Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja UMKM melalui “UMKM Naik Kelas” Pada UMKM di Kecamatan Cempaka Putih Jakarta Pusa

The number of SMEs in Indonesia reaches around 56.2 million units and is capable of absorbing 97.2% of the total workforce. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) the growth of online-based trading business has increased in the last 10 years, to 26 million or up 17% and followed by the number of SMEs reaching more than 55 million units, but many challenges must be faced by SMEs in facing MEA. The form of community service activity training is titled: "UMKM Grades Up with the subtitles Training on Inventory Management, Marketing Go Online, and Preparation of Simple Financial Statements and MSME Tax Socialization". This year 2019 is the second year of the implementation of this community service program. This year, the response of community service partners, in this case 10 Assisted Culinary MSMEs around the campus, Cempaka Putih Jakarta, were very enthusiastic. This can be seen from the spirit of curiosity (many questions) about the material of socialization and the seriousness of the training that was given. The UMKM Actors asked for the continuation of this training, in the form of assistance / consultation for the development of the UMKM. The driving factors of the UMKM Graduation Class activities are the enthusiasm or high motivation of the SMEs. While the obstacle to the implementation of this program is the lack of duration of training, in terms of frequency. Another difficulty is the limited time of the UMKM Actors, because they have to take care of the UMKM business processes that are still running. Based on the results and outcomes achieved in 2019 community service titled MSMEs Graduating Classes, then for 2020 it is planned to hold: mentoring MSME business processes, so that MSMEs truly advance in class. The intended grade is that there is progress in management, so that it has implications for increasing MSME income. To facilitate the assistance for MSME business development, a MSME staging or clustering will be conducted in Cempaka Putih District.

The goal to be achieved in this service program is to help compile and make financial statements CV. Kasih dan Sayang. Specific targets to be completed are knowledge and skills in preparing and formatting financial statements. The problem in preparing financial statements is knowledge and skills in the recording of business finances. Therefore, the challenges in this target group need to be overcome by increasing knowledge and training in making financial statements that are easy and helping financial records for partners. The method that will be used in this service program is participation method. CV. Kasih dan Sayang were given financial statement training. The results of this community service activity are trainees who are able to provide training materials that are supported by using financial statements formats in the form of MS. Excel is in accordance with the case of business transactions. In addition, the financial statement format is in the form of an MS. Excel will tidy up and make it easier to make business financial statements.

ABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakan ini adalah agar setelah mengikuti kegiatan para peserta yakni pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta latihan soal-soal. Materi pelatihan berupa modul penyusunan laporan keuangan dasar. Peserta pelatihan adalah para pelaku UMKM Jakarta Selatan. Analisis terhadap kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan skor terhadap latihan soal-soal yang diberikan kepada para peserta. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan telah berjalan efektif. Peserta mampu memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal secara cukup memadai. Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Laporan Laba-Rugi, Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Perubahan Modal ABSTRACTThe aims of this community service activity are that after its completion the participants consisting of the entrepreneurs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) should be able to understand and prepare basic financial statements that consist of profit and loss statement, statement of financial position, and statement of changes in equity. The method used was training that consist of lecturing, discussion and Q-A, and exercises. Training materials were a module of the preparation of basic financial statement. The participants of this training were the entrepreneurs of MSME of South Jakarta. The activity was analyzed by scoring the exercises delivered to the participants. The results shows that the training is effective. Participants are able to understand and prepare basic financial statements that consist of profit and loss statement, statement of financial position, and statement of changes in equity in sufficient matter. This community service activity aims to provide training and assistance in the preparation of financial reports at the Putri Asisiyah Orphanage in Malang City. Putri Aisyiyah Orphanage is one of the Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) in Malang. The training and assistance in the preparation of financial reports are related to the problems faced by the orphanage manager, namely the activity of recording and reporting on orphanages that have not been carried out in an orderly manner and in accordance with reporting standards. Putri Aisiyah Orphanage has a business unit that has experienced significant development until now, so it is necessary to record and prepare good financial reports for the orphanage. So that administrators can evaluate the performance of operational activities of the orphanage and catering business units. The method of implementing the service program consists of socializing the importance of preparing financial reporting, training and assistance in the preparation of financial reports. The results of this service activity, the management and financial administration section of the Putri Aisiyah Orphanage have the skills (expertise) in making / compiling excel-based computerized financial reports and this service program has achieved the output of computational computational financial reporting work excel at the Putri Aisiyah Orphanage.

