Mud crabs are mangrove crabs that are cultivated and harvested when molting so that their shells become soft and easy to consume. The purpose of this activity is to increase people's income in Desa Pulau Cawan, Kecamatan Mandah, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, through soft shell crab cultivation by introducing environmentally friendly cultivation techniques, but it can produce added value in terms of improving the family's economy through soft-shell crab cultivation, one of which is training in making natural feed. This is based on information from farmers who have never received training on feed manufacturing. Through the foster village program, knowledge and technology are given about techniques for making natural feed from lime water and spinach extract as a substitute for vitamalt which is quite expensive. The methods used in the Community activities of the foster Village are lectures, discussions and direct practice with POKDAKAN, starting with the preparation of spinach extract, trash fish, lime water, mixing and drying. The results of the evaluation of the counseling participants showed that 24 participants had never known about making natural feed from lime water and spinach extract as soka crab feed. After participating in this training activity there was an increase of 86.96% in knowledge about how to make natural feed. The partner's assessment of the implementation of this activity is 52.17% strongly agree that this natural feed can be made independently; 52.17% strongly agree that giving lime water and spinach extract to the artificial feed mixture of trash fish has an effect on the acceleration of the molting process in crabs and does not affect the survival of crabs; 60.87% strongly agreed that it could be an alternative livelihood; strongly agree that the molting process in soft-shell crab cultivation is the same as when the crabs are given a vitamolt, which is 20 days.

<p>Artificial feed is an alternative media applications spinach extract (EB) that is known to contain molting stimulant. However, utilization of the artificial feed is related to its expensive cost, with a very high protein concentration since it's mainly produced from fish based materials, so need to be studied artificial feed formulation with substitution of vegetable material in stimulating molting and growth of mud crabs. Four formula artificial feed enriched EB (700 ng/g crab) used in this study were feed A (fish, crab shells, and cassava), feed B (fish, silage, shell crab, and cassava), feed C (fish, silage, shell crab, soy flour, and cassava), and feed D (fish, silage, shell crab, soy flour, corn starch, and pollard), trash fish and feed A without EB as control. During the test, mud crab intermolt phase was culture individually in crab box placed in pond. The results showed that the percentage of molting and weight growth in their respective in the feed A (44% and 41.96%); feed B (56% and 31.57%); feed C (74% and 23.20%); feed D (50% and 39.15%); trash feed control (24% and 50.66%); and feed A without EB (28% and 35.11%). An opposite phenomenon, where the feed C with the highest percentage of molting but with the lowest growth rate, the opposite occurs in the control of trash feed. This is apparently the effect of spinach extract as a stimulant molting, where performance can be optimized with a complete and balance nutrient composition. This prediction is supported by the analysis of protein content of crabs tested at the highest feed C treatment compared with the control feed.</p> <p>Key words: spinach extract, soft shell crab, molting, artificial feed, growth</p> <p> </p> <p>ABSTRAK</p> <p>Pakan buatan merupakan alternatif media aplikasi ekstrak bayam (EB) yang diketahui mengandung stimulan <em>molting</em>.  Namun demikian, pakan buatan yang digunakan masih mahal dengan kandungan protein yang tinggi, karena berbahan dasar ikan, sehingga perlu dikaji formulasi pakan buatan dengan subtitusi berbagai bahan nabati  dalam menstimulasi <em>molting</em> dan pertumbuhan kepiting bakau.  