According to the Results of monitoring of Internet resources, analysis of Scientific-Methodical, Special and reference literature, members of the Research Group established, that the issue of implementation (determination of effectiveness) of Modern Scientific tools, as well as Technical means of Training that provide a System of long-term training of athletes specializing in Martial Arts – is devoted to an insufficient number of Scientific and Methodological works. This requires Further Scientific Research and emphasizes the relevance and Practical component of the chosen area of Research. The main Purpose of Scientific Research is to determine the effectiveness of modern Scientific tools ("VKS Katsumoto" and "Visual 3D") in the System of long-term training of wrestlers (on the example of athletes who specialize in Sambo wrestling). In the process of Research and Analytical work, the following Research methods were used: abstraction, Analysis and Synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling, mathematical and statistical, etc. As a Result of Empirical Research, the effectiveness of modern Scientific tools has been determined "VKS Katsumoto" and "Visual 3D" in the System of long-term training of athletes specializing in Sambo (Sports and Combat direction). Prospects for Further Scientific Research in the chosen direction of Research include a comparative analysis of the performance of Ukrainian sambo wrestlers at the 2021 World Cup using modern Scientific tools (Technical Teaching Aids).

Taking into account the Results of Monitoring of Scientific-Methodical, Special and reference literature, it is established hat the issue of development and testing of Methods of Physical Therapy of Highly qualified athletes Specializing in contact Martial Arts using Kinesiological Taping for neck injuries is devoted to insufficient Research Methods, which requires Further Research and emphasizes the relevance and Practical component of the chosen area of Scientific Research. The Main Purpose of Scientific Research is to develop a Method of Physical Therapy for Highly qualified athletes who specialize in Sambo wrestling (Combat Sambo) with the use of Kinesiological Taping for neck injuries. In the Process of Research and Analytical work, the following Research Methods were used: axiomatic, expert evaluation, idealization, formalization, historical and logical, ascent from the specific, as well as own experience in organizing a System of Physical Therapy for athletes specializing in Martial Arts. As a Result of Theoretical Research, members of the Research group developed a Method of Physical Therapy of Sambo wrestlers (Combat Sambo) with High qualification using the Means of Kinesiological Taping for neck injuries. Prospects for Further Research in the chosen direction of Scientific Research include testing of Experimental Methods of Physical Therapy of Highly Skilled Combat Sambo wrestlers with the use of Kinesiological Taping for neck injuries at different stages of their long-term preparation.

The presented study develops theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the fiscal sustainability of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in perspective.Aim. The study aims to develop a systems approach to assessing the fiscal sustainability of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the medium and long term.Tasks. The authors analyze the major approaches to assessing the fiscal sustainability of federal subjects and determine the significance of quantitative and qualitative assessment methods in the development of a methodology for assessing the fiscal sustainability of federal subjects in the medium and long term.Methods. This study uses scientific methods of cognition, analysis and synthesis, comparison and analogy, systems and institutional approaches to assess the fiscal sustainability of federal subjects.Results. The authors examine the major approaches to assessing the fiscal sustainability of federal subjects developed by Russian scientific schools and disciplines; approaches used by state and local authorities; approaches to assessing the fiscal sustainability of federal subjects used by international and national rating agencies; foreign experience. In general, this implies the development of a universal system of indicators for assessing the fiscal sustainability of federal subjects.Conclusions. It is substantiated that under the current conditions of new challenges, particularly in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, it is necessary to assess the long-term balance and sustainability of the budgets of federal subjects using a systems approach based on quantitative and qualitative methods, making allowance for the medium- and long-term prospects to make efficient management decisions at different levels of the economic system.

With the advancement of world globalization and economic integration, the demand for outstanding foreign-related legal talents is increasing. After years of practice, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law has emerged in a number of international competitions and formed a unique management system for training foreign-related legal talents. The practice management of international moot competition includes centralized management, teaching management, scientific research management and autonomous management. Introduction: computer algorithmization of production, transport, communication and other processes, which is actively distributed across the countries of all the continents, has received a special name – digitalization of the economy. The speed and independence from distance, in particular, the interworking algorithms for attracting investments are perceived by entrepreneurs with great hope for success. According to the authors of the paper, by 2022 the financial digital technologies can replace up to 28 % of traditional banking and payment transactions, up to 22 % of insurance and foreign trade financing transactions. In the short term, the relevance of introducing the legal regulation of digital investment tokens will be duly evaluated, so long-term foreign trade projects for long-term supply of goods, in particular, by the economic entities of the BRICS jurisdictions, will receive increasing financial support. In the scientific paper, the authors studied the activities of the Russian legislators on forming the legal regulation of the digital economy for the purpose of identifying their mistakes and shortcomings, as well as substantiating recommendations for the consolidation in the legislation of the viable legal structures which can be used by the economic entities of the BRICS jurisdictions in long-term foreign trade transactions that require large financial resources for a period of 1 year or more. Relying entirely on the materialistic worldview and the general method of historical materialism the authors used the general scientific and specific scientific (comparative law, normative-dogmatic, statistical, hermeneutic) methods for the study. As a result, the authors proved that the development of ICO investments would continue rapidly. The growing popularity of ICO will promote the technical “base” of the token market and strengthen the crypto protection of smart contracts and transactions within their performance. Tokens, as digital crypto records on the Internet resources, used by the participants of foreign trade transactions of the BRICS jurisdictions – the organizers of investments, by 2022 will become the usual investment instruments, such as bonds or shares. The conclusions and recommendations on the correction of the Russian bills are formulated; the proposals for improving the infrastructure of remote investments in the Internet space of modern Russia are given. On the basis of a critical analysis of the scientific works of the economists and lawyers, the authors formulate the definitions of the studied tools of remote digital interaction of investors and organizers of investment of long-term foreign trade transactions, which can be carried out including the economic entities of the BRICS jurisdictions.

