Capitalist behavior was unavoidable when the co-19 outbreak struck. Panic buying at a number of shopping centers, as well as hoarding of healthcare supplies such as masks and sanitizers, are all manifestations of capitalism’s selfish behavior. This essay stressed the critical importance of ethics in all parts of behavior, including economic activity, in order to dissuade such behavior. This study took a qualitative method, with Al-Gazali’s Sufistic thinking serving as the primary reference point. This study took a sociological perspective. The primary data collection took place over the course of one week at Lakessi traditional market, Sejahtera store, Alfamidi Weke branch, Indomaret Weke branch, Kimia Farma Andi Makkasau Pharmacy, Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Bau Massepe Pharmacy, and Indah Farma Pharmacy. Interviews corroborated the findings. Additionally, this study utilized secondary data from Al-Gazali’s work Ihya Ulumiddin and contemporary research. More precisely, when the sickness struck, Al-Gazali’s beliefs acted as a check on capitalist behavior. The qadr al-hajah and ihsan were revealed to be the most critical aspects in encouraging sharing and caring while simultaneously minimizing panic buying and hoarding. This article is expected to contribute to the scientific riches of the Co-19 Era and to fill the moral hole produced by capitalism.

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang kasus penegakan kebijakan protokol kesehatan yang tidak konsisten di Kota Pontianak. Kondisi masyarakat ini merepresentasikan keterlibatan mereka sebagai bagian dari penyelenggaraan kebijakan, khususnya dalam penegakan kebijakan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemic Covid-19. Terjadi ketimpangan yang tidak adil dalam penegakan aturan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengumpulan data sekunder juga dilakukan dengan penelusuran daring. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ketaatan masyarakat Kota Pontianak terhadap penyelenggaraan aturan protokol kesehatan tergolong baik. Hal ini dilihat dari kepatuhan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan perilaku menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, dan memakai masker secara konsisten. Meski demikian, ada juga pelanggaran aturan yang terjadi. Hal ini dilihat dari jumlah sanksi atau denda yang diberlakukan kepada sejumlah pengusaha kedai kopi. This paper describes the case of inconsistent health protocol policy enforcement in Pontianak City. The condition of this community represents their involvement as part of the implementation of policies, especially in the enforcement of health protocol policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. There is unfair and inequality in the enforcement of the rule. This research uses qualitative method, with primary data collection by interview and observation. Secondary data collection is also done with online browsing. Based on the results of the study, the adherence of the people of Pontianak city to the implementation of health protocol rules is relatively good. This is seen from the community's compliance in maintaining distance, washing hands, and wearing masks consistently. However, there is also a violation of the rules that occur, this is seen from the number of sanctions or fines imposed on a number of coffee shop entrepreneurs.

The existence of the potential for heritage tourism in center of Kota Serang is now almost eliminated and forgotten, whereas if it is managed optimally, many benefits can be generated. The purpose of the research is to reveal the potential of heritage tourism in center of Kota Serang to be developed as a tourist destination. The research method used is a qualitative method. Primary data collection through observation techniques and in-depth interviews. Secondary data through library research. Data analysis uses an interactive model, through three activities namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there is no clear strategic policy and the lack of efforts in achieving optimal utilization of potential inheritance for tourism development. The synergy of all stakeholders and decision makers is needed to run in line with the vision and mission of development. The proposed development model is community-based heritage tourism. This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island  Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data.  The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data.  The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point.  The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task.  The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach.  The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. The Anciliary or the institution on the Dream Island beach already reach the average point. Keywords: Management, Dream Island Beach, Beach Tourism.

Marketing strategy is very important for a company, both small and large companies, especially when they want to develop the company and increase the number of consumers, as well as companies owned by PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto, there are many businesses owned by PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto includes the Meriah Kitchen Restaurant, M2M ,. Agri Bisnis, Rijan Mart, Franchese, Grilled Chicken Wong Solo, Shake Noodle Mang Uci Bandung, Quick Chicken, Organic Vegetable Mayur, Giant Super Market, Hero Super Market, Chicken Slaughterhouse, Rijan Mineral Water. The research method used is a qualitative method which includes data sources both primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis techniques namely editing and organizing, checking the validity of the data, and the research stage. All of this researchers use to find research results. Exposure data which contains an overview of the object of research and data obtained from interviews and other documents related to marketing, then a discussion contains the strategic strategies used to market the product and the constraints and solutions. The conclusion of this discussion is that the strategy used is a strategy to promote promotion through advertising, 5S services, 4M services (Cheap, Easy, Steady, Moment), and giving free, then product packaging which includes determining or selecting brend and expanding product selection. However, all of this is in accordance with sharia economic values, namely the absence of trickery, absence of gharar, and benefiting both parties.