Empat formula pakan buatan yang diperkaya EB (700 ng/g kepiting) digunakan pada penelitan ini, yaitu Pakan A (ikan, cangkang kepiting, dan ubi), Pakan B (ikan, silase, cangkang kepiting, dan ubi), Pakan C (ikan, silase, cangkang kepiting, tepung kedelai, dan ubi), dan Pakan D (ikan, silase, cangkang kepiting, tepung kedelai, tepung jagung, dan pollard). Pakan rucah dan pakan A tanpa EB digunakan sebagai kontrol.  Selama penelitian, kepiting bakau fase <em>intermolt</em> dipelihara secara individu dalam <em>crab box</em> yang diletakkan di tambak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase <em>molting</em> dan pertumbuhan bobot masing-masing pada Pakan A (44% dan 41,96%); Pakan B (56% dan 31,57%); Pakan C (74% dan 23,20%); Pakan D (50% dan 39,15%); kontrol pakan rucah (24% dan 50,66%); dan  pakan A tanpa EB (28% dan 35,11%).  Terjadi anomali, yaitu Pakan C dengan persentase <em>molting</em> tertinggi, tetapi dengan tingkat pertumbuhan terendah, namun terjadi sebaliknya pada kontrol pakan rucah. Hal ini diduga efek dari ekstrak bayam sebagai stimulan <em>molting</em>, dimana kinerjanya dapat dioptimumkan dengan komposisi nutrien lengkap dan seimbang.  Pendugaan ini didukung hasil analisis kadar protein kepiting uji pada perlakuan Pakan C tertinggi dibandingkan kontrol.</p> <p>Kata kunci:<em> </em>Ekstrak bayam, kepiting cangkang lunak, <em>molting</em>, pakan buatan, pertumbuhan</p>

Abstract Background Volume rendering methods have been improved to further enhance the quality of imaging and make the communication between echocardiographers and interventionists more fast, reliable and simple. The last innovation in this field is the "3D Real Time True Vue-Transillumination (TI)" rendering method. This allows to freely move virtual light inside a sample volume to enhance image details and depth. No studies have addressed the advantage of this method in the context of procedural guidance for structural interventions. Purpose The aim of the present paper is to test the advantages of this method when applied to interventional TOE during cardiac structural interventions. Methods During different procedures we prospectively collected the apparent added value of TI compared to conventional rendering scored independently by two cardiologists in charge of procedural guidance, one being in training (observer 1) and one trained (observer 2). The score was performed in a Likert scale from 1 to 5 with refer to advantage of TI for different procedural concerns (from 1 that meant "strongly disagree" to 5 "strongly agree"). We tested the inter-rater reliability with the K coefficient of agreement between the two observers. In this analysis we included multiple procedural targets to be imaged during different procedures. Results We included 8 complex procedures performed in our institutions between November 2018 and March 2019 and collected the agreement of the two observers about the following procedural concerns: evaluation of MV area for MV repair procedures; evaluation of MV main target lesion at the beginning of repairing procedure for procedural planning; evaluation of calcifications of MV leaflet and annulus and cleft for patients selection; evaluation of device trajectory with 3D real time imaging before crossing the valve plane during orienting manoeuvre; assessment of residual lesion after first clip for procedural decision making; evaluation of para-valvular leak: site and amount;evaluation of inch point of leaflets for direct annuloplasty in mitral valve and tricuspid valve regurgitation; visualization of coronary sinus during the implant of anchors of Cardioband in posterior part of tricuspid annulus. We collected the scores for a total of 13 records. The 2 observers perceived an added value for TI for all the procedural concerns analysed (mean score of 4.0 ± 0,75); a good agreement was obtained about the superiority of TI rendering in these 13 concerns with a Kappa coefficient of inter-agreement of 0.71, p &lt; 0.0001. Conclusions this is the first experience comparing the new 3D TI rendering with 3D conventional rendering in the context of intra-procedural guidance for structural valve interventions. We obtained good inter-agreement between two echocardiographist with different levels of experience suggesting that TI may have advantages even for education.

