This study aims to look at the effect of remuneration and work spirit on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office. The research used associative/correlation method. The population was 5 work units at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office consisting of Coaching, Pidum, Pidsus, Datun, and Intel work units and the sample of the study was 97 people including 18 employees in the Coaching work unit, 37 employees in the Pidum work unit, 18 people employees in the Pidsus work unit, 9 employees in the Datun work unit, and 15 employees in the Intel work unit. The data were primary data were obtained by using questionnaires and conducting a survey. The gathered data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression tests for analytical analysis which had been tested by using classic assumption test. The result of the research showed that, partially, Remuneration had positive and significant influence on the Employee Performance at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office and partially, Work Spirit had positive and significant influence on the Employee Performance at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office. Simultaneously, these results indicate that Remuneration and Work Spirit had significant influence on the employee performance at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office.

The purpose of this study is to find out the motivation to mediate the leadership trilogy and job satisfaction to employee work productivity at PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment. The method used in this study is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires with 78 respondents with saturated sample techniques. Then the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression tests, t (partial) tests, coesifisien determination (R2) and sobel tests. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant influence on motivation, leadership trilogy and job satisfaction had a significant influence on employee work productivity, leadership trilogy and motivation had no significant effect on employee work productivity, motivation mediated leadership trilogy and job satisfaction had no insignificant effect on employee work productivity.  Keywords: Leadership Trilogy, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Productivity.

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

This paper aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees and compensation at PT. AL. A total of 31 employees of the construction division involved as respondents. Data were obtained through a questionnaire containing closed questions with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the organization culture and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. This research was conducted by the authors at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kerumutan Unit and Tri Mulia Jaya Unit. The research took place for 4 ( four ) months. Conducting this research is to determine the effect of Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy simultaneously on the Provision of Credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kerumutan Unit and Tri Mulia Jaya Unit. This study uses primary data, the authors conducted data processing using multiple linear regression which processed it using SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence between Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy on the Provision of Credit. When viewed from the summary model table, then r, which means the correlation coefficient, shows that Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy have a moderate relationship to the Provision of Credit.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment influence simultaneously and partially and to know which variables that influence dominant between motivation variables and work environment on employee performance of packing beverage products at PT. Lion Mas Pandaan.In this study the primary data obtained through survey results of questionnaires distributed to the study respondents amounted to 32 respondents. In this study used data analysis that is with the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test and partial test to find out how big influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable.The results of this study proves that based on simultaneous calculation results there is a mutual influence of independent variables that are positive and significant to employee performance variables. While the test results in multiple linear regression and partially showed that each of the independent variables are motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is the employee's performance at PT. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Go-Pay as a mobile payment application. The population of this research was all Gojek application users who use Go-Pay as mobile payment in South Jakarta. This research used primary data sourced from the questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that four independent variables, i.e., price, trust, lifestyle, and benefit have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay application. However, convenience has no significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, Go-pay, lifestyle
