims to examine the cultural characteristics of Rongongo in Namlea Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of people's written or spoken words and observable behavior. Qualitative approach has natural characteristics (Natural serfing) as a source of direct data, descriptive, process is more important than the results. Analysis in qualitative research tends to be done by inductive analysis and meanings are essential. The data of this study are the people who work as rongorongo in the Namlea market. The data source is the Rongongo workers. The results of the research show that the culture of rongo-rongo existed before the Kabuapaten hurry to bloom, this was influenced by the large number of people from outside the island of hurry inhabiting the island of hunt. Furthermore, in the development of this work, not all Rongongo workers can adapt to the environment. This is influenced by several factors, namely culture and income.

The  journalist task has shifted from the news transmitter to the news formator and instructor. It shows that in writing news, journalist adds various comment, opinion and review that are difficult to distinguish from the news itself. A journalist should have a variety of rights and obligations, namely to deliver news in accordance with fact without mixing opinion.This study aims to reveal and expose the hidden aspects behind an apparent reality.This research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive approach. A qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of the phenomenon description contained in the data. The data collected is in the form of newspaper document.The result of study shows that there is finding regarding representation, namely association and metaphor. The association was appeared in the news of compass newspaper by journalist to bring assumption in the mind of public in interpreting a certain reality regarding the debate between Jokowi and Prabowo. Journalist brings up how Prabowo take an action against Jokowi which is marked by transitive sentence namely subject + verb + object. Bring up a general symptom or phenomenon that occurs in the society regarding the legislative candidate photo displayed along the road. The form of participant as victim or object can be known from the construction of passive sentence, or victim caused by other.

Abstract The main problem in this research is to know the language of politeness strategies Bugis in speech acts govern, as well as forms of politeness marker used in Bugis Village District of Gilireng Wajo Lamata. This study aims to determine strategies and forms of politeness marker Bugis language in speech acts govern in the Village District of Gilireng Wajo salvation. This research was a qualitative descriptive study, which emphasizes the use of data obtained from the field. A research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of the people observed. This research data was data Bugis village District of Gilireng Wajo Lamata, and includes verbal or speech or writing or text civility in speech acts govern. Data analysis did through several stages: observation of data, data identification, classification and categorization of data and markers politeness strategies based on their characteristics. The results showed that the Bugis language Politeness Strategies In Speech Acts Ruling In the village of the District Lamata Gilireng Wajo the strategy explicitly include: ordered, requested, forbid, permit, encourage, suggest, expect, propose options, invited, invite and urge. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dan bentuk pemarkah kesantunan bahasa Bugis dalam tindak tutur memerintah di Desa Lamatan Kecamatan Gilireng Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, yang menekankan pada penggunaan data yang diperoleh dari lapangan. Prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari masyarakat yang diamati. Data penelitian ini adalah data bahasa Bugis di desa Lamata Kecamatan Gilireng Kabupaten Wajo baik yang berupa lisan atau tuturan maupun tulisan atau teks kesantunan dalam tindak tutur memerintah. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu: observasi data, identifikasi data, klasifikasi data dan pengkategorian strategi dan pemarkah kesantunan berdasarkan karakteristiknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Kesantunan Bahasa Bugis Dalam Tindak Tutur Memerintah Di Desa Lamata Kecamatan Gilireng Kabupaten Wajo yaitu strategi secara eksplisit yang meliputi: menyuruh, meminta, melarang, mengizinkan, mengimbau, menganjurkan, mengharapkan, mengajukan pilihan, mempersilakan, mengajak dan  mendesak. Serta strategi secara implisit yang meliputi: melaran, menyuruh, meminta bantuan, mengimbau/mengajak, mendesak, dan memohon/permisiKata kunci: Strategi, kesantunan dan tindak tutur.

Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, and Bunut Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency. Petalangan tribe has various cultures in the traditions of life. A good introduction to cultural heritage by the next generation can strengthen the nation's tradition in responding to the increasingly severe challenges of the future in this era of globalization. Cultural heritage in the form of moral-spiritual inheritance, one of which is obtained and known through the tradition of belief in the traditional proverb that exists in the community. The traditional adage in the Petalangan community, among others, explains the perspective on community life. This study aims to describe the style of language in the customary proverb that is related to the perspective of life in society. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The data source used was the book entitled Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. There are 16 traditional proverbs used as data in this study, which then obtained 3 language styles based on sentence structure and 2 language styles based on meaning. By knowing and learning the style of language in this traditional proverb, the philosophy of life and aesthetic tastes of the people of Riau can be understood. Petalangan merupakan salah satu puak asli di Provinsi Riau yang bermukim di Kecamatan Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, dan Bunut, Kabupaten Pelalawan. Suku Petalangan ini memiliki beraneka kebudayaan dalam kehidupan. Pengenalan yang baik terhadap warisan kebudayaan oleh generasi penerus dapat memperteguh tradisi bangsa dalam menjawab tantangan masa depan yang semakin berat dalam era globalisasi ini. Warisan kebudayaan yang berupa warisan moral-spiritual, satu di antaranya didapatkan dan diketahui keyakinan terhadap pepatah adat yang ada pada masyarakat. Pepatah adat dalam masyarakat Petalangan antara lain menjelaskan cara pandang mengenai hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa di dalam pepatah adat yang berhubungan dengan cara pandang dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah buku Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. Terdapat 16 pepatah adat yang dijadikan data dalam penelitian ini, yang kemudian diperoleh 3 gaya bahasa berdasarkan struktur kalimat dan 2 gaya bahasa berdasarkan makna. Dengan mengetahui dan mempelajari gaya bahasa dalam pepatah adat ini dapat dipahami filsafat hidup dan cita rasa estetika masyarakat Riau.

Unsuri has a religious characteristic (culture aswaja), like a public campus characterized by “Islam". Characteristics like this, become one of the efforts to as well as a means to request support and cooperation with the community. Admittedly or not, Islamic education institutions or universities in several regions have until now felt that the community often dominated private universities, this was also felt by Unsuri, that most of the people around Unsuri did not immediately choose Unsuri as their chosen campus, based on this phenomenon, the author feels interested in knowing the initial state of the committee's strategy or the new Sunan Giri Surabaya student admission team, to find out the strategies and committee programs of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, this type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely data collected in the form of words words, images, not numbers, according to Bagda and Taylor, as quoted by Lexy J. Moleong, qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observed behavior. Meanwhile descriptive research is a form of research that is shown to describe or describe phenomena that exist both natural phenomena and human engineering.

This study aims to describe the cultural values ​​contained in the Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. Cultural value is very important to be studied in order to preserve the cultural heritage of the people of Aceh so that it can be known by the younger generation and re-cultivated in life in the present. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the cultural values ​​contained in the Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. The data source in this research is Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. The selected data is each quotation that has a relation to cultural values ​​in the saga. The approach and method used in this research is a qualitative approach and a descriptive method by describing the facts which are then followed by analysis. The cultural values ​​analyzed in Banta Amat sects are grouped according to five categories, namely (1) cultural values ​​in human relations with God, (2) cultural values ​​in human relations with nature, (3) cultural values ​​in human relations with other humans, (4) cultural values ​​in human relations with society, and (5) cultural values ​​in human relations with oneself. The results showed there were 37 quotations related to cultural values ​​that exist in the Banta Amat saga, namely: (1) Cultural values ​​in the human relationship with God there are 6 values ​​in 24 quotes; a) Give thanks to God 3 quotes, b) Give to Allah the Prophet 1 quote, c) Pray and ask God 9 quotes, d) surrender to God 8 quotes, e) Fear God 1 quote, and f) Obey to worship God 2 quotes, (2) Cultural values ​​in human relations with nature are found in 2 quotations about utilizing the forest, (3) Cultural values ​​in human relations with other humans there are 3 values ​​in 4 quotations; a) respect for others 2 quotes, b) say greetings 1 quote, and c) answer greetings 1 quote, (4) Cultural values ​​in human relations with the community there are 3 quotes namely about mutual care, and (5) Cultural values ​​in relationships humans with themselves there are 3 values ​​in 4 quotes; a) Never give up 2 quotes, b) responsibility 1 quote, and c) hard work 1 quote. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the cultural values ​​in the human relationship with God are more numerous than the other values. This illustrates that the people of Aceh are religious and devout people who worship God. Suggestions from researchers that the people of Aceh continue to preserve cultural values ​​such as the Banta Amat saga in daily life. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II Karya T. A. Sakti. Nilai budaya sangat penting untuk dikaji guna melestarikan warisan budaya masyarakat Aceh agar dapat diketahui oleh generasi muda dan kembali dibudidayakan dalam kehidupan pada masa sekarang. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II Karya T. A. Sakti. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II karya T. A. Sakti. Data yang dipilih adalah setiap kutipan yang ada kaitannya dengan nilai budaya dalam hikayat. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskritif dengan mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta yang kemudian disusul dengan analisis. Nilai budaya yang dianalisis dalam hikayat Banta Amat dikelompokkan berdasarkan lima kategori, yaitu (1) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, (2) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam, (3) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain, (4) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat, dan (5) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 37 kutipan yang terkait dengan nilai budaya yang ada dalam hikayat Banta Amat, yaitu: (1) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan terdapat 6 nilai pada 24 kutipan; a) Bersyukur kepada Allah 3 kutipan, b) Berselawat kepada Nabi Allah 1 kutipan, c) Berdoa dan memohon kepada Allah 9 kutipan, d) menyerahkan diri kepada Allah 8 kutipan, e) Takut kepada Allah 1 kutipan, dan f) Taat beribadah kepada Allah 2 kutipan, (2) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam terdapat pada 2 kutipan tentang memanfaatkan hutan, (3) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain terdapat 3 nilai pada 4 kutipan; a) menghormati orang lain 2 kutipan, b) mengucapkan salam 1 kutipan, dan c) menjawab salam 1 kutipan, (4) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat terdapat 3 kutipan yaitu tentang rasa saling peduli, dan (5) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri terdapat 3 nilai pada 4 kutipan; a) Pantang menyerah 2 kutipan, b) tanggung jawab 1 kutipan, dan c) kerja keras 1 kutipan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan lebih banyak dari nilai yang lainnya. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa masyarakat Aceh adalah masyarakat yang religius dan taat beribadah kepada Allah. Saran dari peneliti agar masyarakat Aceh terus melestarikan nilai budaya seperti pada hikayat Banta Amat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Hikayat, Nilai Budaya