En este trabajo es un valor agregado al proyecto “Objetos virtuales de aprendizaje (OVAs) para niños sordos: Desarrollo de Inteligencia Práctica”, financiado por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional de Colombia y un asocio entre 3 Universidades, la Corporación Universitaria Rafael Núñez (CURN) institución ejecutora, más la Fundación Universitaria Antonio de Arévalo y la Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar, instituciones acompañantes. Se realiza este estudio para valorar la calidad de los OVAs diseñados y desarrollados en el proyecto antes mencionado, en este ejercicio se realizó una revisión de las diferentes metodologías propuestas para la evaluación de la calidad de Objetos de Aprendizaje, de los enfoques del producto y el proceso de desarrollo, incluyendo categorías y características de calidad tecnológicas y pedagógicas, para luego proponer un instrumento que permitiera evaluar la calidad de los objetos de aprendizaje que son un ayuda didáctica para desarrollarlos componentes de la inteligencia práctica en niños sordos. Bajo esta pretensión, sepresentan los (4) OVAs diseñados y desarrollados en para el proyecto de investigación mencionado al inicio de este resumen con una descripción pedagógica centrada en los aportes de estos OVAs al desarrollo de la inteligencia práctica. En el siguiente capítulo se describen los aspectos que se validaron después de la revisión literaria como criterios para evaluar la calidad de los OVAs desarrollados, con los indicadores y las características asociadas a cada uno de estos, los cuales fueron valorados por una comunidad de 73 sujetos a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta valorativa según los niveles de estimación de la escala de Likert. Los resultados en un balance general, mostraron en todos los criterios una estimación marcada de la estimación De Acuerdo, y en segundo lugar con Muy De Acuerdo; las estimaciones, más los comentarios y observaciones permitieron a los investigadores determinar desde el lugar de los usuarios las ventajas y aportes de los OVAs, como también reconocer aspectos para refinar y mejorar los objetos de aprendizaje en pro del aprendizaje y del desarrollo de la inteligencia práctica en los niños sordos.ABSTRACT: This work is an added value to the project "Virtual Learning Objects (OVAs) for deaf children: Practical Intelligence Development" funded by the Ministry of National Education of Colombia and partnership between three universities, The University Corporation Rafael Nunez (CURN ) implementing institution plus the Universitaria Antonio de Arévalo Foundation and the Technological University of Bolivar, accompanying institutions. We carried out this study to assess the quality of the OVAs designed and developed in the project mentioned above, in this exercise re A review of the different methodologies proposed for quality assessment of learning objects, the approaches of the product and the development process, including categories and characteristics of technological and pedagogical quality, and then propose an instrument to assess the quality of the learning objects that are a teaching aid to develop the components of practical intelligence in deaf children. Under this claim, we present the (4) OVAs designed and developed for the research project mentioned earlier in this summary centered pedagogical description of these OVAs contributions to the development of practical intelligence. The next chapter describes the aspects that were validated after the literature review as criteria for evaluating the quality of the OVAs developed, with indicators and characteristics associated with each of these, which were valued by a community of 73 subjects who were surveyed as valuation estimate levels Likert scale. The results in a balance sheet, showing in all criteria marked estimate Agree estimation, and second with Strongly Agree, estimates, plus comments and observations allowed researchers to determine from where the users benefits and contributions of the OVAs as well recognize aspects to refine and improve the learning objects and learning towards the development of practical intelligence in deaf children.

The purpose of this study was to identify the morphometric characters of mangrove crabs Scylla spp. and to grow them on the island of Para Sangihe Islands Regency, North Sulawesi Province. There were 2 types of crabs found during crab’s collection. However, the most abundant one was Scylla serrata while the olivacea is only one tail. The results of this study indicate that mangrove crabs that were kept for 2 weeks feed on trash fish three times a day experience growth. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: the type of crab found on Pulau Para, Tatoareng District, Sangihe Islands Regency, North Sulawesi Province were mostly S. serrata (34 tails) and one tail of S. olivacea. The fattening of mangrove crabs showed results on the body weight and carapace length.Further research on mangrove crabs needs to be done on different aspects such as preferable food and time of the abundancy.Keywords: Crab, Scylla spp., identification, fattening. ABSTRAK       Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi karakter morfometrik kepiting bakau Scylla spp dan cara penggemukannya di Pulau Para Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Dua jenis kepiting bakau ditemukan saat pengumpulan data, namun yang ditemukan paling banyak adalah Scylla serrata, sedangkan S. olivacea hanya 1 ekor saja.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepiting bakau yang dipelihara selama 2 minggu dengan diberi pakan ikan rucah sebanyak tiga kali sehari mengalami pertumbuhan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: jenis kepiting yang ditemukan di Pulau Para Kecamatan Tatoareng Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe Provinsi Sulawesi Utara adalah Scylla serrata (34 ekor) dan S. olivacea (1 ekor). Penggemukan kepiting bakau dengan pakan ikan rucah tiga kali sehari menunjukan adanya pertumbuhan berat badan dan panjang lebar karapas.     Penelitian lanjutan tentang kepiting bakau perlu dilakukan untuk melihat berbagai aspek seperti makanan kesukaan dan waktu kelimpahanya.Kata kunci : Kepiting, Scylla spp, identifikasi, penggemukan.

