This research was conducted at PT. Hitachi Power Systems Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the results of data analysis of the effect of Product Quality on Vendor Selection at PT. Hitachi Power Systems Indonesia by distributing questionnaires of 40 respondents. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive research method. The analysis results show the value of t-count> t-table (5.478> 1.685). This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, or there is an influence between Product Quality and Vendor Selection. And from the results of calculations using SPSS version 20, the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the value of R Square = 0.441.This means that the Product Quality variable (X) can explain or explain the Vendor Selection (Y) of 44.1%, the remaining 55.9% ( from the calculation of 100% -44.1%) influenced by other variables not included in the model or equation in this study.The analysis results show the value of t-count> t-table (5.478> 1.685). This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, or there is an influence between Product Quality and Vendor Selection

Abstract. This research aims to know how the implementation of maintenance conducted by PT X and how maintenance by PT X used the preventive and breakdown maintenance methods to minimize engine maintenance cost. The research method used in this study is care study whereas this type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Technique of collecting data in this research by obsererving, interviewing and collecting documents related to research. Data analysis used by using preventive and breakdown maintenance methods. The result of this research is PT X performs maintenance of the engine by using preventive maintenance such as routine maintenance, semi-overhaul forecast maintenance and annual maintenance and breakdown maintenance are usually performed when the machine is fully damaged or dead. PT X should implement preventive maintenance because it is more efficient at 13,2% than the company’s maintenance. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pemeliharaan mesin yang dilakukan PT X dan bagaimana pemeliharaan mesin yang yang dilakukan PT X dengan menggunakan metode preventive dan breakdown maintenance untuk meminimumkan biaya pemeliharaan mesin. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini studi kasus sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode preventive dan breakdown maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah PT X hendaknya melakukan pemeliharaan mesin dengan menggunakan preventive maintenance seperti perawatan rutin, perawatan semi overhaul dan perawatan tahunan dan breakdown maintenance biasa dilakukan saat mesin mengalami kerusakan atau mati total. PT X hendaknya melaksanakan preventive maintenance karena lebih efisien sebesar 13,2% dibandingkan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan perusahaan.

The development of the economy at this time will cause very tight competition in the business field. The company will continue to develop its products by creating unique products that are different from competitors that produce similar products. At this time consumers are fanatic in choosing a product, besides they want a quality product they will also choose a product that has a brand image that is quite good in the community. Deenay veil products are currently a product that is favored by every society. At Gea Fashion Banjar deenay brand hood sales are higher each month compared to other brand hoods. Based on that, the writer is interested in researching the Effect of Brand Image on the Decision to Purchase Deenay Veil in Banjar Gea Fashion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Brand Image on the Purchase Decision Deenay Veil on Banjar Gea Fashion? The research method used is quantitative descriptive research method, with a sample of 50 people. The results showed that brand image had a significant influence on the decision making for purchasing veil deenay. This significance value was obtained from Fcount 29,689 with a significance of 0,000 with F table (4.04) at the significance level of 0.05 and the coefficient of determination (r²) or R square obtained by 0.328, so that the magnitude of influence was 38.2%, whereas the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable. In conclusion, consumers make purchasing decisions due to the influence of brand image and social, cultural, personal and psychological factors.

The problem in this study is the low exemplary parents in early childhood education with moral intelligence in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi.. The purpose of this study in order to illustrate exemplary parents, describe exemplary moral intelligence of children and parents in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi Cendana Mata Air Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang. By using the descriptive research methodology. The population in this study is local parents B1 and B2 which totaled 50 people. The samples in this study were randomly drawn as many as 30 people. echnique data collecting data using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive techniques with percentage calculations. The results showed that the exemplary parents still low, the moral intelligence of children are still low and there is a significant relationship between parents' example with moral intelligence of children in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi Cendana Mata Air Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang

This study has purpose to determine and analyze the effect of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaints Handling, and Facilities on Costumer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. The research method applied in this study was a quantitative descriptive research design. This study used a population of 1,500 respondents. In determining the sample size, this study used the Slovin formula. Based on the results of calculation, the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using incidental sampling. The data collection was done using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was statistical analysis consists of multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaint Handling, and Facilities simultaneously had a significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. Partially, it was found that Company Image and Customer Incentives do not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Meanwhile, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. The coefficient of determination or the contribution of the variables of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura was 43.1%. This study suggested that BMT Amanah Ummah should continue to improve and pay attention to the factors that affect the Customer Retention, such as Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities. <p>The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of professionalism competence variable on students' achievement, (2) the effect of teacher's personality variables on students' achievement, (3) the effect of teacher's professionalism and personality on students' achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with 60 teachers of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA as research subjects taken by total sampling method. Data collected by the instrument in form of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Results from the study shows regression equation Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2 that has meaning when variables X1 and X2 changes, it will have an impact on student achievement. The result of data analysis shows that partially teacher’s professionalism affects significantly on students’ achievement with the value tcount 3,485 &gt; ttable 2,002.Analysis on effect of personality on students’ learning achievement partially influences significantly with value tcount 3,105 &gt; ttable 2,002. The result simultaneously shows that teacher’s professionalism and personality conjunctly affecting the achievement of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA Medan student with value of 8,143 &gt; Ftable 4.01. Other than that, the coefficient of determination (R2) has value of 222. It means in the amount of 22,20% of students’ learning achievement variable is affected by two independent variables in this research, meanwhile the rest as big as 77,80% is affected by other variable that is not studied in this research.</p>

