Visitor satisfaction is fascinating to learn because this is always a significant positioning in developing tourism destination.This study aims to analyze visitor satisfaction and formulate the agrotourism development strategy. The research survey was conducted in Purwosari Agrotourism, Mijen District, Semarang City, Indonesia.  A total of 100 visitors and 20 people were purposively selected to address research objective. Visitor satisfaction is evaluated using the 7P marketing mix approach. The analysis method uses the Importance Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index to analyze visitor satisfaction; and Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) analysis to formulate development strategy. The results showed the location, transportation, promotion, and physical evidence (parking area, toilets, and information boards) are the main priority attributes of improvement. The response of visitors was in the satisfied category with a total Satisfaction Index of 73.39%. The development strategy of Purwosari Agrotourism shows the SO (strength and opportunity) strategy approach, which means being in a favorable position with aggressive strategy recommendations.  The strategy includes the innovation of tourism products, collaboration with other tourism objects to create tour packages, and expand product marketing networks.JEL Classification: Q13; R58; Z32

Several kinds of agro-tourism are managed by the community and by the private sector. However, if agro-tourism is managed by the community, can it give satisfaction to the visitors? This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction by Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and to investigate what marketing mix attributes should be improved by IPA-Kano integration analysis. The research method used was a quantitative research on community-based Salak (<em>Salacca zalacca</em>) Agro-tourism in each category of tourism village, namely ’growing’, ‘developing’ and ‘independent’ tourism village categories. The measurement of visitor satisfaction used the marketing mix attributes of 7Ps (price, place, product, promotion, process, people and physical evidence). Based on the results of CSI, the services provided by the community-based salak agro-tourism manager are considered ‘Satisfied’ in the Growing and Developing agro-tourisms and ‘Very Satisfied’ in the Independent agro-tourism. Priority attributes that should be improved are attributes included in the ‘Fatal’ category. Priority attributes in ‘growing’ agro-tourism are the marketing activities (publicity), availability and cleanliness toilet. Priority attributes in ‘developing’ agro-tourism are marketing activities (promotion), availability and cleanliness of toilets. Priority attributes in ‘independent’ agro-tourism are availability and cleanliness of toilets.

This study aims to find out how the development strategy of Lembang Dano situ in Village of Cipada, and to get the right strategy for the development of Lembang Dano tourist attractions. The data has taken of primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from questionnaires and interviews to predetermined sources and secondary data obtained from agencies and agencies related to this study. The analytical tool used the SWOT analysis method the results of the research show that the development strategy needs to first determine the factors that are strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) ourism potential in Lembang Dano Cipada Village, then combines with the opportunities and threats from outside (external environment). <p>Selumbung Village is one of the villages that is directed to be developed as a tourist village in Karangasem regency. Culture-based tourism development in this village is expected to provide benefits to the community if properly managed and planned. This study aims to get a recommendation for the strategic plan of cultural-based tourism development in the village of Selumbung. The analytical method used in this study includes descriptive analysis which is assisted by the SWOT analysis method to determine the development strategy plan. The results showed that the priority of the culture-based tourism development strategy plan in the village of Selumbung was to develop tourism products, improve management and marketing.</p>

This study aims to analyze the marketing mix and development strategy which is applied to the agroindustry of Coffee Powder of Intan Brand in Bandar Lampung City.  This research was conducted purposively in the agroindustry of Intan Brand Coffee Powder in determined Bandar Lampung City of Lampung Province.  Data collection of this study was conducted from March to April 2017.  This research is a case study, employed 14 people as respondents.  The research data is analyzed by qualitative descriptive and SWOT analysis.  The results of this study indicated that the marketing mix applied to the Intan Brand Coffee Powder agroindustry were (a) good quality product, (b) price determined by competitor price, (c) located at strategic place, and (d) promotion activities that have been applied by Intan Brand Agroindustry Coffee Powder was by face-to-face sales and sales promotion.  The development strategy of Intan Brand Coffee Powder agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City were (a) the owner of agroindustry was determining the policy on utilizing the technology, (b) utilizing the location in the market and continuing to cooperate with PTPN 7 in order to have a bigger opportunities (c) maintaining good quality product so that the product could still competing with similar business at the market, (d) empowering the ability and human resource skills to resolve the limitations of capital in following technological developments.Key words: coffee powder, development strategy, marketing mix