An important area in the company is the operational field that ensures business operations to improve the company's operational performance over a certain period. The purpose of this study is to propose a conceptual model for further research on the effect of superior management support and coffee introduction technology to improve company operational performance. Operational performance refers to the company's capability, which is indicated by the aspects of cost, production volume, fulfilment of demand, customer handling, process control and quality. A number of data will be required and collected in this study to test the existing hypothesis models. The data were collected using a questionnaire that was distributed directly to individual workers in the company with positive questions on a 6-point measurement scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree. Data processing will be carried out using the SEM-AMOS method. One of the results of operational performance is customer focus, which is the orientation of a series of services provided to customers to improve customer satisfaction. The mechanism for eliminating waste and creating added value for the company is process control and improvement at every stage of the process in the company. The results of this study present a conceptual model for further research with the aim of knowing the effect of superior management support, consumer focus, and process control, and coffee introduction technology on the operational performance of CCT companies in Timor-Leste.

The purpose of this research is to find out how Plaza Ikan encourages fish traders to increase their business. One of the efforts of the Tuban Regency Government to increase the added value of fish products is to establish a fish Plaza. The fish plaza is an integrated fish auction place that is packaged in a modern way and integrates with the sale of fresh fish, smoked fish and various processed fish. With the concept of integration, it is hoped that the economy of Tuban fishermen will improve. The research method used a qualitative descriptive method, while the data collection using interviews and questionnaire techniques. Of the 30 respondents who answered everyday trading at the fish plaza, 20 respondents strongly agreed, 7 respondents agreed and 3 respondents were doubtful. A comfortable place to sell, 17 respondents strongly agree, 8 respondents agree, 3 respondents doubt, 2 respondents disagree. Profits are increasing, 5 respondents disagreed, 25 respondents strongly disagreed. The consumers are many and varied, 12 respondents strongly agree, 5 respondents agree, 3 respondents doubt, 4 respondents disagree, 6 respondents strongly disagree

Mangrove crabs (Scylla serrata Forsskål, 1775) is one of the biological resources of the sea, that have economically important value and has been widely cultivated by traditional farmers to meet food needs in both the local and export markets. But the resulting quality of soft shell crab is not optimal. Quality is determined by the hardness of crab carapace after moulting.  Approach to problem solving can be done through the research process of the aquatic organisms to their environment adaptation.This research was aimed to acknowledge the influence of the difference in water softening against time duration the hardening rate of the crabs carapace. This research had done in the area of brackishwater pond in the village of Mojo, Ulujami, Pemalang Regency during 8 months. Animal test used a Mangrove crab (S. serrata Forsskål, 1775), the weight size of 80-150 g, individually kept in plastic boxes (30 x 20 x 25 cm), 15 pieces per m2 density. Research was carried out using case study method. The observation parameters of research was aimed at the water softening and calcium content of rearing water media and body fluids of mangrove crabs, and time duration of carapace hardening. The data obtained from the results of the measurement and calculation of the research parameters of each sampling, include: carapace hardening response due to differences in water softening and calcium content in the rearing media as well as  calcium content in the body fluid of the mangrove crab was analyzed using t-test. Observation on the research results showed that the process of soft shell crab production using rearing media of brackishwater and freshwater, each was respectively difference in the containing value of water softening and calcium content (p < 0.01).   The water softening and calcium content of mangrove crabs as well as the calcium content of body fluid of the mangrove crab to response of time duration the carapace hardening on the mangrove crab after moulting as a whole indicated very significant difference (p < 0.01).  But the results of the statistical analysis of calcium content in the body fluid of mangrove crab with the environmental rearing water media on each individual habitat suggested not significant difference (p ≥ 0.01).  The conclusions of these research, i.e. water softening and calcium content of the rearing water of mangrove crab was the determining factor in the quality of the soft shell crab product. On the occasion research was advised to do optimization of water softening in the rearing crab, so resulting highly quality product of soft shell crab.  Keywords : Calcium, Carapace Hardening, The Quality of Soft Shell Crab,Water Softening.   