The main objective in this community service activity is to improve the insight of the people in Kepohbaru Bojonegoro sub-district about zoonotic diseases. The hope is that with the increasing knowledge of citizens, the level of public health in general can be better. The implementation method that will be used in this community service program is counseling and discussion. The purpose of counseling conducted to the community is to provide a general description of zoonotic diseases and then conduct an in-depth discussion about the clinical symptoms, handling, prevention and treatment of zoonotic diseases. After the activity is completed, monitoring will be carried out through the transfer of students of BBM KKN Universitas Airlangga.AbstrakTujuan utama dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dapat meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Kepohbaru Bojonegoro tentang penyakit zoonosis. Harapannya dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan warga, maka tingkat kesehatan masyarakat secara umum bias menjadi lebih baik. Metode pelaksanaan yang akan digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan dan diskusi. Tujuan dari penyuluhan yang dilakukan kepada warga masyarakat adalah memberikan gambaran umum tentang penyakit zoonosis dan selanjutnya dilakukan diskusi yang mendalam tentang gejala klinis, penanganan, pencegahan, dan pengobatan penyakit zoonosis. Setelah kegiatan selesai, akan dilakukan monitoring melalui penerjunan mahasiswa KKN BBM Universitas Airlangga.

Latar belakang dalam pengabdian ini adalah dampak yang ditimbulkan dari covid 19 sangat dirasakan bagi keluarga, tak terkecuali pada aspek perekonomian dan psikologis keluarga.. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan konseling kepada keluarga yang terdampak covid 19 untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi keluarga agar dapat menjalani kehidupan dengan lebih baik lagi. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah Keluarga yang terdampak covid 19 Kecamatan Telagasari Desa Kalijaya Kabupaten Karawang yang berjumlah satu keluarga yang terdiri dari 4 orang yaitu ayah, ibu, dan dua anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap awal yang diri dari membangun hubungan konseling dengan klien, mendefinisikan masalah, penjajakan, dan menegosiasikan kontak, selanjutnya tahap kerja yang meliputi penjajakan masalah, bantuan yang diberikan terhadap klien, dan tahap akhir yaitu progress klien. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah proses konseling berhasil untuk meningkatkan motivasi keluarga yang terdampak covid 19. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan yang terjadi pada klien setelah mengikuti kegiatan konseling yaitu perubahan klien tidak terpuruk lagi dan berusaha bangkit mencari nafkah dan anak-anak klien tetap semangat, sehingga dikatakan untuk program layanan konseling ini dikatakan berhasil. Kata Kunci: Layanan Konseling, Keluarga, Covid 19 The background in this service is that the impact of Covid 19 is felt on families, including the economic and psychological aspects of the family. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide counseling services to families affected by Covid 19 to increase family motivation. in order to live life better. The targets of this activity are families affected by covid 19, Telagasari Subdistrict, Kalijaya Village, Karawang Regency, which consists of one family consisting of 4 people, namely father, mother, and two children. The method used in this activity consists of several stages, namely the initial stage which consists of building a counseling relationship with clients, defining problems, exploring, and negotiating contacts, then the work stage includes exploring problems, assistance provided to clients, and the final stage, namely progress. client. The results obtained were that the counseling process was successful in increasing the motivation of families affected by covid 19. This is evidenced by the changes that occur in clients after participating in counseling activities, namely changes in clients do not fall anymore and try to get up to earn a living and the client's children remain enthusiastic, so that the counseling service program is said to be successful. ERADICATING ILLITERACY OF AL-QUR'AN LETTERS ON RESIDENTS AND COMMUNITY OF SCAVENGERS AT THE FINAL WASTE DISPOSAL SITE (TPA) OF KARYABARU VILLAGE, PALEMBANG. The purpose of this community service program is to overcome literacy of the Koran in the scavenger community in the garbage dumps of Karyabaru Village, Alang-alang District, Palembang City. The method used