This study aims (1) to determine the income and feasibility of cultivation business using minapadi system (2) to know the level of cost risk, income and profit of farming minapadi, (3) to know the development strategy of cultivation using minapadi system in Sleman District of Yogyakarta. To analyse and interpret the data, it used descriptive analysis method. The location of the research was determined purposively it was in Seyegan Sub District. The number of respondents in this research was 43 farmers which consist of 23 minapadi farmers and 20 non minapadi farmers. The analysis used in this research was income, feasibility, risk and SWOT analysis. The result of the analysis showed that the income and profit of minapadi farmers are more than the non-minapadi farmers. The feasibility analysis of farming system in conducting the cultivation using minapadi system and non minapadi system respectively at 1.43 and 1.27, so that these two businesses are worthy to run since the value of R/C ratio was more than 1. The risk analysis shows that in the farm integrating minapadi has lower risk of costs, revenues, and profits. The appropriate strategy for the development of minapadi farming is the S-T strategy which is by utilizing the strengths to minimize the threats.

Marketing strategy is a plan that is done to be able to capture the market, using the 7 P Marketing Mix strategy. This study aims to 1) analyze internal and external factors in the development of the Kampung Ekologi Batu (KEB). 2) Analyzing the development strategy that must be implemented by the Kampung Ekologi Batu (KEB) in increasing tourist visits. 3) Analyzing the development strategy is the most effective way to increase tourist visits of the Kampung Ekologi Batu (KEB). The sample used in this study is divided into 2, namely: Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling. Pursposive Sampling consists of: Tourism Marketing Department at the Tourism Office, Head of Community Empowerment and Development of Temas Village, General Chair of Kampung Ekologi Batu (KEB), Chair of KEB Development, and Chair of Rw 06. Accidental Sampling taken by 30 visitors. The analysis used in this study used SWOT Analysis, IFE Matrix and EFE Matrix to produce IE Matrix strategies. The results of this study indicate that the Kampung Ekologi Batu (KEB) has used 7 P Marketing Mix (Product, price, place, promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence) on the Internal KEB. The results of the IE Matrix obtained based on the weight and rating obtained from IFE and EFE indicate the position of the IE KEB Matrix in the Growing and Building area, which means that the business KEB is developing and has excellent potential to be able to increase tourism, and Analysis Results The most effective SWOT in the research is on the S-O strategy, namely: Improving service quality, package quality or products offered and maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of the Ecology Village and the beautiful environment.

This research intended  to evaluate the development strategy of Marine Fish Hatchery Unit at Gumilamo Island, North Halmahera. Analysis SWOT was used to determine the development strategy. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and literature relevant to the research. SWOT analysis showed the internal and external factors that affected the development of Marine Fish Hatchery at Gumilamo island. The strenght were location, water quality , local government support, and availability of seeds and feed. Weakness were lack of public interest, lack of extension and human resources. Opportunity were the high value of the sale, business opportunities and  local government regulation. The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion

In developing a business in the field of marriage, My Wedding Organizer has designed several wedding packages for brides who want a party that is only attended by a few people (privacy). By working with several reception venues and several other wedding organizers, My wedding organizer has succeeded in making customers feel satisfied with the wedding packages offered. However, in 2019 My Wedding Organizer was not able to achieve the expected target, thus we conducted research aimed at increasing sales of wedding packages on My Wedding Organizer by making a strategy formulation by analyzing the marketing mix of 7P services consisting of products and services, prices, channels. / place of distribution, promotion, people, facilities (physical evidence) and processes based on a SWOT analysis. Based on the research of this study in increase of sales of wedding packages which decreased especially in 2019, namely the creation of a new strategy formulation is based on the SWOT analysis 7P. The conclusions of the study are based on the marketing mix by creating a SWOT matrix, from strategy SO, WO, ST and WT in strategy formulation it can be based on the 7P include product, price, distribution channels / place, promotion, people, processes, and the physical evidence. It is recommended to use the hotel management corporate strategy formulation and business unit strategy formulation, with the wedding venue evaluate and innovate to create a new wedding packages to explore creativity in the promotional aspect of wedding.
