Creativity is a universal function of a person who leads to all forms of self-expression. In the modern youth’s consciousness, the concept “self-expression”, unfortunately, dominates the concept “creativity”, but both concepts can be elevated to a common valeological denominator: to detect, to express, to represent, and to develop oneself only by a natural evolutionary way, and not by blind inheritance, use of stimulants, abuse, virtual reality, etc. At the present stage, there is a general deterioration in ecology, mental hygiene, and human health, but this is now opposed not so much by individual areas of activity and science as by a holistic approach. In the non-medical sphere, such as education, this approach reveals itself by updating the methodological and praxeological implementations of a competent approach to teacher’s and student’s health saving. This individual social phenomenon is based on deep mental properties - awareness, need, intentionality, which are strengthened externally by personal factors: integration and interdisciplinary valeology, socionomy orientation of educational process, dialectical interaction of intra-personal and external personal dominants (cultural, social, psychological). Therefore, physical culture as a universal subject and a sphere of human activity, which concerns the training of all pedagogical and non-pedagogical specialties within the framework of higher education, has several advantages and contrasts with the cycle of disciplines only of the intellectual and competent plan. Despite not the difference in the scope of the concepts “physical culture” and “physical education”, despite the optional nature of university classes in this course, this discipline has virtually unlimited potential in future teachers’ education and training of valeological identity and culture.

The problem of ensuring the quality of higher education and the formation of a culture of quality causes a significant interest. That determines the practice of collecting, analyzing, and taking into account information about the academic environment, requires identifying and constantly monitoring of factors that affect the effectiveness of curricula, and determines student success. To better monitor the effectiveness of the proposed approaches, keep up with emerging challenges, and adjust decisions, it is necessary to develop special tools to study participants’ opinions of the educational process. Such tools should have sufficient validity and meet current trends and approaches. The purpose of the study was to check the internal structure and validate the Ukrainian version of the content part “Experiences of teaching and learning” of the ETLQ tool. Materials and methods. The study involved students (n = 632, 59.81 % were women; age (M±SE) – 21.5±0.2 years old) of Ivan Boberskyj Lviv State University of Physical Culture, who studied in the specialty 227 “Physical therapy, occupational therapy”. Data collection was conducted during the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 academic years upon completing mandatory special subjects. The convergent, discriminant, and criterion validity of the “Experiences of teaching and learning” part of the ETLQ tool were evaluated. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were used in the research; α-Cronbach values, composite reliability coefficient, and average extracted variance were calculated. Results and discussion. Based on the results of the work, a modified version of the questionnaire was proposed, which contained 29 questions and had a sufficient level of validity. The final model consisted of four factors, which explained 51.353% of the total variance (the first factor – 39.339 %, the second – 5.224 %, the third – 4.281 %, the fourth – 2.509 %). The model was characterized by satisfactory indices: χ² / df (920/344) = 2.67, CFI = 0.923, TLI = 0.935, RMSEA = 0.055, SRMR = 0.058. Based on the validation results, a modified Ukrainian version of the questionnaire “Experiences of teaching and learning” was proposed, which is one of the content parts of the ETLQ tool. It consists of separate scales “Organization and structure,” “Teaching, learning, assessments and other set work”, “Teachers’ enthusiasm and responsiveness to students”, “Climate and support from peers”. The proposed questionnaire has sufficient validity to assess the quality of the academic environment, the effectiveness of specialists’ educational process in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and physical culture and sports

Since 1994 South African further education and training (FET) has undergone significant and fundamental changes. These changes include the transfer of colleges between state departments, curriculum revision, forced mergers and a shift in the student population. As a result of the growing interest in, and funding of, vocationally aligned education, education and training excellence models have permeated into the management portfolio of South Africa's FET. FET colleges (FETCs) have been faced with the emerging excellence discourses in the higher education and business sectors, as well as funding and accreditation linked motivators. How FETC managers have chosen to incorporate, or not to incorporate, centres of excellence (CoEs) into their organizational structures indicates both the difference in the application of CoE models to the sector compared with the higher education and business sectors and the way FETCs are managed in their volatile environment. This paper uses data initially gathered for a funded project aimed at identifying excellence indicators applicable to the FET sector, and a comparative content analysis of related publications and telephone interviews with senior staff responsible for innovation. The authors argue that higher education or business excellence models cannot be applied to the further education and training college environment; models need to be adapted to suit this specific type of environment.