The purpose of this study was to understand and find out the motives and meanings of "Sayur Hanging" carried out by the people of Blitar. Then in the future, the results of this research are expected to provide an understanding of the motives and meanings of "Sayur Hanging" carried out by the people of Blitar. The research method uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and observable behavior from the subject itself. This type of research is qualitative phenomenological. The results of this study are the hanging vegetable phenomenon occurs in a number of areas in Blitar, namely Sananwetan Village and Bendogerit Village, as for the meaning of the hanging vegetable phenomenon from the analysis that the authors get from the interview and analysis process is the activity of hanging vegetables on a pole that almost resembles a clothesline. by a number of residents in an area with the aim of helping people in need.

Pancasila is a guide for the Indonesian people in society, nation and state. Over time, the ideology of the Pancasila began to fade in people's lives; this could be due to the current of globalization. The community began not to pay too much attention to the values in the Pancasila. As one example this can be seen around the Al-Manar mosque which tends to individualism. The existing Pancasila values seem to be marginalized and become a new problem today. Itmakes writer to examine how the people understand the Pancasila in the Al-Manar mosque and how to plant the values of Pancasila and religious teachings in Muslim life in the Al-Manar mosque The purpose of this paper is to be able to provide insight to the community on the importance of planting Pancasila values and teachings. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documents related to research. The technique used in analyzing is spreading data, retrieving data according to the problem and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it was found that the majority of the people in the Al-Manar mosque understood the meaning and function of the Pancasila as the state foundation and unifying the Indonesian nation. Pancasila values do not conflict with the values of Islamic teachings. The pattern of understanding of some Muslim communities in the Al-Manar mosque understands Pancasila as its own ideology, and the teachings of Islam as its own ideology.

Lack of self-acceptance often occurs in someone who is old or elderly who has been abandoned by his wife or husband and left by their children who have built their own household. Islamic Music Therapy through audio Sholawat Jibril is a therapy that aims to calm the heart and always invites to increase spirituality by remembering Allah and Rasulullah SAW. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely the research phase that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words instead of numbers (non-statistical) from the people and observed behavior. Qualitative research is obtained from interviews, observations, documentation. Therefore, Islamic music therapy through audio Sholawat Jibril in the program for growing self-acceptance in the elderly is able to grow self-acceptance and positive things that will be very necessary for an effort to increase spiritual feelings in the elderly. With this prayer, it is possible for the elderly to be able to develop reduced self-acceptance due to the condition that they are old and their relatives who have left the elderly alone.

This study aims at describing and summarizing various conditions, various situations, or various phenomena of social reality that exist in life of society which are objects in this research and try to attract that reality to the surface so that it can be seen how social reality actually exists and is happening in life of society. This research was conducted in the Petisah Tengah Village, Medan Petisah village, Medan, North Sumatra Province. The researcher chose this village as the research location because of the diverse plurality of the people and the high level of socio-political dynamics because in this village there was the Medan Mayor's Office, as well as some government offices and Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) in Medan. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The type of research used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive studies. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces description data in the form of words (both written and oral). This qualitative research method was chosen because it can present directly the nature of the relationship between researchers and respondents and is more sensitive and can adjust to the patterns of value faced. Data collection is done by observation and interview. The results of the study are more emphasized in giving an objective description of the actual state of the object under investigation, using a qualitative approach, the researcher will obtain more in-depth information or data.