<p><em>Mandhasiya</em> tradition is one of the local wisdom that is still carried out by the Gumeng Village community in Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. This tradition is believed by the community as a sacred and religious meaning, so the community is still encouraged to carry out this ritual. This study aimed at describing the reasons of Gumeng villagers to keep maintaining the <em>Mandhasiya</em> tradition, especially the local wisdom value of the <em>Mandhasiya</em> Tradition in the study of Hinduism education in Gumeng Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency and the implications of the <em>Mandhasiya</em> tradition toward Hindu communities in Gumeng Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency.</p><p>This study used a qualitative method with a socio-cultural phenomenology approach. The primary data were collected by direct observation and interviews, while the secondary data by the exploration of journals, research results, and relevant literature sources. The results of this study concluded that 1) The reason to keep maintaining the <em>Mandhasiya</em> tradition by the Gumeng village community in Jenawi Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency because of the desire to preserve the Javanese culture, ask for salvation to the Almighty God, maintain harmony among people, as well as trust in myths 2) <em>Mandhasiya</em> tradition have values of local wisdom based on the study of Hindu religious education, they are: religious values <em>(Sraddha),</em> togetherness values <em>(Tat Twam Asi),</em> environmental preservation values <em>(Tri Hita Karana),</em> sincerity values <em>(Yajna),</em> 3) implications of the <em>Mandhasiya</em> Tradition toward the society in Gumeng village, Jenawi Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency is strengthening the community religiosity, strengthening solidarity, being involved in collective worship, and creating community welfare.</p>

The research is aimed at understanding the government policies on cultural tourism and pandemic mitigations in Bali made during the covid-19 pandemic. It uses qualitative method in which the primary data were collected through face-to-face and virtual video interviews to seven informants who were selected using purposive sampling to assure they aware of and understand the researched case; and the secondary data were collected from online publications. The research finds the regional regulation on cultural tourism was amended during the Covid-19 outbreak to strengthen the use of local cultures for tourism adapting both national and international tourism policies to lead to a more responsible tourism designating Bali’s local indigenous cultures of Tri Hita Karana and Sad Kerthi as basis of cultural tourism development in Bali; and more importantly, Bali’s government issued particular policies and  executed immediate measures to reopen tourism in Bali which totally shut down due to pandemic. These policies reacted differently by local people and remains become a hot debate within Balinese communities.

The objectives of this study are to reveal the causes and negative impacts of overprotective mother’s attitude towards her child in the best-selling novel entitled My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult, and to see how overprotective Sara Fitzgerald as a mother who has an overprotective attitude towards her second child. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with library study to find out the overprotective mother and how the overprotective developed by applying internal and external overprotective theory and mother's theory. The primary data used is the novel itself. Secondary data are books and articles relating to conflict theory. The results showed that there was a major problem that caused by Sara Fitzgerald as an overprotective mother and the impact of her overprotective attitude towards her daughter. There are two causes that Sara becomes an overprotective mother to her second daughter: her illness and her recovery and the impact towards her third daughter  is lacking affection and suffering.

This study aims to determine the dependence of society on natural resources in Ringinsari village, Boyolali district. To obtain a representative sample there, the qualitative method was carried out by conducting interviews with locals related to the topic of writing. Primary data collection is obtained by means of observation, namely question and answer sessions with the local community. Secondary data is obtained from agencies related to the issue. The data were analyzed by dividing into an analysis of the village environment, an analysis of the lifestyle of the locals, and an analysis of the population's dependence on nature or natural resources. The results showed that the Ringinsari village, Boyolali district is the largest village in one sub-district and has the largest population, namely 66 Family Cards (KK). Most of the locals work as factory workers, farmers and some have set up their own businesses, such as opening basic food stalls. Society is still very dependent on nature because some locals own livestock and manage plantations.

This study examines two cultural forms of livelihood in coastal communities Dukuh Tapak, Kelurahan Tugurejo, Semarang. This research purpose is to identify the conditions of each individual and family livelihood, a reason to the dualism of livelihood, and the influence of industry on the social and economic life. This research use a qualitative method, collecting primary data through in-depth interviews and observation, secondary data obtained from study of literature and documents. The results showed that Dukuh Tapak's people have a livelihood as factory employees while managing the fish farm as a sideline. Most people who work in factories are women and youth as a bid to shore up their family economy. Industrialization did not significantly affect the socio-economic conditions, in which a sense of kinship and mutual help are still well preserved. While in terms of economic, a family with two types of livelihood tend to be more established than a family with only working either in the industry or the agricultural sector.

This research is aimed identifying the advantages of the regulation of TUPE principles, as well as inhibiting factors for outsourcing companies to apply the TUPE principles after the Decision of the  Constitutional Court Number 27/PUU-IX/ 2011. The research was conducted by using normative-empirical method. The data of the research consisted of primary data and secondary data. All of the collected data were analyzed using qualitative method. The results of this research were presented in a descriptive analysis report. The results of the research indicated he advantages that could be obtained by workers in relation with regulation of the TUPE principles included protection of wages, welfare and working requirements, protection of workers when the company was taken over, protection of workers when there is a change of outsourcing company and regulation of the right to file a lawsuit to the industrial relations court. The inhibiting  factors in the application of the TUPE principles in the  outsourcing companies after the  Decision of Constitutional Court  were the lack of socialization and supervision of the government, various legal loopholes of discrepancies between the implementing regulation and  the Decision of Constitutional Court, uncertainty severance regulation, assumptions that TUPE was a new burden which may disadvantage employers, and the lack of understanding of the workers related to their rights.