The modern period in the development of modern higher education is characterized by the wide introduction of various types of practice into the process of training teachers, and the reorientation of the entire learning process to the specific activity of a specialist [2]. The purpose of the study was to develop and scientifically substantiate a model based on the formation of professional knowledge and skills among students of KSUFKST in the discipline “Pedagogy of physical culture”. According to the results of the conducted psychological and pedagogical experiment, it can be argued that the effectiveness of training can be increased by introducing new content of programs in the disciplines into the educational process, and in particular the discipline “Pedagogy of Physical Culture”.

The purpose of the study is to find out the influence of the motivational component on the training system of physical education students who plan to use health-saving technologies in their professional activities in the physical education of schoolchildren who, for health reasons, belong to special medical groups. Professional education of future specialists in physical education and sports in higher education institutions requires technological changes in physical culture and health work with children and youth, who belong to special medical groups due to their state of health (Prykhoda, 2007). The solution of this direction of training of future specialists in physical education and sports will be more effective if the motivational component of training is applied in the educational process of students. Studies apply the motivational component of learning. Research determines that the use of a motivational component in the training program for future physical education professionals has a much better effect on the learning process of students, mastering the curriculum, self-development, and self-improvement both in higher education and in future professional activities (Dolіnnyj, 2016; Deminska, 2004).

Introduction: this article discusses the problems of the institute of postgraduate studies (adjunct studies). The discussion on these issues has been dividing the entire scientific expert community into two camps for quite some time. The experts who make up the first of these camps believe that postgraduate studies (adjunct studies) are one of the levels of higher education. The experts who make up the second camp insist that the main task of postgraduate studies (adjunct studies) is to train a scientific researcher, not a teacher; accordingly, graduate students (adjuncts) should not attend courses of lectures and pass exams, but engage in scientific work. The relevance of the issue is explained by the discussion of a number of legislative initiatives aimed at changing the legal regulation of postgraduate studies (adjunct studies). Purpose: to show ways to solve the problems of the institute of postgraduate studies (adjunct studies), including by evaluating the draft changes in regulations. Methods: system analysis, historical method. Results: analyzed documents of a political and legal nature, as well as draft regulations aimed at reforming the institute of postgraduate studies (adjunct studies), formulated directions for its improvement. Conclusions: according to the authors, the institute of postgraduate studies (adjunct studies) is not compatible with the system of higher education because of the difference in goals that are achieved in the educational process and in the preparation of scientific research in postgraduate studies (adjunct studies), so that there is no and can be no other way than complete and decisive withdrawal of the institute of postgraduate studies (adjunct studies) from absolutely alien to him sphere of higher education in the sphere of science; only in this case, you can count on the revival of this truly important form of training scientific and pedagogical personnel of the highest category.

The article is devoted to improving the technology of personnel training in the service sector. It is established that the cooperation of public associations and enterprises of various ownership forms with state and non-state educational institutions, as a principle of the system’s formation, has allowed for the introduction of a multi-level approach to the training of the service sector specialists with the simultaneous inclusion of additional education systems. Thus, the system of service education, combined with additional education, creates a fundamental position of education for service professionals. The authors have found that the features of the educational process in the service activities are regulatory support for the content of tourism education, a holistic approach to the content of education and training, consideration of the organic unity of general and professional education, strong links between theory and practice, and the partnership between the spheres of education and labour.

The article is devoted to the research of the problem of quality management of training of future specialists of physical culture and sports in specialized institutions of higher education according to the newest requirements of the new ukrainian school. However, the problem is the need to train a sufficient number of qualified trainers to implement the strategy of professional development of teachers of the New Ukrainian School. The article outlines the conceptual provisions of the Concept of the «New Ukrainian School» and their implementation in the educational space, the latest reform for decades, namely the three phases of implementation of the Concept of NUS. Therefore, in our opinion, higher education institutions now need to modernize the system of education of future professionals, especially for specialists in physical culture and sports, because it depends on them the health of the younger generation. Also, it was characterized that the system of training future specialists in physical culture and sports should be two groups of objects of management. The first is the institutions and certain individuals that ensure its functioning. And the second, which includes the ultimate object of the governing influence of the system – individuals. We have identified six cycles of the educational process, which in our opinion reflect the modern structure of the educational space of higher education of future specialists in physical culture and sports, integrated into the Concept of «New ukrainian school».