This study entitled "CONSUMER PERCEPTION OF WARDAH COSMETIC PRODUCTS" at the residents of RT 03 RW 01 Singopadu Village. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer perceptions of Wardah cosmetic products. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive research method. Data analysis in this study was carried out by analyzing according to Miles and Huberman, namely reducing data, presenting data and withdrawing verification. The results showed that the residents of RT 03 RW 01 Singopadu Village had a good perception of Wardah's cosmetic products. With the existence of halal certification, it strengthens the perception of individuals, especially Muslims. Not only from the halal certification, but because of the suitability of the skin type. Wardah's product quality is recognized as good because it is made from safe ingredients that have been tested by BPOM. Residents of RT 03 RW 01 Singopadu Village give positive perceptions of Wardah cosmetic products. But it comes back to individuals if they fit they will buy it. In accordance with Kotler's theory (2005) states that consumers have a perception of Wardah's products and are ready to make purchases or exchange between money and a promise to pay with the ownership rights of an item.

The research was distributed by certain important factors to decide to save or invest. Clients also pay attention to service and savings products offered by the bank so that the customer would like to use it. Clients always want products that canmeet their needs, and asked the bank to provide the best service. Those factors are one of the things that affects the interests and needs of the behavior of customers. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the quality of service, product quality, and profit sharing the results against the interest of saving the customer at BCA Bank Syariah in Sidoarjo. This research is quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The number of samples as many as 100 respondents, this research instrument in the form of an online questionnaire. Test instruments, test the classical assumptions, and test data analysis in this research using SPSS 20.00. The results of this study showed that the quality of service (𝑿𝟏), quality savings products (𝑿𝟐), and profit sharing (𝑿𝟑) jointly have a significant influence on relations and against the interest of saving the customer (Y) with the value F of 106.989 with the value significance of determination coefficients and 0.000 (𝑹𝟐) worth 0.763 (76.3%).

Students' thinking abilities can be identified through the questions they ask during the learning process. This study aims to analyze the types of students’ questions with the Problem Based Learning model integrated with ‘Questions-Students-Have’ (QSH) strategy. This study was conducted at SMAN Tangerang Year XI MIA 3. The research method used was descriptive research. Sampling was in the form of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Instruments were in the form of teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and student worksheets. The data analysis technique was done by quantitative descriptive. The result of this study is the Problem Based Learning model integrated with the ‘Questions-Students-Have’ strategy can stimulate students to ask questions and be able to improve students' ability to ask questions.

<p>This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the Compensation Effect on Employee Performance and learn more deeply the importance of compensation in the company and how much influence it has on employee performance. And the company that is the object of this research is PT. Tri Dharma Pusaka, South Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, where data is collected through questionnaires or questionnaires. Data collected through the results of the questionnaire are then processed with statistics, then interpreted, analyzed, and described according to the research objectives. The population and sample in this study were 55 people using saturated samples where all populations were sampled. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the effect of compensation has the results of the product moment correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.794, which means there is a positive relationship between compensation for employee work performance. The coefficient of determination  shows that Variable Compensation (X) affects the variable Employee performance (Y) of 63% while the rest is (100% - 63%) = 37% influenced by other factors not examined by the author. With a level of significance, because tcount is greater than t table (9.506&gt; 1.674), then Ho is rejected and Ho is accepted, so it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Compensation on the performance of employees at PT. The researcher took the object of research from PT. Asia Karet, the selection of objects is caused by a decrease in employee performance Employee performance is the result of work that becomes a benchmark for employees. Employee performance is influenced by several factors including communication and incentives. Communication within the company must run well both vertically and horizontally to reduce misinformation in working both orders from superiors or information between coworkers. Communication has an important role in efforts to achieve organizational goals, so it can be said that the success or failure of an organization is largely determined by the quality of communication possessed by people in the organization concerned. The population used was 67 people with sampling using saturated sampling and 30 employees to test validity taken from other companies. The research method used is a quantitative approach, a type of quantitative descriptive research. Methods of collecting data with interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, simultaneous coefficient of determination and testing (F-Test) with Fcount> Ftable (40,934> 3,080) and partially (Test-t) with the value for incentive variable t count> t table (3,037> 1,981) and communication ((2,932> 1,981). The results of the study show that incentives and communication simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Asia Karet
