<p><em>Noise is all unwanted sounds to some degree cause hearing loss. In the operation of PT.Surveyor Indonesia laboratory operation using some machines that cause noise that disrupt the workers. From result of research of noise level happened 68.93-89.12 dB and already exceeded the threshold in accordance with regulation of KEP-48 / MENLH / 11/1996. From the results of questionnaires distributed with the number of respondents 30 people. Tested the validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of validity test value 0.631-0.944 this value&gt; from r table value 0.361 can be summed up all valid questions. The reliability test results of 0.601-0.908 this value&gt; of the cronbach alpha value of 0.600 can be summed up all reliable questions. Result of linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = -0.321-0.031-X1 + 0.076X2 + 1.114X3. Where X1 = communication, there is a negative relationship, X2 = physiology, positive relationship occurs, X3 = Psychology positive relationship occurs. The results of double correlation analysis test R = 0.701 this shows a strong relationship between noise to communication, physiology and psychology. And the result of coefficient test of regresi together with test F, obtained F arithmetic 8,392 and F table 2,975 so F count&gt; F table thus Ho rejected Ha accepted meaning there is influence signifikan between noise to communication, physiology and psikolgi worker.</em></p>

In fact the construction economy is rangkayan activity by exploiting the whole potential of the basic capital as epektif and efficiently through perancanaan kesejahtraanin order to improve society. The fulfillment of the basic needs of the society especially health, education, food and nutrition is something very fundamental in the context of the development of community welfare (welfare), human development (humandevelopment) and reduction of poverty (poverty reduction). Strategic issues in the governance of the Jambi province are not much different from the Central Government (the problem), namely the still high number of poverty. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the HDI have a positive relationship towards the poor population where if the HDI rose 1 percent then the number of poor population will rise of0.358. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the GDP had a negative relationship toward the poor population, which if GDP rises 1 percent then the number ofpoor population will be down by-0.006. Multiple linear regression analysis based onthe number of unemployment has positive relationship towards the poor population where if the number of unemployed rose 1 percent then the number of poor population will rose by 0.010.Keyword: influence of IPM, PDRB and the number of unemployed

<p><em>The one indicator of economic stability in the pondok modern Darussalam Gontor environment is level of consumption. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income and lifestyle on the level of consumption of students of class 6 Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor campus 2. Data analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between income and consumption, which is the increase in income, the higher the level of consumption. And there is also a positive relationship between lifestyle and consumption, namely the more lifestyle increases, the higher the level of consumption. The results of this study also obtained that there is a very strong relationship between income and lifestyle towards consumption</em></p>

This study aims to determine the leadership and employee motivation on the taps Madiun and to determine whether there is influence on employee motivation leadership at Madiun taps. Data collection using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression analysis correlation test load, f test and t test using SPSS for windows 16.0. The results showed that the leadership have influence at the same time a positive relationship to employee motivation at PDAM Madiun. This means that the value of fhit ≥ ftable (49.921 ≥ 3.37 or Sighit ≤ Sigtable (0,000 ≤ 0.05), or it can be concluded reject H0, meaning no overall effect between leadership on employee motivation in PDAM Madiun. In addition, reliability test results obtained from the value of Cronbach's Alpha 0.859 and 0.944&gt; 0.70. This means that the data collected is reliable (trustworthy).

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of economic growth and population growth on the unemployment rate in Mimika Regency. The method in this study is an associative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS statistic. Based on the results obtained in this study, the value of regression coefficient in economic growth variable was 0.058. The coefficient of positive value means that there is a positive relationship between economic growth and the unemployment rate. Then the coefficient of regression in the population growth variable was 0.451. The coefficient of positive value means that there is a positive relationship between population growth and the unemployment rate.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Product Quality and Price on Consumer Purchase Interests in Tambourine NS, and to analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of each variable, so that the data analysis method used is to use multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with test t and F test. In this study, the population was 35 regular customers of tambourine NS products using saturated samples. Data collection was carried out by giving a list of questions to respondents, namely regular customers tambourine NS. Based on the results of the analysis of multiple linear regression tests produce that Product Quality and Price Simultaneously influence 7.625 with a significance of 0.000. While the partial test results of Product Quality partially influence 4,322 with a significance of 0,000 results. another case with Prices which partially does not affect the Consumer Purchase Interest. The most dominant variable in influencing consumer purchase interest is product quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of partial financial target, ineffective monitoring, and capability for fraud. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires. This research includes quantitatives research. The population of this study is 100 employees who work at the Sluice Credit Cooperative and the sample determination technique uses the slovin formula. The number of respondents in this study were 50 employees. The instrument reliability test includes the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test includes the normality test, the heterokedasticity test and the multicollinearity test. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that the (1) financial target had a significant effect on fraud with a significant value of 0,003 < 0,05 (2) ineffective monitoring has a significant effect on fraud with a significant value of 0,002 < 0,05; (3) capability has a significant effect on fraud with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,005.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the selection, training and employment systems. satisfaction both collectively and partially on the performance of employees at PT Lion Air Group from Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu before the pandemic  covid - 19. Data was collected through direct observation and surveys by distributing questionnaires and interviews to employees of PT. Lion Air Group Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu before the pandemic covid -19 to become a plague in Indonesia. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the selection system, training and job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance before the spread of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion and design on the purchasing decisions of Samsung Smartphones in Ambon City. The population in this study is Samsung Smartphone consumers in Ambon. The sample used was 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. From the F test results it is known that the regression model is feasible to measure the purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones to consumers in Ambon City. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the t test, the results show that product quality, promotion and design have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Samsung Ambon City Smartphones.