According to the results of the analysis of scientific-methodical, special and reference literature (monitoring of Internet sources) it is established, that the issue of analytical and statistical review (comparative analysis) of technical and tactical training of judokas and highly qualified judokas is devoted to the insufficient number of scientific and methodological works, which requires further research and emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen area of scientific research. The main purpose of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the technical and tactical arsenal of highly qualified male and female judokas (champions and winners of the XXXII Summer Olympic Games 2020, Tokyo, Japan). In the process of research and analytical work, the following methods of theoretical research were used: axiomatic, idealization, historical and logical, convergence from the specific, formalization (mathematical and statistical), and so on. As a result of the study, members of the research group conducted a comparative analysis of the technical and tactical arsenal of highly qualified male and female judokas (champions and winners of the XXXII Summer Olympic Games 2020, Tokyo, Japan). In order to increase the effectiveness of competitive activities of Ukrainian athletes (men and women) who specialize in judo at different stages of their long-term training, it is advisable to focus the attention of leading coaches on the development of appropriate training programs (pedagogical models) that provide: perfect mastering by Judoists of theoretical aspects of current rules of judo; increasing the number and variety of attacking and defensive techniques; increasing the coefficient of reliability of technical and tactical actions (combinations); development of tactile sensitivity and coordination; formation of high psychophysical readiness for long-term competitive activity (high training loads), etc.

The relevance of this topic is due to the creative nature of investment attraction activities in order to ensure the development of the country and regions. The importance of the problem is in the presence of obstacles in the way of building an attractive economic system in terms of investment inflows, creating conditions that encourage investors to invest in Russia. The purpose of research based on the generalization of theoretical material of various sources and analysis of Rosstat database, to characterize the development of investment processes in Russia, to determine the patterns of changes in the dynamics of investment indicators and the factors causing the activity of participants in investment activities in Russian regions. The research was conducted using scientific methods: abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. The result showed that the activity of the Russian regions in the investment area is characterized by dependence on the level of overall economic development, although this relationship is a two-way. In conclusion, it was concluded that the creation of favorable conditions for the development of investment activities and its active support by the federal and regional authorities is necessary. It is advisable to offer to continuously improve legislation in the field of investment activity, to pursue a more flexible policy of financing investment and innovative projects, especially at the early stages of their development. This is the key to successful planning and implementation of projects aimed at strengthening the sovereignty of the state and improving the quality of life of citizens in new Russia.

The Impact

In recent years, the scientific community has been urged to undertake research that can immediately have impact on development issues, including national policies, strategies, and people's livelihoods, among others. While this is a fair call from decision makers, it should also be realized that science by nature is about innovation, discovery and knowledge generation. In this context, there is need for a balance between long term scientific investigations and short term scientific applications. With regard to the former, researchers spend years investigating (or need data of sufficient record length) to provide sound and reliable solutions to a problem at hand while in the latter, it is possible to reach a solution with few selected analyses. In all cases, it is advisable that researchers, where possible should link their studies to topical development issues in their case studies. In this paper, we use a hydrometeorological project in the Notwane catchment, Botswana, to show the importance of linking research to development agenda for mutual benefit of researchers and policy makers. The results indicate that some key development issues are being addressed by the Project and the scope exists to improve the impact of the project.

This chapter discussed that the combination of entrepreneurship and technopreneurship is a crucial factor in the long-term sustainability of e-commerce and e-businesses. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 produced very rapidly, disruption, and exponential changes. The development of digital technology will change and displace traditional industries. Not only traditional industries but also various repetitive jobs such as cashiers, admins, or small and micro-manufacturing industry workers sooner or later will be replaced by machines or automation robots. Even professions and analytical work such as tax consultant, accountant, or translator will be carried out by digital systems that will process input data more quickly, accurately without human error, and precision according to principles. One of the professions that is believed to continue to develop and will continue to exist is technopreneurship that is primarily supported by the increasing number of forms of technology-based entrepreneurship, such GO-JEK.