The method used in this service is participatory action research (PAR) in the form of assistance in learning. Based on this service activity, it can be concluded that the ability of learning citizens to show an increase in writing and reading hijaiyah letters, this can be seen from the results of the evaluation at each meeting, namely: (1) the ability to write and read hijaiyah letters of learning citizens who are declared complete as many as 18 (90 %) and incomplete 2 (10%). (2) the ability to write and read changes in hijaiyah letters, namely 17 (85%) learning citizens were declared complete and 3 (15%) learning citizens were declared incomplete. (3) the ability of citizens to learn to pronounce letters correctly and fluently according to their meaning 15 (75%) learning citizens were declared complete and 5 (25%) learning residents were declared not complete, and (4) the ability of residents to learn to pronounce letters that were already marked with a long and short line according to the level in tajwid, namely there are 15 (75%) learning residents who have completed and 5 (25%) learning residents are declared incomplete.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer found in women worldwide, including Indonesia. Breast cancer was the most second cancer-related death in Indonesia with 22,000 mortality cases in 2018. The high mortality rate is worsened by the fact that 80% breast cancer cases in Indonesia was detected when its already in advanced stage, so the morbidity and mortality rate will be high. In response to those problems, we held a community service activity which comprises counselling of breast self-examination (BSE) methods and free breast ultrasonography examination. Counselling was held to improve knowledge and awareness regarding breast cancer, whereas free breast ultrasonography examination was held to give access of one of breast cancer early detection method for community. We found 9 people (16.4% of all participants) who had breast lesion and 11 people (20.0% of all participants) who had lymph node involvement. The mean of age of the community service participants was 47.4 years old, so our community service program is right on the target, matching with the riskiest age group of breast cancer. Improving knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of early detection for breast cancer, then contributing to add breast ultrasonography examination data in Indonesia, especially at Solo, were the aim for this community service program.

ABSTRAKIndustri Kecil Menengah atau Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Salatiga sebanyak 1.969 unit usaha dan menyerap 14.647 orang tenaga kerja. Akan tetapi terdapat beberapa hal yang masih perlu ditingkatkan pada UMKM di Kota Salatiga adalah metode promosi, efisiensi serta efektifitas proses bisnis penjualan serta distribusi. Oleh karena itu pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Mayarakat (PKM) dilakukan pembangunan marketplace dengan mitra Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil, dan Menengah (DinkopUKM) Kota Salatiga untuk memberdayakan para pelaku UMKM di Kota Salatiga. Selain itu pada PKM ini juga dilakukan pelatihan kepada para pelaku UMKM se-kota Salatiga terkait penggunaan marketplace yang dibangun. Dari evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan metode observasi didapatkan bahwa kemauan para peserta untuk mempelajari dan beradaptasi menggunakan marketplace cukup besar meskipun kebanyakan dari para pelaku UMKM tersebut kurang dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi. Kata kunci: marketplace; UMKM; promosi. ABSTRACTSmall and Medium Industries or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Salatiga City totaling 1,969 business units and absorbing 14,647 workers. However, there are several things that still need to be improved at MSMEs in Salatiga, namely promotion methods, efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and distribution business processes. Therefore, in the Community Service activity, a marketplace was built with partners from Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Salatiga (DinkopUKM) to empower MSME subjects in the City of Salatiga. Besides that, this community service also conducted training for MSME subjects throughout the city of Salatiga regarding the use of the marketplace that was built. From the evaluation of activities carried out by the observational method, it was found that the participants' willingness to learn and adapt to using the marketplace was quite large, even though most of the MSME actors were less mastery of information technology.