Kepiting bakau (Scylla  serrata  Forsskål, 1775) merupakan salah satu sumber daya hayati laut yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis penting dan banyak dibudidayakan oleh petani tradisional untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan baik di pasar lokal maupun ekspor. Namun kualitas kepiting soka yang dihasilkan belum optimal. Kualitas kepiting soka sangat ditentukan oleh tingkat kekerasan kulit kepiting setelah moulting. Pendekatan pemecahan masalah ini dapat dilakukan melalui penelitian proses adaptasi organisme perairan terhadap lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan kesadahan terhadap lama waktu kecepatan pengerasan carapace kepiting. Penelitian dilakukan selama 8 bulan di pertambakan Desa Mojo, Kecamatan Ulujami, Kabupaten Pemalang. Hewan uji yang dipergunakan berupa Kepiting Bakau (S. serrata Forsskål, 1775), berat 80 - 150 g, dipelihara pada bok plastik (30 x 20 x 25 cm) secara seluler, padat penebaran 15 ekor per m2. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Parameter penelitian ditujukan pada kesadahan dan kandungan kalsium air media pemeliharaan dan cairan tubuh Kepiting Bakau serta lama waktu pengerasan carapace. Data yang didapatkan dari hasil pengukuran dan perhitungan parameter penelitian pada tiap - tiap pengambilan sampel, meliputi: respon pengerasan carapace akibat perbedaan kesadahan dan kandungan kalsium dalam media air pemeliharaan serta kandungan kalsium dalam tubuh kepiting bakau dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t tes. Hasil pengamatan di dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi kepiting soka menggunakan media pemeliharaan air tambak dan tawar, masing – masing mengandung nilai kesadahan dan kandungan kalsium yang berbeda (p<0,01).  Kandungan kesadahan dan kalsium air media pemeliharaan Kepiting Bakau pada media air pemeliharaan yang berbeda menunjukkan perbedaan sangat signifikan terhadap respon waktu pengerasan carapace Kepiting Bakau setelah moulting (p<0,01). Namun hasil analisis statistik kandungan kalsium cairan tubuh kepiting bakau dengan lingkungan media air pemeliharaan pada masing – masing habitat menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan yang sangat nyata (p≥0,01). Kesimpulan penelitian ini, yaitu kesadahan dan kandungan kalsium air pemeliharaan merupakan faktor penentu kualitas produk kepiting soka. Pada penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan kesadahan sehingga dihasilkan produk kepiting soka berkualitas tinggi.                                                       Kata Kunci : Kalsium, Kesadahan, Kualitas Kepiting Soka, Pengerasan Carapace

AbstrakHampir sebagian besar orang tua siswa berada di sekolah untuk menemani anaknya belajar. Aktivitas mereka yang monoton, seperti mengantar dan menunggu anaknya belajar di TK, sungguh sesuatu yang perlu dipikirkan. Apalagi keberadaan mereka yang bergerombol dan tidak teratur, hanya diisi dengan mengobrol, jajan camilan, atau sesekali arisan kecil untuk menutup kebosanan. Kondisi ini, dapat diupayakan agar aktivitas menunggu itu bisa lebih bermanfaat dan bernilai tambah bagi mereka. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdi merancang suatu pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam membuat beberapa kreasi yang sebelumnya belum pernah dilakukan. Kreasi tersebut berupa kerajinan rajut tangan yang dibentuk menjadi berbagai macam benda seperti gantungan kunci, konektor masker, bunga, dll. Kerajinan merajut dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan (1) aktivitas keterampilan rajut tangan, dan (2) pengetahuan access market orang tua siswa TK B Annur. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab, dan simulasi.  Tahapan yang dilalui diantaranya observasi lapangan, sosialisasi, pra pelatihan, pelatihan, evaluasi dan kegiatan pendampingan. Melalui kegiatan PKM diharapkan orang tua siswa dapat mengembangkan potensinya secara optimal dan menguatkan perekonomian keluarga dengan wirausaha. AbstractMost of the students' parents are at school to accompany their children to study. Their monotonous activities, such as escorting and waiting for their children to study in kindergarten, are really something to think about. Especially when they are clustered and disorganized, only filled with chatting, snacking, or the occasional small social gathering to cover boredom. In this condition, efforts can be made so that the waiting activity can be more useful and have added value for them. Therefore, the service team designed a training and mentoring in making several creations that had never been done before. These creations are in the form of hand-knit crafts that are formed into various kinds of objects such as key chains, mask connectors, flowers, etc. Knitting crafts can be done anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this service activity is to improve (1) hand knitting skills activities, and (2) knowledge of access market parents of Kindergarten B Annur students. Methods of service community activities is carried out by lecturing, question and answer, and simulation. The stages taken included field observations, socialization, pre-training, training, evaluation and mentoring activities. Through community service activities, it is hoped that students' parents can develop their potential optimally and strengthen the family economy with entrepreneurship.
